When my fiance and I were looking for an officiant, we knew we wanted someone who would be able to personalize a ceremony that would tell our love story. Sue was the absolutely the best to work with! From the beginning, she made it clear that she would essentially be able to tailor our ceremony to however we wanted it to be. Even though we only spoke through the phone and email prior to the wedding date, we feel like Sue was able to grasp our story and who we were and create a personalized ceremony for us! She is quick to respond to messages and so fun and easy to talk to. We loved hearing how she put our love story together during the ceremony and there wasn't a dry eye! We highly recommend Sue to anyone who is in need of an officiant in the Central Florida area!! -

Sue was incredible
When our original officiant fell thru (definitely a blessing) I was a bit nervous to find another officiant... Sue was a absolute joy and blessing to work with. I knew from our 1st initial meeting she was the one to marry my beautiful bride and I. Even with the meetings and conversations leading up to the ceremony. There was truly no way to tell how perfect she would make the ceremony for us. She truly listened to what we wanted and prepared such a incredible ceremony for us it took me getting the ceremony video months later to really realize how amazing the pacing and material was. Highly recommend her!!! -

my husband and I had our vow renewal at Walt Disney World on November 16, 2021. I contact Sue and we had a phone conversation and right from the beginning I could tell she was the one. She was very gentle and understanding and worked with me to customize our ceremony to ensure we were happy. Everything was Disney themed and it couldn't have been more perfect. I definitely recommend Sue 100% for your event she was a pleasure to work with! Thank you for such a beautiful ceremony Sue! : ) -

I cannot say enough good things about Sue and her services. If you are looking for a truly beautiful ceremony that you will never forget - you must have Sue there. Sue comes prepared to tell your love story that is constructed by you, your spouse and select loved ones in your life. You can tell that she carefully crafts this story and really goes above and beyond to make it your own. I don't think there was a dry eye for any of our guests because of how much passion Sue communicated during the ceremony. I'm telling you - she is the BEST! -

Sue had a call with us, then had my wife, our families, friends, and I fill out surveys to ensure everything in our ceremony was personal to our relationship. On the day of, Sue had a family emergency the day before our wedding and needed to get a substitute. She arranged everything for the fill in officiant, Jennifer, without us needing to worry about a thing. Jennifer jumped in for Sue seamless and performed a beautiful and personal ceremony. There was not a dry eye in the house. -

We were scheduled to get married during the absolute worst of the pandemic lockdowns, and Love Bird worked with us through every problem that popped up. Reschedule? No problem. Change all the plans we had made for the ceremony? No problem. Do a second elopement ceremony so we could keep our special anniversary date? No problem! Love Bird was fantastic every step of the way.
The ceremony (both of them, actually) was unique to us and felt so personal and special, too. A lot of work was put into that, and it made us feel special. Love Bird also helped us plan everything, and even sent us check lists and deadlines ahead of the date, to make sure everything went perfectly.
Very reasonable rates, as well.
We could not have been happier. -

Sue Jansin was our selected officiant ..so let me tell you about our experience with this wonderful person ... there were so many obsicals in our path to the ceremony in which Sue Janson performed for us ...so we decided do to COVID and the risk of all of our loved ones exposing themselves to this terrible virus ,we ELOPED so although we are very close and would have loved nothing more than our family to be there on our special day, there lives are more important so we decided to elope to Daytona beach and just him n I get married on the beech ...but in that decision you just don’t realize how many small details that come up like how to put a mermaid wedding dress on all by yourself and all the hundred other details one does not think of till it’s time and needed !!! So sue on only days notice accepted our request for her to be our gal to wed us ... from the moment she was hired she sprang into action...we are very endowed to our Christian church and really hated to have anyone other than our pastor who knows us well to perform this ceremony ..Sue gave us several options for ceremony different prayers n types of ceremonies she could perform , with our approval she selected one of the most beautiful ceremonies I’ve ever heard let alone been part of !! She allowed our own pastors prayers to be inserted in places and read his own words for him to us during ceremony...she was delightful very professional and actually very personable...let me tell you I did not feel like she or her husband where strangers they were more like old friends..you can tell this person loved what she was doing and that really does reflect on your own ceremony if you think about it, love reflects and it did they held much love for each other and that love poured into our ceremony in the most beautiful way ! So in the mist of trying to figure and find a photographer in a place we knew no one was almost impossible not having info or time to find someone so I asked Sue about it, as I did many things and she always offered a solution or had a cure or a idea and was more helpful than my own family would have been honestly !! So proposed that’s her husband could take photos of us during our ceremony it was so thoughtful we agreed and he did ! He toke the most candid and funny and great and romantic just really captured all that was happening for us to always have to look back at !! It was so net to see them as a couple but very professional and like I said there love for one another shine right through the clouds n rain n that’s exactly what happened..see we got married in the middle of the hurricane Eta...it rained all day n they showed up on November 8 th n I don’t know how but they brought the sunshine cause the sky turned blue and the rain stopped long enough for us to tie the knot and it was beautiful!! They helped my husband set up tiki torches for my isle to walk through to him Sue’s husband toke pictures like a true pro and it was absolutely delightful !!! I would and will recommend her and her husband for every wedding because and I truly mean this they made our wedding more special than it could have possibly been !! They go the distance and truly care about the people they are hired by but not only that they go above and beyond to make your day as special as humanly possible !! N I am a very very picky person I do not give out good reviews unless it is earned and I can say without a single doubt they were the best selection for us and if you give Sue Janson a chance she would make your day as special as she made mine !!!
We were blessed to have Sue !

Best Cermony Ever
Sue really took the time to get to know us, who we really are as human beings and our vows were tailored to reflect our lives, showing our authentic selves.
She went above and beyond my expectations at the wedding, walking down with us and taking a video of our plunge in a cold spring!
What meant the most is that she sat with us afterwards and ask us about our history together. It was the 40th Anniversary of our first date.

Sue was amazing! She was very kind and helpful. She helped me with so many things. Any questions I had she responded very quickly and was always so nice about it. She made us feel very comfortable. She also took some pictures for us so that everyone could get in it, which meant a lot to us! I would definitely recommend her to anyone. -

Please don’t book her, she didn’t show up to my wedding and ruined my whole entire day. I contacted her around 100 times the day of, no response and it’s been 2 months since the wedding. Worst part is is we tried to dispute and she gave them “proof” she was there. So she’s a master scammer. We got our own proof and ended up winning the dispute, but please don’t be stupid like me and book Sue. She’s out here to steal peoples money and ruin what’s supposed to be the happiest day of a woman’s life. Please don’t book her. Go with anybody else. I don’t get how wedding wore has not removed her from this website yet. -

She’s gone? I got married in November and she stood me up for the rehearsal and the wedding. Had run my own rehearsal and find a last minute officiant the night before my wedding. -

Fraud- Stay Away!
We initially had a good conversation with Sue, she sent us helpful documents, responded to a few questions via text and now we're finding a new Officiant a month away from our wedding. I don't know what happened and I don't care, she turned out to be a fraud. Luckily I got back on her page to see other reviews before I paid her the other half but we're out our deposit. Just like the others, I've called, emailed and texted and never a response. I sent a message via wedding wire and eventually it had two green check marks as if signifying someone read it (I'm assuming) so it seems someone is still managing her page. I also conveniently received the questionnaire after I canceled. They also didn't even both to sign their name on the message and left it as a template "Warmly, your name". What an absolute shame and screwed up person this is to be scamming people trying to plan a wedding! -

Scam Artist
It’s clear that after seeing no reviews for Sue since March and now all these no-shows and ghosting communications that this was a scam and fraud to rip off people from their deposits. I recommend contacting credit card issuers to get your money back — this is not in good faith.
For anyone in the future, don’t work with her. She claimed to be dealing with the hurricane and would contact us the next day, but was just buying time before we took appropriate actions. Don’t become a victim too.
Sue, you should be ashamed of yourself. We attempted to contact you several times even after this to no avail. The lack of professionalism is astounding. -
