My husband and I have been watching Lowjack shows at the Phyrst and Brewery for a decade now. We love live music and have always been drawn to Lowjack's energy, song selection, and talent. When it was time to choose our wedding entertainment, there was no other choice but Lowjack for us. Daniel and Jason began the afternoon with a beautiful string duet performance as we walked down the aisle. After the ceremony, Daniel and Jason performed during the cocktail hour and then gave a beautiful rendition of "Stand by Me" for our First Dance that many people in the room in tears. After dinner, 90 percent of our guests headed to the dance floor as soon as Lowjack strummed the first few chords of "Mr Brightside." Lowjack kept the energy high for the rest of the night, and everyone had a blast! If you're planning a wedding in central Pennsylvania, we highly recommend booking Lowjack! -

We would highly, HIGHLY recommend Low Jack for anyone searching for the perfect wedding band. Not only are they the nicest group of people but they are beyond talented, professional and fun to work with.
From start to finish, they had everything planed out perfectly. We had them play our ceremony acoustically (which we were told had everyone in tears), then our cocktail hour which was the perfect vibe and music selection. They kept the party going all night, playing some of our favorite songs. They have so many songs in their repertoire so all the music they played were songs we loved and everyone loved to party to. We had friends travel in from all over the country and they all kept raving about how fantastic our band was- even months after our wedding!!!
If you are on the fence you should go see them play one night. I promise you will be blown away!! I wish I could upload videos on here!

Best wedding band ever!
Lowjack was simply amazing at our wedding.
We first found Lowjack up at Penn State while visiting family and we just knew we needed to book them to play at our wedding. They just rocked out the entire night. They play a wide variety of songs and are true music professionals who know how to get the party started. We had several requests and they were more than accommodating in helping make our wedding night special. The entire band was down to earth and we had the most fun hanging out with them after the show! Our wedding guests just kept talking about how much they loved the band and we’ll be thinking about that special night for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much Lowjack!! -

I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to describing how great Lowjack is—and there truly aren’t enough words in the dictionary to capture how amazing and talented they are. Lowjack isn’t just a wedding band; they’re an experience—electric, crowd-engaging, and create an unforgettable dance floor.
I’ll admit, I was hesitant about hiring a band for our wedding because they can be hit or miss. I’ve been to weddings where it was definitely a miss! But after randomly stumbling upon Lowjack at a bar near Penn State, my now-husband and I instantly knew we wanted them at our wedding (and I mean instantly, I emailed them the morning after lol).
We ended up booking them for the full wedding day package at our venue in Hudson, NY (The Basilica), and it was hands-down one of the best decisions we made during the entire planning process. Not only are Dan and the entire band incredibly talented, but they are also some of the kindest, most authentic, and down-to-earth people you’ll ever meet. From the very beginning, they were attentive and gracious, taking the time to understand exactly the vibe we wanted—our vision was a packed dance floor all night long. Not only did they deliver, they exceeded every expectation. Dan even went above and beyond to pull off a particularly challenging request for my walk-down-the-aisle song, and he nailed it. My mom even secretly reached out to the band about a flash mob she and her friends wanted to surprise me with during the party, and they executed incorporating that into the set masterfully!
Lowjack helped make our wedding one of the most memorable days of our lives. The goal of keeping guests on the dance floor all night? Mission accomplished. I mean literally everyone was on the dance floor. It’s been nearly 10 months since our wedding, and people are still telling us how amazing our band was and how rare it is to find a group like them.
Needless to say, we love Lowjack, and they’ll forever hold a special place in our hearts. We’re not only grateful to them for making our wedding day so unforgettable—we’re grateful to now call them friends.

These guys were SO good! We chose Lowjack to get away from the cheesy wedding bands and they did not disappoint. Dan was easy to communicate with and they were incredibly professional. One of the highlights of the wedding, honestly. They did cocktail hour, a beautiful song for the ceremony, and killed the reception! I am still getting comments from guests how great they were. -

Dan and the rest of the guys were amazing to work with and the band’s musicianship blew us away. They nailed every song I wanted, threw in perfect Grateful Dead covers, and even had my Indian family (who are used to DJs) dancing all night. Our Penn State alumni buddies loved the nostalgia. The band handled our...unique...wedding coordinator like pros. As live music lovers, we couldn't have asked for anything better on our special night. They played the perfect array of songs. Can't recommend Lowjack enough!!! -

The Absolute Best!
If you’re considering a band for your wedding day, look no further. Lowjack is absolutely amazing, and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision to have them at our wedding. From the lovely music they played during the ceremony, the dj service at dinner, and the amazing reception music, they nailed it! Communication from the time of booking to the day of the wedding was also impeccable, which to a bride is so very helpful. At the time of this review, our wedding was almost two months ago, and people are STILL asking me where they’re from and even have plans to go see them again in State College. In short, book them! You won’t be disappointed and you and your guests will have a BLAST! -

We booked Lowjack for our October 2023 wedding in Ocean Pines, Maryland. We knew we wanted a band for our reception because we were sick of hearing the same old wedding songs over the years. Lowjack played music from all eras, genres and generations. They kept the party going and had everyone on the dance floor.
In addition to playing during our reception, they also coordinated the music during our ceremony, played a “lite” set during cocktail hour, and MC’ed our bridal party introductions. We appreciated their willingness to travel. It was worth every penny to book the entire package.
Our guests compared our reception to “being at a concert” and “being on Broadway in Nashville”. Lowjack is a great group of guys who know how to bring the energy to any occasion.

Lowjack was a FABULOUS choice for a wedding band. They kept the music going all the night (except their breaks) and the crowd was so pleased. They worked incredibly well with all vendors involved (I was the Wedding Planner). I would highly recommend them! -

Lowjack was so wonderful to have for our wedding. We knew that we had wanted live music and as my husband and I both went to Penn State, we had known of Lowjack from the local bar scene. From them learning a special song for my walk down the aisle to the acoustic cocktail hour set and the lively full band for the reception, everything was so perfect. You could not ask for a better band to bring down the house and bring everyone to the dance floor the whole night. We 100% recommend! -

Lowjack is the BEST!
Years after our wedding, our friends and family STILL talk about how incredible our band was! Lowjack was absolutely perfect for our reception AND ceremony. Dan and the rest of the band were so great to work with leading up to our wedding day. I requested an acoustic version (fiddle and guitar) of “Slide” by the Goo Goo Dolls for when I walked down the aisle that sounded so beautiful, special, and fit the moment perfectly. During the reception everyone was dancing and singing along to every song the entire night! What more can you ask for?! I had countless guests compliment how wonderful they sounded, how fun their music was, and wanting them for their next party/wedding/event. It truly could not have been a better experience. I can’t thank them enough for being a huge reason my wedding was the best night of my life and completely unforgettable. Thank you, Lowjack!!! -

Lowjack was so easy to work with. They allowed us to relax and not worry about the entertainment. The song selection was great, they played crowd pleasers that everyone at the reception would know. They sounded amazing (we loved the fiddle!!). The front man was so happy and his energy was infectious. They kept us singing and dancing all night! -
