For as "long" as I can remember, my family has used Long Jeweler's for all of their jewelry needs, so when it came to choosing a place for my husband and I to buy our wedding rings, we knew just the place to go. Mr. Morgan and his team in the Chesapeake location worked with my husband I to create wedding bands that fit our budget and style. We are very pleased with the quality of product and the professionalism and knowledge of everyone we worked with. We will continue to use Long Jeweler's throughout our lives. -

Randy was amazing!! He helped my then-fiancé and I find the right engagement ring and sizing. He also helped us pick out our wedding bands and walked us through the whole process. He was engaged and provided great information on warranties and kept us both at ease the entire time. He even commented how relaxed my then-fiancé was while choosing his wedding band. We just felt so comfortable with Randy and he remembered us each time we came in to the shop. Long was wonderful! -

I can only provide feedback on purchasing our wedding bands and not my engagement ring. Long Jewelers was fantastic. I had our salesperson's undivided attention and they treated us like we were the only ones in the store on a busy Saturday afternoon. -

We went to a ton of jewelers looking for my ring and in a bunch of them, were treated with disdain. At Long they were courteous and attentive. They helped me pick the perfect ring and have been great when I have had to go back for cleaning and sizing. -

Rena was very helpful through the whole process of find the perfect engagement ring, to getting in numerous center stones, and then again to fine both of us the perfect wedding bands. Everything I have been in there since I got my engagement ring they clean it for me without me having to ask. The have a large variety of engagement rings to fit any ones budget. -

Ask for Randy! Randy is helpful and attentive and is happy to help you search for just the right ring. My husband and I purchased Kirk Kara rings for my bridal set and a Tungsten ring for my husband and we couldn't have been happier with the service and the price. Randy is who we take any values jewelry to as we know it will be in incredible hands. -

I had an unfortunate experience here. I took my engagement ring there to get re-set in white gold. MY order was forgotten, then was two sizes too small, and is now already fading back to yellow gold (it's only been a few months). They are all very nice there, and the general manager was quick to respond to my complaint, but the finished product is still sub-par. -
