We planned a wedding during a very hectic time (at the tail end of a pandemic) and our venue cancelled on us just 3 weeks before our wedding date due to staffing issues. My wife was in tears. Elena worked overtime to re-plan and re-design the wedding. She offered reassurance to us and repeatedly asked my wife not to worry and to let her handle the stress. She did a REMARKABLE job. We had to switch both the wedding and reception venue and in less than 3 weeks, she replanned and redesigned the entire wedding. The wedding was beautiful and memorable and went remarkably smoothly. The guests had no idea the storm Elena navigated us through behind the scenes. I am not exaggerating when I say I don't know what we would have done without Elena. This woman was our hero. -

My family and friends are still in Awe at how beautiful all the Floral and Decor was.
I put everything in her hands and she did better than I could’ve ever imagined. We were in a time crunch and yet she brought my vision to life with just one time meeting with her. I can’t say enough about Elena and her amazing work, she was such a big help on wedding day and a pleasure have around.
Can’t wait to work with her again! -

She helped design and execute the perfect look we envisioned for our wedding. Elena also was on top of everything as our day of coordinator so I did not have to worry on my wedding day. She also created the most stunning flower arrangements, bouquets, and flower crown! I applauded when i first saw my bouquet! We were so happy with our wedding and so grateful we had Elena.

My now Husband and I decided we wanted to do a destination wedding in Asheville, NC and I found Elena on a google search while looking for a Day of Coordinator/Florist. I hit the jackpot on this search, let me tell you. She is incredible. She understood my vision and ran with it and exceeded any expectations I had. With only 1 month before the wedding I decided that change my color pallet and she absolutely KILLED it (in a good way). Stunning. Everything was stunning and I never had one worry about how everything turned out because I trusted Elena and knew she would create something beautiful, and she did. My bouquet was stunning. Elena is so creative and the colors and decor she used pulled everything together.
I could go on and on about my positive experience with Elena - if you are planning an out of town wedding or even local to the Asheville area, she is worth every penny and more. I'm very excited to see what big things she continues to do! She is a BOSS LADY! Thank you Elena!

We looked for months for the perfect venue and found this little hidden gem which turned out to be a dream venue! Elena was so helpful and provided extra decor and options for the ceremony. Our wedding was the dreamiest day and the photos are incredible! There were so many stunning backdrops to take advantage of. It was also very helpful to have the family stay onsite at the cottage which has the most charming decor. I would recommend this venue to everyone! -

Great investment for a perfect day.
Planning a wedding remotely can be stressful, but both Elena and Alla took the stress from the process. Their creativity, organizational skills and guidance made the planning easy and they were consistently available to provide advice and input whenever needed. Their experience in the Asheville area was very valuable and allowed them to make the best recommendations. On-site they really shined and with inclement weather resulting in some last-minute changes, they were cool and calm the entire time and took care of everything behind the scenes. When our guests arrived on-site, no one was the wiser we were executing an alternate plan. We were very fortunate to have been able to work with them. -

As a hardworking woman I respect other hardworking women, but Elena is something more of a superwoman! My husband and I interviewed several planners, but Elena’s calming and collected demeanor sold us; she also bundled her planning services with providing floral which was also a huge sell. We hired her for month-of services as we planned from Florida, but she was available the entire year leading up to the wedding. She received my texts, emails, and calls promptly and had the ability to create a worry-free planning experience. My husband and I always knew we’d need someone to take the reins the day of the wedding so our family/friends wouldn’t lift a finger; Elena blew it out of the water and the florals were SPECTACULAR! Trust her in this process if you opt to kill two birds with one stone and get a wedding planner/coordinator and florist! She is the best! -

Elena did both flowers and day of planning for our wedding and she couldn’t have been more perfect! She had the most creative ideas, worked in our budget, and created a space that was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! Our wedding had to be postponed and changed due to COVID and she worked with us seamlessly. Can’t recommend her enough! -

Elena and Allah were amazing!
I highly recommend Elena Events! Elena and Allah were amazing to work with throughout the entire process. Elena captured my daughters style and personality and planned the wedding exactly as my daughter envisioned. The floral arrangements were stunning! As a mother, having Elena Events plan and coordinate the wedding allowed me to enjoy the ceremony and our guests without worrying about the details! -

Elena is the absolute BEST! She was our day of coordinator, did all of our flowers and set up everything for the ceremony and reception. I waited longer than some, to finally get married, and Elena made every dream I've ever had for this day - come true! She helped bring all of my ideas to life, even when I wasn't exactly sure how to explain what I was thinking. When my ideas were a little out of the box, she ran with it and exceeded my expectations. Many friends and family said all of our wedding flowers were the most beautiful flowers they had ever seen, at any wedding they'd ever been to and I agree! Everything was SO beautiful, more beautiful than I could have imagined! We had so much fun through the planning process and on the day of our wedding, everything went smoothly. She helped me stay calm and relaxed and I was able to enjoy every moment of the day. I'm more than incredibly grateful and thankful for Elena. I could not have had the absolute wedding of my dreams without her! -

Elena was my wedding coordinator and designer/florist for my November wedding in Asheville. I was super impressed by how hard she worked the day of the wedding, she was going non-stop from early in the morning until after midnight. I could not have done it without her. It was really easy to have one contact person for the wedding coordination as well as flowers/decor - made communication seamless and made it so that there were 1-2 less vendors that I had to coordinate with. Her pricing is extremely reasonable for the services that she offers. We also were on a tight budget and she figured out how to maximize the money we were spending on flowers without anything looking cheap (we were able to select anything from her deep stockroom of decor that was included in the “save and flourish” package). We got so many compliments on how beautiful the setup/floral was. We were planning from out of town and could only be in Asheville on a few weekend dates, and she made meetings happen that would accommodate our schedules. Overall Elena is highly reliable and I got to enjoy our wedding so much more without being bothered with details on the day of because she took care of everything. Would highly recommend for both floral/design and day-of wedding coordination! -

She went above and beyond to not only meet, but exceed my expectations and requests for my June wedding!! She made my bouquets and the flowers on my arbor exactly how I envisioned (if not even better!) Her communications skills are awesome, she was always on time, and her prices are very reasonable!! I promise you will not regret working with this amazing person. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would!! Thank you, Elena!

I can't say enough about Elena! I was fortunate to find Elena in my search for a day of coordinator for my wedding May 27th in Asheville. From my first contact with Elena she was so easy to talk to and always made time for all my questions. Planning a wedding requires so many decisions and Elena was so perfect at helping me learn my style and vision for my wedding. She always took time to discuss details of the wedding and was never in a hurry which was much appreciated. She also decorated our venue for our ceremony and reception. She brought my vision to life perfectly! The flowers were beautiful! She was able to stay in my budget for flowers and did an amazing job.
Hands down she was the core of my all my wedding planning and having her there on my wedding day was such a pleasure. She has such a calm demeanor as a day of coordinator which was such a blessing. I didn't understand the importance of a timeline until my wedding day and Elena made everything seem so effortless. I had complete trust in her and everything she did was exactly what any Bride dreams of on their wedding day. I could not have done it without her!

Look no further than this page/woman for your wedding needs. She is AMAZING and incredibly talented! I was an out of town bride, so unable to visit the venue/meet up with her to discuss my vision. This was solely done through phone calls, texts, and e-mails (which she was so responsive to). I am still amazed to this day how PERFECTLY she captured my vision for everything. I talk to many brides who say they cannot remember the flowers and decor at their wedding a couple weeks out, but I know I will not be able to forget what Elena did. Not only was she great, but her team was phenomenal as well. Alla was so on top of things, which I certainly needed, and did everything with a smile on her face. Nothing was impossible with this group. And, on top of it all, they are affordable! Can't beat that. I would recommend Elena Events again and again -

An Absolute Gem To Work With / She’s Wonderful
I have been married for 3months now, I still go back and remember how beautiful all my florals were and just how at peace I was the day of my wedding knowing I could get ready and take the best day of my life with ease.
Growing up I always heard “you’ll be so stressed about your wedding day“ “you’ll be visiting the venue to make sure everything’s running smoothly” etc. That was not the case with Elena.
If I started to have concerns during the preparation time, she would call and reassure me. She has your absolute best interest. She helped made what I was envisioning in my mind come to life.
I wouldn’t have changed a thing!!!
She is professional, wonderful quality, a sweetheart and just a true joy to work with.

I trusted Elena with Everything!
I like to think I am on the easy-going side of things when it came to my wedding. My request for flowers was "lots of greenery" my color palate was "earthy tones" and describing my dress was "tight and full of lace." So when it came to a vision of my flowers and design of my space, I put my full trust in Elena and she absolutely exceeded expectations. -
