    Our Dream Day!

    Louisiana Cajun Mansion was an absolute dream to work with! Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful and kind, and it was a very simple process from start to finish. Our planner, Alayna, was great at communicating with us and making sure we had every detail covered. It was so nice to have the high quality options for DJ, Catering, Cake, and Venue all in one place and for a great price. They made sure the evening of our wedding was beautiful, seamless, and to our exact liking down to the tiniest details.

    AMAZING! Everything was perfect & easy!

    The event coordinator kept in touch with us frequently, notified us about anything we needed to know, and was absolutely the sweetest! The Staff day of the wedding was phenomenal, helpful, and hard workers. Even helped calm my nerves while preparing to walk down the isle. Everything went perfectly, and beautifully without any hiccups

    Lovely Wedding

    The CM did a wonderful job with my daughters wedding (125 attending) - Our wedding captain was the BEST and kept everything running smoothly. They decorated the place so nice, it looked like I had spent $$$ - we were so impressed and all of our guest thought it was one of the most lovely venues they had been to in this area. A big thank you to Sandra and her whole team.

    English’s wedding

    The owner and all the staff are magnificent! It is literally the most stress free venue. They take all the stress out of planning your wedding. The venue is beautiful and our special day was perfect!!! It was everything I wanted and more! Thank you❤️

    Book them now!

    One stop shop for all of your wedding needs. The package we chose included our food, cake, flowers, DJ, décor, linens, a wedding planner, and a day of team to keep things running smoothly. It was an amazing experience and we plan to go back to celebrate our one year anniversary.

    Louisiana Cajun Mansion

    The staff is incredible. Very professional and people oriented. We stayed in the Lagniappe Room. Very spacious and clean, including the bathroom. Everything was beautifully decorated, just the way we wanted. Dinner was excellent. The chef greeted us and discuss the meal that was being prepared for us. Breakfast in the morning was excellent also. A different chef prepare us a Cajun breakfast. The owner was there and took photographs of us at dinner, and we had a photographer to take pictures of our Vow Renewal. Our minister had the perfect words to say. We thoroughly enjoyed our day at Louisiana Cajun Mansion. We thank everyone who was involved in preparing a perfect day for us. I highly recommend Louisiana Canjun Mansion to
    prepare your special events.

    Absolutely phenomenal!!!!

    Our wedding was absolutely beautiful! Sandra and her team made sure everything for our big day was perfect. Planning our wedding was so stress free the planners helped us with each step. They really made our wedding dreams come true.

    My experience with this vendor. It was just excellent.

    We had an outdoor wedding. It was just beautiful. They out did themselves. We have gotten so many complements on one of the best wedding our guest have attended.

    If you want to be stressed and talk with different people all the time, this is the place for you

    I had nothing but communication issues from day 1:
    * Constantly having to confirm and reconfirm things due to talking to someone different every time since apparently there is a high turnover rate.
    * Pointing out discrepancies on their own website which they had to go change.
    * Finding out something, which was discussed to add-on from first meeting, was not billed until the month of the wedding.
    * Back and forth with booking issues for their additional suites.
    * Getting tons of useless, automated emails on things we had already gone over which caused anxiety, thinking more things had been screwed up.
    * All those emails but couldn't get a return text the day before the wedding when I reached out due to concerns about a parade and if we would have issues getting there
    *Finally the issue the day of the wedding - the 'supervisor' on duty, guests were calling her grumpy and grouchy she also made mention to my bridesmaid that the groom's cake was the "best cake she ever tried."

    I made the owner aware, she offered to call me after basically calling my bridesmaid (who is my sister and a police officer) a liar because her employee denied it. Like anyone would just think to make that up! Just all around stressful time.

    After planning over 500 weddings with rave reviews, we still get these type of complaints. Unfortunately and sadly there are some people we just can't satisfy even when our goal is to over deliver. This wedding and reception was executed perfectly and without a glitch; but there is no mention in this complaint.

    CONFIRM DETAILS - We are wedding planners; we confirm the fine details 3 times and we send reminder emails when it's time to do things; which most brides appreciate. We never forgot anything; we confirmed. I am stumped.

    EMPLOYEE TURN OVER - There is no turn over in personnel at the venue; we have 3 wedding planners and an assistant on staff. We are incredibly organized, have systems in place and rarely make mistakes.

    SPECIAL ALCOHOL - She's complaining about special alcohol that was not billed until 30 days before the wedding. We never bill for these specialty items until then; we asked if she still wanted it and billed for it. Somehow this was stressful for her.

    BOOKING ISSUE - My assistant was playing telephone tag with one of her bridesmaids because she wanted to book a bedroom
    suite at the venue. But each time she reached her, the bridesmaid didn't have her credit card to charge for the room. Why is this affecting the bride?

    CAPTAIN EATS CAKE - She's accusing my Captain of eating a piece of cake. Simply put, my employees are not allowed to eat while they are working an event. Additionally, my Captain is a professional and leads by example. Although I did address it with my Captain, I am not sure what else is expected of me.

    DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING - We never got a text from the bride asking about any parade problems. Although there were no parade problems, we wish she could of gotten through to us. I had no idea and I am not sure how this can be avoided in the future.

    To sum all this up, I think this bride had more stress she was dealing with besides her wedding. Knowing this is stressful time for most brides, we are sensitive to their needs. We handled everything for her and there were no issues through the process. I really don't know what we could have changed having hindsight.
