I Said “Yes” to the Dress!
I had such a great time trying on dresses at Lotus. Mia was the BEST. She listened to everything I liked & was so easy to talk to. She actually ended up choosing my dress for me! I asked her to pick something she thought would look good on me & she chose the dress I said “yes” to. I’m so happy with my experience & dress. I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day. I’d recommended Lotus Bridal to anyone looking for a wedding dress.

Lotus bridal has been nothing short of amazing!!!
I walked in 5 years ago for the first time. I pudchased my dress at the time but unfortunately had to cancel my wedding at the time. They were so understanding and accommodating at that difficult time. Fast forward to this year!! I am getting married and they welcomed me back with open arms!!

Great Bridal Shop!
I visited Lotus Bridal Long Island with my Mother on multiple occasions. The staff were always kind, knowledgeable and supportive. They worked with me well to find a dress and veil of my liking and price range. I would recommend Lotus to any future brides!

I was never pressured to purchase anything and was encouraged to come back and try more dresses if I desired. By far the best wedding dress salon I went to! Hayes at the Manhattan location was super friendly and warm and really made me and my friends so comfortable. While other salons either showed me specific dresses I had found online or found me dresses that were exactly in the budget I set, even though I said it was flexible, Hayes focused on finding me options that I would like. She was tuned into what I liked and disliked about each dress and expertly pulled options based on that. I said yes to my dress here and it was one I hadn't seen before, not online or in other salons, all thanks to Hayes! I did not end up going with their in-house alterations services, but they were upfront about all costs and timelines.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The place is beautiful with a large selection of dresses. I worked with Lexi and enjoyed every minute. She was amazing. She was able to pick out dresses that fit my body type and pinned me in the dresses to have the right fit. Other places did it lazily and didn’t take the time to make the dress how it was supposed to look. I found my perfect dress there. I would recommend Lexi to anyone looking for their dress. Lotus Bridal did it better than anyone else.

Yes to the dress
An amazing experience that one felt like Cinderella from the start. There impeccable cleanliness, decor, staffing, hospitality and PATIENCE. After being exposed to other boutiques, LOTUS is truly UNIQUE. Sophia was a pearl in making the process smooth, pleasant and adding clarity with her great taste. Her Blue eyes are beyond beauty as knows how to execute the dress with accessories, veils and even making one feel like all the dress need their time with the client. There was no sense of time constraint, it was incredible. I admire LOTUS for their taste, class, elegance, style, effort and beyond CUSTOMER SERVICE as a WOMEN'S COMPANY. Tara was so helpful throughout this process! I went to the location twice. After my first visit, I came back to make my final decision. I love that I felt like I had the store to myself while trying on dresses. It was nice and spacious, allowing me to feel super comfortable while making my choice. Tara really understood my style selection and she was always willing to give me other options to compare so that I felt sure of my decision. I think they have a great variety of dresses to choose from, which made it easier to compare several different options. Ultimately, I did say yes to my dress at Lotus!

Most Gorgeous Wedding Dress
My experience at Lotus Bridal has been nothing short of amazing! Throughout my dress shopping experience, I worked with Lexi and Nikolette, who were both knowledgeable, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. I got my wedding dress, veil, and wedding earrings at Lotus - I felt like a literal princess the day of my wedding! I really enjoyed that I got to browse dresses online prior to my appointment, where I got to pick out styles I liked already - I thought this made the shopping experience better and a lot easier for me. I'm so happy with how Lotus made my wedding day the most special day and I highly recommend them!!

I do not like shopping and she made both my first and second appointment feel effortless. They have a wide range of styles but Brooke was great at pulling what I described to her. Bridal shopping made easy!
I went to Lotus Bridal to start the search for my wedding dress. I initially picked this place because it had several of the dress designers and styles I was looking for. I booked an appointment on a Saturday afternoon and while the place was busy I could not have gotten better service! I had picked some dresses through the store's online look book that I thought I might like, but upon trying them on I realized I actually didn’t like the fabric style I picked. Brooke was super helpful in helping me a dresses that had more sparkle and shine. I tried on so many dresses during my hour-long appointment and finally landed on THE ONE! Brooke was also super patient with me which made the whole experience so great! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a bridal gown. They are reasonably priced, the service is great and they have tons and tons of dress options.

Wedding Dress from Lotus Bridal Brooklyn!
I purchased my wedding dress from Lotus Bridal, and I don’t think I could have had a better experience. From my first appointment, through ordering, fittings and tailoring, final pickup and drop-off for preservation, everyone at Lotus was super supportive, communicative, and responsive. I was able to select my dress during my first try-on appointment (my only caveat here is that although they have many styles available, they likely won’t all be the right size, so it’s necessary for the stylist to clip them on to approximate) – although I didn’t end up loving the styles I had pre-selected online, the stylist was able to propose a dress I absolutely loved. After ordering, I also decided to do alterations with Lotus, as the pricing was comparable with other wedding tailors, I’d seen positive reviews, and it seemed convenient (they handle all the dress storage and transition during this process). The tailor did a great job, and in particular I was very impressed with how elegantly the bustle was added (included with tailoring). I also ended up bringing the dress back after my wedding to Lotus for preservation, as they had done such a good job throughout the rest of the process, and I am now waiting to receive the dress after cleaning and preservation (done by an associated company). Buying a wedding dress was a task I was fairly stressed about, but the girls at Lotus consistently answered my questions so thoroughly and quickly (within a business day in almost every case), and were so supportive with any concerns I raised throughout that it was surprisingly painless.
In terms of the dress: during first look photos in the gardens where we held our wedding, random strangers stopped me to tell me that I looked like a princess.❤️

The best experience!
I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at Lotus Bridal Long Island. I had gone into the appointment feeling defeated from a terrible experience the day prior but tried to be open minded. From the minute I met Lexi, I knew she was going to make this all so much better. She gave her opinions on dresses when asked and was never pushy or rude. It felt like dress shopping with another friend. I was very indecisive and was going between two dresses, and she was SO patient with me, offering to get me into each dress as many times as I wanted to make sure I picked a dress I loved. The selection was amazing, they had sample dresses in many sizes. She heard my wants, my concerns, my likes and dislikes and went above and beyond to make sure I checked off every box on my list to ensure I had the dress of my dreams. Bonus: After I said yes to the dress, she found out it was my mom’s birthday. She snuck to the back and came out with a candle in cookies singing happy birthday to her. She was truly the kindest soul and I am so thankful I had her help. Having an associate that makes you feel comfortable is so important in this process. I HIGHLY recommend Lexi, but I am sure all of their associates are lovely as well. If you are in need of a dress and not sure where to start, Lotus Bridal is it!

Effortless Wedding Dress Shopping
This was the first store that I went to try on dresses. I had such a great experience at Lotus Bridal! Lexi helped me find my dream wedding dress. She was so patient, kind, honest, and fun! Lexi was able to bring my wedding look to life from head to toe to give me the full effect of what I would look like on my wedding day. I went back to Lotus a second time to try the dress on a few weeks later for aunts that were in town and when I arrived, I realized I showed up on the wrong day. I was frustrated with myself for mixing up days, and was disappointed that Lexi wasn't working that day. Lucky for me, Nikolette was more than happy to squeeze me in before her next client arrived. Nikolette was so sweet and super helpful! I am very grateful for both Lexi & Nikolette and I highly recommend any other future brides to shop with them at Lotus Bridal!

I cannot recommend Lotus enough. I had 2 appointments elsewhere prior to going to Lotus. I enjoyed my experiences but did not find my dress during those appointments. I brought my mom, sister in law, and maid of honor to my appointment at Lotus. They all were so excited. I was lucky enough to have Aenlly as my consultant. She was professional, punctual, and made me and my family feel instantly comfortable. She was the only consultant in any of my appointments to ask if I was comfortable with her helping me put the dresses on. She pulled dresses that I selected, and listened to my honest feedback. She encouraged me to tell her what I liked and disliked so she better understood me. She brought additional dresses and instantly on the hanger I knew a dress she brought was the one. She gave me a bouquet to hold to help bring it all together since I will not be wearing a veil. She did not rush my family and I at the end of the appointment when we could not stop staring at the dress. She was also respectful of my budget. I cannot express how grateful I am that she listened to my ideas and critiques of other dresses and found me a dress that is even better than I had imagined.

I visited Lotus Bridal for my wedding gown after previously visiting a different bridal salon and was amazed at how well they understood what I was looking for. After showing Nikolette a picture of a dress I had seen online that I liked, she pulled multiple dresses that fit the same style (even though I struggled to articulate what I liked and didn't like). She was able to keep my guests also focused on the aspects of the dresses I liked and didn't like. Overall a great experience and cannot wait for my dress to come in!

Top Notch Customer Service And Beautiful Selection Of Dresses
I was burned by an out of town dress shop and at 48 days out from my wedding I was upset and out of time. I came to Lotus hoping for a miracle and the manager Bobbi did just that! She was able to get me a brand new beautiful dress in under 2 weeks. More than that she showed me kindness and compassion when I was feeling hopeless. I cannot recommend this shop enough, they will go above and beyond.

I had a wonderful experience at Lotus Bridal in Mineola. All my recently married friends have gone to Lotus and highly recommended them. This was the first wedding dress appointment I made and I’m glad to say the last! I said yes to the dress! Brooke was the best. I had selected a couple of dresses and styles I was looking into, and Brooke knew immediately what other styles to grab that would fit my vision. We also had fun and tried on some ballgown/princess dresses to have fun and appease my mom. I was at first a little skeptical whether I would find my dress at my first appointment at my first salon, but I did! There are so many dresses and styles to choose from. Amazing experience!
I had an exceptional time at Lotus Bridal – Long Island. This was maybe my 8th or 9th place to look for dresses and I was beginning to lose hope. All of the dresses I’ve seen to that point were pretty but nothing was particularly me.
My bridal consultant, Tara, was nothing short of amazing! She was very considerate when it came to trying on the dresses – she gave me the option of helping me into the dress or waiting outside while I got it on, and then came in to help me zip it up (or, really, clip it on in my case). Tara was also a wizard with the dress clips – not only making sure that the dress stayed on and looked as it should, but also clipping on various modesty panels so I didn’t feel too exposed. There were a few other brides trying on dresses nearby, so I really appreciated that. She took her time to listen to what I liked and disliked about the things that she picked for me, and never appeared to be upset or offended if I did not like an option.
When I was pretty sure about one dress but was still a bit hesitant, she found a similar dress so I could have a more direct comparison. It really helped me figure out “It’s not that I just like this style of dress, it’s that I like this dress itself.” I chose my dress that day!
And finally, when she asked if I wanted to see my dress with flowers and a veil – she closed off the mirror while we set up and I got to have this really nice reveal moment.
Basically, I can’t thank Tara enough for her care, patience, and attention to detail. I am so thankful to her and the whole Lotus Bridal team for their kindness and expertise. I would recommend this dress shop to anyone.

I had such a great experience with Lotus Bridal. They have a survey you take beforehand that has you pick dresses you want to try in person. Genesis was so nice and respectful of our budget. She could tell I wasn't too happy with some of the dresses I was initially trying on and gently suggested a different style I may like. I tried on dresses I didn't expect to try on and ended up going with a dress completely different from what I had in mind. Genesis was so supportive and sweet, and it is a day I will never forget.

Brooke went above and beyond for me today. Before getting started she asked if I had any idea of what I liked/my budget. I showed her some photos of dresses that I liked and based on that she pulled a variety of dresses for me to try on. She helped me find my dream dress and I said YES today to my dress!! From the moment I made my appointment at Lotus their customer service was top tier. They send you a link to create a look book so that your consultant knows what you’d like for your appointment before you get there. I worked with Nikolette and she was so helpful, patient, and helped my creative vision come to life. I was able to book a follow up appointment just to be sure and was able to text her whenever I needed with ideas for my next appointment. They have a huge collection of different dresses so there’s absolutely something for everyone. I ended up choosing a designer that only Lotus carries in New York and I’m so happy I have that exclusivity.

I purchased a dress at Lotus Bridal in Mineola. Amazing from the first to the last day. Lexi helped find my dress after coming back in for the 2nd time in one weekend. I lost a lot of weight, so at my first try on the seamstress made sure to listen to all my worries about the dress not fitting right, the dress was perfect the day of. Just went to lotus today for my dress and had the most amazing experience. Sydney listened to everything I was saying to find dresses that fit my needs and finally THE perfect dress. She wasn’t pushy, gave me plenty of time to think, and made me feel so comfortable about everything. Everyone at the location was amazing. Friendly and welcoming establishment, unexpectedly found my dress!
I went to Lotus Bridal in Mineola this weekend to look for wedding dresses. I actually had gone by myself and was worried that might be weird. I wasn’t expecting to find a dress, I was thinking it would be more of a trial run if anything.The store itself is beautiful on the inside, very well kept. The decor is cute and trendy and the store was very clean. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I tried on a few dresses that were nice, but not “the one”. I knew what shape looked good on me, I knew what style I wanted, I had all the important things down I just needed to find the right combination of details. In the beginning I must have tried on maybe 8 dresses? My bridal consultant Nicolette was kind enough to let me look at the dresses in the stock room to see what I’d pick on my own. I must have picked every glittery fit and flare dress they had LOL I probably tried on another 6-7 dresses? Nicolette helped to answer any questions I had, and she was easy to work with. She made me feel very comfortable and I quickly forgot that I was even alone in my appointment. I ended up finding the dress and it was a really lovely experience overall. Absolutely recommend this place!

I walked into Lotus Bridal with no expectations on finding my dream dress the first place I looked. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the receptionist who were super friendly. Genesis was our bridal consultant and let me just tell you this women made the bridal experience better than I could have imagined. She was so comforting and loving and super helpful. I found my Dream Dress!
I had an amazing experience at Lotus Bridal and I have to compliment my bridal consultant, Kiki, who made the entire process so enjoyable. Kiki was extremely knowledgeable and patient, she made not only myself (a plus size bride) extremely comfortable, but my mom and grandma loved her as well. She listened to my preferences and made great suggestions. She was very attentive and was able to anticipate my needs before I even had to ask. Her attention to service and detail was impeccable, she felt more like a friend than a consultant. The store itself was beautiful and had a wide variety of dresses to choose from. My mom will be returning to try on MOB dresses! The atmosphere was very relaxing and there was no pressure to make a purchase. Kiki made sure that I was comfortable and happy with every step of the process. After my initial visit at Lotus, I went to another bridal store and found a dress I loved but I was not impressed with my experience there. So, I contacted Lotus and they let me know they had the same dress in their Manhattan location. They gave me the option to transfer the dress to Mineola so I could try it on. The transfer had a fee, but the fee goes towards your purchase, which worked out seamlessly. In the end, I found my dream dress and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Lotus Bridal to any bride-to-be and I especially recommend working with Kiki!

1st dress shopping appointment
I honestly didn’t know what to expect from my first time trying on wedding dresses but I will say that I had the best experience here. My consultation was with Marissa, she was very attentive and had already prepared the dresses I had in my look book. As we began to try on dresses, we were able to narrow down a style that really spoke to me and I aaa drawn to. I had such a pleasant experience here that it made me love the dresses even more - so much so is that I’m agonizing on what dress to say yes to! Dream Dress Delivered!
In searching for potential designer names before starting my wedding dress search, I came across Eva Lendel and fell in love with her style. I found out that Lotus Bridal was the only local vendor to me that carried her gowns and instantly made an appointment. Their hours worked great with my schedule and they are even open late some nights. They have an online showroom that you select a few dresses you are interested in prior to your first visit. I selected the Alegra dress from Eva Lendel and they had it for me to try on! It was the first dress I tried on, and ultimately the one I said yes to. My sales associate Nicole was the sweetest and even though I chose a dress I found on my own, the others I tried on that day from her suggestions fit what I was looking for. When I went back for my fittings, she even came over to check in on me to make sure everything was perfect. When it came to the fittings, the seamstress Elena was amazing! She knew exactly how to fit the dress perfectly and even figured out the complicated bustle that had to be created for the dress. She let us film her buttoning the bustle so we would know how to do it the day of. I can't say enough great things about Lotus and highly recommend looking here for your dress!

My experience at Lotus Bridal was very enjoyable! I didn't feel pressured at all and had the flexibility to look at dresses off the rack. My bridal consultant Genesis was so sweet and helpful! This was the first place I went to to look for wedding dresses and Gen helped me figure out what styles and dresses I liked best. She even came in again 2 weeks later on her day off when they had a trunk show for a designer I liked, which is when I picked my dress! The best spot!
I traveled 3-3.5 hours by train, to visit Lotus, in hopes to find a gown. I was having a hard time finding a store that carried the designer I was looking for in my area. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the sweetest employees. They were so excited I traveled all the way to visit the store. However, we soon realized the dresses I wanted to try on were in the Long Island location. They quickly called and were able to squeeze me in, even though they were completely booked. They then took the time to help me download the NY train app and show me how to use it. They took the time to make sure I was able to get where I needed to go. I was shocked at the level of service. Usually someone would tell you good luck and figure it out, but these sales associates helped me make it happen!
Once I arrived at the Long Island location, I met with the store manager, Bobbi. She truly is the dress QUEEN. She pulled all the dresses from the designer I had in mind. After trying on a few She politely asked if she could show me some. She pulled a dress that I would have never picked out. Everything I thought I wanted in a dress went out the window. She was an expert on body type and understood the look I was trying to achieve. She has over 20+ years of experience and it shows.
What these sales reps did not know was it was the 1 year passing of my mom and grandmother. Bridal dress alone was something I never imagined doing and was honestly dreading (especially after gaining 35 pounds). They truly made this experience a positive one and I cannot recommend both locations enough! Thank you for helping me say YES to the dress.

I just wanted to say that I had a beyond amazing experience at Lotus Bridal this past Saturday, 10/15/22 with Genesis and I said YES to the Dress!! Everything was very punctual, she looked at my inspiration pictures and used her expertise to pick dresses she thought I would like and also let me walk around with her to pick out dresses I was interested in. She was very sweet and I was very excited and felt very comfortable. I knew I loved 2 dresses from the same designer and loved the bodice of one and train of another and she informed me that I could actually add some of the aspects of the train of one dress and add it onto the other dress. After that I knew I had found my absolute perfect and technically one-of-a-kind dress! She and the manager Bobbi took me through the different ways in which I could customize it as this is something that can be done with Martina Liana, and I could not be happier! I feel bad that we did go over the allotted time for my appointment because of the custom alterations I was going to be making, but I never once felt rushed and I cannot say how much I appreciated that. I would recommend Max Bridal and Genesis to anyone!!

Incredible Experience with Sydney
I recently purchased my dream dress at Lotus Bridal on 10/10/2022! Sydney was incredible!! She was kind, attentive, and really made me feel comfortable and welcome. She was also the only bridal attendant that I experienced that got to know my love story and asked me about my wedding day, this really just made the experience more fun and exciting! As a plus sized bride I was really nervous about the wedding dress experience, but Sydney made me feel comfortable and confident in myself. Sydney was incredible with narrowing in on what I loved and didn't love on some of the dresses. After trying on some gorgeous gowns, that seemed to just keep getting better and better, she pulled a "Wild Card" and I am so thankful she did!! That Wild Card ended up being my dream dress, a dress I feel I never would have never gotten to see if it wasn't for Sydney! When I fell in love with this dress, Sydney then placed an incredible veil that I also fell in love with! She also allowed my family and I to have a moment to take it all in and really relish in the moment. I am so incredibly grateful to Sydney for helping me find my dress!! I found my dream dress thank you to Lotus and my fabulous consultant, Lexi!
I am really appreciative of the expert advice from my attendant, Lexi. She truly asked all of the right questions to help nail my vision - she somehow found the words for what I could not even describe. I also thoroughly enjoyed her presence; she made my appointment feel really personal; like I was shopping with a girlfriend.
Lexi was quick and wasted no time at my appointment - pulling dresses for me that just kept getting better and better. She was quick to find things that I liked and could instantly tell if I wasn't "feeling it." Once I landed on "the one" Lexi's was incredibly patient with me while I stood there (for what felt like an eternity) staring at myself in the salon mirror.
I also feel it is worth mentioning that I had scheduled an earlier appointment with Lotus and had to cancel due to an emergency surgery that left me on bed rest. They were VERY gracious and were sure to ask about my well-being; it felt nice knowing that they care about their clients!

Run, don't walk into Lotus Bridal! This wedding dress shopping experience was excellent. Taylor, My bridal consultant was excellent from start to finish. She didn't rush me at all and she made me feel like a million bucks. She listened to what i wanted and gave suggestions where it was needed. She was patient, kind and really energetic. LOVE Lotus Bridal!
I had such a wonderful, amazing experience at Lotus Bridal. My consultant Emily was fantastic to work with, and truly knew my style and what I was looking for from the very beginning. I had tried on about 15+ dresses at other bridal salons prior to my Lotus appointment, and I felt each dress was lacking SOMETHING. I thought I would never find the perfect dress until I found my dream dress at Lotus thanks to Emily! She made me feel so confident in each dress I tried on, really listened to me, and ultimately helped me say 'Yes to the Dress!' I didn't feel rushed at all throughout my original appointment, and everyone was very friendly! To add, I was a little upset that a few family members weren't able to make my appointment, so they are having me in for a dress try-on/accessories appointment this week where I can bring in those who were unable to come so they can have a special experience with me! Highly recommend Lotus to all brides!

Wonderful experience!!
A few weeks ago, I had my appointment with Nikolette for wedding dress shopping. What a great experience! It was my second visit to any bridal salon, so I had a better idea of what I was looking for. Nikolette listened to my opinions and gave suggestions to possible dresses. Her energy and enthusiasm really helped me stay excited! She was constantly thinking of what dress may be The One--you could see the thought process as she would go back and bring something different. Sure enough, the dress that she said she had a really good feeling about was The Dress. Nikolette was so sweet and kind to me and my guests (mom and sister). She really made me feel comfortable and made me feel that my opinions really were the focus of this experience. I truly appreciate all the time Nikolette spent with us during my appointment. I highly recommend to future brides to visit Lotus Bridal and work with Nikolette or any of their awesome ladies. I can't wait to go back for fittings and with my mom for her dress search!

Wonderful Experience!
I had the best experience at Lotus Bridal!! I made my appointment online and received an email with a link to my online account they created, where I was able to view their Lookbook of gowns and choose my favorites. This helped by bridal consultant - Nicole, get an idea of the gowns I liked. When I arrived at my appointment, Nicole had already picked out an assortment of gowns for me to try on. After I tried on each gown, she asked me how I felt in it, and asked what I liked and disliked about the dress. Nicole was amazing and made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable! I am so happy I found the perfect dress for my wedding! Lotus Bridal has a great selection of dresses and designers and all of the consultants were friendly and kind! I am so glad Lotus Bridal was recommended to me, and I would recommend anyone to go to Lotus Bridal to find their wedding gown!

After attending a few different bridal salons in Long Island, Lotus Bridal provided such breath of fresh air. Ki Ki was absolutely amazing and instantly understood the type of bride I wanted to be. I had my favorites and she perfectly curated my vision. I said yes to the dress and I can't wait to go back.

Dream Dress at Lotus
I can't rave enough about Lotus Bridal. I had the most amazing experience with Emily as my consultant. She was able to understand my vision and pulled dresses that perfectly aligned with my style. The showroom is stunning and the staff is super friendly. In my opinion, Lotus had the most variety in terms of dresses compared to other salons that I visited!

I have officially said YES to the dress!!’ Taylor from Lotus Bridal is truly amazing!! She was so willing to help me go with the flow and figure out my style while showing me outside of my comfort. That allowed me to feel so confident and comfortable and I am so hopeful I will find my dress with them!! I had tried multiple other dress stores and truly nothing compared to lotus bridal especially Taylor. I was so happy working with her and would recommend lotus to anyone looking at dresses!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding dress at Lotus Bridal! Nicole was extremely patient, and understanding of what I was looking for, even though it was very specific. When I wanted to return to re-try on the dress, she was very responsive via email to get me scheduled for an appointment that worked for me (even though I had limited options as I was coming in from out of town). She also helped find the perfect veil to match my dress! I would 100% recommend shopping at Lotus Bridal for your wedding dress!

Great bridal shop
I got my wedding dress here. Everyone is so professional and helpful. So many dresses to choose from with a reasonable budget. I ordered my dress 6 months prior to my wedding and it came one time with enough time to get my fittings. Definitely would recommend this shop.

I said YES to the dress of my dreams at Lotus Bridal with the help of bridal consultant Nicole P. She was so attentive to what I was saying which helped so much in picking THE dress. She wasn't pushy at all and if I tried something on that I wasn't feeling she was able to pick up on that and we would just take the dress off and get into another one. 10/10 experience with a very large selection of dresses ! I would recommend Lotus Bridal to everyone :)

The best experience to find your dress!
Lotus Bridal was the best bridal boutique I have been to! Seriously, going to Lotus Bridal was the highlight of my hectic day looking for a wedding dress. Inside the location is very pretty and they have SO MANY dress options available. My bridal attendant, Genesis, made sure my experience was absolutely perfect! She helped me find THE dress and found a veil that was stunning with the dress. Thank you so much!!

Lotus bridal is a small boutique with a New York experience.
I love that you can look at all difference style online and selected what u like and they have them ready for you to try on or similar styling . It me feel great to know that they care about their work an you.
I has Keiasha she was wonderful , caring and really work with you to find the dress that make your face smile and your heart said yes . She asked you all the right question ( what do u like and what dob. not. like) . She is honest and does not push a dress.
She was then reason why I when back to try on more dress .
I said yes to a dress

I had a phenomenal experience at Lotus Bridal in Mineola from start to finish. I booked a V.I.B appointment therefore we had the whole place to ourselves. Emily, who assisted me throughout the entire process is fantastic. She did not rush through the appointment, and really listened to all of my feedback. Even prior to my appointment, Emily always responded to emails timely, and was very professional. Overall absolutely amazing experience at Lotus. Found the one here 👏🏻

Amazing Experience!
My mom and I met with Kiki on March 18th 2022. What an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, to an hour or so later when I said yes to the dress it was a great experience. My bridal consultant Kiki was incredible, she really listened and obviously had read my pre-appointment form because she knew exactly what I did and didn't want. She didn't try to push me into a dress or style I wasn't comfortable with but was great at making suggestions and because of that I did try on a dress I wasn't expecting and that ended up being the dress I said YES to! The staff was so nice and helpful and even the other customers there were friendly and encouraging. The place itself is beautiful and has so much to choose from. Cannot recommend Lotus and Kiki enough! I cannot wait till my fiancé sees me in the amazing dress I bought. Thank you Kiki and Lotus!!

I had a wonderful experience with my consultant Aenlly. She was professional and patient with me, as I am known to be indecisive by nature. I tried on maybe 10 dresses, and ended up choosing the style I originally never thought I would have chosen. If it weren't for Aenlly's professionalism, I would not have found the perfect dress. Amazing Experience!
As a very particular and indecisive person, I had a really difficult time finding a dress that I was in love with. Lotus was the 6th dress store that I shopped at and I am so grateful that I didn't settle for a dress anywhere else. The salon is big and has such an amazing selection of dresses. I was also able to bring 3 guests with me and our family felt like we had privacy which was really nice.
My experience at Lotus was nothing short of amazing. Taylor was so incredibly helpful from the second I met her. She had such a warm and bubbly personality and made the whole experience wonderful. She listened to everything I said and pulled so many beautiful dresses for me. I never felt rushed and was able to try on so many dresses during my appointment time.
I found my dream dress at Lotus and highly recommend them if you are looking for yours too!

Helped me go from clueless to dream dress!
I visited Lotus first of all the dress appointments I had made- their store was busy but they had a large selection of wedding dresses to choose from. You first select online via their lookbook and then the bridal attendant does their magic. Taylor asked me all the right questions to help me figure out what was working and not working with each pull and through that process I was able to quickly learn what I wanted- she pulled a winner and I said YES!

I said YES to the dress :) Lotus Bridal was the second bridal shop I visited looking for my wedding dress. My bridal consultant Aenlly was the best!! Absolutely Amazing!
I had such an amazing experience at Lotus Bridal. I absolutely love how friendly the staff is and how comfortable they make you feel. Last year I was in a bridal party and had purchased a bridesmaid dress from Lotus and I loved how nice the staff was. I automatically new I wanted to go to Lotus for my wedding dress. I brought along my three sisters. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and quickly brought into the back. Lexi was absolutely amazing. I honestly felt like she understood all of my needs and concerns while selecting dresses for me to try on. She made me feel so comfortable and I felt as if she was one of my girlfriends helping me select my dress. I had such a special experience trying on dresses and having the help of the other ladies in the shop in picking the one! I’m sure the ladies got a kick out of my dad in FaceTime telling me I had found the dress! Lexi was so patient and helpful throughout the process. I truly appreciated her help. Thank you Lotus for such an amazing experience.
