Kasey did a awesome job on my wedding planning and floral, my floral arrangements was the best I have seen.

Kasey has been amazing to work with. She has not only helped me pick me DJ and Photographer but she is also doing all of my decor, flowers and photobooth! I am so blessed to be working with her. She is very responsive and always available to connect with to and talk about suggestions and changes. She is truly the best planner to work with and has has made my whole planning process this far simple and stress free! Book her!

Kasey and her team were so sweet, attentive and went above and beyond. I didn't think I needed a planner because my venue had a coordinator. There were so many things Kasey and her team did the venue coordinator wouldn't like bustle my dress, move floral arrangements, set place cards, pack up decor and load gifts, etc. I couldn't have had a more perfect day! I don't know how anyone can get married without a planner. Luminary Event Co. has the best connections with other vendors and saved me over $2400! I met with 6 planners and Kasey was the only one with such passion and you can tell her and her girls definitely love weddings!

I was like a deer in the head lights when it came to weddings. Kasey came to the rescue I thought I did not need extra help but the amount of fires she put out the month and day of that I did not even know until after the fact. She never made me worried or nervous. John, her assistant was so great and helpful for the guys and made them on time to pictures. She never let me and my husband go with out a drink every part of the day. Everything was so great because I had Kasey there. I could not have done it with out her.

Kasey and Ansley were fantastic! I could not have imagined my wedding without these girls! Every detail matters to them down to a napkin fold! Throughout the planning process they helped me with every question I had regardless of when i would contact them, I ALWAYS got a prompt response. They did my floral and I am still getting compliments on it months later. I am so thankful I met Kasey at a bridal show. I didn't think I needed a planner, but Kasey walked me thorough all the reasons I did and was honest with me about my expectations! Thank you! Y'all are so wonderful and sweet!

I met with 5 wedding planners and ended up booking Kasey. She has the most experience and was the most helpful during the consultation. Her one hour consultation turned into 2.5 hours of laughing and bonding and the connection was formed. I couldn't imagine the planing process without the help of Luminary Event Co. These girls definitely have it together and are so sweet. Extremely responsive, very professional and knowledgeable. We also used her photobooth which was such a blast! Kasey and her team went above their duties on the day of my wedding and I was speechless when I saw my reception set up. Hurry up and hire her!

Make your wedding memorable without doing it all alone! Kasey and her crew always do a great job and I found this out first hand at my wedding. I've been to a few other weddings as well they have been used and they always know a solution for anything that comes up. Always well prepared and super easy to work with. Luminary Event Co. is the best investment I made for my wedding. I was having many issues with my venue before meeting Kasey and she got them to pull it together. I also did all of my floral with Kasey and her team and everything was so gorgeous. She really went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was perfect and fit the theme of the wedding. She personalized the vases with music paper since my husband and I met in band. My wedding would have been a train wreck, but the Luminary team got it on track and it went so smoothly. Thank you for making my day perfect!

Luminary was a godsend! I was so stressed out planning my wedding and was being swallowed by magazines and ideas and Pinterest was becoming torture! I couldn't imagine my wedding coming together until I met Kasey! She was wonderful with referrals to ideas- she completed the vision I had and her staff helped with the impeccable execution of my wedding. I can honestly say I had the perfect wedding!

Hannah and her assistant were so great throughout the entire process of planning. She was so attentive and quick to respond to any questions. On the day of the wedding, she made sure everything was taken care of and I never had to worry about a single thing. I would highly recommend her to any bride looking to have a stress free wedding day.

My biggest regret of my wedding was hiring Kasey to be my day of wedding planner. In the beginning, she was very responsive, sounded confident, and seemed knowledgeable. Kasey and her assistant seemed overwhelmed and were not able to handle my relatively small wedding of about 55-60 people. Four hours after arrival and as guests were already arriving, the reception was not finished being set up. And several decor items were never used or put up.

Fortunately, I only had Kasey make my bouquet, boutonnieres, corsages and flower girl crown. The remainder of the floral arrangements were completed by friends. My bouquet was nothing like who had spoke of previously. She told me the flower shop was out of what we had discussed and basically put it together last minute. Not long before the first look photos, she was putting it together. The flower girl crown was falling apart and was unable to be worn. She did not assist with trying to fix it, so we just ended up tossing it.

Multiple times throughout the reception, she was coming up to me with issues that could have been addressed by the staff at the venue and more focused on cleanup two hours before the reception ended. The majority of the time she was sitting down, guests overheard her complaining and packing up items early.

The week prior, it was confirmed that she would take the last bag or two of trash out. When they end of the night came, she acted like she didn't know where to take it, didn't have room in her car. So basically at the end of my reception, I am freaking out trying to figure out how to get the trash out. Luckily, the venue manager stepped up and took care of it.

From my experience Kasey was ill prepared, lazy and lacks insight into her abilities and limitations. This was my wedding day. It only happens once and it was beyond stressful to deal with issues. I DO NOT recommend her.

Initially I would have had a decent review to leave regarding the wedding planning process. Kasey was very helpful during the planning process but it was the week of and months following our wedding that has left me extremely disappointed in my choice of hiring Kasey. The week of the wedding I was having to reach out to her with questions of how guests would get water, how would drinks stay cold behind the bar, etc. Resulting in my having to rent additional things for the wedding days before the wedding. Having worked this venue a month before I would have thought she would have brought this to my attention. The day of the wedding while getting ready she had informed me that they lost the table numbers which I kept insisting they were in a box that had its contents labeled including "Table Numbers". Eventually they were found after the stress of trying to figure out what to do instead. After the wedding she did not clean the venue which left me to not receive my $250 deposit back. The venue sent me pictures of the mess including the 3 kegs that were left. She insisted we leave that night and she would take care of everything- however the kegs were left and stolen. I was never informed that she did not take care of them until I tried to return he remaining alcohol and the store informed me they were not returned. I contacted her and she informed she did not have enough room in her car and that she found it "odd they didn't pick them up". So I did not get the $300 keg deposit back either. I have been battling it out for over 2 months to get my money back that I had lost from her mistake. I will add that Kasey did do a good job in other ways but its the lack of professionalism and loss of money that has truly made me regret hiring her.

Overall, this wedding planner was incredibly unprofessional throughout the wedding weekend. Her dress attire was unprofessional at both the rehearsal and day of wedding events, she concerned herself with things that were not and should not ever be her concern, such as, chiming in with bridesmaid discussions, pestering about how much we were drinking prior to speeches, and why the bride wasn't "smiling enough", along with creating a somewhat chaotic atmosphere getting last minute things together and burdening the bride with every detail that was unnecessary. Lastly, she forgot to gather up the wedding party for the grand entrance, so that moment was totally missed. She was incredibly intrusive to the weekend and I would not be interested in working with this company again.

disappointing

I was very disappointed with this service. I had a great connection with the florist for my wedding and felt great about my big day and that I was in good hands but unfortunately I was not. Absolutely NONE of the flowers I requested for the guest table displays, bouquets, and welcoming tables, matched. I love flowers and I was so very disappointed to see the flowers provided for these displays. For instance- I requested fairly medium sized arrangements for the welcoming tables, and was only provided 4 roses in a vase, THAT WAS ALL! Also, I asked for garland to be going all the way down the Head Table, about 20 feet long, and NONE was there, NOTHING but a few stacked roses in front of my seat and husband’s. None of the flowers provided matched the contract that was signed by me and the florist. On top of that, the florist was an hour late to deliver, which cut the bouquets from being in many of my family photos. I am SO very disappointed and want anyone considering using this florist to not experience the betrayal my husband and I went through. I feel very ripped off from this service since we were proactive in paying down our balance assuming we were in good hands; furthermore , was embarrassed of the flower arrangements that I was looking forward to. We can sum up our experience with this florist in one word...FRAUD.

Unprofessional,dishonest and a complete uncaring, selfish, planner- that only cares about money and manipulating! DO NOT HIRE this so called planner, unless you want your wedding ruined! Trust me she’s a scam at best and has no idea, what she’s doing! She needs jesus and jail for all that she’s did on my wedding day!
