    Amazing and Responsive!

    As the mother of a very happy bride, I would highly recommend Cara. She worked tirelessly and was always a pleasure to work with. The wedding was postponed due to the pandemic, which required a lot of shuffling. She worked two years for her fee, and still was always available with a smile on her face! We already recommended her to a friend😉

    Cara made our wedding day perfect!

    I cannot recommend Cara highly enough. She went above and beyond for my husband and I, and truly made our wedding the most special day. Cara is exceptionally diligent, has amazing attention to detail and truly has the most impeccable taste. Even 6 months after our wedding guests are still commenting on what a beautiful day it was. We are so grateful to Cara and Luxe Events for everything they did to make our wedding day perfect.

    Having Luxe was priceless!! Stress free and loved every minute of it!!

    From our initial meeting with Cara, we knew we had to have her! Luxe Events was recommended by our photographer and we setup an in person meeting to go over the details and see if we all clicked.
    Absolutely love her!
    Her upbeat energy, confidence and professionalism was so exciting for us! She was just as excited about our big day as we were!!
    We went over all the details and the many lists of what I had already done versus what was left; we decided due to all that we had already completed, hiring Luxe Events for "Month of Planning" made more sense.

    Fast forward to wedding month and she came on at the best time possible!! Took over, handled all timelines, vendors, etc. If there was any details or me needing feedback- she was on it! For me to have zero stress on "how will it all work?!", she was the best investment for our wedding day.
    Before I even thought about something needed on the day of; Cara already had it handled or read my mind immediately! She is extremely gifted at what she does. I can't sing her praises enough!

    I felt like we really connected and I truly trusted her that whole day. It's truly something special to have that extra "touch" and she certainly has it.

    I had so many compliments from family and friends about her as well! She was a real blessing to us!

    She was a complete joy to have and lead us through our wedding day!!

    Cara is the BEST. No, seriously, she is. If you need a wedding coordinator who is professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with, look no further! We hired Cara to provide month-of coordinator services for our recent wedding and she was OUTSTANDING. She is very organized and knows her stuff. Our wedding day went off without a hitch. Everything was on time, moved smoothly and if there was a problem, no one knew about it. Cara made our wedding the most perfect day I could have ever imagined. I'm sad my wedding is over because I no longer have the pleasure of working with my incredible team and Cara. Thank you, Cara and Luxe!

    From the first meeting, to the goodbye at the wedding, Cara and Jenny at Luxe Events were absolutely MAGNIFICENT. For the entire planning process, I felt like I was their only client, and we were genuinely treated like friends, not customers. They were SO incredibly well organized, helpful, encouraging, creative, and flexible throughout the entire process. There was not a single day or decision where I felt out-of-sync with them. They knew when to guide me, and they were 100% on board when I wanted to lead. They always gave quick and comprehensive responses when I contacted them (which was often!), and often went above and beyond - handling things that were not in the contract. They were extraordinarily knowledgeable, and knew their vendors and available products front-to-back. They worked very hard to understand "us" - what we liked, what we didn't, what we were drawn to, what inspired us, and it was extremely evident on our wedding day that their process works.

    When the wedding day arrived, it was just...jaw dropping. It was nothing I ever, EVER could have imagined, or been able to put together on my own. The elements and feel were so unique, and so "us," it was just visually stunning from start to finish. Our guests RAVED about it - I have never seen so many Facebook/Instagram pictures of decor, table settings, hedge walls, etc. from a wedding. The whole day went seamlessly - they took 1,000 moving parts and pulled off a fantastic event without a hitch. Having planners/coordinators who were so well liked by the venue was a huge benefit as well.

    Now that the wedding is over, I'm honestly bummed that I'm not working with them anymore. They took something that would/should have been an incredibly stressful process, and made it so fun and enjoyable with their creativity, positivity, and professionalism. I honestly cannot imagine ANYONE else being able to give us the first-class wedding and planning experience we had.

    I'll admit I was skeptical when my daughter told me she'd decided to hire wedding planners. I mean...it was a small wedding with an even smaller budget...would it really make sense to use a fair chunk of that money to hire professionals to organize 65 or so guests?

    My answer now is a resounding, "YES!"

    As Mother-of-the-Bride, I expected stress to surround me like a toxic cloud before, during, and after the wedding. Certainly that's what my friends' experienced when their daughters married. Instead, I was relaxed, delighted, and fully present for my daughter because every little detail was handled by Jenny and Cara!

    We had loads of questions when we started this journey; and they answered every one of them with creativity and kindness!

    Who makes the best cakes in town? Jenny has some names...
    What is the best way to make dinner for 65 feel like dinner for 10? Jenny has a design that will do the trick...
    Which caterers can deliver fine dining experiences at a similar cost to the usual buffet? Jenny knows...
    How do you get the best work from your photographers? Jenny has some tips...
    When should the ring-bearers walk down the aisle? Cara will tell them...
    What about timing the speeches, the cake cutting and the sparklers so that everything happens when it should? Cara makes everything flow smoothly...
    Who will load my car with all the wedding keepsakes? Cara and her team have already taken care of it!

    WOW! I couldn't be more impressed! Or more grateful. I've been to many weddings over the years and have NEVER enjoyed myself so much! Thankfully my daughter was savvy enough to know that it pays (financially, emotionally, and in huge time-savings) to hire the right experts. Honestly, I couldn't agree more!

    I cannot speak highly enough of Jenny and Cara at Luxe Special Events! Two years ago, my husband and I (before we were married obviously) attended our friends' wedding on the beach and it was the most beautiful and fun wedding we'd ever been to, hands down. When we got engaged, our first question to our friends was: who was your wedding planner? After one Skype date with Jenny (my husband and I live in San Francisco so couldn't meet her face-to-face) I loved her. I felt like she absolutely understood my style and vision and was an amazing combination of professional, competent, and girly. This was a woman who could lead an army but has enough style to open a boutique. Wow! During our year-and-a-half engagement, my esteem of Jenny and Cara only grew. Not only are they amazing at their jobs but they have a network of equally amazing vendors (see my other reviews) who all offered us incredible service at reasonable prices. Our entire engagement was so stress-free and enjoyable because I had absolute faith that Jenny and Cara would handle everything, and I was not wrong. The wedding came and the house we were hosting the wedding at was transformed into a space that looked like it was made for weddings. The decorations were beautiful, the ceremony and reception went off without a hitch, music was wonderful, the food delectable, and the night couldn't have been better. Jenny and Cara were able to ensure that my husband and I, and all of our guests, were taken care and didn't have to worry about a thing. Everyone I’ve talked to since the wedding has said it was the best wedding they've ever been to and I absolutely believe them. That's why we hired Jenny and Cara, because those women create the best weddings ever.
