Find Eddie at Long's in Nashua, NH

Eddie has been essential in helping my now husband find my engagement ring; and then helping us with our wedding bands. I was immediately drawn to the Sylvie rings and Eddie was able to assist with putting together a loose diamond in to the setting. He also made us aware of the Wedding Band Expo which provided a true savings! Can't thank Eddie enough for his professionalism and kindness. Love the whole Nashua NH crew!

Great Quality and Pricing Specials

Long's has a large selection and great quality. Multiple times a year they have engagement and wedding events where all of their vendors bring in their whole collections, including styles they don't normally have, and offer discounts for purchasing during that weekend. I highly recommend them.

Amazing Experiences

We first discovered Long's on a whim when beginning to look for wedding bands. Our first visit, we were alerted to their Wedding Band weekend. I was able to pick my band out and have the specifications ready to go for the event. When we arrived for the event we were paired with Sue, who is based in their Braintree store. She made everything about our experience amazing. So much so, that my husband and I have been back a few times to visit, get my rings cleaned and checked out by Sue because we know that we are in good hands.
I cannot recommend Long's enough!

Excellent service

My engagement ring and both of our wedding bands came from Long's in Nashua, NH. We shopped for bands in the burlington, MA location in August when they had their big wedding band extravaganza. They let us order that night and pick up in Nashua to avoid sales tax. My stone came loose about 4 months into our engagement and they fixed it no problem.

Excellent Service and Great Promotions

We purchased the engagement ring as well as our wedding bands from Long's Jewelers. We were able to attend one of their semi-annual "wedding band weekends" at the Burlington location and saved a great deal on the wedding bands. We were also able to enter contests and drawings for various gifts. The engagement ring was purchased at their Nashua, NH location, and has been repaired there once, and was cleaned just before the wedding. Everyone we have dealt with at Long's has been exceptional.

Long's has great quality jewelry and superb customer service. We got my engagement ring and both our wedding rings here, and would recommend Long's to everyone. They made us feel so welcome and were always very pleasant. Between our two purchases, we ended up dealing with the same manager twice, and he actually sent us a handwritten card thanking us for choosing Long's. It made quite an impression, and I will always go to Long's for my jewelry now.

My husband and I have been working with Longs now for ~3 years. We primarily go to the Peabody location as we love working with Christina. We initially went to Longs just to get some ideas on engagement rings, and then my husband worked with them on a custom engagement ring. We have gone back time and time again for all of our other wedding needs including both of our wedding bands, and other wedding jewelry. We are so happy with how professional, and responsive all of the staff are, and the quality of our pieces are impeccable. We will definitely be back for all future jewelry needs.

I love Longs and have been going for years before getting engaged/married. We usually go to the Longs in Peabody, and work with Jennifer Jones, who is amazing and so helpful!!

Delightful to work with and a great selection. We actually found my engagement ring among their estate collection and we were thrilled with the value and the quality. Their service is speedy and friendly and the staff were very adept. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality piece at a reasonable price.

We went to Long's to get my husband's wedding band. In researching men's bands, I wasn't really finding anything that both of us liked. All of it seemed the same and I wanted something that was both different and simple. We went to Long's jewelry show in March because I knew we would find what we had been searching for. I am so happy we went, because Longs has a huge selection of men's bands from different designers, styles, materials, etc. We were able to find a ring that matched what we had envisioned along with a few other styles that we were surprised we liked. Seriously, go check them out!

My fiancee bought my engagement ring from Long's Jewelers and I couldn't be more happy with his choice. He worked closely with Tiffany to find me the perfect ring for my lifestyle since I work in a lab and have to wear gloves a lot for work. Long's Jewelers also quickly resized my ring when it was too small. I cannot wait to purchase our wedding bands from long's!

We purchased both of our wedding bands from Longs. His is carbon fiber and mine we had custom designed to match my engagement ring. The rings were both priced below what we expected and the quality is great. We still have one month to go until we get married but we look forward to getting married and wearing these rings forever! These will not be the last purchases we make at Longs!

My fiance bought my engagement ring from Long's and it was absolutely perfect and beautiful! We had one concern with one of the diamonds on the band so we brought it in and they fixed it within an hour and half. Wonderful staff, great service, and gorgeous jewelry. We will be definitely buying our wedding bands from Long's.

Worked with Bob in burlington and everyone in braintree. everyone was fantastic. I guessed the wrong size. they gave here a spacer temporarily while the new ring was being built. after a couple weeks new ring was ready. diamond was transferred and it was only an hour wait. fantastic all around experience.

My fiancé bought my engagement ring from Long's right before their wedding band event in August and we couldn't be happier with it! The ring is gorgeous and we got an AMAZING deal because of the event! We went together to pick out the style I wanted. We had to order the ring from the designer and took about a month to come in. When my fiancé finally proposed I noticed the center diamond was crooked in the halo setting, so I took it back. I know I can be a little OCD with these things, but Judd completely understood and made sure it would be perfect. They resized the ring to fit my finger better and had the diamond fixed within two days!

Everyone who works there is so helpful and professional. They really want all of their customers to be educated and happy. We will be back to get our wedding bands during one of their next events! Thank you again!

My fiance and I went to many jewelry stores to find the perfect ring, but finally we decided on Long's (South Shore Plaza location). Paul was extremely helpful, attentive, and answered all of our questions in addition to providing education around the process of searching for and choosing the perfect diamond. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything! Now every time I am in the mall I go in there to have it cleaned and everyone is just as nice and friendly as the first time I came in! My fiance felt the same way when he purchased the ring.

My husband and I had such an amazing experience with Long's Jewelers. We went in with a vision and began to share this with the representative. He showed us a few rings that weren't quite right. I explained a bit more and all of a sudden, he said he had the perfect ring for me and disappeared. A few minutes later, he returned with a GORGEOUS estate piece that looked just like the image in my head! He was able to sell it to us at our budget point as well. A few minutes later, while speaking with another representative, we were told that the gentleman who helped us was one of the owner's! He hand selected my wedding ring. I couldn't be more thankful for his understanding of what I was looking for!

All of our rings came from Long's and we could not recommend them enough! They were so patient and kind and really took the time with us that we needed to pick out the perfect jewelery. Even better was that we purchased our wedding rings during their amazing wedding ring event. We had a HUGE selection of choices (things that aren't even normally in the store) and got major discounts. We weren't planning on buying wedding rings that day but it was too good of an event to pass up. We highly recommend this store and especially Joe Silva for his help!

My FH bought a custom-made engagement ring from another jeweler. I wanted a wedding band that matched, but could not find one where the diamonds stopped at the same point as the e-ring. The jeweler that FH bought the e-ring from quoted me $1200 to custom match the wedding band. I heard about Long's through a "wedding band event" they were having. It is kind of a hike from me, but I went anyway. A sales associate brought me to a booth of a company they work with called "Just Perfect" whose design point is I guess percentage of the band that the diamonds will be on (not sure if I explained that right), but basically it makes the custom ring less custom. I could not leave my e-ring with them because I had my engagement pictures in a couple weeks, so they gave me all the info I would need when I got back. When I went back to Long's a few weeks later, not only were they super friendly and helpful, they actually honored the sale from the wedding band weekend! I paid $563 for my wedding band. Talk about savings! I love it! I can't say enough about the quality of the jewelry, or the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Oh yes, and did i mention it took them all of 9 days to get both rings back to me? I had been quoted 2 months at the other place.

Long's Jewelers is know for their quality of work. They had already designed my beautiful engagement ring around family diamonds, so when they offered their wedding band event, my fiance and I were excited to attend. Well, they went above and beyond as usual. Long's transforms the store for just wedding jewelry. We were matched with a salesperson who showed us all different price ranges, styles and vendors until we had both found the perfect band.

We got our rings here just before a big sale and they were kind enough to give us the sale price! They also gave us a nice double ring pouch. Engraving was very quick - we were expecting to wait a few months for our rings to come in but we had them within a week.

My fiancee and I went to the Long's in Burlington for a Wedding Band Weekend event and were extremely happy with our experience. Paul, who said that he usually worked in the Braintree location, was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out a perfect wedding band for my fiancee. He recommended several styles and picked out a beautifully understated curved band that perfectly complimented her engagement ring that we had previously had custom made.

The event itself was great, and we ended up deciding on musicians for the ceremony while we were there.

I would definitely recommend Long's to family and friends. The staff was great and the price was right.

My husband and I picked out my engagement ring at the Long's in Peabody. I wanted a very unique cut diamond, and when I called around asking jewelers if they had it, and Elise at Long's was the only one who would seek it out and get it in the store so i could see it before deciding. They found me a gorgeous heart shape, and I fell in love with it. My husband worked with them to get it in a beautiful setting, and the result was breathtaking. I comments on it almost every day. The quality of the diamond is fantastic, and we were so impressed that we went to their wedding band event in Burlington to get our bands. We worked with Eddie that night, and my husband and I both found amazing bands. His is one of the most gorgeous, unique men's bands that I've seen, and he loves when all his guy friends comment on it. We also got our bands engraved their for free. I go back all the time to take advantage of the free cleaning service, and I would not hesitate to buy from Long's again.

The staff at Long's was great to work with. We had both of our bands, as well as my engagement ring, custom-designed and we were very happy with the finished products, as well as the price. Our rings were ready for pickup much earlier than we had originally anticipated, which was nice as we were not running around at the last minute to grab our rings. We both had our rings engraved and they did a wonderful job on that as well - no mistakes!

Last summer I had gone to look at rings and a super nice woman - Jennifer Jones - helped us out. We just went back this weekend to really narrow down and actually buy a ring! I was happy when we arrived and got the same woman as she was working that day and I had mentioned her name. She's amazing and the place is great as well. We were greeted with professionalism and the best part is that THEY DON'T WORK ON COMMISSION (like Jared and so many of them do) so there is no pressure. Jennifer spent a lot of time with us and at no point did I ever feel pressure or pushiness. We had an awful experience at Jared in Burlington - very pushy ladies so much so that I never want to set foot into a Jared again. We liked the selection and we loved learning a lot from Jennifer about diamonds in general. She was so supportive and patient and I just can't say enough good things about her and Longs in general. If you are looking for not pushy and very friendly people with great selection and beautiful diamonds - Longs is the way to go. Ask for Jennifer Jones!! She has been doing this for 20+ years, knows what she is talking about and will make you feel so welcome and comfortable! My boyfriend and I walked out of there arm in arm and excited that we shared such a wonderful experience together!

Judd was incredibly insightful to our needs and recommended many options for our jewelry. His mom, Diane, started the process of choosing an engagement ring with my fiance. Then Judd helped us with our bands and a watch. He even brought in watches from other stores so I wouldn't have to travel to them to see the complete line. Two years ago my boyfriend (at the time) and I had gone to Long's to look at engagement rings. Soon after, he returned to seriously look at rings and had a great experience working with Isabel and purchased a beautiful Ritani ring for me. After having such a great experience with Isabel he insisted on getting our wedding bands at Long's as well. We purchased our bands at the Wedding Band Weekend in March and saved $1600. In the year since getting engaged I've lost 40 pounds and have had to get my engagement ring sent back to Ritani twice for resizing, and everyone at the South Shore store has been so accommodating and friendly... even running my resized ring out to my car since it was pouring rain outside!! Such nice people!! I highly recommend getting your rings at Long's, and getting to know Isabel while you're there! :)

We got our wedding bands here during the wedding band event. Between the time we purchased and the time we picked up the bands, we also bought a birthday gift of diamond studs (worn by the recipient on our wedding day). Every encounter has been great, we got a good deal on the wedding bands and the earrings, and have been warmly welcomed and assisted each visit. I'd highly recommend Long's to anyone searching for a jeweler.

My husband had my engagement ring made here, so we went back to them for the matching wedding band. We also bought his ring from this location. Every time we go in, we are promptly greeted (usually by name!) and taken care of. The wedding band event is a great event as well. We love this store and won't go anywhere else now. We've had nothing but great experiences with them.

We had a family heirloom made into two bands for the brides rings. There were 17 stones in a heart necklace. We purchased one stone and made two bands with 9 stones each. They are amazing. Their prices were unbeatable and it was completed in 2.5 weeks, much quicker than any other quote we recieved. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back.

I purchased my fiance's engagement ring from Long's and have never had a bad experience here. The representative that I work with is always kind, courteous, and personable. He remembers my name and my family's restaurant every time I come in. My fiance and I were so impressed with the level of service that we purchased our wedding bands from Long's as well. The quality of the diamond if superb. We were also invited to a VIP event as well that was filled with music, passed h'ors douevres, and drinks. It was awesome. I highly recommend Long's Jewelers!

Long's has everything you could possibly want in a jewelry selection that is affordable and yet luxurious enough for your wedding rings. Their service is impeccable. We worked with both the Burlington, MA store and the Boston, MA store and I have zero regrets! They have been fantastic with helping my husband pick out the ring of my dreams and even that second band he surprised me with on our wedding day. Amazing!! I highly recommend their services for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, the birth of your children, etc.

We were browsing through the different local shops in our area trying to find a place that had really beautiful rings that looked unique and one of those attention getter rings. Long's Jewelers had such a wide variety of rings that I couldn't decide between which 3 rings I should have gotten! My husband chose for me, and the ring was absolutely gorgeous. Pricewise, it was the average cost of good jewelry, but this was excellent jewelry.

This was the one and only place my fiance went to purchase wedding bands. Not only was the shopping an absolute breeze, but the prices were very reasonable.

My husband lost almost forty pounds in the months leading up to our wedding. And his band was a full size too big when we were wed...so we brought it back to Long's afterward to have it resized. They didn't charge us a cent to have it fixed...and it still looks like new!

I cannot recommend the Burlington location highly enough. Mike and Michelle are great to deal with and were able to accomodate my crazy triathlon schedule. I alos ordered my husband's wedding gift from them with ease and professionalism that I think is unparalleled. They were both especially helpful in selecting our wedding bands and making sure they were exactly what we wanted. We also feel that we saved a lot of money on our bands versus other locations we had looked at. Overall an outstanding experience.

Longs is one of the best jewelry store is the Boston area. The staff is full of courteous, friendly and educated people. The "Wedding Band Weekend" event was awesome and gave us some many options in one location. I highly recommend this vendor to anyone looking for jewelry.

Every branch of Longs that we went into was courteous, friendly and educative. The "Wedding Band Weekend" event was just what we needed to find rings that were just a little bit out of the ordinary. As a lesbian couple, we were pleased to be treated no differently from any other engaged couple. We felt good to buy something so special from this company.

We went to several jewelers, and Long's was definitely the best. It was the only jewelry store where we didn't feel pressured to buy from them. They also didn't push any "extended warranty" on us.

Long’s were the only Jeweler who gave me what I wanted with the budget I was working with.
I shopped all the top local places with the intention of continuing to buy more jewelry in the future. We have our Jewelry cleaned there regularly. I have been the top reviewed salesmen in my business three years in a row selling new and used cars. I know how to listen to people’s wants and needs. I'm not pushy. I found Elise was the only Jeweler who didn't try to bump me up an extra two thousand dollars for a one ct. near flawless diamond ring with a platinum setting holding an additional .25 diamonds. Every other jeweler insulted me. I know the difference from 1\2 ct. to 1 ct. from flawless to near flawless. Elise gave me the best service ever and treated me like a human bean. She has a customer for life now.

My fiance' and I went to look at engagement rings here. The diamond education process here was great, informative and it helped me to be able to tell him what I really wanted. The selection is vast, in many different price ranges. My finished custom ring was even better than I dreamed of. Can't wait to shop for wedding bands.

My fiancé took me to Long's in Natick to look for an engagement ring. The staff was very professional and the store was gorgeous. After talking to the sales guy (Ben I believe his name was) he pulled rings he thought you work to my liking and made suggestions after I had tried a few different looks. It was a very fun and easy experience. We plan on purchasing our wedding bands here in the near future!

My fiance got my engagement ring at Long's and I loved it so much we went back for our wedding rings. I love the style of my band for my engagement ring (my FH let me pick it out ), but with the matching band, it was too much bling for my personality. I loved how modern my ring looked, but I wanted a classic, plain white gold band. An employee from Long's was able to figure that out as we looked at over 15 possible matches before reaching the conclusion that I wanted something more simple and classic. Even though her commission was probably lowered (it was a cheaper ring, lucky for us), she did not try to push anything on us, and instead was dead set on finding me a style that I could not be without. I will definitely recommend this jeweler to anyone who asks, as it was a fantastic and easy experience for us.
The only reason I'm giving a 4.5 for responsiveness is that we left our rings for engraving and my FH was never called when they were finished. We were told the process would take 2 weeks, and that we would receive a call when finished. We called a month later (as we know sometimes things take longer than expected) and they were ready and just sitting there. Not a big deal, but if it were closer to our big day and we weren't as good planning our time, it could have been an issue.

We got both the engagement ring and wedding bands at Long's. My engagement ring has diamonds going all around. After having it for 1 month, 3 of the small diamonds had fallen out. I was disappointed and wondering how good the quality was. I brought it back to Long's and they fixed it for free, no questions asked. They also checked to make sure all the prongs were tight and the settings were strong. I was initially disappointed in the quality, but they made up for it in service. They made it clear that keeping us happy was a priority and that they were very sorry the initial setting was not as good as it should have been. I went back often to have the ring cleaned and they always did so with a smile. A very friendly staff, eager to help.

I attended the big Summer Wedding band weekend event at Long's in Burlington with my fiance. We went in hoping to enter some raffles and get some band ideas. We ended up finding a wedding band for me that we both really liked. Matt was extremely helpful and low pressure in his sales. He even offered to try and work out a deposit that worked with us financially and we could pay the rest when we picked up the ring a few months later (it was a custom order.) Overall, I would definitely recommend the event and the store to anyone looking to purchase jewelry.

Absolutely incredible customer service! I can't say enough about the service we experienced at Long's from the actual selection of our wedding bands, to the engraving and when they were a small problem with my ring the week before the wedding, they fixed ASAP and turned what could have been a bridal meltdown into a moment that sort of restored my faith that people actually want to help other people! My fiance and I bought our wedding bands at Long's in Natick during tax free weekend. I didn't expect to spend over 2 hours shopping for bands but our sales associate, Kate, was very patient and extremely helpful with style and sizing. We spent around our budget with a good amount saved from not paying sales tax.

Note that Long's also has a wedding band event held twice a year around March and August (best to check Facebook) with a wide selection from all the designers and supposedly additional discounts as well. We inquired if the event would've been a better savings than tax and they gave us the right answer that 'it's about the same'.... go figure!

Walked out with freshly cleaned engagement ring and shiny wedding bands all ready for our big day!

My fiancé bought my engagement ring from Long's and from the start, we felt like we were the only couple they were working with! They sent us a congratulations card, and engravable metal luggage tags as a thank you/congrats gift. I also stopped in a few times to have my ring cleaned and they always are nice and seem excited to help me (silly, I know, but I feel like I could be bothering them but they nevwe act that way!) We returned a few months later for their Wedding Band special event and although we didn't know if we were going to order our rings at this event, we ended up doing so! We found a Long's employee who walked us around to a few designers that were in our price range and I swear, she worked her magic to get the price of my wedding band down because it was a lot less than I anticipated paying and was quoted by designers prior to finding this employee to help show us our options.

We bought my fiance's wedding band at Longs. They were having a sale, so we thought we could get a good deal, but it turned out that their sale was only on what they had in the store. None of the rings in the store that he liked fit him, so we had to order one. The final price was more than we had wanted to spend, but he loves his band. They also offered free engraving unlike the store where we bought my wedding band. Everything was very quick and their staff was very helpful.

We chose Long's to get our wedding bands. It is helpful that they are in the mall and have extended hours.

My husband's band is perfect for him, he loves it and never takes it off!

I was thinking I would only get a simple band, and wouldn't be able to afford any diamonds, but the saleswoman was very helpful and suggested a beautiful band that now lives on my left ring finger!

Also, every time you visit, they will clean your rings, which is alway nice!

My fiancé picked my engagement ring out here and I love it. I was very nervous to go pick our wedding bands together for so many reasons, price, didn't think they would have my style and not wanting to be pressured into buying something I didn't want. I had no reason to be nervous, it was the best experience! The man (David) who sold my fiancé my engagement ring worked with us to find our bands and he was awesome. He listened to what we really wanted and was very honest about some choices we were making and certain quality issues for a particular ring my fiancé wanted. He found exactly what we wanted for much less than I thought we would spend and I left there so happy!! He is also engraving my ring for me for free :) I couldn't be happier with this company!

We bought my husband's ring at Long's as well as thank you gifts for my bridesmaids and our parents. My husband went in wanting a very specific metal- tungsten. The sales person was happy to sell him one but told him that he should be aware of the downsides of tungsten (a special saw that most hospitals don't have being required to cut it off because it is the toughest metal). Armed with new information, he chose a gold ring. She was patient with us as we asked to be shown many rings, sometimes over and over again. They didn't size his ring finger twice by two different people, like I guess they were supposed to. When the ring came in it was too big. Because they had made the error in not sizing twice, there was no charge for them sending it back to get the right size. Also, because we bought a ring there, we were given a discount on gifts. I bought my bridesmaids' gifts and our parents gifts there because of the generous discount and the excellent service! We really enjoyed the service and the quality of the things we bought there. Everyone loves their gifts and my husband loves his ring. We will definitely shop there again!

I got my setting and wedding band from Longs. They are a matching Scott Kay and are beautiful. We were not going to be able to go to the wedding band sale as it was right before the wedding and our sales person gave us the discount anyways. There was a slight glitch in the order, but the Long's staff made sure that my ring was perfect and in on time for the wedding.

Long's Jewelers in Mass was fantastic. They worked with us right down to the very day of the wedding. We had picked a few rings and then decided to change our mind twice along the way. They were so willing to accomodate our needs of pricing and style even though we made various changes along the way. They always greeted us with a smile and we always left with a smile (especially me!) We purchased my engagement ring, both wedding bands and my husband purchased my wedding day present (diamond necklace) from them as well. We always use Long's in Burlington for any jewelry needs... we have fun going there now, even if it's just to look around.

My husband absolutely loved this place and felt that Long's compared to other jewelers, paid him special attention and really explained everything to him in how to pick out the perfect engagement ring. I was a little more dissapointed with their service when we went to pick out wedding bands. We made an appointment with the same gentleman who helped him with the engagement ring, but then when we got there he was busy so we had to wait a while and finally we were taken around by somone else instead. I had to come back a few days later to pick the rings up and was under the impression that the engraving was going to be done before I picked it up, but it wasn't. I had to make a second trip later to have this done prior to the wedding. They have a lot of pieces to choose from though and we were able to find the perfect rings for us that also fit our budget.

Long's was the place we finally decided to order our wedding bands from. We ordered them in January, for a June wedding, and when we went to pick them up they were ready, but they had resized mine from a 7 to a 4.75 using ring pillows - small inserts inside of the band, which were very painful on my finger. After insisting that they order me a new ring (something they were not sure they could do in just 3 weeks) they did that, and we all crossed our fingers that my band would arrive before the wedding. Low and behold, the band did arrive, and it was everything I wanted it to be - it fit perfectly, it was beautiful and comfortable. I have to applaud Long's for all they did to get the band there in time, I really appreciate it.

Dave, the store manager was attentive and professional.
He was very accommodating
Very expensive to shop here but you get what you pay for.
Staff were not so friendly at first but now I adore them all.

Long's was great about financing, engraving and working with us to chose our rings (and bands). We loved working with them and our rings are gorgeous.

We bought our wedding bands at Long's wedding weekend so we got a great deal on some beautiful jewelry. The quality is great and our salesperson, Beth, was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint we have is that they said out rings would be ready in 3-5 weeks and after 5 weeks, we hadn't heard anything so we called and it turns out our rings had come in already. Other than that, no complaints.

I love my ring, but my husband had quite the hard time with this store and in the end we ended up spending a lot more money for something that was their fault. Sad but knowing him we won't be shopping here again.

Stone fell out within months before it was even worn!

My fiance bought a ring for me here and sent quite a bit. While he still had it waiting to propose, the stone fell out! I hadn't even worn it yet! When he called to try to get this fixed, they basically told him tough luck! Awful company, overpriced, and the worst customer service I have ever heard of.
