I loved saying yes to the dress at Luxe Redux -they were so sweet to work with and you have the whole store to yourself during your consultation. They have a lot of different styles of dresses and things that you do not always find at other stores. I absolutely love my dress -my wedding was this past Saturday and I felt just as princessy as I did the day that I bought it. -

My daughter had shopped at 2 other bridal salons before her appointment with Luxe Redux. Her stylist Maria was absolutely amazing! She listened to everything my daughter had to say and made her feel special and beautiful! The experience was a 10 out of 10. We left with a gorgeous gown and the four guests in attendance were in tears. I would highly recommend this salon and Maria! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We had an AMAZING time! -

I would 100% recommend this online company. I chose this company because you can try on the dress and send it back if it doesn’t fit! I did not likethe dresses I found locally and I didn’t want to take a chance with something that was not returnable. I had a couple very negative experiences trying on dresses that did not fit in person so, choosing a dress with readily available measurements I knew would fit in the comfort of my own home was very important. It was really nice to have some time to think and spend some time in the dress before deciding. Their prices are very reasonable. Just read the instructions carefully because they have a very short return window. -

Maya and Kelsey were awesome! Of course you have your own ideas going in, but Maya made some suggestions, and even when I left without a dress, she did some research and found some options for me. They were in another store, where I met Kelsey, who was more than happy to take over. Both ladies were helpful, honest, and patient. I loved my dress, I got a lot of compliments, and just overall grateful. -

First of all, ask for Ellie!!!!!!! She was so amazing and so respectful of my budget and what I THOUGHT I wanted. I went in with expectations of finding an a-line until she pulled out her secret weapon…. a fit and flare!! And that was it! I knew I was not leaving with an a-line! Ellie and every other beautiful babe in that store made me feel like a princess. So happy I went to Luxe for my dress!! -

I am the maid of honor for my cousin's wedding, and coordinated the dress shopping plans for her. I knew we needed to visit Luxe Redux because of how beautiful their instagram page was, and then all of the gorgeous dresses on the website. Natalee Swallows was our stylist and she could not have done a better job. We felt excited, happy, comfortable, and LOVED every moment of the experience. Not only did Natalee provide outstanding service, she also pulled some of the most beautiful dresses I've ever seen, and made sure that our bride's needs were met. The professionalism, courtesy, hospitality, and overall experience at Luxe Redux completely exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier with how everything turned out! Of course, Natalee helped my bride find the most perfect dress with NO stress! My favorite part of the experience was that Natalee really listened to my cousin's concerns about finding her perfect dress and over-delivered the results. I can't wait to use Luxe Redux for my own wedding day, and I hope to send all of my friends to this wonderful shop! Thanks so much, Natalee, and Luxe Redux Columbus! -

Great Experience
I loved my experience at Luxe Redux! I traveled from Seattle to their location in Pittsburgh to shop for my wedding dress so my mom could be with me. My trip was definitely worth it! Even during the beginning of the pandemic, they were accommodating and made my experience wonderful. My dress consultant listened to what I wanted and let me have fun with the dresses I tried on. I am a size 14-16 and they still had plenty of reasonably priced options in a wide variety of styles! I got my dress, wedding veil and add-on sleeves for just under my budget. -

Buying a wedding dress at Luxe Redux is the most amazing experience. I went to 3 other bridal boutiques and none of them felt as comfortable or low pressure as Luxe Redux. I went to Luxe Redux 3 different times in 1 week because I was having trouble deciding on a dress. At one appointment I broke down crying because I was so overwhelmed and didn't know what I wanted - but Kelsey came to my rescue! She talked through everything with me, helped me hone in on my wedding vision, and ended up finding me the perfect dress.
I never felt any pressure to buy a dress or go outside my budget. Luxe Redux has so many options, plus a wonderful and knowledgeable staff - you are sure to find your dress here! -

I’m so excited to write this review which says a lot because I almost never write reviews despite being satisfied with a product and/or service. I went to Lux Redux boutique in Pittsburgh to shop for a dress for my vow renewal which I was excited for because even though my first wedding was almost perfect, I didn’t have the bridal gown shopping experience since I bought my dress online. Lux Redux made up for that and then some!! Lizzie was my stylist and she was a dream… I sent her pictures for inspiration of what I wanted and she had dresses pulled aside for me. With every dress I tried on, we spoke in detail about my likes and dislikes in order to narrow down my dream dress. She ended up picking out a dress that I wouldn’t have in a million years chosen for myself. It looked so bland on the hanger but after I tried it on I literally gasped in excitement with how beautiful it was and how it flattered my figure. She asked if there was anything about the dress that didn’t make it absolutely perfect and I expressed that maybe it didn’t have enough sparkles. Since I’m doing my renewal in Vegas, sparkles are important to me. Then she suggested adding glitter tulle beneath the lace. She even called her seamstress to ask so to ensure me that it was an obtainable idea. She demonstrated what that would look like and I was sold! Lux Redux is a beautiful store with great inventory of beautiful designer gowns that I never thought I’d ever have the privilege to browse through since my budget was so low, but the prices here are unbelievable! The stylists are also top notch with not only their expertise, but they were genuinely excited for me as well. I highly recommend this place to any new bride looking for a unique, one of a kind designer gown and first class treatment without a high end price tag!!!

In November 2019, I googled wedding dress shops during a visit to my mom in Columbus, Ohio. I live in Boston. At Luxe Redux Bridal, they set your appointment with a small $deposit because they literally close the place to give you their full attention during your appointment. After I spent 4 months looking online for dresses, and visiting 3 other Bridal stores in Boston, I arrived here. I told our consultant what I wanted and she pulled 4 dresses. The third dress I put on, I instantly knew I never wanted to take it off! Our consultant knew where my dress was made, The designer and she treated me and my mom like Royalty! When she asked if I was saying yes, I felt overwhelmed with joy and tears that the dress I was wearing would be the one I would marry my true love in! I described what I was looking for in a veil, and agter a few minutes in the back, she brought out two veils, and the one I picked was a perfect match! She took pictures of my mom and I and and her positive energy really put my mom at ease! Thank you Luxe Redux Bridal! Our wedding was finally Aug.8th, 2021 and now I can share my dress in your review! My dress gave me my fairytale wedding day feeling! Yay! -

I absolutely love the team at Luxe Redux Bridal. Chelsea helped me pick the dress of my dreams. The whole experience was fun and exciting. I went in with an open mind of trying different styles. I found my dress that day! During the pandemic, I chose Luxe in a Box for my wedding accessories. I thought this was a fabulous option as I was not able to go in store shopping for wedding accessories. I ordered a dress online to try at home and after loving it - said yes to the dress! Andrea helped answer all my questions to make me feel comfortable about buying online and enthusiastic to be part of the process - she and her team even went above and beyond when i had some trouble finding labor to match the sleeves to make sure i got exactly what i needed to make my vision come to life!! highly, highly recommend!! -

Luxe Redux was my fourth bridal appointment in total and my first appointment of the day. The boutique was clean, fashionable, and comfortable. Our consultant's name was Andrea and she was so amazing to work with. Andrea asked me several questions and she truly listened to what I had to say. In addition, she was fast at pulling beautiful dresses for me to try-on. Andrea ensured that I had the full experience and tried on dresses in and out of my comfort zone. Ultimately, she was able to hone in on the perfect dress and accessories. We ended up canceling the two appointments scheduled after Luxe Redux due to finding my dream dress. Andrea and others at Luxe Redux were professional, flexible, personable, kind, and excellent at their jobs!
FUN FACT #1: There were plenty of affordable dresses (I ended up purchasing a dress under-budget. Andrea did not pull-out dresses over-budget. I received no pressure to spend more money. I did add accessories to the dress, which were all reasonably priced)!
FUN FACT #2: Their dresses are one-of-a-kind and not ordered out. This really made me feel like my dress was unique!
Overall, I highly recommend Luxe Redux to anyone looking for an amazing experience and a gorgeous dress! Thank you Andrea! :) -

Even though I didn't find my dress here, my experience with Maya was so wonderful! She was extremely helpful, encouraging, and made me feel beautiful in every dress I put on. She was so personable and even followed up with me after my appointment. 10/10 would recommend Maya at Luxe Redux! -

I went to the newly opened Luxe Redux location in Pittsburgh, PA. My stylist was Alyssa and I had the best experience working with her! She picked the dress that I ended up buying, which was a dress that I completely overlooked when looking at their selection. The fact that you are able to take home that exact dress the day you purchase it definitely relieved any stress of having to order a dress so far in advance. Loved my entire experience in their Pittsburgh store! -

I just can’t say enough about our experience at Luxe Redux in Columbus! From the minute we walked in the door Chelsea and her tram made me feel so special. She listened to my feed back on each dress and was just a total doll! I wanted to go out for a drink with her by the time it was over!
It seemed like each dress was prettier than the last, I don’t think I tried a single dress on that I didn’t love.
One thing I really appreciated was that the set up at Luxe allowed me to see myself in the dress before my dress shopping gang. It all broads shops did this and I found that, in those cases, my gang’s faces influenced my opinion on the dress. I liked that I got the chance to fall in love first and then “debut” the dress.
Of course, I found “the one” at Luxe Redux and was able to take it home that day since they sell sample dresses. This was particularly great for me since I’m doing a 5 month engagement.
Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment at Luxe Redux this minute! -

The stylists took my ideas into consideration, grabbed some dresses that matched and some that were completely different to show me I knew what I wanted. I said yes to the dress (and a shiny belt!) and was so pleased. I wish I could wear it again! -

Ashley knew exactly where to to help me figure out what I wanted...and the minute I put the dress on...I knew.
I loved having the boutique just for us...it made the experience so personal and intimate. I couldn’t have asked for anything more!!!

Not only do they shut down the entire boutique for your individual appointment, but they want to know all about my fiance and I, and what we envisioned for our wedding. Ashley listened to every detail, made sure to keep me within budget, and made finding my dress an absolute dream experience! She focused on me, what I wanted for my fiancé's experience on our big day, not on selling a dress. She also allowed me to bring in my wedding party the week after I found "THE DRESS" so that I could still experience the "Say Yes to the Dress" moment with them, including allowing us to bring in champagne for a toast! Top notch place to find your dream dress!!! -

They have their gowns on their website and I wrote down which ones I was most interested in. When Ashley called me initially to schedule the appointment, I let her know the ones I was most interested in and she was able to tell me which ones were located in Cincinnati. I had one particular gown that really stuck out to me, and she mentioned it would be there for my appointment. I arrived late but the stylist, Morgan, was super understanding. The boutique was shut down and it made me feel special to have this one on one appointment. They have an awesome selection of gowns with great designers. The prices were phenomenal! We started the appointment with my favorite and it turned out to be the one! After so much searching and so many disappointing appointments at other bridal shops, it was so awesome and such a relief to find my dress! And it was the first one I tried on! I had that moment where I just knew, and Morgan even got a little teary with me. I made the first payment that day and I can't be any happier! I am so excited to wear my dress on the special day. Thank you LUXEredux and Morgan for the fabulous experience! -
