Lindsay is the total package! She is incredibly talented, extremely professional, organized and has an amazing personality! Our engagement and wedding photos are breathtaking. We have received so many compliments, some actually said they had no idea wedding pictures could look so beautiful! Lindsay planned our entire wedding timeline and guaranteed that all important moments were included and photographed. Lindsay is so much fun to work with. I genuinely don’t think there are words to express how wonderful Lindsay truly is at what she does. We will cherish our photos always and recommend her to all couples getting married in the future! -

I can’t say enough great things about Lindsay! From the moment we started working together, her bubbly personality made everything feel fun and relaxed. She brought such positive energy to the day, which really helped everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera.
It’s so clear that she has a ton of experience—she just knows exactly what shots to get and how to capture the best moments without things ever feeling forced. She guided us effortlessly and kept everything running smoothly, which made a huge difference throughout the day.
Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also genuinely a great person who truly cares about her clients. The photos turned out absolutely amazing, and I’ll cherish them forever. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone skilled, professional, and an absolute joy to work with!

Hire Luckybird for your wedding day! 15/10 Recommend!
Choosing Lindsay and her team at Luckybird Photography was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding. As an events professional who has worked with Lindsay on several weddings, I knew right away that we had to have her as our photographer. Her incredible personality, unmatched professionalism, and stunning photos made her the perfect fit for our big day.
When the pandemic threw a wrench into our original wedding plans, Lindsay was completely understanding and flexible. We decided to keep our original wedding date but host our reception a year later, and she was so accommodating throughout the process. Her flexibility and support allowed us to stay true to our vision despite all the challenges we faced.
On our wedding day, Lindsay went above and beyond, making us feel comfortable, relaxed, and totally confident in her work. She and her team captured our day perfectly, and the photos turned out absolutely amazing. I’m so grateful for her attention to detail, the special moments she captured, and how beautifully everything turned out in the photos.
A highlight of the day was when I realized I had left my wallet with my ID back at the hotel. Without hesitation, Lindsay’s husband—who was assisting as her second shooter—ran back to the hotel to retrieve it for me, saving the day when I was in a bit of a panic. This level of care and commitment to her clients is just one of the many reasons we knew Lindsay was the right choice for us.
Overall, working with Lindsay was an absolute dream, and I’m so thankful for her expertise and the beautiful memories she helped create. If you're looking for a photographer who is not only talented but also genuinely caring and professional, Luckybird Photography is the way to go. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! -

The best there is!
My husband and I cannot recommend Lindsay and her team enough!! We had a Zoom call to go over all of our questions before signing a contract, and it was clear she is passionate about her career and amazing at what she does. Lindsay was super accommodating when we wanted to do engagement photos in Chicago but our wedding was in Toledo. She made two awkward accountants feel super comfortable and we had the best time! You spend a ton of significant time with your photographer on your wedding day, from getting ready to private vows/first look, to the dancefloor so you really want to make sure they're the right one, and Lindsay and Whitney really are the best! Photos received timely, tons of them, great mix of posed and candid (but she will focus on whatever is right for you! - she made sure we covered EVERYTHING pose wise that I found on Pinterest). Day of, Lindsay was super prepared and even had eyelash glue when the bridesmaids needed it and no one else, including our day of coordinator had any. I could go on but I'll end with Lindsay can and will check every box you have for a photographer, and she will go above and beyond for her couples. You will feel so confident in your decision if you book Luckybird!! -

I met Lindsay at a bridal show and upon meeting, I knew immediately that I wanted her to be my photographer! Her personality is so kind, outgoing, and fun! During our engagement session Lindsay not only took amazing engagement photos, but she made us feel comfortable and feel natural in our poses; while having fun of course! During the process leading up to our wedding Lindsay was in constant communication with us and helping us create the perfect timeline. The day of the wedding I simply cannot put it into words how amazing Lindsay was. She helped my mom bustle my dress, put on my bracelet, and was literally in the grass rubbing club soda on my dress to get the grass stains out before I walked into the reception! Also the turn around time for when we received our wedding photos was amazing (13 days!) She simply captured every moment of our wedding perfectly and my husband and I 100% made the right decision in choosing Lindsay from Luckybird Photography. -

I never had any doubt when my (now) wife and I decided to choose Lindsay as our engagement and wedding photographer. I've known Lindsay since high school, but do not let that lead to any assumptions that this will be a biased review. We honestly didn't use budget as a deciding factor at all, but I will say that Lindsay did work with us in certain aspects of packages offered. To us, we didn't want to ever look back at any of our photos with frustration because we cut any corners. Choosing Lindsay reaffirmed that we were not cutting any corners upon our initial conversation and session with her. Communication is key, and it was never lacking throughout our experience. Lindsay is truly a professional, our photos are FREAKING amazing, and she was more than accommodating to our needs. Do you and your special someone a solid, hire an amazing wedding photographer, contact Luckybird and let Lindsay take care of you. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. -

I met Lindsay, the incredible photographer behind Luckybird Photography at a Wedding Expo in March of 2018. I knew instantly I wanted her as our photographer. She was genuinely excited to share her work and answer any questions I had. At the end end of the expo, my now husband came in to meet her and he absolutely agreed that we had to book her. We were a couple that had to postpone due to covid and she helped us us transition to our new date, even helping us with our other vendors. She made us feel comfortable during both our engagement and wedding photos, and I honestly cannot say enough about how amazing she is! -

Hiring Lindsay was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She is extremely talented, helpful, knowledgeable, fun, friendly, professional, and so much more! She helped us with every detail including creating a timeline and recommendations. She also emails and posts helpful tips and tricks for the stage you are at in planning. We had a series of unfortunate things happen this year: some Covid related, some not. Lindsay was very understanding and helpful every step of the way. We ended up having a small ceremony this year and will be having a re-do ceremony and reception next year. The photos she took are absolutely gorgeous and we got so many compliments. We can’t wait to work with her again next year! I have learned this year with the pandemic that it is extremely important that you hire good vendors and we are very grateful that we chose Lindsay. Definitely check her out!! -

Absolutely the best
Lindsay is an incredible joy to work with. From sharing her own vision to being considerate and allowing me to voice my own ideas, it was always collaborative from start to finish. She was extremely punctual in getting us the edited pictures and was very helpful with any prints we wanted. We've seen her since our wedding at friends' weddings that we had referred her to and she's always been sweet and approachable just as she has when we have seen her in the wild not at work. Her pictures, poses, edits were all incredibly well done and there hasn't been a couple that we haven't mentioned her to since working with her -

Everything I imagined
Lindsay has such a heart for what she does. She made multiple phone calls asking me how I was ans if she could help with things that were not even Photog related! She was the most fun , kind, and flexible person when it came to our wedding day needs . This chick even helped me bustle my own dress !!! I honestly felt that she was another one of my friends . The photos turned out beautifully and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else honestly . -

I used Lindsay to take photos for my wedding. She met with me before the day to brainstorm some ideas that I wanted. Lindsay arrived on time and took the pictures that I wanted. She did some good editing tricks and I printed each photo and have a wedding album that I am proud of and cherish. I highly recommend luckybird photography for your wedding day. -

Ok, so let me tell you about Lindsay! I got married this past Saturday, October 12th (literally 2 days ago). I am writing this review now and before I get my photos back because I know it’s not necessary to wait. I cannot say enough about Lindsay! She is passionate about what she does and when you book with her- you aren’t just getting services the day of. She is quick to respond and always has the answer for you with any questions you may have. And if by chance she doesn’t have an answer, she will find it for you. She helped me with certain things that weren’t ever related to photography (months) prior to my wedding- like difficult and stressful dress appointments, parts of timeline, hair and makeup worries and we even talked about transportation and marriage license details. She is always checking in and truly wants everything to go as smooth as possible. The day of the wedding she arrived promptly and she was so organized and it made for such a relaxing, enjoyable day. Having Lindsay as my photographer was hands down one of the best and easiest decisions I made for my wedding. I could just tell she was a great choice from the first time we spoke on the phone! All off my photography worries went away. If you’re on the fence about booking her, don’t be. Book her and I promise you won’t regret it! -

Lindsay was absolutely amazing to work with! She was by far our favorite wedding vendor. She was so much more than just our photographer. She checked in frequently and helped me with many of my wedding decisions. And on the day of the wedding she helped to calm my nerves and help make our day go perfectly. Not to mention the pictures she took are AMAZING. Our experience so far with Lindsay from Luckybird has been absolutely phenomenal! She was the first vendor we booked for our wedding next fall after we decided on our venue, and we knew after our very first intro call with her that she would be perfect! She really tried to get to know us and figure out what was important to us for our wedding and has been extremely helpful with the rest of our planning. She has responded super quickly to every email and call and even gave us a list of other vendors she recommends. Having Lindsay as our photographer was the easiest decision we’ve made in our wedding planning and are so thankful we did! -

Meghan Sent on 06/28/2018Choosing Lindsay to be our photographer was definitely one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She helped me out SO much in the weeks leading up to the wedding. I wanted to do a first look and have most of our pictures done before the ceremony, so she gave me a timeline and that was that, we were good to go! Day of the wedding we got all of our pictures done before the wedding and we were able to attend our cocktail hour (priorities, lol). And it was absolutely not rushed, I felt like we had a ton of time. We've since received our wedding pictures back and they are STUNNING. She did such an amazing job. She also had a second shooter with her, Courtney, who we loved as well. It can be so awkward having private moments photographed but with Lindsay and Courtney it didn't feel that way at all. They helped make it all natural and fun. Our posed pictures are so beautiful, but the candids are awesome as well! They truly captured the feel of our event and that's what I love most. Looking through the pictures really tells a story so even for our friends and family who couldn't make it, they can look through our album and see all the touching parts and all the fun parts and really feel like they were there. -

Vickie Sent on 10/12/2017I cannot thank Luckybird enough for making our special day so perfect!! It all started with having a lot of fun getting our engagement photos done at a local movie theater! My husband and I first bonded because of a movie and continued date nights around movies all the time, so it was really special having our engagement photos so unique to who we are! And then we got our wedding night captured in the most gorgeous photos I could have ever imagined! We are not naturally relaxed people when there's a camera on us, but Luckybird made it all feel so natural! It really helped that we had a chance to get to know them well before the wedding day, it felt more like being surrounded by friends! The final photos all turned out so beautifully and absolutely breathtaking! I can't wait to continue working with Luckybird for all of our future photo opportunities!!
