I couldn’t be more happy from the moment I found my dress on the third pick all the way up to my wedding day! It was absolutely stunning, beautiful and fit me exactly how I envisioned my wedding day to be. The staff who helped me created something extraordinary and extremely wonderful. I’m so incredibly glad that I went with Lovella Bridal. I recommend them to any lady that is looking for their own dream wedding dress for sure. I shopped around after the first try on but ended up right back exactly where my heart was at from the first day that I found my gown. I’m beyond happy a month after the wedding that I’m finally able to clearly right this review. The customer service is top tier. The amount of choices is overwhelming but the team takes very good care of you. Making you feel like a Queen the entire time! I can’t even imagine any other store to purchase my dress at. I could go on and on about my experience but it won’t put it all into words until you try it for yourself. I’m wishing all the brides a beautiful find and a wonderful magical wedding day as well!

Beautiful Dresses
I went to 2 other bridal stores before finding Lovella and had such a positive experience. My stylist did a fabulous job narrowing down the type of dress and style that I was looking for and she provided two strong options that were difficult to choose between. The team was patient and helpful with my wedding dress selection and I never felt rushed or panicked. I had a very enjoyable experience and would recommend them to others. -

I loved my experience choosing my wedding dress at Lovella! They were so helpful during the initial trying on process and I ended up choosing the first dress I tried on! The dress took ~6 months to hand make and the alterations process was very easy! It was such a special dress and my guests raved about it at our wedding! -

Great reviews, beautiful location to pick out a wedding dress, and great location for a fun dress shopping day with your loved ones. From start to finish, I had a great experience at Lovella Bridal. I did my research in advance and had a general idea of the style of dress I wanted, the budget I wanted to spend, and considered the wedding venue location/setting and the events throughout the day when picking out my wedding dress. I was first helped by Jenna during my first visit and she was absolutely a perfect fit as my stylist. She made me feel comfortable right away, did not pressure me into any dresses and made great suggestions on the type of dress to try on based on my inspiration photos and a description of what type of dress I was looking for and felt comfortable in.
The process was very organized and after I tried on about 5-6 dresses, I went back to my original "one" that I fell in love with right away. Jenna still recommended I try on other dresses to make sure I was absolutely sure, and I'm glad that she did because I was able to negate any doubts and felt confident about my choice. She was very informative, patient, and overall it felt like shopping with a friend. My best friend was with me during my initial visit and she also had a great experience. It felt private, not rushed, and most importantly, FUN. Because of this experience I decided to do my alterations at Lovella Bridal as well. My measurements were taken and the order was in, I shopped about 9 months before my wedding date.
A few months later after the dress arrived at the shop, Lovella contacted me and gave me a clear guideline and timeline on what to expect until my wedding day. We had 2 more fittings in-between for alterations and with my wedding shoes, and then a final one the week of the wedding to make sure everything was in tip top shape. Each time we visited Lovella we took advantage of the location and had a luncheon at the Brand at Americana (since we were coming from Orange County - almost 2 hours one way with traffic). It was THAT WORTH IT to get my dress at Lovella because the value, service, and expertise was unmatched.
The week of the wedding, during my final visit, they even recorded the bustle on my phone for me to give to my bridesmaids, and provided tons of tips making me feel at ease. Trust the Lovella stylists with your wedding dress, it's an important decision and Lovella is experienced, professional, and genuine throughout the whole process! -

Lovella Bridal hosted the Brides Across America event that I attended and they were great! Their staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always giving truthful input and meaningful advice which was very much appreciated by this indecisive bride! After going to many bridal shops, Lovella stands a notch above the rest. They have an amazing selection of gowns that are of higher quality than other shops. Not only that, but they never try to push for a dress that is outside of your dollar range. I ended up going with a dress that was on the more affordable end! I also got my alterations done there which I can't recommend enough. They did an amazing job and were patient as we went through 4 rounds of changes. I got numerous comments from guests about my dress and it really is a spectacular experience there. Not only that, but two of my other friends who are brides also found there dresses here! -

Jennifer Sent on 08/22/2018I loved Lovella Bridal. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. The shop is so pretty and was never crowded when I was in. I ordered my dress in August 2017 and they said it would be in sometime in March 2018. They called me at the end of February to let me know it came in. My wedding was in July so I didn’t have to do alterations for awhile. They tell you to budget $700 for alterations but I ended up paying around $800. I had to get my dress let out because it was too small which I was surprised because when I ordered it, they said my measurements were perfect for the size I ordered. I also had to have it hemmed and bustled. I also paid to have it steamed. I think I had to go in for alternations 3 times (the first initial appointment when we decided to let it out, once for the hem, and then I went in to see it all done and bustled but they hadn’t steamed it yet, so I had to come back one more time for that 3 days before my wedding.) I live down in Orange County so I didn’t like having to drive up to Glendale so many times but my dress came out perfectly so it was worth it. My dress was Alyne by Rita Vinieris in the style Eloise and it was beautiful. I originally found it and Kleinfeld in NYC but decided to buy it closer to home and Lovella was the closest shop that it. One thing I do regret is that it was $200 cheaper at Kleinfeld than at Lovella.

She contacted Alvina's rep and they said they can customize the dress for me! When I received the dress, it was everything I imaged. The staff was great in helping me schedule my fitting appointments and carrying my dress to the car when I took it home. -

Kim Sent on 06/15/2016Wedding dress shopping is a very daunting and overwhelming task. I went to a couple of dress stores and didn't find "the one" before going to Lovella Bridal. From start to finish, Lovella was perfection. From my initial shopping experience, to finding the dress, to the tailoring, to finding my bridesmaids dresses, the service was top notch. I found my absolute perfect dress during my initial visit there. It is literally the most beautiful wedding dress there ever was. I felt beyond incredible and beautiful on my wedding day. My guests could not stop raving about how beautiful my dress was. I also took my bridal party there to find their bridesmaids dresses (when they still offered those) and they were so amazing and beautiful too.
Thank you, Lovella, for providing such high quality service and an overall amazing experience. Every time I stepped in the door (over the course of wedding planning it was probably over 10 times!), they treated me and my family like I was part of their family! All the girls who work there are so sweet and knowledgeable and really know what they're doing. Wedding planning is very stressful, but shopping at Lovella was an absolute pleasure. I will recommend them to every bride I ever meet. -

Sarah Sent on 01/23/2015Lovella was the 2nd and last place I visited to get my dress. They absolutely know what they are doing and only carry the best gowns in all price ranges. They also make sure they stick to your style and budget that you tell them when you go in. Angie was the one to help me find my dress (May 2014) and she was the absolute best. She definitely got me to get out of my comfort zone. I went in there wanting an A-line gown to hide my "big butt" but I left out of there with a mermaid gown. It was the best decision and I have pictures to prove it. I did end up going over my budget but only because Angie asked me if I had some wiggle room first. Also a good decision because the gown was so gorgeous and it was only a little over my budget. They also spent 2 hours on me when a typical appointment is 1 hour. I do want to mention something that Angie said to me that I won't forget. She said "not everyone is going to have that moment where they say THIS IS THE DRESS and start getting emotional, some people just have to go with their gut" I was definitely one of those. I didn't leave there super excited (it didn't help that I had just gotten into a fight with my fiance on the phone about what I just spent - whatever it was my money) but I knew I had a dress that looked THE BEST on me and was excellent quality. As I went into fitting appointments I loved the dress even more and on the wedding day I felt AMAZING. -

Jennifer Sent on 08/14/2015I drove over and hour to Lovella because they were the one store that had a sample of my dream dress. It was the dress that I saw and immediately fell in love. It was my unicorn, I couldn't compare or decide until I tried this dress. My mom, dad and I went up one Monday and had an appointment with Jasmine. I had tried on dresses at another bridal salon hoping to top my dream dress only to be disappointed by the dresses and their service. I digress only to illustrate that the service I received at Lovella was the opposite. Amazing, jasmine helped me into each gown and also pulled a few other dresses for me to try and compare. I ended up with my unicorn dress, we ordered that day and just picked it up this week. While I chose not to do alterations there it was purely a function of convienece. -

I had a really hard time finding my dress. I went to like 7 shops before I came here.
My stylist was very sweet and helpful, but I didn’t really like any of the dresses. But one of them my sister liked and I got caught up in the moment and convinced myself it was right so I bought it late on a Friday. Saturday morning I woke up and started crying because it really wasn’t what I wanted or how I wanted to look.
I called first thing in the morning to try to cancel it. There was a bit of back and forth about that as it’s against company policy, but ultimately they let me put the order on hold and had me make an appt to come in and work w a different stylist.
I went to a few more places before I went back there and was convinced I wouldn’t find anything. They put me with a different stylist who put me in a bunch of dresses that weren’t working (by this point I’d been to like 10 places and tried on probably 70 dresses). So I was getting really disheartened. She asked if I wanted to try on this one dress and initially I said no. But after more failed attempts and being practically on the verge of tears, she asked again and I said sure why not. Figured it couldn’t get any worse. As soon as she started clipping me in, I started crying. I couldn’t believe I finally found the dress! But just to make sure I didn’t make another mistake, I slept on it. But I couldn’t stop thinking about it and wanted to come in again ASAP to try it on again. And I still loved it when I went back. I bought it and felt nothing but relief and joy. I’m seriously obsessed with it!
I’m so grateful to my stylist, Angie for helping me get the exact look I wanted. And also grateful to the team over there for being flexible with me even though I was a nightmare bride. Now I have an absolutely stunning dress and I’m so excited to walk down the aisle in it!!

Angie took such good care of me, and made me feel comfortable and beautiful. I got the most perfect and BEAUTIFUL dress. The salon is gorgeous and welcoming, and the staff is very friendly. Even more amazing than the dress, were the alterations! Guests kept complimenting me on the fit of my dress and how it looked like it was made for me... because it was! I will say that I got my dress from a trunk show that happened to be there the day I went to the salon, and I am not sure I would have found a dress there otherwise. I wanted something fairly simple, and a lot of the dresses at the store have a lot of elements to them. BUT what I ended up with was simple, classic, beautiful, elegant, and PERFECT. Thank you to the whole team at Lovella!! -

Lovella Bridal was one of the last bridal shops that I visited. I explained to Toni my likes and dislikes. I was a bit nervous because the bride doesn't get to shop around. However, she pulled a few dresses and I said to the first dress I tired on! It was love at first look. Toni made my experience one of a kind. She was so friendly, patient and made me feel very comfortable. It's an experience I will never forget! -

Emily Sent on 06/22/2017I was really excited about visiting Lovella - I'd heard only terrific things from multiple sources, and it seemed like it would be a great experience. The space was lovely and it's conveniently located across from the Americana. Easy!
However, I did not have a great experience with my stylist, Fabian. I was starting with a fairly conservative dress budget, which I acknowledge can be challenging. But it was my first day dress shopping and we wanted to see what was available for the price, which I did not feel was an unreasonable approach. What I didn't like, though, was that Fabian immediately tried to up sell us before even showing me dresses in my budget, and continued to do so every time we walked back into the dressing room to try on a new dress.
We declined to go up in budget the first time and I continued to remind him that we weren't interested in going above budget each time he tried. He was very persistent, and it's really difficult to feel confident in the dress you have on when you're always hearing "this one is nice, but I could get you something you'd LOVE for another XX dollars." I certainly understand that Lovella is a business and Fabian is a sales person; I think it would be silly to expect that we wouldn't be pitched for a higher dress bracket at some point. But this was constant and extremely off-putting.
We also spent quite a bit of time trying on dresses that I had explicitly said I wasn't interested in - I understand there were limited options within my budget, but I would have preferred that he put me in gowns I was enthusiastic about and then said "this is all we have based on what you've described" rather than putting me in every single dress regardless of my interest in it.
I walked away feeling very upset after the appointment and as though it was a waste of time. We've since decided to increase our budget, but I doubt we'll return to Lovella.
