I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lush Blooms and Luisa! From our very email, she truly understood my vision and brought it to life in the most breathtaking way. Every arrangement—from the bouquets to the ceremony florals to the reception centerpieces—was more stunning than I ever imagined. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and beautifully designed, and so many of our guests commented on how gorgeous they looked.
Luisa was kind enough to create a mock up of the centerpiece and bring it to a design meeting with my rentals vendor. She offered suggestions I never would have thought of that elevated the entire look and feel of our wedding. On the day of, everything was delivered on time, set up flawlessly, and I didn’t have to worry about a single detail.
If you’re looking for a florist who is talented, reliable, and genuinely passionate about their work, look no further. Luisa exceeded every expectation and helped make our wedding day absolutely magical. I will forever be grateful! -

Lush Blooms was perfect for our wildflower wedding! I knew early in the planning process that flowers would be one of our main things for the wedding and so I really wanted someone who understood my vision. Luisa took my Pinterest board and perfectly matches the images I had with beautiful flowers and designs. She was very helpful when adjusting the pieces I needed and even coordinated with me to have bud vases delivered to her. Every single piece that she and her team made for the wedding were perfect!! Exactly what I wanted and just made an already beautiful venue a perfect wedding. I cannot recommend her enough!! -

This review comes long overdue. I chose to work with Luisa for my February wedding and absolutely LOVED all of my florals. My bouquet was so beautiful, as were those for my girls and the ceremony décor. Everything was exactly as I had described I wanted and she was even able to adjust her schedule to get there earlier when my coordinator requested it. I can’t thank you enough, Luisa! Everything looked so beautiful. I would recommend her to any Bride! -

Beautiful Florals
Luisa was incredibly responsive throughout the entire wedding planning process, and I loved receiving the design proposal when comparing vendors as well. I made a couple last minute additions to our proposal, and Luisa was very accommodating. The florals day off the wedding were stunning! Thank you Lush Blooms for the gorgeous flowers for our big day! -

Christina Sent on 04/10/2013PROS: I was pleased with the efficient set up and break down by Sweet Elegance Events within the allotted venue time frames.
CONS: Evidently, there was a misunderstanding between Sweet Elegance Events and I regarding my flowers. I believed I had agreed to a little blush on my bouquet and white flowers for everything else (as written in my contract). I agreed to similar bridesmaids bouquets which I intended to be similar in style but was taken to be similar in color as well. Despite the misunderstanding however, it is extremely disappointing that when seeing your client – a bride on her wedding day – upset over the product you delivered not being what she expected that nothing was done, or even offered to be done, to fix matters. Furthermore, even if the bouquets had blush according to the interpretation of Sweet Elegance Events, there was absolutely no mention of adding it to neither the flower girl’s petals nor the centerpieces, where pink was indeed added. My biggest disappointment was the color Sweet Elegance Events added to all the items, however, I'd like to point out another smaller disappointment. The boutonnieres had very little to them – comments referred to them as weak. After the wedding, my groom's grandmother explained to me that the boutonnieres were not wired and hence why they didn't hold up well. Evidently, the orchids used were too delicate to wire. I am disappointed that Sweet Elegance Events did not discuss this with us and/or suggest alternatives. If there was any guesswork on the part of Sweet Elegance Events, its upsetting that when I asked 10 days before the wedding if anything else was needed from me that I wasn't informed of what I was failing to provide as the client. I felt that I approached matters civilly to address the misunderstanding and was further upset at the lack of professionalism I began to encounter. The Sweet Elegance Events website claims customer satisfaction is a priority but that was far from my experience. -

Paid nearly $3k for very sparse / disappointing flower arrangements and she forgot our wedding cake flowers that were promised
We paid nearly $3k for wedding flower arrangements from Lush Blooms and were delivered pretty bare, small & cheap looking florals for our wedding which we had to transfer ourselves and reuse for the dinner tables from the wedding ceremony to supposedly get nicer looking arrangements by reusing them and saving money... We were pretty disappointed in what was delivered to us and felt like there were barely any flowers/arrangements visible at our wedding at all. Still not sure what we paid so much money for, it looked like she bought $120 worth of cheap plant material and charged $3,000.
She also forgot the wedding cake flowers/accents that she promised us so our wedding cake did not have anything on it and was bare.
We had high hopes and Luisa was friendly over the phone, but we were disappointed in what was delivered to us and the flowers were stressful and were a bit lackluster on our special day. Charges a lot of money and underdelivers. She's nice, but I wouldn't recommend her as a florist unfortunately. -
