Mother’s Perspective
From am Mother’s perspective I found London Bloom to be professional, organized, reliable, fabulous at executing all the moving parts required to deliver and beautiful wedding day. She helped lead the bride and groom to excellent vendors, kept them on track throughout the planning process and helped them achieve the wedding of their dreams. Given 6 months to pull together a formal wedding and reception was a challenge and she rose to the occasion. London was easy to work with and was open to ideas. I can’t imagine ever hosting a wedding without a wedding planner, especially one like London Bloom. Having London execute all the details of the day made it possible for the bride, groom and their family to relax, be fully present and enjoy the wedding celebration. -

Working with London was amazing! From our very first meeting, she was incredibly professional, super easy to collaborate with, and so organized that we never once felt stressed about the details. She truly listened to our vision and brought it to life in ways we couldn't have imagined.

London Bloom was a FABULOUS wedding planner! If you're even considering working with her, take this as a sign to do it! We would have been lost without her help and gentle guidance. It was apparent from the start that she had an excellent reputation in the wedding industry and could open doors with venues and vendors that we could not. We started working with London 18 months before my daughter's wedding date. She helped us with every detail, and as you know, there are a lot of details to manage! We had regularly scheduled Zoom meetings and also met in person to look at several venues together. She did a lot of hand-holding when we needed it and acted as a non-judgemental intermediary when my daughter's ideas and mine didn't align. Haha! I can't imagine planning this wedding without London's help. She was responsive when we texted her with random questions, and always took the time to answer us. She was a complete lifesaver the weekend of the wedding with the hotel and at the rehearsal and also in the final hours prior to the wedding when a few random and unforeseen things and timing issues came up. She stayed calm and presented us with options then pivoted so that we could get everything done that was important to us. I really can't say enough good things about London! I am so grateful for her help and guidance and plan to hire her again when my younger daughter gets married!

We were interested in hiring a day-of coordinator until we decided on a quick 6-month engagement and realized we were in over our heads. After our experience with London, I would recommend her services no matter the timeline. Because of her, we truly got to enjoy the process. Not only did she help us source unbelievable vendors from our photographer, to the florist, to a bakery for a very specific and unique cake we had in mind, but she also handles all communication, payment timelines, and scheduling with each vendor. We were stress-free because we knew we were in the absolute best hands with London. She is extremely organized, plans ahead for every possible scenario, and keeps things moving. No challenges that we faced along the way phased her – they were all quickly handled with ease. London is the best in the business! -

I cannot speak highly enough of London as our wedding planner. From the very first consultation to the final moments of our celebration, she was an absolute dream to work with. Her patience, attention to detail, and dedication were evident at every turn, and she truly went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day went smoothly.
From day 1, London took the time to really listen to our vision and made it come to life in the most beautiful and stress-free way imaginable. She handled every little detail, from coordinating vendors to ensuring the timeline was flawless, and she always had a calm, reassuring presence. No request was too big or too small for her, and she always made sure I felt heard and supported, no matter how many questions I had.

Couldn't have done it without London!
When Rob and I got engaged we knew we would need help planning the perfect celebration. As soon as we met with London Bloom of London Bloom Weddings and Events, we knew she was THE perfect wedding planner for us! We started working with London in February of 2022 leading up to our wedding in June of 2023.
London was very patient with our myriad of questions, but I have to say her overall best quality is that she absolutely refused to let anything become “an issue”. If something changed or needed to be modified, London presented several solutions for us to consider. She was always there to answer any questions and to relieve any worries about such an important event in our lives!
Her extensive contact list and professional and positive attitude were incredible. She was able to visualize what we wanted for our wedding day (whimsical garden was our theme!) and make it a reality.
London was great at collaborating several points of view and it was clear she truly cared. I truly enjoyed every aspect of the wedding planning and that’s because London’s invaluable help and experience allowed us to focus on the fun stuff and meaningful aspects.
The day of our wedding London and her team ensured everything went off without a hitch. She provided us with an extremely detailed timeline which alleviated any anxiety about the wedding schedule.
Thank you, London, for doing an amazing job making our wedding an unforgettable celebration with family and friends! You were incredible in making sure our wedding was perfectly planned and ran smoothly. Rob and I are both so grateful to you. We couldn’t have done it without you and are very thankful we didn’t have to try!

London Bloom is fantastic. You will be so happy you have her on your team. I can't believe how wonderful my wedding day turned out and I truly believe it wouldn't have been made possible without having London's help. She took care of literally everything. She is so kind, patient, and lovely to work with. It will truly feel like you are planning your wedding with your close friend. She really takes the time to get to know you and your partner and she helps you focus on the things that are really important to you. I was able to enjoy the morning of my wedding because I knew everything was going according to plan with London at the forefront of everything. 1000/10 stars. -

Even though I am a planner, the value of having her as a Wedding Coordinator to help plan all the fine details of the wedding to give me a stress-free bride experience was tremendous. London is hands down the best wedding coordinator/planner. She is incredibly detailed, trustworthy, professional, and respectful. I trusted her with our entire vision of the wedding and let me tell you, she delivered! When her contract began, I handed over everything to her and she did everything so seamless. She contacted all my vendors, organized when they will all arrive day of, helped me get in contact with other vendors, planned the day out, and so much more. She is seriously a MUST on your wedding day. I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about London. She is truly so amazing and so was her team. All my vendors went out of their way to tell me how professional and communicative she was with them which I think says a lot about London. The fact that my vendors loved her too just says so much. London Bloom was the wedding planner for my son’s outdoor wedding at Ft. Harrison State Park and reception at our home in Indianapolis. Because the bride and groom lived in Texas, having London plan the events was crucial to the success of their celebration! London is everything you want in a wedding planner. She’s extremely organized, thoughtful, professional, well-connected to vendors, and has a great work ethic. I was also impressed by her respectful manner as she managed the events, bridal party, guests, and vendors. I highly recommend her!!

Choosing London as our wedding planner was absolutely the best decision we could have made for planning our celebration! Our wedding took place in Indianapolis, but we were living in Texas for the majority of the planning process. Not being local to where our wedding would take place initially was a concern for us with choosing and organizing vendors. However, London made the process extremely easy, helped us choose the perfect vendors, and planned everything to the minute for our big day. Every moment of the planning process, London was professional and truly cared about us having the best experience ever. London helped make my wedding an absolute dream and I truly couldn't have done it without her. While I was initially unsure whether a day-of coordinator or wedding planner was necessary, I found out very quickly that not only was it necessary, it was one of the best decisions I could've made by investing in London's services. From the moment we began planning 6 weeks out, London was organized, attentive to my vision, extremely detail-oriented and incredibly responsive. She is extremely professional, friendly, and a joy to work with. She took over the process of communicating with my vendors leading up to the big day, ensuring no detail was missed, which saved me large amounts of time, effort and stress. She also helped greatly with crafting a minute by minute wedding timeline, something I never could've done on my own.
