We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Kristen. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to bring our dream wedding to life. We chose her design package, and she completely blew us away. Every detail, from the invitations to the smallest touches on the big day, was beautifully thought out and executed with such care and creativity.
As a self-proclaimed type B bride, I needed someone who could help keep me organized without making the planning process overwhelming, and Kristen was that person and so much more. She created a detailed timeline, handled every interaction with our vendors seamlessly, and ensured the entire day ran smoothly from beginning to end. I never had to worry about a thing.
On top of her professionalism and incredible eye for design, Kristen was always there to answer my questions, calm me down when I was panicking, and guide me through each step of the planning process. Her calm, reassuring presence made all the difference.
We truly could not have done it without her, and I honestly cannot recommend Kristen enough. If you want someone who cares deeply about your day, has impeccable taste, and will treat your wedding like it’s her own, Kristen is the one.

Best decision we made in the planning process!
Still floating from the most perfect day and we owe so much of that to Kristen. She was truly a key player in bringing everything together. With less than 2 months until my wedding day and overwhelmed by the last minute details, the stars aligned and Kristen came highly recommended by a colleague! Being a local to Ocean City, she brought invaluable insight, amazing connections, and a deep understanding of the area that made all the difference.
Kristen went above and beyond, even gaining special access to the boardwalk rides so we could capture the most incredible and memorable photos. As we got closer to the wedding, I really needed someone to take the finalization of details completely off my plate and Kristen did exactly that with calm confidence and care.
Because of her organization and dedication, we were able to fully enjoy the day without stress. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more, and we will be reminiscing about it forever. We are endlessly grateful.

Couldn't have done it without Kristen!!
We truly don’t know how we could have done it without Kristen! She was our day-of coordinator, but she went above and beyond from the very start. She was always accessible and so helpful in the weeks leading up to our wedding. On the big day, everything ran seamlessly and stress-free thanks to her calm organization and attention to detail. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing, which let us fully enjoy every moment. We’re so grateful for Kristen and can’t recommend Luxe Weddings by Kristen enough! -

My husband got and I got married this past November and to this day, the best decision we made was deciding to work with Kristen as our wedding coordinator! From start to finish, Kristen was super professional, communicated and responded in a timely manner, and was very knowledgeable in all things wedding! Kristen and Allie brought all of our visions to life, made sure we always had a drink in our hand, had time to eat and enjoy our night! If you have landed yourself on Kristen’s page, look no further! Luxe Weddings by Kristen is the best money I’ve spent towards our wedding, 100%.
My wedding was a little unique due to us booking a lighthouse as our venue. We pretty much were only booking the land and had to build this wedding in its ~entirety~ from the ground up; from the food, decor, music, extra restrooms... EVERYTHING. Kristen NAILED this wedding. What really sold me on choosing her company over others is that I was granted access to her own garage full of wedding decor at no extra cost to her booking fee. This alone saved us thousands in the end.
Kristen is an absolute gem of a human and was my rock throughout the 2-year planning phase. I’m a teacher, so extra time isn’t usually on my side, but I had full trust in Kristen. She handled most of the phone calls, email exchanges, and communications with all the vendors and would make sure I had all the information I needed to make the final call on decisions. She helped make this the least-stressful wedding experience I think any bride could have endeavored. Kristen worked extremely hard to help bring my vision to life, and she was amazing at it! I’d give her ideas on color schemes, decor ideas, and envisions of the day, and she would ALWAYS come back with perfect executions to what my brain was envisioning. She was also very helpful and conscience of helping us find budget-friendly options. (Don’t count Etsy out on fabulous faux-florals and decor options!!)
Truly, I cannot fully put into words how amazing the whole Luxe Wedding team is and how much we thank them all for bringing our perfect wedding day together. I will be forever recommending Kristen to any bride who is in need of any guidance for their Big Day! -

I loved working with Kristen and would recommend her to anyone at any phase of the planning process; she is fantastic! Immediately from my first phone call with her, she took away all the stress of wedding planning that I had. Being out of state from our chosen venue and working a full time job, my first concern was how are we going to get everything done, let alone enjoy the process among the way. Kristen listened to everything that I had to say and was there for me anytime that I needed her.
She’s an expert in the industry, knows all the vendors to make the best recommendations tailored to you, and has such an amazing creative mind. Give her an idea or tell her something that’s important to you and she makes it happen! She’s extremely organized, professional, responsive, and super fun to work with!
Most importantly, Kristen and her team honestly gave us the gift of truly being present on our wedding day. We were able to enjoy every single moment of it. She handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes.
We had such a blast planning with her and look back on our perfect day knowing we couldn’t have done it without her. Thank you, Kristen! -

I would recommend Kristen to everyone! Not only did she remove the stress from wedding planning, she created the most beautiful day our guests were raving about. In the beginning of the process, my husband and I have little vision or direction for what we wanted our wedding day to be like, but Kristen guided us every step of the way, listened to our top priorities to help in the decision making process, and used her extension knowledge and expertise when finding additional vendors. She really made what can be an overwhelming process, fun and enjoyable! -

We booked Kristen for our 11/1/24 wedding. Her, and her assistant Allie, were absolutely incredible. My husband and I DIY’d a lot of our wedding, and our biggest priority was making sure that us, our family & bridal party were truly able to have fun and enjoy, not being bogged down by tasks during the wedding weekend. Kristen and Allie made absolutely sure that this happened. They were on top of everything from the moment the wedding weekend started. They advocated for us and made sure our preferences were accommodated. There was a miscommunication with the venue about our table numbers, and when I saw the room I didn’t love the way they looked, but was ultimately fine with it. Without having to ask Kristen, she worked with the venue to have them changed. The whole day went impeccably, largely because of Kristen and her team. If you are considering booking them, this is your sign!! We love Luxe Weddings by Kristen! -

Our wedding day could never have happened without Luxe Weddings. Kristen and Allie were so organized and thought of so many things that we never would have thought of. They kept our wedding perfectly on track and on time, so we were able to maximize every moment. We are so thankful to have found Luxe Weddings for our Ocean City Yacht Club wedding. Kristen is Amazing
Words cannot describe how incredible Kristen is. We got married in Cape May which is 5 hours away from where we live. Kristen took all the stress away that comes with planning a destination wedding. She has so much experience, knows so many industry vendors, and has amazing recommendations. She is always available when you need her. Even when she had other events going on we always felt like we were the only event she was planning. She always made time for us and worked with our schedule. She is very organized and detail-oriented. She works with all your vendors and creates a detailed timeline that outlines your event minute by minute. On the day of our wedding we did not have to worry about a thing. Kristen took care of everything so that we could just show up and enjoy ourselves. It was incredible on a day that can be so stressful to have none knowing everything would be perfect because of Kristen. Everything was decorated beautifully and she brought our vision to life and exceeded our expectations. She also has a day of assistant Allie who is incredible. Allie constantly checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We are sad that it is over and we will miss all our texts, calls, facetime, emails, zoom calls, and funny GIF exchanges with Kristen. We hired her as a wedding planner but gained a lifelong friend. Hiring Kristen was the best decision we made and I just do not know what we would have done without her! All her planning packages are extremely fair and we feel like she went above and beyond what we paid. If you are on the fence I promise you will not regret hiring her. Thank you Kristen you are the absolute best!! -

Having Kristen as our wedding coordinator was by far the best decision that we made for our wedding day! We used Kristen’s Essentials Collection, and Kristen and her assistant Allie were absolute gems. They went above and beyond to make sure that we felt like guests at our own wedding. From coordinating the flow of our ceremony and order of events so that everything ran perfectly smoothly, to communicating with our vendors ahead of time so that we didn’t have to stress about it in the days leading up to our wedding– she organized everything so meticulously that I never had to worry (and I am very detail-oriented). She helped us create our dream “classy nautical” theme for our beach wedding and allowed us to rent pieces from her amazing stash of decor, and it could not have turned out more beautifully. She even hand wrote our seating chart on her window panes! To top it off, Kristen and Alli made an extra visit to our hotel room during the wedding so that my wife and I could coordinate a last minute outfit change for our reception. They truly helped make it the best day of our lives. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, trust us–you need Kristen! -

I am so glad we decided to hire a wedding planner and so glad we found Kristen!! Her recommended vendor list alone was an amazing help! We got married at a home in Cape May, NJ and Kristen knew exactly what we needed to accomplish and she kept us on track and not to mention we were able to use some of her decor that she has available to rent which was a definite game changer for us! I cannot recommend Kristen and her assistant Allie enough! From the first phone consult to the actual wedding day, Kristen made sure things were organized and as stress free as possible. As someone who is pretty non-confrontational, it was such a relief to have someone to speak to the other vendors when needed. And to have them on the wedding day for set up and break down and just to be an overall calming presence - gold! I would definitely recommend Kristen’s services if you’re looking for a wedding/DOC! -

Highly Recommend- Kristen exceeded all expectations!
Kristen is literally an angel. Her and her assistant Allie literally made our wedding vision come to life. I don’t know what we would have done without her. She is the sweetest soul and has so much attention to detail. I promise you that nothing will be looked over or missed if you hire her! I would recommend her 1000x over to anyone getting married, whether you need a month of coordinator or full wedding planner, she is the one for the job. She is amazing and words really cannot express how happy we are that we hired her and that she was a part of our special day. She truly cared about every detail as if the wedding was her own and she was genuinely a person we wanted to spend our day with. She has become a friend and I would recommend her to anyone that asks. I truly don't know how my wedding would have gone without Kristen. We hired Kristen about a year out and she was so helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. She always assured me that I could text or call her at any time with any question or thought, and she ALWAYS had an answer and made me feel reassured. Kristen was amazing from day 1, but she really kicked into overdrive the last month and a half before our wedding and she even said she wanted to take over "being me" - coordinating with vendors, answering their emails, etc. And she was!! the day of my wedding Kristen and her assistant Ally were just perfect. I was so happy to see her the day of my wedding and just knew that everything would be perfect - and it was. She thought of every single little detail, all of the things that I had her DIY (my seating chart, welcome table, etc) were PERFECT. She helped working with my florist to bring my vision (that I couldn't even articulate properly) to life, and she managed every detail of my timeline. I have been in many weddings that felt like the timeline was mismanaged and you feel like you spend time just waiting around, wondering where you should be, not making the most of the time with your guests there, and Kristen made sure there was NONE of that. She was so sweet and even went around to our close family making sure they had drinks/food during cocktail hour. Our wedding was the best day of our lives and I know I have Kristen to thank for that!! She made sure all of our gifts and cards were safe at the end of the night, she ran over during our rehearsal to decorate the restaurant we were having our dinner, she even had her assistant take care of a little tie snafu the day of - and no one even noticed!! I can not say enough good things about Kristen - any bride/couple would be extremely lucky to have her in their corner. You will not regret a single dollar spent!!Luxe Weddings by Kristen's reply:

I cannot say enough great things about Luxe Weddings by Kristen. Kristen was absolutely amazing. She was well organized and always there when we needed her. We were able to focus on the day more while she managed communication with the vendors and made sure everything and everyone was where they needed to be. We had a not-so-great experience (did not have Kristen as a coordinator) with my sister’s wedding the year prior so we really leaned on Kristen to make sure that all of our wants and needs were met. She certainly met those needs and we were so grateful. Kristin created a time line that helped keep us all on track for the big day. Kristen was an amazing coordinator who you NEED to have!! -

I am so glad I hired Kristen to help coordinate the day of my wedding! Prior to the wedding, she helped break down every single need-to-do before the big day, and got me organized and in control of every moving piece! Wonderful to work with!
I’ve known Kristen for years and she was the first person I thought of when deciding to hire a wedding planner. Best decision I could have made! She took care of every little detail. We worked together for months leading up to my wedding to make sure every aspect was perfect. I can’t even begin to list all the ways she was so helpful-Suggesting and locating decor, as well as setting it up in our venue, being the main point of contact for all vendors, reaching out to my guests when we had to move hotels 2 days before the wedding, picking up food for my bridal party on the day of my wedding, day of time line. Best of all, my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing on our wedding day, which was why we hired Kristen. She was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend her! -

Practically perfect in every way!
We used Kristen for our daughters wedding in June of 2018. We hired her for the month of package. She was the perfect liaison between us and all the vendors. She was so easy to work with. She kept us all calm when it rained all day and a church fire knocked out the power to the entire town during hair and makeup. She ran back and forth between the venue and the beachfront house to provide everything we needed and to be sure everything was perfect. Very helpful for day of and being able to get my mom and I are shoes during the reception and bring my husbands jacket back up to our suite so we can enjoy our wedding. So appreciative at the end of the night our suite was all cleaned up and taken care of . All the checklists Luxe Weddings offered were great for any bride who may not know where to even start. It’s always good to have a supportive sounding board throughout this crazy process. So incredibly sweet!!
