Amazing Food Amazing Value. I would hire them again

Lucille's out did themselves! I can't believe the amount of tasty food we got. If you want GOOD food for am amazing value Lucille's is definitely underrated. There food did not taste mass produced or lack any flavor! its just like you would get in the restaurant! High Quality and Delicious. if your on a budget or just simply want good food hire them you will not be disappointed. I ordered the full service pulled pork and tried tip sandwiches. there was plenty of food and we had nothing but complements. Not to mention the appetizers were a hit! I keep hearing about how much there was and how good the queso and sausage links were. The price point doesn't even come close to quality! they Killed it!

Outstanding Food & Service!

Lucille's catered our Wedding Celebration Party on March 23 with an on-site Grill Master and personal catering staff. Today is April 12, and people are STILL talking about how fabulous the food was! My husband, who is a huge foodie and BBQ fan, summed it up when he said, "You never expect everything to go perfectly or everything on the menu to be awesome, but IT WAS!" He said there was not one thing he could criticize, and I completely agree with him. We fed our guests the brisket burnt ends, chicken, ribs, Cajun shrimp, baked beans, garlic mashed potatoes, corn-on-the-cob, and seasoned vegetables. All of the above came with biscuits and apple butter, as well as sliced watermelon. Everything was delicious. Many of our guests went back for seconds, and some went back for thirds! Lucille's packaged up all the leftovers and we left them out for guests to take what they wanted home with them. We still had food leftover after that! To say Lucille's portions are generous is an understatement. They took care of us in every way - from the first time I contacted them until after the dinner service. I cannot thank Lucille's enough for making our special evening even more memorable. My husband and I will always keep Lucille's at the top of our list for future catering, as well as recommending them with the highest praise!

Wedding catering

Lucille’s catered to my wedding on March 23rd at the national orange show sports center in San Bernardino, CA. Mind you that same day there was a rave and the traffic was bad. They arrived on time. Not only did they arrive on time but the wedding party along with me ( the bride) and my husband (the groom) got to the venue over an hour and a half late due to chaotic traffic. They went over the time they were supposed to pack up and leave. Instead they were so nice about it they still stayed and served all my guests with no complaints what so ever! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for BBQ catering they were amazing. All my guests loved the food and were asking where there nearest restaurant is so they could eat it again in the near future. I would definitely do business with them again in the future.

I Loved our experience with Lucille’s!

We are so happy to have chosen Lucille’s to cater our wedding. I feel bad that I’m unable to recall the girl’s name, but she was beyond AMAZING! She was not only so kind and professional, she was extremely patient. We had several children at our wedding and she was just awesome to the little ones. We would definitely love to have Lucille’s cater our events in the future! I’m sorry it took me so many months to write this review. Thank you!

Worth every penny

They were on time , knew exactly what to do , where to set up . The food was absolutely delicious. They packed up all the left overs for us and didn’t leave any mess to clean up .

The process with Lucille’s was so easy and painless! They responded quickly and promptly. They made sure all my questions and concerns were covered.
All of my guests raved about the food, they even bring to go boxes for the leftovers!
Their service was terrific, I have no complaints whatsoever.

Amazing Wedding Dinner for our 200 Guests

This is our 2nd time using Lucilles BBQ for our kids' weddings. Amazing Service, Great food and lots of it, wonderful to work with. Truly, it could not have been better!! Our power went out for a short while during our reception, without missing a beat the caterores used their cell phone flashlights to light up the buffet table so our guests could see every thing.

My son's wedding.

They catered my son's small yet elegant wedding given only a weeks notice. They delivered on time, it was kept hot and tasted delicious, just like barbeque is suppose to be. They set up the food in an appitizing manner and made sure that we did not need anything else. It was so relaxing for me, the grooms mother. I would do it again in a heart beat. Thank you so much!

A country wedding

My husband and I are fan of anything Lucille's makes so it was a given that we would have it for our wedding dinner. Our guest loved the onsite grill and the servers were helpful in anything we needed. They provided everything needed and they even clean up so its one less things to worry about on such a hectic day. Did I mention the food was amazing? because it was.

If I could give a better rating I would! Catering was excellent! They arrived on time, were completely professional & so kind! We are absolutely in love with their services & cannot wait for our next event so we can cater from them again! The food? ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Evenly cooked, everything tasted exactly the same even when reheated! I have no complains at all! Best catering decision we’ve ever made!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Lucille's catering. They exceeded my expectations. We used them for our wedding dinner.

Their buffet was beautifully done and the food was excellent. They match the linens with your colors and theme which I really loved. The service was impeccable and throughout the entire planning process their team was responsive, accommodating and very friendly.

The only thing I would change is maybe the quantity of food I ordered. We had 82 people and I ordered enough for each person plus vendor sandwich meals which mostly went to waste because they did not eat them. We had soooo much food left over and not a lot of people wanted to take food home or eat it the next day. :(

That was not really anything on Lucille's but this is literally the only negative thing I encountered. My suggestion would be to ask Lucille's to better explain the quantity of each item on a buffet and really scale down depending on your occasion.

Overall, we where extremely pleased with Lucille's as our full service wedding buffet dinner for our back yard rustic BBQ reception. We would use them again for any party in the future and recommend them to anyone. A+

All I can say is yummy! I know that Lucile’s is good but they were amazing! We have more than enough food for everyone to have seconds! They showed up and setup and got to work exactly on time! It was perfect!

Hi All, We had a wonderful experience at Lucille's BBQ in Red Rock Casino. The staff worked with us and had everything in place for a great time and a great meal.
My only negative comment would be the salad was served on salad plates and when the food came out, we didn't get clean plates. We asked for clean plates and got a few. So most people ate on their used salad plates. The new plates were also salad plates. We couldn't fit all the food on the tiny plates. Other than that, we had a great experience.

This was not a wedding but a Homecoming and is for the Red Rock location in Las Vegas, NV. The food was excellent as always and the young lady that delivered and set up was friendly and professional.

We absolutely loved Lucille's! The service was excellent, the setup was on time and the portions were way more than expected. The price was reasonable and we were very impressed with the service. I am resigning as the HR manager at the Pomona Target location but I have left communication with the next HR Manager to be sure to give you guys a call again next year to set up catering before Thanksgiving. Really nice job guys!

This was for a retirement. The service was professional in all areas. The catering folks setup the food - lots of delicious food. From my first phone call and the assistance I received when I had questions - to the ease of payment - confirmation of order, etc.. Perfect, friendly service in every way. The take home boxes were an added plus along with the suckers. The food - fabulous!!

We called upon Lucille's to cater our son's wedding rehearsal dinner for 22 guests, and the evening was a great success. Everyone raved about the food, and we had delicious leftovers, too. As the mother of the groom, I was focused as much on the set up and service as on the food, and I'm happy to say it was superb! Given that we had to change the rehearsal time at the last moment, I was hugely grateful for the catering team's flexibility and graciousness. They were able to come 90 minutes earlier than we had originally planned. And the cost was incredibly reasonable. I've already arranged for Lucille's to cater a board dinner coming up two weeks from now.

I really enjoy working with your staff on site and food is delicious.
Our event was onsite at our office and set up was perfect.
It was our first Annual Halloween Costume Contest & Chili Cook Off Event with Lucille's catered food which went extremely well with chili.
I look forward to hosting this event with Lucille's again on October 31st this year.

Every employee that I had to work with from booking, selecting the food and especially the 2 servers that were sent to our church dinner were excellent. I would definitely use Lucille's again. The food is delicious and so nice to let someone else do the all of the work.

I hired Lucille's to cater our wedding rehearsal for 25 ppl, at a local residence. They were responsive to my emails within 24 hours, and flexible when I changed how I wanted to provide payment. The individual who delivered and set up our order was kind and considerate and did a terrific job making it look beautiful. We had guests from TX, WA, CA and ID, and they all loved the food. I would absolutely recommend Lucille's and if I ever have a need in the future, I will no doubt book them.

Exceptional service, exceptional food, and within our budget. I looked at at least 30 different caterers with mediocre food options and they were twice the price. I was a little hesitant as I wanted something unique, and Lucille's definitely delivered. The food was flavorful, well presented, delicious, and didn't taste like your average catering food… It was 10 times better than that ! All of our guest absolutely raved about the food!! I couldn't have been more happier, thank you guys so much for coming out to the desert, even a little past your area, fantastic staff!

I was blown away by the level of service the girls provided. My wife and I were running behind schedule and I was concerned that our catering time would be impacted, but the girls assured me that they'd flex their schedule to accommodate our situation. The food was delicious, and Lucille's catering was a hit with all of our guests. Of course, my wife and I hardly ate that night because we were so busy, but the girls had prepared us each a to-go plate with all favorite food so that we could enjoy a nice quiet meal later that night. The girls were ready to wrap up and leave during our wedding toast, but they politely stood by until after the toasting was over to approach me about closing up and leaving, I really appreciated that. Overall, great food, great service, and a great time! Would definitely do it all over again!

Thank you for everything, from the beginning of our dinner at the restaurant, until the delivery crew left our daughters wedding reception. Everything went perfect. The food was great and we couldn’t have found a better deal for our event. The planning staff (Chelsy) knows the business very well and with the calculations , we had plenty of food for everyone I highly recommend Lucilles.

So happy with them. They catered my daughter's wedding and everyone raved about the food. The portions are generous so I had a bit leftover (which I didn't mind at all). They set up the their own table with linens and chaffing dishes. I didn't have to give it a thought. They plate served the appetizers and they were extremely professional. Would definitely use them again, and will.

I am so happy Lucilles catered my wedding! They were very quick to respond, and very accommodating to my requests. The food was absolutely delicious, and I received many compliments from guests with how good everything tasted. Plus, it was surprisingly affordable for how much food we ordered! My now-husband and I loved a recent trip to Austin Texas and wanted to re-create a bit of that all-American experience for our July 4th wedding. Most guests were flying in from France so we had the pressure of introducing them to American bbq for the first time. I had the most wonderful experience with Lucille’s every step of the way. Booking a tasting was easy, and the actual (free) tasting was extremely generous and soooo good. We tried literally 10+ bbq places around LA from high-end to hole-in-the-wall, not considering budget when choosing our favorite. Of course none were comparable to Austin, but Lucille’s was definitely one of the more price/value friendly options and happened to be the best in taste/variety - double win. Before confirming our on-site grilling buffet station, we ate at their Woodland Hills location twice to test consistency and quality. Perfection both times but of course, we expected off-site food to be more dry and less than perfect on the big day. We were going wrong. At the wedding, their catering was moist, juicy, and the portions were huge so we had tons of food to bring to our after party. Guests - American, Asian, French, and all... RAVED over their meal and all had seconds, if not thirds. Their staff, from the office team to the serving team, were wonderful and accommodating every step of the way. If I had to think of anything bad to say, it would be that I wished they offered a wait staff to help bus tables and help with our rentals. We had to hire a separate team to coordinate the rest. Thank you Lucille’s for being one of the easiet and tastiest vendors.

Lucille did a wonderful job. They showed up exactly when they were scheduled to be there and had everything ready to go very quickly. Their service and food were outstanding and they sent us home with all of the leftovers. I would hire them again for every event.

We had such a wonderful experience w/ Lucille’s catering our son & daughter-in-law’s wedding celebration. There was unexpected rain, and they were able to swiftly handle the transition to indoor appetizers until the rain passed. There was so much food, many guests went home w/ delicious leftovers.

Amazing service! Lucille's showed up early and all of our guests raved about the food. We are still getting compliments over 6 months later. We ordered food for approx. 200 people and had at least 230+ guests. There was still plenty of left overs and we even sent guests home with food.

This was the best catering service I have ever experienced. All my questions were answered, every operator that I have talked to on the phone were completely professional & nice. Honestly the food made our wedding. It was amazingly good. Guest loved it and the staff. They were prompt set up fast we were able to feed everyone early. There was ore then enough food and they even made sure the Groom and I got all the food we wanted. It was a no brainer to pick you and the pricing was amazing. Also the gift card just made us love you guys even more. Thank you again so much for making our special day better. We will use you again as well as going to you restaurant.

The staff who came for setting us was very professional and he did the wonderful job for table setting. I also liked the way you guys prepared the food keeping warm. The other vendor did the similar way but the food ended up burning.

We had Lucille's cater our small backyard wedding. The process started a few weeks back with a free lunch at Lucille's where we tried out all of the different items on the menu. On the day of the wedding, they sent two people to man the space we set up in the garage. They brought everything we needed and it worked out great. While VERY reasonably priced, I wish we had cut down the order some as we ended up with way way way too much food. I think they should have asked us for a headcount and told us not to pad their food : guest ratio. My fault I suppose. Great bang for the buck though!

The delivery and set-up. guy was polite and placed each dish where we wanted it. He was prompt. The food was delicious. Our guest are still talking about food served at the event. Thank you for making the retirement party a memorable occasion.

We absolutely adore the food at Lucille's BBQ, the only criticism I have is that we had waaaay too much food leftover at the end of the event ! We got carried away &ordered too much food. Also, we never received our paper plates and utensils. This was a little bit of a bummer because we were planning on using them for our private residence.

We wanted a casual atmosphere for our event but still wanted good food. BBQ was the menu of choice. Lucille's bbq was great. We picked the 3 meat combo. Delivery was on time and he went through the entire order. We all enjoyed the food.

The worst part was that our event was to BEGIN with lunch, and your rep was LATE! Claimed she could not find our clubhouse. I had offered directions but was told none needed. At least your food is good, or we'd have been really upset. I can't understand only one server for over 40 guests! This was NOT a wedding.

Time is of the essence!

The Lucille's caterer delivered the meal for our daughter's wedding reception 45 minutes after the appointed time. Thus the appetizers were not available for our guests. By the time the food arrived and was set up, it was dark and cold outside the venue. We were told when we booked the Owl Creek Farms venue that Lucille's was a very familiar catering service. We were not pleased with the outcome and would not recommend that any bride book Lucilles for her special wedding day at this venue.
