Best experience I could imagine!!! It was absolutely perfect everyone was so amazing and made me feel like a princess!!! Katherine Romero needs a raise! She was the best!!! She did everything and was so sweet! Love her!

Great selection, great experience!

The whole store is a DREAM walking through it. The selection is amazing, their consultants definitely know what they’re doing, and mine was very patient while I could not decide between 2 dresses. She asked the right questions to help me gain some clarity on what I really wanted. The dress I ended up with is the dress of my dreams!!! Also, I didn’t think I wanted a veil but I did want the sheer train with appliqués look, but the dress I chose had solid material with lace detail around the edges… the consultant encouraged me to just try it (a cathedral veil with appliqués) and it was STUNNING. I was instantly sold, it could not have been more perfect. It was the exact look I was going for but never would have/could have put together myself! All the staff were so nice, welcoming, and professional. My whole experience there was excellent!!! This is THE PLACE to go to find the dress of your dreams!!!

Options, Options, Options

Low's is my number one suggestion no matter where you live. They have a massive collection and the prices are unbeatable. You will go to small boutiques with a high price tag who say no one else in the midsouth has this designer... I can promise you Low's has them at a better price.

Absolutely amazing

Great deals and amazing service

I drove from Dallas, TX to Low's to find my wedding dress and it was totally worth it! I had so much fun and I was able to get a dress, belt, veil, and all the accessories I needed for my wedding day all in one place! My stylist was so much fun and the place was gorgeous!

I found my dream dress at Low's Bridal!

I had the best experience with Tiffany at Low's Bridal! I traveled from Memphis, TN and was not disappointed by the selection. I am a plus size woman and Low's had a room full of gowns in my exact size. It completely eliminated the anxiety I had been feeling about trying on bridal gowns. I was shocked how quickly my gown arrived. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend making the drive to Low's if you are looking for a large selection of bridal gowns and accessories! The gown pictured is Stella York with sleeves added during alterations.

Great selection but overwhelming

The prices were great especially during their semi annual sale. I did not find my special dress due not knowing what I was looking for. I'll definitely buy my dress here due to prices, great selections and consultant was super nice.

Tradition and perfection!

My mom and aunt both bought their wedding dresses here in the 90’s. I flew from Florida just so I could shop here for my dress! My sales consultant Juliette Walker was awesome. She picked out tons of different options since I had ZERO idea of what I wanted. She let me try on as many dresses as I wanted until I fell in love with my perfect dress! The whole wedding dress shopping experience can be overwhelming but everyone here made it as easy as possible! Thanks again and I can’t wait for my big day!

Said yes to the dress

Highly recommend a weekend (Saturday morning) appointment during their semi-annual sale. Gorgeous relaxed setting and it was a fun way to involve my bridesmaids and friends. Plenty of styles to choose from and lots of price ranges. Know your budget before you arrive and find styles on Pinterest. Then, be open because you never know!

Great selection.

I think this is consultant dependent, but mine really didn’t give suggestions on dresses. Everything I tried on was what my family and I pulled.

I would still suggest going here.

Helpful Staff

I went during the semi-annual sale to get my wedding dress and was in and out in under a hour! We drove three hours to get there, and it was definitely worth the drive. The staff was super helpful and helped me find the perfect dress and matching veil under my budget. I would recommend them to anybody!

Beautiful place, amazing people

I had a general idea about what kind of dress I wanted but I had no idea how the whole dress shopping thing worked. It is easy to be overwhelmed because things move so fast! The appointments are about an hour and you have so many options for dresses. As someone who can struggle with decision making, I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to find a dress in an hour. Guys, it was the third dress I put on. I didn't even have it all the way on before I knew. Those ladies know what they're doing. They listen to you and bring you exactly what you need to try on. My dress was beautiful, I am still in love with it, and I only have wonderful things to say about this place!

I went to Low's during their Semiannual sale. It was not nearly as crowded as I expected. Skylar was my consultant, and she was more helpful than I could have ever asked for!! She took me directly to dresses in my price range and never tried to tempt me with dresses that were more expensive. She was very helpful in picking out dresses that fit the style I wanted, and was honest and kind with her opinions of each dress. She helped my family be involved and kept all of my dress choices very organized. I am a pretty introverted person, and she was the perfect consultant for me, as she was also reserved, but she was also very visibly excited about helping me and made the whole experience exactly what I had dreamed of. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and even asked to see pictures of the dress I chose and showered me with compliments. My dress was shipped exactly on time. I had no trouble at all finding the dress of my dreams in the sale section of the store. I wish I could go back a million times and relive the experience! Nothing but praise for this amazing store!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my wedding dress that I got from Low's. I went during a semi-annual sale and got my dress, belt, and veil at an amazing price. I was able to bring my bridal party with me. I didn't feel rushed through my appointment, and I tried on A LOT of dresses. Their selection is huge and I believe they have a dress for every bride here. We ordered our bridesmaids dresses through them and received a discount since I had purchased my dress there. Would definitely recommend Low's to every bride!

Went along with a friend for her appointment to try on gowns and we had a great experience! The staff is kind and professional and the dresses are gorgeous! I had already purchase my dress, but did find a headpiece here that I will be wearing on my wedding day :)

A wonderful experience! It'd be impossible not to find a dress with the variety of selection at Low's. My sales woman found the exact dress that I wanted substantially under budget, and I did not even attend one of the semi annual sales. Also, I have a very close relationship with my father who came dress shopping with me. They were very welcoming, and had him situated to where he was a part of my experience but far enough from other future brides that they were okay with a male's presence.

Amazing experience! So I initially called to see if they had my dress, which I was told they didn't but upon my appointment the bridal shop employee told me let me check I'm positive we have your dress. Juliette made my dress buying experience a total delight! I brought my mother, my grandmother, my sister, and my mother in law to my appointment in January of 2017. Juliette was so patient and helpful with me, as I had little idea of what dress style I hoped to find. Because I had seen numerous friends leave an appointment with a dress that didn't fit their original vision, I went to Low's with an open mind (maybe a little too open). Juliette and the nearby staff members gave me dress after dress until I knew I wanted an ivory, lace fit and flare gown. After trying on about 15 dresses, I felt defeated. I had my purse on my shoulder an a frown on my face when my sister and Juliette stepped out with yet another dress. I tried it on and knew it was mine. It was right within my budget and everything I wanted. If you are in search of your dream wedding dress, please don't waste your time going anywhere else.

I decided to go to one of their big sales in the summer to find my dress. Although it was a wild goose chase hunting down the style of dress I wanted it was totally worth it! I found my dress half off the retail price tag! We all had a wonderful time and the ladies were so sweet and VERY patient with this indecisive bride to be. While I ended up not getting my dress from there, I was blown away by how kind they were! When I walked in I was instantly in wedding dress heaven. There are literally THOUSANDS of dresses to choose from and the consultants are accommodating, friendly, and so helpful!

So many styles and beautiful dresses! The appointment was set for 1 1/2 hours and we were there for 3 hours and so many dress options. The staff was excellent and I wasn't rushed to make a decision. Definitely the best place to shop for dresses.

I am not from the south originally and when I got engaged many people told me to go to Low's. Low's was amazing and easy to set up an appointment with. I went well beyond my allotted time with the rep and they didn't rush me at all. They tried to give me the best deal they could and when they ran out of preservation boxes and ended up forgetting to send it to me once it was restocked, I called and they shipped it that day and I got it the very next day, no hassle, so sweet. I highly recommend them for an amazing experience leading up to your wedding.

Low's was by far the best wedding dress experience I had during my search! My consultant was the best! She was so friendly and helpful and really listened to what my vision was for my dress. She found me my perfect dress in no time! I would highly recommend this vendor to anyone looking for a beautiful dress and a great atmosphere. I am a plus sized bride and I NEVER felt like this hindered me at this vendor while it did everywhere else I went. I felt like there were tons of options for tons of budgets and if you are up front with them about your budget they make sure to keep you in that range! It may seem like a small town but they have over 3,000 dresses!

Low's had so many fabulous dresses in the sale room. I had a limited amount of time, but they were so kind and willing to help in any aspect of the process of finding the perfect dress, and let me stay longer than my actual appointment window. They only allow you to bring 4 people, but honestly, that's a blessing #blessed. Too many people make the process so much harder, I believe. I now have the perfectly unique dress that was so relatively priced and I am so excited to get married in it!

Can't say enough amazing things about Low's. My great grandparents are from this small town and it was so special to return to find my wedding dress. We booked an appointment, were met promptly by my bridal consultant Dominica (sorry if that's spelled wrong!) and she was AMAZING! She made me feel like an absolute princess and encouraged me to try on a variety of dresses, Princess ball gowns, mermaid, etc. all with styles that flattered me, and were within my budget. The venue of course is absolutely gorgeous and one of a kind! So many beautiful gowns to choose from! She found me the most perfect gown, veil, everything! My whole family was in tears. At the end they take pictures of you in the dress with a cute "She said Yes!" sign, with my family, and again out front with the dress in a formal bag (so I could share the picture online). Payment was so easy- I couldn't pay my entire $1,000 Mori Lee dress at once but they were flexible with allowing us to make payments until my veil came in. They shipped my dress and veil to me with no problem, I am SO excited to wear it at my wedding. Thank you Low's for making a little girls absolute dream come true with an amazing venue, amazing dresses, and amazing customer service!

Ok....SO, Megan Dubois was the absolute best consultant I could have asked for. I had come in a little concerned since I had been to several other places and found NOTHING that made me feel pretty. She asked a few questions and went off only to come back with a dress I loved everytime! I HIGHLY recommend this place and to request Megan if possible. She was an angel.
The variety they have a lows is amazing. No matter your size, you'll find a dress. If you can't find one here, you're probably not wanting one.
They also have dresses for all budgets AND they do not go over your budget you give them.
I could not have asked for a better experience!!!!! Thank you so much guys! I will tell every single girl I know who needs a dress about this place. It was perfection!!!!!!

I had been dress shopping at other salons, but heard from several friends/colleagues to visit Low's Bridal. I went during their semi-annual sale and it was definitely busy, but my consultant was personable, attentive and knowledgeable. I showed her a picture of my dream dress and after letting me try on several others, she showed me the one she had in mind for me from the very beginning and that was the dress I purchased! It embodied everything I wanted in my dream dress and was under my overall budget. I ended up purchasing a veil as well.
They have a wide selection of dresses to suit all budgets and tastes. Highly recommend you visit here before making any final decisions anywhere else!

I had an amazing experience at Low's! Kim helped me to find a beautiful gown that matched my personality and style. I was blown away by the multitude of dresses to choose from! I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, but I had a budget in mind, as well as a few things I didn't want in a dress.

The staff is so helpful but they also allow you to enjoy the moment and pick out the dress that speaks to your heart! They were so sweet to my mom and I! I absolutely LOVED the sparkles and illusion neckline of my gown, and I am really shocked at how great the price was. I never considered a veil until they brought out a perfectly matching veil, and I felt very bridal.

I had such a wonderful experience at Low's! My mom, sister and I went on a Thursday and practically had the place to ourselves.

The lady who helped us was attentive and was so fun to work with. I tried on close to 15 dresses and thought I'd found "the one," before she brought me one she thought I might like. It was *perfect* and truly was "the one"! She'd been listening to everything I'd been saying as I tried on different dresses and through her expertise found exactly what a I was looking for.

I also found the perfect bridesmaid dresses while I was there!

Everything arrived at my front door just as promised!

My two daughters and I went to Low's Bridal this past Saturday, November 13th, to shop for my engaged daughters bridal gown. After talking to friends, and researching several stores, we drove the two and a half hours to Brinkley, and couldn't be happier! It was a wonderful experience! Our Consultant, Anne, was absolutely great! She was so helpful, and my daughter loved how she made suggestions, without giving an 'opinion' ! She was so knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and just let my daughter guide her own appointment! It was very laid-back, not-rushed, and so enjoyable. The store is absolutely beautiful, and I have never seen so many gowns and accessories! My daughter had her "Say yes to the Dress" moment, and all the ladies were happy for her! The ordering process was easy, and non-stressful. I cannot say enough about Low's and our day; It was definitely the once-in-a-lifetime experience that we hoped for !!

This is truly the best place to go for wedding dresses. I had found a dress I loved at another store, but came to Low's to check as well. They did not have the dress I had tried on before in their store. However, they did have it in stock. They let me order a dress that they did not even have at the store and matched the price of the other store I found it. However, without sales tax, I got a better deal here. I truly enjoyed my experience. It was easy, fun, and relaxed. I highly recommend going to Low's!

There was never an option to buy my daughters wedding dress anywhere else other than Low's. Staff is very well trained and girls, let me say this...take their advice. When they say they have a dress they want you to try...try it! These ladies know their dresses! We thought we knew the style of dress we wanted when we went in and we couldn't find "the one". Our sales professional said I have a dress I'd like you to try. We took her advice and I knew the minute I saw my daughter in that dress it was the one! And the precious little red-head that helped me find my mother of the bride dress was a doll! A true southern beauty that was a hoot! Looking forward to another opportunity to visit this Landmark of the South!

I went to Lows Bridal to search for a wedding dress. Jessica Skelton was my consultant and she was FABULOUS! My appointment was suppose to be from 9:00am to 10:30am, however I was there until 12:00pm. Jessica made sure that we found the PERFECT dress! And boy did we! I am very impressed with Low's. They have the most dress options out of any of the other bridal shops I visited and their staff way the friendliest and most helpful. Our appointment was the first available appointment on a Saturday morning. We arrived early and they were finishing a staff meeting. They let us wait inside while they finished. They ended their staff meeting with a prayer! I was sold at that moment! Such sweet and caring people that work there.

My consultant was Ashley. She helped me find the perfect dress. Such a perfect dress we had to piece together multiple things to make it my very own. She also worked with me on budget and I could not have been more blessed to get to walk out of there with a dream dress and not have a dent in the budget. I had the BEST time with BOTH of my consultants! I actually found the dress on my 1st visit but then bought another dress for another shop. 2 weeks later I changed my mind and they happened to still have my dress! Everyone in the shop was wonderful! Tammy, my main consultant, wasn't pushy, stayed in budget, and let me go at my own pace. She even stayed late with me until i tried on all the dresses we had picked. She was VERY patient with me and my VERY LOUD and opinionated party. My dress is gorgeous and I couldn't be happier!!

Driving to the little town of Brinkley to shop for my wedding dress has been the best wedding planning experience I have had so far. I was having difficulty finding THE dress for the big day. This was the third place I was to try. I was looking for a particular style that no one seemed to have. Our girl was there by my side the whole time. We tried on so many dresses and for four hours she was so kind and patient with me. I had such an amazing time picking my dress out at Lowe's Bridal and Formal!! My consultant Ashley went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. I actually requested her because one of my friends told me about her and I'm so glad I did!! We laughed the entire appointment and not once did she try to make me go over my budget or try to talk me into a more expensive gown like I've been told the consultants do (she was actually rooting for the much cheaper gown!) She made me feel very comfortable and opened me up to new styles and accessories that I've never considered before. Everyone there was so friendly and professional and I felt so welcomed!! My dress isn't what I always dreamed it was going to be.. IT'S WAY BETTER!!!

Everyone told me "Go to Low's..." when I was looking for a wedding dress. I'm glad I finally did! I was able to go during their winter sale and found a wonderful dress (in the sale) in exactly the style I wanted (I also found a veil in the sale as well). Karen was so patient and helpful, and even after trying on about 20 dresses, we were in and out in about an hour and a half. Some brides might find the the large selection a little overwhelming, but I was so pleased to have so much to choose from and the showroom is beautiful. Highly recommend this vendor.

I really enjoyed Low's and my experience but I felt like I was pressured into buying a dress that day. It was partially the lady that was working with me that pressured me to buy the dress, along with the fact that we drove an hour to get there and didn't want to make the drive again if I decided later on that I wanted it. I ended up getting another dress (used) that I liked more from an online website. Overall though, Low's had a great selection and we had a lot of fun shopping there! They fixed me up with a veil and sash and helped me complete the look. Complimentary coffee was available and they gave us a good deal on everything so I can't complain!

Lowe's is an amazing place to find your wedding gown. The old building is gorgeous,and the dresses are even more so. I found my wedding gown during their half price sale and on a time crunch (no time to order...). The associate that helped me was very kind, and I found the perfect dress (I cried.) and was back on the road in under an hour and a half.

I bought my gown at a sample sale in August. I am beyond happy with the outcome! My consultant was excellent (I hate that I'm blanking on her name, but in my defense it's been six months). My mom and sister were able to help pull dresses they thought I would like. I will absolutely recommend Low's!

I have to say that our experience at Lows was worth the long drive from NW Arkansas. Our consultant Paulette was the absolute best! She was so in tune with my daughters ideas about how she wanted to look. There was no problem with trying out different silhouettes until she arrived at THE dress. The store is a wealth of not only dresses but the perfect accessories.. An amazing, wonderful experience!

They have TONS of dresses to choose from. Consultant was very knowledgable and did not try to stray over my price point. Only wish they did alterations there.

I had the most wonderful experience finding my wedding dress at Low's Bridal and Formal. I would recommend this place to everyone that is looking for their dream wedding dress. Their wedding gown selection is out of this world. I went with an image of what I was looking for in my head and found my dress very quickly. They have such a vast amount to look through and I just loved it!My consultant's name was Tabitha and she was an amazing help my entire appointment.

If you can't find the perfect dress for your wedding then it doesn't exist. Everyone at Low's bridal was so helpful in helping me try on dresses, pull different dresses, find the dresses I brought pictures of, and so on. They worked with me until I found the perfect dress. They were also very helpful with all of my bridesmaids while they were ordering their dresses.

I had such an amazing time trying on all different styles of beautiful and affordable dresses for my wedding. The employees were very helpful in assisting me and were very friendly. I found my perfect dress here and I was very pleased with the quality and design.

Low's Bridal and Formal is famous in the Mid-South, located in a converted railroad depot in a remote area of AR, now that we have been there we understand the draw. From the moment one opens the door you are transported to a series of magical moments when "the dress" is selected that in many ways will set the tone for a wedding. The staff is very experienced and has a knack of guiding a future bride and mother of a bride to the particular gown that will bring out the best. Tiffany was our salesperson and she is outstanding, she really took the time needed to assist and guide us - it is necessary to schedule an appointment assuring you receive the attention you deserve. Our daughter selected the Maggie Sottero "Karena Royale" in Ivory and the color was ideal for her coloring. She looked amazing and the gown really was the correct choice for her and her very petite size.

Called ahead to see if dress was available, the staff was very helpful! The appointments did not feel rushed was able to try on as many dresses as necessary.

I cannot say enough great things about this bridal shop! Paulette was my consultant & she was an angel! The store has tons & tons of options! Paulette was so patient & sweet! (She worked with us for 3 hours). I purchased my dress, (& took it home that day!) veil & my matron of honor's dress from them. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend this store & especially Paulette!
