Beautiful arrangements

I hired Luna Vinca for my wedding. The theme was whimsical, summery, and low key, and Luna Vinca understood what I was going for. I made my own centerpiece vases and they stuffed them for us, just how I had envisioned. Everything they did was beautiful -- the centerpieces, bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres. They were easy to work with and competitively priced. I highly recommend them!

We had a wonderful experience working with Jennifer from Luna Vinca on the floral design for our wedding! When I first started looking for florists I knew I wanted someone who was willing to dedicate the time to answer questions by email and to be upfront about pricing. So, I sent out a lengthy email with detailed questions based on our wedding details and budget to each of the florists I was considering. Most of the big floral shops (like Richfield, Soderbergs, and Indulge & Bloom) responded eventually with a vague message about coming in for a consultation. Jennifer impressed me immediately as she not only responded first, she also answered every question in my lengthy email. At our initial meeting, it was clear that Jennifer is passionate about the work that she does and committed to helping clients create a fabulous floral design that is within their budget. I know very little about flowers, and Jennifer was exceptionally patient and kind when walking me through different options. She had all kinds of tips for how to repurpose floral arrangements for the ceremony to be used as part of the reception decor, and offered great suggestions on which items to prioritize. She kept copies of the photos and notes I sent her and used them to create really gorgeous arrangements that worked perfectly with our color scheme and overall vision. We had an unusually long harvest-style head table in the middle of our reception hall (35' in length) and Jennifer helped us to create a plan that made the table feel full and beautiful without breaking the bank. Everything looked incredible on our wedding day and was delivered and set up in plenty of time. We were particularly impressed by the stunning floral sashes that she created for our draped entryway - they really wowed our guests! I would absolutely recommend Jennifer and the Luna Vinca team to other brides or event planners -- she exceeded my expectations every step of the way!!

Luna Vinca was a great choice for our wedding flowers. They did a great job of working with us on different types of arrangements including bouquets, garlands, and a boutonniere. The flowers were even better than I imagined, definitely a highlight of our day!

I loved Luna Vinca! They allowed me to do a ton of planning via email, which was great, and the flowers for our reception and our bouquets fit my vision exactly, and actually exceeded my expectations. So happy with the results!

My husband and I booked Luna Vinca for our wedding in June of 2016. We worked with Jennifer, and she was great! She was very personable, had a wide range of what she could offer, and the arrangements were absolutely beautiful. She was able to keep us in our price point and figure out what was worth spending the extra money on and what we could cut out to save on the cost. We were very satisfied with her services and would definitely recommend her to our friends.

I had an odd experience with a previous floral consultation that put me a bit on edge with the whole process. I'm by no means an expert in this area and I wanted to feel comfortable with the floral portion of my wedding. After meeting with Jennifer at Luna Vinca, I was completely at ease. I trusted her artistic capability and I felt like a valued customer despite the size of my event. She gave me a number of options to choose from and even though we chose to go with minimal floral arrangements, I was treated as well as someone who was spending thousands of dollars. They are affordable, knowledgable, professional and everything I needed to feel comfortable working with them on the planning end. I went in with slight specifics (color, general shape, and a couple of flowers I didn't want) what I got was more than I could have hoped for! Thank you so much for everything!!

I ordered my wedding bouquet from Luna Vinca and was seriously thrilled with the results. We had a consultation beforehand where I walked through my vision and showed a few images. I have very little floral knowledge and was not very eloquent in describing what I wanted, yet somehow, the bouquet turned out EXACTLY how I pictured it and even had some details that were better than I even imagined. I still have my bouquet even though it is dried out. It's still beautiful. Great service, great price, stunning results.

I was absolutely thrilled with my flowers from Luna Vinca! I received so many compliments from everyone as everthing was just beautiful. Jennifer was more than a pleasure to work with. I planned most of my wedding from a different state so she initially met with my mother, and my mom could not have been more impressed with Jennifer and her work. She really understood my vision even though I couldn't articulate it fully. When I came into town for the wedding she met with me again for an hour and a half and went over every single detail to make sure I was pleased. I left that meeting feeling so excited and I was not disappointed on my wedding day. Everything was exactly what I wanted! I loved it all and it was just what we had discussed. She is extremely reasonably priced for the type of work she does. I would recommend Luna Vinca to anyone. I really can't say enough good things!!

Luna Vinca was the second floral vendor I was in contact with regarding our floral arrangements. The first vendor backed out due to already being booked on our date (but I suspect they didn't want to work with an out-of-town bride who was skeptical of pricing and unsure of what she wanted!). But, that's okay! By the time Jennifer swooped in (she sent me a follow up email after I made initial contact months earlier), I was ready. I gave her a list of what I needed and the color palette and left the types of flowers up to her. On the day of wedding, the bouquets were delivered on time and everything was fresh and vibrant.

Jennifer at Luna Vinca was great to work with! I met with her more than once because I couldn't make up my mind on a few things and wanted to bring my Mom back with me to get a second opinion and she was more than happy to run through everything with us again. We wanted beautiful flowers but we also didn't want to spend a fortune and she helped us come up with ways to re-use flowers from our ceremony at the reception so we could get amazing flowers but not waste anything. She was very friendly and professional, I would recommend Luna Vinca to anyone with an event coming up!

Clare at Luna Vinca was easy to work and put together beautiful and creative arrangements for my wedding. Clare was very helpful, especially since we were wedding planning from a long distance. Most of our communication was through email and phone, and we were only able to meet in person once. During that meeting, we were able to finalize all of our floral plans. She did an excellent job setting up the flowers at both the wedding venue and at the reception venue. She incorporated our special needs, the inclusion of amethyst geodes, into several of the floral arrangements. I was so happy with my wedding flowers.

Though I come from a family of gardeners, I know very little about flowers. Luna Vinca patiently guided me through shape, size and color, so that I picked arrangements that truly reflected my taste. My flowers were stunning and came out better than I ever expected. They had charm, were creative, and helped pull the whole room together.

Jennifer at Luna Vinca was wonderful to work with! After chatting with her for just a few minutes and showing her a few photos of flowers I liked, she grasped the exact concept for my wedding/flowers that I was going for and had great suggestions on how to achieve my dream. We wanted to incorporate gray into the bouquets and boutonnieres, as that was a prominent wedding color of mine. During our consultation, my mom suggested spray painting baby's breath gray, and Jennifer immediately jumped up and tried it out to see if it would work. It did, and she was able to utilize that as accents in all of my flowers, which we received a lot of compliments on! I can truly say that the flowers on my wedding day turned out absolutely beautiful with no worries on my end because of Jennifer at Luna Vinca.

I looked around at a lot of florists in the Minneapolis area. I chose Luna Vinca because they were so passionate about bringing my vision to life, brought great ideas to the table, were in line with my budget, patient while working through different ideas and they were fun to work with. Luna Vinca didn't meet my high expectation - they exceeded them. Our guests are still talking about the beautiful flowers and how amazing all of the arrangements were! They truly made everything more perfect than I could have imagined.

I LOVED working with Luna Vinca. Claire and Jennifer bsolutely got my vision and created the most stunning flowers - keeping them squarely within our budget. Our situation was a little out of the ordinary, but Claire didn't bat an eye, instead asked intelligent questions and was super flexible with renting us everything we needed to make it work. Also - when we had to add two extra boutonnieres at the last minute, there was no hassle or stress.

Luna Vinca listened in detail to our needs and color selections that my daughter preferred. They worked with us in person, by email and by telephone. They always responded with a positive, 'we can do' attitude. Their selections of flowers as well as their attentiveness to detail wowed us beyond belief. The comments we received from all the guests were "who did your floral arrangements?". That says it all in my book.

Luna Vinca made my wedding planning process seamless when it came to picking out flowers and centerpieces. They took my swatches and Pinterest board and made them come to life! I was unhappy with other florists I visited that simply suggested the most expensive flowers. Luna Vinca not only listened to my vision but suggested some ways to save money and to achieve a unique look to the bouquets, centerpieces, and flowers on the corners of an arch. Clare sketched out ideas of different ways to create statement looks and thought of details that I would've never thought about. She and the team created the most gorgeous garden look to my wedding. Guests were commenting all night long on how unique and beautiful the flowers were. Go to Luna Vinca if you want a carefree experience and impactful floral display!

I was thrilled with the work our florist did for our wedding! Jennifer of Luna Vinca met with me for a planning meeting where she creatively worked with my ideas to come up with a great plan. Along with her willingness to work within my budget, she also welcomed any comments or photos of flowers I liked to get a real "feel" for my vision for the day. I have to say she totally exceeded my expectations! I was so thrilled when I saw the final product on the day of the wedding. Truly exceptional! My flowers were gorgeous and everything went so smoothly. The bouquets were ready and waiting for us at the church, the church and the reception venue were set up for us and also they took down the centerpieces afterwards for us for a small fee (worth it!!). Luna vinca is amazing. Even though I don't know much about flowers I had a very specific look in mind, and they realized my vision. They are also very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Luna Vinca cared about what I wanted and how we saw our day. They were respectful of my budget. They were detail oriented down to planning out which flowers needed to be delivered to which room at what time for which people. I got great quality and I would recommend them to anyone.

We started our floral journey for this wedding by getting 4 quotes and having 4 consults. Luna Vinca was not only the most affordable, but I believed the most professional and had the greatest ideas! Jennifer did a wonderful job of doing our wedding. We had beautiful ivory and white toned flowers! She did elaborate ceneter pieces as well as a huge pergula for well under what I imaged it costing. I would not have chose anyone else to do my day and my sister plans to use her for her wedding in the future, if that doesn't tell you how much we loved her work, I'm not sure what does.

Jennifer (owner) and Clare are amazing!! I met with Clare and instantly she knew what I was envisioning for my December wedding. Very easy to work with and you can decide to add/take out whatever you like or don't like. Jennifer arrived with all of the flowers the day of and I LOVED them all :) I wouldn't have changed anything and I was very pleased and super excited!!

I have no complaints about Luna Vinca. I only had my bouquet made there (we did our own boutonneirs, bridesmaids bouquets, and decorative arrangements at the Minneapolis Flower Market), and the florist I worked with was super nice and easy to communicate with. I just brought in pictures, told her the colors I like and some of my favorite flowers, and she came up with a verbal proposal on the spot - just so we could envision it. Then she grabbed a few samples from her cooler and showed me how it might look. Since I was on a budget, she also helped me pick the flowers that would be most cost effective.

I was so impressed with the final product, I just squealed when I saw the bouquet on my wedding day!

Jennifer from Luna Vinca was so flexible! I kept changing my mind on my flowers and she worked with me the during the whole wedding planning process (1.5 years!) AND delivered exactly what I wanted. Our flowers were so beautiful, and when I look back on that day, I know I'll always remember the first time I saw my bouquet. I was so happy, and everyone kept asking if they could take our flowers home with them :)

I have only wonderful things to say about my experience with Luna Vinca! Unlike other florists who made me feel like there was no way my flower budget (which was on the smaller end of the spectrum) could result in beautiful bouquets and center-pieces, Jennifer worked with me to find beautiful and economical solutions. Lunca Vinca was on time all day from drop off at the hotel, to set-up at the reception to tear-down at the end of the night; they helped train family members to pin the guys with their flowers; and every part of the day's flower story was perfectly aligned with what we had discussed. Since my wedding, I have continued to use Luna Vince (as have others in my family) for other flower needs.

I had a great experience working with Jennifer at Luna Vinca. She really listened to what I wanted and never pressured me in any way. The centerpieces looked great but I was especially impressed with the bouquets and boutonnieres--they were so gorgeous and unique! I would definitely recommend Luna Vinca to other brides.

Jennfier from Luna Vinca was great to work with. When I went in for my consultation, she asked questions to create a total picture of what I wanted which including my price point. During the consultation she not only offered pictures for visuals, but went into her cooler to bring out example of the flower she was thinking of using. She did the same thing when discussing center pieces and items for the ceremony. Jennifer is very creative and created a georgious bouquet for me that honored everything we discussed during the consultation. Her staff arrived on site the day of the wedding and set everything up for the reception and made sure everyone in the wedding party had their flowers. Jennifer also made it very easy for me to return the centerpieces a couple days after the wedding. She provided everything that the items needed to be transported in and made it easy to drop them off."

I mostly worked with Clare for our wedding. She was very easy to work and accommodating with our many many change requests. When the flowers arrived for our wedding I could not have been more pleased. They were a more beautiful version of what I had in my head!

I was absolutely thrilled with Luna Vinca! Everything was so personalized for us -- Jennifer never made us feel like just another customer (she even delivered the flowers herself on our wedding day). Luna Vinca was always quick to respond to my requests, quick with a proposal, and paid attention to my inspiration images. Most of all, all of our flowers were beautiful! They were exactly what we wanted and everyone couldn't stop commenting how amazing they looked. Perfect!

A member of the team behind the scene. We absolutely loved working with Jennifer! The team at Luna Vinca was so accommodating of this bride on a budget She did my rehearsal dinner flowers and my wedding day flowers and man our events continue to be talked about. Ladies take a bow because each time I scan the slides of our memories I see yellows and blues and Fuschia and I am excited all over again . Our bouquets looked amazing and exactly what I envisioned! And the boutinier's were just perfect as well! And, then when we got on the boat for our wedding reception, the flowers accenting the tables were again the exact finishing touch we wanted! Our day was perfect and we received tons of compliments for the flowers, and we couldn't have had such a perfect day without Clare at Luna Vinca! She helped us with our very strict budget, never once trying to push other items on me just to make a sale and her eye for detail was amazing!

Luna Vinca added such amazing color and class to our wedding! We will recommend Luna Vinca and Clare as your consultant to everyone we know in the Twin Cities!

We absolutely loved working with Luna Vinca! We got so many compliments. Jennifer was great about working within my budget rather than trying to increase the budget to meet my initial ideas. Jennifer was great to work with from start to finish. There are so many moving parts when you plan a wedding, so when you find someone who listens and does an amazing job you are just so grateful. She gave me options as far as price differences, was honest about the realities of seasonal flowers, and was never pushy about anything. The day of the wedding, everything was delivered and set up without a word. That day, everyone asks you about a thousand damn questions. So the people that just quietly do their job become your heroes. I would recommend Luna Vinca hands down. :D

We came in with a few ideas for a loose, architectural concept for flowers, but no clear idea for specific flowers or greenery. Claire worked with us and provided several examples to help the flowers make our whole event connect visually.

Claire did a great job with our wedding day flowers, we got many compliments on both the bridal and the bridesmaid bouquets. I think that Claire is a really good at listening to what we wanted, but at the same time know when to recommend flowers that would look good in the bouquet. This is something we really appreciated, because we did have an idea of what we wanted (the color, as well as some specific flowers), but we didn't know all the flowers out there. Claire also showed us lots of pictures so we know exactly what flowers she is talking about. Claire was very responsive to our emails, which was very helpful since we were planning our wedding from out of state. Overall, Claire was a pleasure to work with, she was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would certainly recommend Luna Vinca to other brides.

Jennifer is great! She gave me lots of helpful ideas, and the flowers she delivered were exactly what I had imagined. I was very pleased with her work and had lots of compliments on the flowers from guests!

Save yourself the stress & look for another florist! In our experience, Luna Vinca was not honest in their dealings with us. Clare quoted a price for a volume of flowers, (both verbally & in our proposal) which they said they would "honor" since they made a mistake on the initial calculation. I realize that they made a large ($100) mistake on our initial proposal, but I would have given them a pass if this were dealt with differently. If they would have said there was an error & we needed to re-work the proposal, that would have been totally fine. I am a very reasonable person, I absolutely make mistakes too. Instead, they chose not own up to a promise that I have in writing, but to make up for their faux pas by being sneaky & deleting flowers that we had agreed upon for our wedding. At our final meeting - 4 weeks prior to the big day - I asked for floral to be moved from one place to another, (instead of using it at the ceremony, for that same floral to instead be on a table at the reception) but they DELETED IT from our proposal all together and KEPT THE PRICE THE SAME. I questioned this several times & was told there was no mistake. WHERE'S THE "HONOR" IN THAT? I find it extremely absurd since they order their flowers in bunches instead of per stem and it would have cost them virtually nothing to do the right thing. End result, my bouquet was only OK, but reception floral was not worth it... many of the arrangements were messy & looked quite awful. This could have been avoided if they simply looked at the photo sample I submitted with my proposal... very sloppy work on their part. Overall, I feel like a consumer should be treated the same whether you spend $1000 or $5000 on their wedding floral, which I did not experience in this situation. I could have gone without the drama, stress and frustration. I would not work with them again, nor would I recommend any friends to go with them.
