Very disappointing, especially after being so highly recommended. Despite time zone differences, Mary was difficult to get in touch with to discuss menu choices, payment, etc. Usually the phone was answered by someone rude, obnoxious, and never asking to take a call back name or number. The day of the wedding, the food was good and plenty was in the buffet trays. However, the serving staff was totally unacceptable. They opened the buffet for the guests to help themselves - and as soon as the last person went through the line, they quickly whisked the food away. We had paid for a higher count of people so that we would be sure enough food was supplied in case guests wanted more to eat. The guests never had the opportunity to visit the buffet more than once. Furthermore, in the contract, any food not consumed was to go back to the restaurant. A LOT of food was returned...while our guests were still hungry. Our wedding co-ordinator was seen clearing tables - that's what we paid Los Reyes's staff to do. Meanwhile, their staff was busy packing up food for the restaurant. Totally not happy with Los Reyes's service.
