We found Lisa and Love Your Moment from a family friend, whose daughter used Lisa!
We secured Lisa as our officiant early in 2023 after talking with her on the phone. She was great and really understood what was important to us - total pro! We then paid our deposit to secure our date and were in communication over email for the next months. Early in 2024 is when we were contacted by Lisa with a questionnaire that was for creating our ceremony. Lisa was a pro and helped us get exactly what we were looking for! She sent us the script that we were able to send back with edits or comments. Lisa made all modifications promptly!
Lisa made us feel confident of our vision execution the day of as we chatted before the ceremony! We received multiple compliments from guests that they loved the ceremony and how great a job Lisa did officiating!
To any brides that are using an officiant they have not met personally yet, please don’t be worried with Love Your Moment or Lisa! Lisa did a great job keeping us informed and was well versed on what we needed for our inter-faith ceremony. Would highly recommend!

Perfect officiant for our wedding
Lisa was an absolutely perfect officiant for our wedding. We wanted a ceremony script that was both earnest and funny, that conveyed our personality as a couple and our love for each other without being too stuffy or cliche. And Lisa delivered. The very first draft of the speech she sent over for our review had my fiancee and I both laughing and crying. We made only a couple requests for edits, and she immediately implemented them and turned them back around to us. She accommodated every instruction/request we asked of her: she announced our request for an unplugged ceremony, interacted with our audience, and even worked with our dogs, who we wanted to include in the ceremony as ring bearers. And when the microphone provided by our DJ wasn't working, she was unfazed and simply projected her voice loud enough for our entire audience of 280 guests to hear. I cannot say enough good things about Lisa and "Love Your Moment". If you want a beautiful, heartfelt, funny, and professional wedding ceremony, she's the officiant for you!

A calm presence when we needed it most
I was terrified and completely overwhelmed by the process, especially all the hoops required just to get approval to enter the Lew Sterrett Justice Center, where only the couple and the officiant are allowed. Lisa with Love Your Moment gently walked me through every step of getting the marriage license and reminded me not to panic when it all felt like too much.
Once the license was obtained, Lisa handled scheduling the date and time directly with the jail. She was loving, compassionate, and never once made us feel judged. If you need a Dallas / DFW wedding officiant who truly cares and knows how to guide you through a hard moment with grace, Lisa is it.

We could not be happier with Lisa and Love Your Moment Officiants! Details matter, and they make sure every detail is thought about and attended to. The ceremony they wrote was absolutely lovely and really felt personalized to us. They captured everything we were looking for and struck the right balance of love/inspiration/grounding without going off on a tangent or losing the audience. I've been to a lot of weddings throughout the years, and IMO this was by far the best officiant I've come across. Hire them and don't give it a second thought!

Responsive, available and amazing!
We waited until about two weeks out from the wedding to find our officiant and in was in a bit of a procrastination based panic wanting to find someone who would marry us in the way we wanted. Love Your Moment was recommended by our wedding venue and I'm so happy they did. Lisa was extremely responsive and we were able to get our contract signed within a day of sending the initial query.
Working with Lisa was amazing. Lisa got an idea of what we wanted, which was an egalitarian ceremony, and sent us back a beautiful ceremony script that honored our wishes and celebrated our union. We ended up deciding to change what our last names were going to be within a couple days of the wedding and Lisa was super flexible in getting what we needed changed.
Day of was fantastic. Lisa showed up about 40 minutes before the ceremony and got our wedding certificate handled and returned it to the county for us the next day. I'm running out of adjectives to describe how good this whole process was, just whatever you hope Love Your Moment will be that and more.

Lisa was amazing. She sent us a copy of the ceremony about a week before so we knew the order of events and could make any changes ahead of time. She was caring and thought of things in advance like holding the rings for us to ensure they weren't misplaced. She had such wonderful tips after the ceremony to put us at ease and really add that special touch.

Completely customized ceremony!
Where to even begin… Lisa was amazing from our very first phone call! She made was feel comfortable and accepted. We were worried that we would have a hard time finding an officiant willing to marry us in Texas, given we are gay, and Lisa not only calmed our nerves but wrote a ceremony embodying “Love is Love.” We also chose to do a tequila shot with a pickle back and were pleasantly surprised with how well she incorporated that into our ceremony with quirky analogies. The entire evening our guests kept telling us that this was the best ceremony they have ever heard. If only we could use Love Your Moment for more than just a wedding… we would book them 10000% of the time! Do yourself a favor and book them for your special day!

Literally saved our wedding day!
Lisa, as well as our officiant, Stephen, were a godsend for us. We had previously booked with another officiating company, but our officiant stopped responding to us the month before our wedding. When we got to be about 10 days out from our wedding day, we knew we had to find a new officiant. That is when my husband found Love Your Moment. He submitted an inquiry with them, and on the same night, was on the phone with Lisa, discussing our situation and her sharing that they could help. The next day, we heard from our officiant Stephen. Within 72 hours (amidst the Christmas/New Year holiday), we had heard from Stephen, met with him, and received our ceremony script, which included personal touches even though we had met so soon before. On the day-of, Stephen was so professional, friendly, and did a beautiful job officiating. We got compliments from our guests on the ceremony and how touching it was. Could not thank Lisa, Stephen, and Love Your Moment enough for saving our day. Would recommend 100 times!

The ceremony of our dreams
Lisa was absolutely astounding. We are big Harry Potter fans, and although she’s never seen the movies, she researched, and took the time to create the ceremony of our dreams. We cannot express how grateful we are for her. Our guests couldn’t stop telling us how it was the best ceremony they’ve ever witnessed, and it was all thanks to Lisa. I wish I could give 10 stars. I contacted Love Your Moment after my friend suggested using them. Her brother had just been married and my friend told me how wonderful Lisa was.
I contacted Love Your Moment and crossed my fingers they could accommodate my request for Christmas Eve. I received a response shortly after sending my request stating that we could indeed get married on the 24th. I was so relieved as I anticipated getting married on Christmas Eve would be difficult!
Lisa contacted me and informed me of the process and told me to contact her as much as I needed to. I informed her that my fiancé and I were very low key and didn't really have anything particular in mind regarding the ceremony.
She sent over a copy of the vows that are often used for non-denominational elopement-style weddings. They were just perfect! She told me that we could change anything we wanted and I told her no changes were needed. The wedding day came and we performed the ceremony and it was so much better than I could have imagined. The vows were beautiful. Lisa is such a warm person; she made us feel completely comfortable and eased our nerves.
After the ceremony, she explained our next steps and gave us a few options for filing our marriage certificate; we chose to file it ourselves so we could obtain certified copies sooner rather than later. She was there from start to finish guiding us through the process and we could not be more happy.

We are so happy we booked Love Your Moment to officiate our wedding. We were lucky to have Lisa as our officiant. She sent over a wonderful script and allowed us to make edits. She made us feel comfortable sharing our thoughts and changes with her, never making us feel bad about any of the edits no matter how big or small. She did an incredible job on the day of the wedding. We were told by a guest there wasn’t a dry eye. Thank you, Lisa!

The thing about hiring vendors online is that they are essentially strangers. Lisa with Love your moment, felt like a friend by the end of our ceremony. She was so professional and responsive and was quick to change a few lines in the ceremony. She wrote the invocation for our ceremony and it was just lovely. My (now) husband and I are not religious, and Lisa made sure to still enterwine the importance and the values of marriage while remaining secular. My mom mentioned how much she enjoyed talking with Lisa after the ceremony, as well. She honestly felt like someone who would be our friend any day.

I found Lisa and Love Your Moment through Weddingwire and reading reviews, but it was after first connecting with her about ideas for our ceremony that really solidified our excitement for this choice. She sent us a questionnaire to fill out to help write a customized ceremony, and she really delivered! Lisa was so professional, prompt, friendly, and attentive. We asked for the most lovey-dovey, romantic, cheesy ceremony she could ever write, and that's exactly what we got! I cried when I first read the ceremony script that she sent over a month before the wedding, it was everything we wanted and more.
Seriously, this was one of the best choices we made, and Lisa made our ceremony so wonderful!!!

Lisa and her staff are amazing! Donald and I got married at the Dallas Arboretum on June 4, 2021 and heavy rain almost ruined our wedding. Everything changed at the last minute and Lisa was so helpful and flexible. Her words were like magic and all things seems to be ok once she she began to officiate. I’d use the company a 1000’s over. Lisa was absolutely wonderful as our officiant for our wedding! We found Love Your Moment online, and we were able to do all the communication we needed online as well. We loved how easy it was and Lisa wrote an amazing ceremony with the information provided! There was a small miscommunication between my wedding coordinator and I about part of the ceremony, but Lisa had checked with the information I provided and cleared it up with me right away. She absolutely will have you and your partner's best interests at heart! If we had to do it all over we would absolutely go with Love Your Moment again!

Open to quirky-ness!
We had the privilege of Lisa officiating our wedding! She went above and beyond in writing an untraditional unity ceremony for us that involved a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. So many people told us that was one of the best officiants they’ve heard out of all the weddings they’ve been to. At the end of the ceremony, she also gave us some great advice, “Let me be the last person to ever stand between you”. I’d recommend her to anyone.

So Understanding, Courteous and Prompt
I had chosen them because one, they are LGBT friendly and two, for the value. I had shopped around allot to find them. My original date was postponed due to Covid and so when I had to reschedule, they were very understanding and kind and accommodating. Then I actually had to cancel my wedding all together due to my partner testing positive for Covid and just the sheer magnitude of the event, we decided that it was just not the time to have this event. When I reached out knowing that the deposit was non refundable, I took a chance and asked and within minutes, I received my full deposit that I placed over ac year ago back into my account.
I could not have chosen a more understanding, courteous and prompt response and feel so blessed and thankful I had chosen them.
If in the future, if I have family or friends who needs an officiant, I know who I'll be recommending!
Dear Love Your Moment... I cannot thank you enough! We could really use this money right now and I am grateful for your kindness, when you didn't have too.

Terrific experience!
We just moved to the area and had planned a big celebration out in another state but because of COVID planned a small intimate backyard ceremony instead. We hadn't even moved to the DFW area yet and I got in touch with Love Your Moment about performing our ceremony! Lisa wrote the most beautiful ceremony for us based just off of our questionnaire. On the day of I was so glad we picked her! She put us all at ease and made the day wonderful! My parents could not speak highly enough of the amazing job she did! We live streamed our wedding and so many people said she was terrific! Honestly, with all the wedding planning changes due to COVID we are SO lucky we ended up with such an amazing person to perform our ceremony.

Exactly what we were looking for!
Lisa was the absolute best - we couldn't have been happier with our choice to use her as our officiant. My husband and I come from two opposite faiths and are not super religious ourselves, but more spiritual. Finding someone who would do this kind of wedding in TX is much more challenging than we thought. When we first met Lisa we knew she would be perfect. She is incredibly sweet, caring and is genuinely excited about marrying people. The ceremony went off perfectly - she listened to everything we asked and helped us include a little nod to a bible verse in our ceremony for family. Even our friends asked about her after the ceremony because they loved her as well. Lisa's calming presence was exactly what we hoped for our special day. The upmost quality service

Loved our moment
Lisa and her team were simply AMAZING. We were planning on doing a small courthouse wedding-however when we were told not even our parents can attend (with masks, socially distant) , we were distraught. We scrapped the plan and decided to hold our civil ceremony elsewhere. We frantically searched the internet for officiants and we stumbled on few websites including Loveyourmoment and were SO FORTUNATE that we did and we got in touch with Lisa.
SHE WAS AMAZING! She was so kind over the phone! We talked about how we envisioned the day, and we filled out the questionnaire. She conducted the entire ceremony with so much grace. SO lucky to have worked with her. She is truly amazing 15/10 recommend for all your events!

Lisa was and is the best officiant we could have asked for! Finding a minister/officiant was a little difficult, as we are not religious. My photographer recommended Lisa, and we ended up booking her. What she wrote for ceremony was absolutely beautiful and perfect for us. She was patient, as I tend to get distracted and we tend to laugh at little things, as well as make random faces. Lisa smiled and laughed with us, and she was just amazing all around.

Our Amazing Experience with Love Your Moment and Lisa Cage
We loved working with Lisa. She helped plan our ceremony and was there for us every step of the way. We wanted to include a hand fasting ceremony, and Lisa put her own touch on it. She even helped being the cords to practice tying our hands for the rehearsal, when we were anxiously waiting for ours to arrive in the mail. We loved our experience with Lisa & Love Your Moment. This was the one part of the wedding I was really nervous for. The officiant sets the tone for the ceremony and I had a clear vision of how I wanted it. From the first time meeting her I knew she would be the perfect fit for us. She was really confident in her ability to take our relationship and capture it for the ceremony script. And she did just that! I didn’t have one revision for our script. I absolutely loved the little details she included that were special to us. She was so great the day of also - I was not nervous for reciting the “I do” section or even for when it was time to say my vows. Her demeanor is very calming and that was helpful for a very stressful day!

Lisa was absolutely fabulous!
Lisa captured everything we wanted in our ceremony. She was absolutely perfect, genuine, sincere, and real. She provided a copy of our "draft" ceremony prior to our wedding to allow us to make any last minute changes/revisions. She incorporated one of our most favorites poems into our ceremony and provided guidance with writing our own vows. We even threw Lisa a curve ball by asking her to incorporate a whiskey unity and she performed it with such grace and confidence. We highly recommend Lisa to perform your ceremony.

Great Ceremony!
Lisa was very accommodating, she did everything we asked for and tailored our ceremony to exactly what we wanted. The ceremony was very well written and she was well spoken. Several guests commented on how good she was and how beautiful the ceremony was. We really did love our moment.

Lisa 100% stands by giving you a moment you'll love. She was responsive and accommodating right from the start. We met to discuss the ceremony (script and logistics) beforehand and she completely quashed a couple of concerns I had about what people typically expect vs. what my husband and I had in mind for us.
For instance, I envisioned walking down the aisle with my now-husband, as we've been together for 7 years and it just didn't seem right for anyone to "give me away". This was a sticking point for my mom and step-dad, as I'm the only daughter and they looked forward to a traditional start to the ceremony. Lisa offered to skip the "who presents this woman" bit, explaining that my dad and step-dad could both walk me down and give me a quick kiss on the cheek -- and I knew this was the right move for all of us.
I would absolutely recommend Lisa to anyone and everyone who wants their ceremony to be personalized and representative of who they are as a couple. Don't let your ceremony be a story (that we've all heard before) of the officiant that went rogue to insert their own beliefs and values. Love your moment :)

Our Secret Weapon
Our wedding would not have been as beautiful and easy as it was without Lisa's professionalism and experience. Lisa was responsive to all forms of communication, and we really valued her wedding experience as she was able to guide us with our rehearsal of the ceremony to include how to walk in and out. The ceremony she wrote for us was absolutely beautiful, and I would highly recommend her for anyone's wedding.

My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with our decision to have Lisa officiate our wedding. She helped us craft and beautiful ceremony that people are still talking about. Seriously y'all, men were openly weeping.
She was very responsive and always made sure to reiterate that she would do whatever she could to make us happy.
On our wedding day, she was punctual and our ceremony went off without a hitch.
She was so kind to us, and we're so glad she oversaw our wedding.
It was truly a pleasure working with her.

Lisa was very friendly and did an amazing job officiating our wedding. It was 30 degrees outside and we were determined to have our outdoor wedding. Lisa was great and didn't complain once, although I wouldn't blame her if she did. It was cold, but we got through it together. I would highly recommend Lisa as an officiant. Working with her was super easy and we absolutely loved the the theme/message she came up with for our ceremony.

Lisa was so helpful planning our ceremony, and on the day of the wedding, she was a life saver! After initially reaching out to Lisa, she quickly came back with a ceremony draft that was exactly what we needed to make our day great! She was flexible and open to changes even up to the week of the wedding (although the first draft was so good, we didn't need any changes!). On the day of our wedding, I forgot the marriage license. Lisa helped keep me from losing my head and worked out a solution with us on the spot. She was incredibly professional, and honestly, the day would not have been the same without her. I would recommend her to anyone searching for an officiant that's responsive, helpful and invested in making your day the best day it can be for your and your future spouse!

Lisa Cage was everything we could have dreamed of. Bryan and I are both male, so we were nervous trying to find an inclusive ordained minister. Lisa was so great to work with and sent us the script ahead of time to preview/make edits. The way she wrote our ceremony was so poetic. Bryan and I just cried reading the beauty in her words.
