He was the best!!!!! worked with us on EVERYTHING we wanted and felt was important to us. Worked hard to make sure we were happy!! Kept in contact with me often which reassured us as we got closer. The day of he was in contact with my maid of honor on what needed done which took some weight off the brides shoulders. He was so helpful with teaching us about the county and how the marriage license works since we were out of state. Truly cant say enough good things about his service!! He was our officiant but felt like a friend at the end. Book him now!! -

From start to finish, Dr. Lou was professional, understanding and patient. He offers a wide range of options but is also flexible and was willing to hear out new ideas that we brought up. Louis was amazing. We are so happy to have found him. When we first had our introduction with Louis we were not expecting to have so many questions answered that we didn't even know to ask. As we were in the planning process of picking an officiant it was very important for us to have an officiant that understood our vision. Louis had surpassed our expectations. He was so great and spoke clear and confident. Louis held our vow books and gave them to us when it was time and even made a point to step out of the way for pictures. -

I was impressed with Lou when he officiated my Sister wedding ; I noticed his presence was so Warm and his words were well received by the guests . I knew when it was my time to Marry , I wanted Lou to be apart of our Ceremony. During our Initial contact by phone Lou's warm and welcoming personality made me feel so at ease. His Passion and Professionalism is Admirable. Technically equipped,calls text email& Zoom . I'd say his skills were better than my 30yr old self. He Agreed to meet us in person as I don't know how to Zoom, He sent over Ceremony materials via email Prior to our first meeting .
Lou explained his role and ours with All the tools necessary to create a personalized Ceremony. He walked us through every detail . Lou had great patience & provided clarity to my most naive questions. After giving us Light homework an time to reflect. I Have to admit I Am a Procrastinator and Over thinker with that Said Lou's would send gentle reminders and offer his help via Email to keep us on track for planning the perfect ceremony.
Our Ceremony was Above and beyond my expectations, it was magical and Truly Romantic. ***Self Aware of Photography Moments& Presents very well ***

When the officiant we had originally hired had a last minute scheduling conflict, we quickly needed to find a new officiant. I am so glad our search led us to Dr. Louis and truly believe this was God's intervention. I can't say enough about Dr. Lou and his kindness, experience and flexibility. He guided us through each step of the officiating process and gave us guides and samples to help us get started. We had an initial call and another to go over our ceremony outline which made us feel prepared. It was important to me to have him lead our rehearsal, and Dr. Lou went out of his way to rearrange his schedule to make this happen for us. As a bride this especially made me feel comfortable and excited for the big day. He even recorded a video for us of our family/bridal party praying and speaking words over us that evening. He connected with my family and with us and really made this vital aspect of our wedding really special. I can't recommend him enough! -

12 out of 10 recommend Louis Kayatin as your officiant for your wedding day! He made our day the most special and best day of our lives! Not only was he the most accommodating person but he also guided and supported us throughout the entire process. He gave us plenty of options to choose from, allowed us to ask a million different questions and was so patient and kind to us! Even when I had messed up the binding of the hands part of the ceremony he was so quick to be helpful and patient during the entirety of it. He made us feel less nervous and held our hand throughout the entire process and ceremony. The compliments I got from the guests about how amazing the ceremony was and the amount of people who complimented and said they wished they had Louis Kayatin perform their ceremony was more than I can count! There aren’t enough words to express how grateful and blessed we were to have Louis Kayatin perform our wedding ceremony! -

Highly Recommend!
My husband and I planned a destination wedding in 6 weeks and it was difficult finding someone we connected with to officiant our wedding. Louis was amazing from the first phone call to the day of! Louis was a fantastic officiant! He did such a great job officiating our ceremony. Everything was written nicely and you can tell he truly cares about his couples. Throughout the process of creating our ceremony, he was extremely helpful and kind. I really enjoyed working with him. He always responded to emails right away and was a pleasure to talk to. Louis was an absolutely amazing and perfect officiant for our wedding. He made us feel comfortable, connected, and confident that our ceremony would be amazing from the moment we spoke to him -- he made us feel like he'd known us our whole lives! His breadth of experience made us confident and had us really think through amazing moments of my wife and I's time together and future together, which all came together beautifully in the ceremony.
Louis helped us feel prepared every step of the way and walked us through each moment of the ceremony. Because of him, we were not anxious at all for the logistics, timeline, or events of the ceremony, and they indeed all went smoothly and beautifully. We were told by many guests that it was the best ceremony they've seen, and the majority of that thanks goes to Louis.

He communicated regularly with us throughout and has a very organized process to assist in ceremony planning, which was really helpful. We cannot say enough great things about Lou!! We are so grateful we found him since we’re not local to Naples, but he was such an amazing officiant and made our wedding ceremony so incredibly special. We got to meet with him in person before the wedding which was really nice and then had another call with him leading up to the big day. He takes a genuine interest in all of the couples he meets and was so thoughtful in the way that he conducted our ceremony and told our love story, it was as if we’d known him our whole lives! Absolutely perfect wedding officiant
Dr. Lou performed my daughter's wedding in December of 2021. He did a great job and we felt like he not only knew the couple well but the family, too. When my now husband and I contacted him for a last minute beach wedding, luckily he was available. Lou met with us a few times to discuss how he could help make our ceremony perfect. He gave us ideas that we hadn't even thought about. He showed up at the event dressed perfectly for the wedding and immediately stepped right up to make the ceremony flow. Louis does an excellent job of making your wedding day absolutely amazing. We had an outdoor wedding at the Bok Tower Gardens in Lake Wales, a beautiful setting in central Florida; while the location was great, Louis really helped make the ceremony personal and special. We also did a few pre-marital counseling sessions with Louis, and I would highly recommend doing that as it taught us a few things and gave Louis some insight into who we are to make the ceremony that much more spectacular. -

He was always making suggestions, giving his input in what might work well, and giving us a plethora of options we never even thought about. But he always allowed us to craft the experience to exactly how we chose, including how we wanted the procession worded. In addition, communication was never an issue. He was on top of emailing or texting/calling us to let us know whatever needed to be addressed. Overall, what stood out the most was how kind and patient he was with us. We couldn't have asked for a better person to officiate one of the most important days of our lives.

Louis goes above and beyond to make sure your ceremony is exactly how you want it. He takes his time to go over the entire ceremony outline and customizes it to make it special for your day.
Despite a few last-minute changes, Louis patiently waited and was there to support us on our special day. He is truly amazing and I am so happy I chose him to be there on my special day. I can’t imagine my wedding day without him as part of it.
