  We highly recommend Pamela / Love-N-Promises for your wedding ceremony! From the start she was organized, listened well and even asked those small but important questions we had not thought about. Pamela was extremely professional and responsive from our initial meeting throughout and she worked to understand our love story and wedding day vision.
  
  The day of the event – WOW! Pamela calmly coordinated every detail to make the ceremony just perfect – she beautifully share our love story, incorporating exactly what we wanted and she even wrapped in some humor which everyone loved. We had two last-minute wedding day cancellations due to health reasons but Pamela helped to make sure they could join us virtually, setting up a video call option for the ceremony. We will always have warm, beautiful memories of our special day and we owe a big thank you to Pamela for that…

  The BEST Officiant!

  Pamela is an absolute gem. From our very first meeting, up to the day of our wedding, she was responsive, fun, and made us feel at ease. Pamela has a way with people to bring smiles, laughter and sentiment at just the right moments. Our guests are still raving about Pamela's ceremony, stating that it was the best ceremony they have ever attended. I would agree!
  Pamela made the process easy, giving her information about us, our relationship and our hopes for the wedding day. From their she created a ceremony I could never have imagined would be so beautiful. She is truly outstanding.
  Thank you Pamela for being willing to walk across a river to get to a sandbar in the bay for our special ceremony. You are amazing and we will miss working with you.

  Amazing Ceremony - No Dry Eyes

  Pamela is amazing! She really took the time to get to know us as a couple and worked with us to put together a beautiful wedding ceremony. We had a few requests that she was able to accommodate and she helped us make decisions about all aspects of the ceremony. She put together a beautiful “love story” about how we got to our big day that we and our guests loved. She had a beautiful modernized way of greeting my dad at the end of the aisle instead of the usual “giving away” moment. Also we received tons of complements on the vows she put together for us —and we loved them too. Her readings were delightful her presence was a joy. Somehow, Pamela found the perfect balance of elegance and fun. Oh, and she wore a sparkling rainbow stole it doesn’t get more fabulous that that!

She offered many creative ways to personalize our ceremony with blessings, readings, vows and rituals (for us we knew we wanted to do a handfasting ceremony, which she was very familiar with). She emphasized that our ceremony was just that, OUR ceremony–and she would help us to make it what we imagined. She smoothly orchestrated the transitions of readings and songs done by our family members. Pamela made our ceremony incredibly heartfelt and memorable, especially in the way she entwined our personal love story into her blessing and our vows.   Couldn't be happier

  We had a zoom meeting with Pamela from Love-n-Promises, and within 5 minutes my wife and I both knew she was the perfect person to be our officiant. She just had an amazing presence. She answered our questions before we even needed to ask them. We had an elopement with only 5 guests, and couldn't be happier with how she officiated our marriage ceremony. We would highly recommend her.

  The Best Decision You'll Make

  I don't know where to begin. My husband and I had a tough time finding an officiant that felt right for us. While romantic, we are pretty private people. We did not want a religious ceremony and were not one a lot of extra flair. We are also pretty progressive, so there were things about the ceremony that I personally wanted to avoid. The officiants that I came across felt cheesy and cookie-cutter to me. I wanted something different and I couldn't quite put it into words. THANK GOODNESS I found Pamela. Pamela took the time to really get to know me and my husband. It was really important to her that she understood and honored our wishes and vision for the venue. There were many times where my husband and I looked to her for guidance and she helped us to figure out what we want and personalize the process for us. One example was that I didn't like the language that my father would "give me away", however, I'm very close to my dad and I still wanted him to walk me down the aisle and to give my dad that moment. Pamela and I had multiple conversations and emails about the right way to word it so that it still felt special. Pamela came up with a beautiful speech referencing my fathers support from my first steps as a child to the steps we took down the aisle, and went on to ask if he supports me and my husband in our marriage. Needless to say my mom was in tears and my dad actually asked Pamela for her script so that he could keep it (which she gladly gave him). Pamela and her husband actually joined us for cocktail hour and then (as we had some no-shows) stayed for dinner and dancing. Side note - they can tear up the dance floor! We had guests approaching us all night, telling us how great they thought she was. It was such a special experience. I highly recommend hiring Pamela as your officiant. She'll make sure to make the experience unforgettable.

  Pamela was such an amazing and integral part of our wedding in November. She walked us through everything involving the ceremony- from vow help, to readings, to paperwork. She was friendly, responsive & professional, and just amazing at what she does! She provided us with a custom, sweet, funny and modern wedding ceremony. Afterwards, everyone raved about the ceremony and how awesome Pamela was. We are so glad we had her as part of our special day!

  Choosing Love-n-Promises as our officiant couldn't have been better. She especially did a great job with my unusual request of a fist bump in lieu of a traditional kiss to end the ceremony. I would definitely recommend Love-n-Promises to anyone!

  Pamela was the answer. From the get-go she was kind, charming, attentive and supportive, and made the ceremony so lovely, smooth and memorable.
  After our ceremony, guests kept asking us how we met her, because they assumed she must be someone we'd known for a while. That's a testimony to her professionalism and to her ability to take our "love homework" -- a series of questions my wife and I completed about each other -- and synthesize it into a story for our ceremony.

  Pamela is incredible.

  She is so fun to work with and a true professional. Conversations with her were relaxed, and the process we worked on together to develop the readings was lovely. She made our ceremony the best it could be, and we've come away from it with so many lovely memories. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a ceremony officiant.

  A nightmare!

  IF YOU ARE LGBTQ, I DO NOT RECOMMEND! My wife and I decided to elope and hired Pamela as our wedding officiant. Everything was great until during the ceremony, Pamela believed we did not have wedding vows for one another. When hiring her, I made it clear that my wife and I would be reading personal vows on the day of the wedding. So it’s frustrating that she didn’t think we had any vows. I thought that was VERY clear. She also received over 600 comments, with only 24 being “positive/non-offensive.” I then texted Pamela on her cellphone to delete the video entirely, and she refused. She had very few followers and likes before she posted the video of my wife and I. So to us, it seems like the social media attention she has received holds more value than our feelings, and wishes to remove the video from her social media platforms entirely. A HUGE mistake my wife and I made is that we never signed a contract or gave Pamela written consent to record and post a clip of our wedding ceremony on her social media. So if you do hire her, I recommend a contract to protect you from her posting you on her social media.
