She is literally the greatest

Mrs. Lola helped with the planning and coordination of 3 martial events for me. My introduction, my traditional engagement and my wedding all within a short notice! I was in a whirlwind of stress and she saved the day MULTIPLE TIMES! You would have never know she came in to the scene just a few months before. I literally had no worries on each day. She was ON POINT! She will make sure all your vendors, wedding party, family, and guests are taken care of. I honestly don't know what would have happened if she wasn't there. I am FOREVER in your debt!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I can't say it enough! If you want your wedding to go off without a hitch. HIRE HER! She is definitely worth every penny! I even joke with her that I need need to add her to my direct deposit at work. She's worth it and so much more. Thank you!!!!

As the groom, all I heard from all of my married friends was how much I would dread the wedding process(constant emails, unnecessary repeated conversations with my wife and flip flopping decisions). Thanks to LolaDivineEvents, I did not experience anything dreaded. She was there whenever I needed her. She made me feel as though our wedding was the only thing that mattered! Lola is very detailed (to the minute) and professional. She is so much more than a wedding planner and You can tell by her approach that she is very seasoned. Lola has great relationships with awesome vendors that make magic happen. I cant image my wife and I doing this without her or any other wedding planner. Words can not properly express how pleased I am with the job that she did! As they say “happy wife, happy life” so right now..... I’M LIVING MY BEST LIFE!! Lol!!

People that know me know that I’m a control freak. They know that I need to know every little detail about every little thing. Looking back on my wedding day I was 100% relaxed and was able to just focus on marrying my love and that was all thanks to Lola.

Lola was everything I expected her to be and so much more. I can not even imagine planning our special day without her. I can not reiterate how important it is that for future brides, next to your groom, your wedding planner is the most important person in your wedding party and you should dedicate the time and put aside the money to pick the right one in order to execute a flawless wedding. Lola is full service! The amount of weddings planned by you as a bride is NO WHERE close to the amount that she has planned. So everything she says regarding which vendors to hire for photography, videography, DJ, decor down to the reception venue should not be taken for granted. Her advice is paramount because it is backed by experience and not by IG likes. Vendors in the wedding industry are delighted to work with her because of her professionalism and her ability to make magic happen.

Working with Loladivine was one of the best decision i made during my wedding planning. She made my wedding day a dream come through! She goes above and beyond to ensure the day goes smoothly from reaching out to all vendors, communicating and ensuring the timeline is detailed so all vendors know their responsibilities. One of my bridesmaids had told me she went into the dumpster to get some of the wedding items when the hotel concierge had mistakenly trashed it! Mind you I had no idea anything had gone wrong! If you’re looking for someone that truly cares about your day, look no more! She’s your person

We used Loladivine events for our wedding and she was AMAZING! to say the least. She really treats her work with great professionalism and her clients means a lot to her. She goes ABOVE and BEYOND to get things done. She is very detail and very particular about an excellent outcome. Some people do this because it's another source of income but she does it like she is meant to do it, like it's part of her and she really cares about her clients. If you are in doubt of a wedding planner or on day coordinator, please use LolaDivine Events because her excellent work speaks volume!!!!

Choosing LolaDivine Events was a great decision in my wedding planning process. Our relationship was not only a business relationship but she became part of my family. She not only checked up on me for the business side of things but was also there emotionally and prayed along with me throughout the journey. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was on track by keeping track of all my vendors and any last minute things that may have come up. She is knowledgeable about the wedding industry and can recommend great vendors for you to work with to make your day a success. She was also able to deal with the difficulties faced with my reception hall and all of their rules which may have hindered others. As a result of using her services, my wedding day came out beautiful and is still talked about a year later!

I recommend LolaDivine Events a million times over. She’s hardworking, detail-oriented and a woman of integrity. I met her when I attended a wedding she planned: a Nigerian wedding of over 500 guests and very well organized! I was impressed and booked her.
She knows a lot about the planning process and was very good at recommending excellent vendors. She helped assess vendors that I suggested and guided me through decision-making. She was extremely detailed as she reviewed contracts and made sure to get us the best deals.
She is very timely and organized. She gave me a detailed timeline and I was done with vendor selection less than two months into planning. This reduced my stress greatly. My wedding was an out of state wedding for her and almost all of my vendors. But she was still able to coordinate all meetings and travel to some of them.
She is very dedicated and committed to her work. She was responsive to emails, calls, and texts, even at odd hours. She also displayed a high level of integrity; she made sure to do exactly as promised.
While planning, I thought I had seen her best, but she did even more on the day of. It’s so easy to coordinate when things are going well, but when it’s a rainy day, ten ladies getting ready, vendors from all over the country and you’re still able to provide the best of service, then you really are special and the best of them all. She handled all last minute mishaps like the pro that she is and my day went on without a glitch! She was there until the very end, going above and beyond her call of duty.
Honestly, Sis Lola (as I fondly call her) was very instrumental to me having my dream wedding. I still get compliments about how well organized and planned my wedding was. My day was all I could have asked for and more, in part thanks to LolaDivine events. I learned a lot from her diligent, hardworking personality and also her ability to persevere when things are not going right. I’m forever grateful! Trust me, Hire her!

I had an amazing wedding. I still can't believe it was my wedding. I must confess, the best decision I made was to seek the sevices of a wedding planner. I found Lola on wedding wire, she had lots of good reviews that at one point I said to myself this lady must have had her family and friends give her good ratings & reviews. lol! Yes! Lola seems too good to be true. Then came my big day 8/13/16 which showed how well informed & cooridinated Lola was. All the good ratings & reviews wasn't just a coincidence...ultimately, it was well deserved without a shadow of doubt. Lola attention to detail is remarkable. 225 Guest and everything was in order and on time. Five star?????????? rating for a job well done.

Lola, went above and beyond her call of duty to accommodate us, our wedding party, and our guests. Her patience was remarkable and her intern was lovely. Lola divine is just the best! Right from the moment we spoke on phone about the wedding till the actual wedding date, she worked so hard to make sure everything worked out perfectly. She is very detailed with everything as though it was her own wedding. The wedding was so organized that everyone keep asking who coordinated it. I hired Lola for a 40th birthday party. Lola and her team were exceptional! And I truly mean this. I have worked with many event planners but she and her team are outstanding. Her attention to every little detail of my party was remarkable; she was professional and also very personable. She made me feel like my event was special. I found LolaDivine Event Planners through Wedding Wire early in my wedding planning process. At that time, I was very busy with work and overwhelmed with planning and vendor selection. I met with Lola and I immediately knew that everything was going to be amazing, and it was! I could tell early on that Lola was very professional, creative, organized, and well informed about the wedding industry.
Lola and her team paid attention to every detail, making our 500 guest Nigerian wedding an absolute success. I received so many comments from friends and family about how beautifully the day went and I was thrilled. Lola and her team were there every step of the way, from helping with vendor selection, décor ideas, even stationery. On the big day, my bridesmaids kept going on and on about how pampered they felt and how everything was a breeze because Lola and her team were hard at work while we were just able to relax and enjoy ourselves. Lola is amazing. She loves her work and she does Know what she is doing. We spent more than 6 months working together and I never saw her angry and we never had any disagreements. Ever since she came into our lives until today She is part of our family and she will be forever.

Lola and Abby were amazing!!!!! My husband and I only used their service for the month of but they were fantastic. I don't know what I would have done without Lola and her team. From the moment LolaDivine took on the wedding, it was smooth sailing! She worked so well with all the vendors, the bridal party and family members.

Hiring Lola was one of my best wedding decisions I ever made! I really can’t say enough great things about Lola (the owner), her staff, and ALL of the hard work they put in to make our wedding possible. Lola was such a joy to work with and brought me peace & joy allowing for me to enjoy my wedding day. She was a month of coordinator for our wedding however I considered her my FULL wedding planner because she made herself readily available almost a year before my wedding for several planning questions I had, wedding advice I needed or vendor referrals. She is extremely thoughtful, organized, professional, has superb knowledge of the area & industry and also provided useful tips and ideas to bring my wedding vision to live . She was always patient in responding to each of my questions without ever making me feel like a bother. With Lola, each bride can be assured to feel special and get that personalized treatment that every bride wants to get. All our guests are still raving about how well organized and fun the wedding was, thanks to Lola & her team. OMG!!! Sis Lola and her team are the best any bride or celebrant would want to have as a planner/coordinator. I met her few years ago when she coordinated my friend's wedding and since then i promised she will be planning my wedding when and wherever it will be (which i also told her then too). So fast forward to 2013 when i got engaged and began the wedding prep process, I immediately gave her a call and locked in the date asap. She went above and beyond to make sure the day was stress free for me. Everybody that attended the wedding commented about how everything was well organised. I can not thank her enough because i think we (myself and my sister, lol) disturbed her enough but she never once complained or refused to pick my call...lol.

It is easy to underestimate the necessity of a wedding planner. If you think you can do it all on your own, you can't. From day one Ms. Lola Divine asked me questions and threw out ideas I had never considered and it was a pleasure working with her throughout the process.

She firmly and professionally handled everyone involved in the wedding from vendors to family members.

I will always remember my wedding day as calm and stress free (which is far from typical) all because of her. She worked tirelessly to make sure our vision came to be. Anything that possibly went wrong she swiftly handled and I was able to be a true bride and just enjoy the day.

She truly has the ability to put herself in the brides shoes which is why it was easy to trust her and any recommendations. Her team was a great extension of herself and I immediately felt comfortable with them.

We hired Lola after we independently found LolaDivine on the internet while searching for event planners. However we had met other planners in attempt to shop for a perfect planner for our 20th Wedding Anniversary and Renewal of Vows.
Lola was a perfect fit for our flawless event, she exuded great level of maturity and ensure all our needs were met. The program timeline was precise as she included every participant including the bridal party and the vendors. For 2 hardworking doctors, she took the stress of dealing with the vendors on her shoulders. She was a reliable intermediary for us. She understood that we wanted our guest to have fun and also enjoy our day with us; so she made sure they were comfortable from point of arrival to departure. Her role in the food tasting was also helpful as we needed other tastebuds to assess various food choices provided by the hotel. To sum up a long story, our event was classic, flawless, conducted professionally, the money we put was worth it and our guest had fun while we ; the couple had a blast. I was blessed to have Lola as my wedding planner. The entire team gave above and beyond what anyone would expect, and my husband and I are grateful for the service we received. They planned it ALL - virtually EVERY aspect of our wedding. They gave excellent recommendations, guided us through all the details and ultimately made sure our day was a success. May 23rd 2014 was the day that I married the woman of my dreams. We, my bride to be and I had a vision of what that day should be like and Lola took that vision and made our dream a reality. We utilized Lola's services day of services about 4 months out from our wedding. She was so supportive and really became a friend as I dealt with wedding blues that come with such an event. She also recommended different vendors such as BCG events for my decor which ended up to be one of the best decisions made. People are still raving about how beautiful and organized it was (a couple of snaffooz) but people didn't even notice and ultimately didn't care because of how beautiful it was.....I will be forever grateful!

Mine was an interesting situation. Firstly I had to plan my wedding within weeks (less than 12 weeks) and secondly I was also a "clueless" bride-to-be. Lola Adegoke was however up to the task. She painstakingly educated me, helped make walk through the throngs of vendors and more. All in all I was able to make good budgetary decisions while meeting the picture perfect idea of what I envisioned for my wedding.

And on the day of the wedding, Lola and her team did an awesome job coordinating the events of the day. She ensured ALL the vendors showed up on time. Every aspect of the wedding was flawless and there was no hitch of any sort.

Lola is a professional through and through. She's fun to be with, compassionate and extremely resourceful. I'm thankful to God for all He did, including having LolaDivine in my corner!

Selecting Lola as my wedding planner was the best wedding preparation decision that I made. She hands down is the best coordinator, planner, vendor, person to work with ever, seriously. People are still calling me and raving about how organized my wedding was. My wedding had 440 guests who all stayed until 1am and didn't want to leave! To achieve that, you already KNOW Lola is amazing! She not only helped with organizing everything, she helped with suggesting other vendors and she even helped me finish my last minute DIYs that I couldn't get done on time. She is so pleasant to work with, yet she is super focused on getting the job done. It's rare to find someone with that combination. She is absolutely fantastic! She is definitely coordinating all my future events and I've already gotten one of my friends to use Lola as their wedding planner. The day after our wedding, Hubby and I made sure she was the first person we called to thank. Lola is not just the best thing since sliced bread, she is also now a family friend. After my first conversation with Lola I knew she would be a great wedding planner! We met and had our consultation about 4 months before my wedding day and I was very impressed. We chose Lola to be our day of planner so she contacted me a month before my wedding to begin getting my vendor and bridal party contact info to complete time lines and schedules for the wedding day. She also was in touch with me prior to that to give me info on up lighting, bridal party gifts, and she also referred me to my Florist "Faith Flowers" who I absolutely loved! Lola was prompt when it came to responding to my e mails and phone calls and the day of my wedding she also gifted us by bringing along 2 assistance to help our day flow even smoother.

Overall some words to sum up Lola as my day of planner are professional, timely, very organized, knowledgeable, sweet, kind, friendly, honest, calm, and personable. To say that my family and I were impressed with Lola would be an understatement for example at one point when I was finishing up getting my make up done and my sister/matron of honor had just got done getting dressed my 6 month old niece needed a major diaper change as my sister struggled to stay neat and not make a mess Lola took over and changed me nieces diaper calmed her down and saved us all a lot of time!

Lola felt like family and she completed any and every task that needed to be done so my special day was truly special!

Lola is on point with everything, she practically took away my fears. Her professionalism is on another level, she is very dedicated and disciplined. Lola Adegoke is pretty amazing. She worked with me over the last year on my wedding. I met her while I was a bridesmaid in one of my friends wedding. At first I was a bit of a skeptic beacause of my type 'A' personality. I always felt that I didnt need much help bc I consider myself pretty organized and pretty capable of planning an event. In the end, I decided that the added help would be nice. Soon I came to realize that it was a good choice. Lola was always there at a drop of a hat to respond to my endless calls and emails. We didnt live in the same city but I felt like she was my next door neighboor at times because of the amount of times we spoke to each other. I know if someone called or emailed me that amount of times I did her, they would eventually feel my wrath. But she was always polite, patient, and never raised her voice. She thinks quickly on her feet and is able to come up with ways to halp around any nuisances that came along. She knew I was on a tight budget for my 250 people wedding and always helped me come up with ways to cut corners but still keep it classy. With us being both Nigerian, she knew the quirks and issues that come with that ethnic group. I kind of miss talking to her on a daily basis but after the wedding life does go on. I'm quick to offer her contact info to any of my friends that are getting married in the near future. Anyone who uses her services wouldnt be disappointed.

With wedding planning comes desires and opinions of at least 6 parties – bride, groom, bride’s mom and dad and groom’s mom and dad. In a perfect world everyone’s wishes would match up but on earth that’s hardly ever the case. Lola was always ready to hear our opinion and have us make the final decision. While tactfully engaging the groom’s and the bride’s parents, coordinating with the church and the reception hotel, recommending vendors, Lola clearly went above and beyond and there’s no doubt our wedding would not have been as successful without her. We call her a "ROCKSTAR DIVA" in wedding planning because from helping us locate the perfect venue and church for our wedding party size (450) to helping us decide on the fine details such as table linens and napkins for the reception, she made sure that everything was complete and met our desires. Lola is also very organized and on top of everything. We especially like that she created a detailed timeline of "The Big Day" for the bridal party and other participants in the wedding. We thank God that we decided to utilize her full wedding coordination services rather than just the day of wedding coordination. I (the bride) personally got to know an awesome women of God who has a passion in wedding planning and coordination. I also gained a sister and friend during the year of planning. The journey of planning our wedding was a blast with LolaDivine Event and Wedding Planners. So much fun that we can do it again:-).

I do not know where to start. Lola Adegoke is the best of the best. I am a very organized and detailed person so for me I needed a planner/coordinator who had these same qualities. I knew that from the very first time I met with Lola that she was indeed organized and detailed...in addition she is very professional, punctual, calm, personable, responsive and most importantly on point.

My advise to any bride and groom to be...a wedding planner/coordinator is very important. Some people often underestimate the details that go into a wedding to make it beautiful and nice. If not for the whole entire process, but most especially for the weekend of or if it is a weekday wedding the couple of days before.

My wedding day was restless and enjoyable because of God sent Lola Adegoke.

We met Lola for an initial consult at a coffee shop about a year prior to our wedding. Right away we had this indescribable connection with her and we knew right away that she would be the one to coordinate our wedding.
Lola has been great to work with, both in her attention to details while drafting up our timeline, her unrivaled professional decorum. She is by far the most professional service and person we’ve encountered. From day one lola had been attentive and responsive to all our needs. Even when we were accosted with numerous obstacles during our planing, she prayed with us and gave us that assurance that with God blessings everything would be alright. Just an example, our church venue due to unforeseen circumstance was changed at the last minute, Lola stayed up all night helping us to locate a new venue so we could meet our deadline and celebrate our day.
There were no unmemorable times working with her, she was very communicative and extremely prompt. She made you feel like you were the only couple that mattered and she went all out 100%. We always came away from a phone call with her further educated and assured that we were in the right hands.
Without Lola, our wedding would not have turned out the way it did. Everyone in attendance including our families were extremely happy with the success of our day. My experience with LolaDivine Event and Wedding Planners was excellent. I met with Lola well before my wedding and had a lot of ideas. I ended up using her for my lighting because she was recommended my caterer. Lola was patient with me and was alway willing to do whatever I asked. I liked her honesty and professionalism. I also called on her to recommend other vendors at the last minute and she was willing to help.

Her work on my lighting was breathtaking. EXACTLY what I imagined and it translated just as beautiful in my pictures. Having seen her work on lighting I have no doubt that she can do it for you as well as planning etc to your liking.

The planner was very helpful. Both her assistance, and inputs where the key to us achieving what we envisioned. She was particularly flexible and very patient with us, especially since it was a destination wedding 3 thousand odd miles away in Malta. Prior to Lola I had another wedding coordinator who made me feel like there were limits to what I could do. This was a very troublesome time during my wedding planning. When I was recommended to Lola (7 wks before the wedding) from the 1st meeting I experienced a major release in my entire personhood. I am the type of person who is creative and believes everything is possible if you have the time to do the work and research. There were several nights where Lola sensed my frustration and unsolitously prayed with me over the phone. She helped me early on to refocus on God through all this planning. All my family was out of town and several of my friends were going through life challenges, so alot fell on my to create the dream wedding on a budget that I had envisioned. Lola gave me the room to be creative and put my style in this wedding, yet she was assertive and professional. She came with her list of resources, and when I brought other options or wanted to consider other options she accepted it with grace and professionalism. One thing I needed was a wedding planner who was like a rubber band around me. And Lola gave me room to make this wedding about my husband and I, and she also kept everything together. I can't count the endless phone calls she had with me.. During the day, at night, the text messages, and emails. She always had her hand on the pulse of the planning, and when I was tired of it she took over and encouraged me to complete the planning journey. She was really there for me and my husband. That day was STRESSLESS which is how every bride should feel. Having a african wedding, I knew party crashers would be an issue, so she worked with me in advanced to come up with a strategy and plan. On the day there were some other unforeseen things, that unless she told me I never would have known. It was perfect, I felt like a princess. Lola is organized, detailed, resourceful, flexible, caring, timely and professional. I couldn't have prayed for a better wedding coordinator.

Lola was also my florist and wedding decorator. She heard my desires for color, softness, and bling on a budget! The flowers were simply perfect for a bride who didn't want to spend much on flowers. She really listens!! When I had other suggestions Lola was open and honest with her perspectives..

For my wedding decor I wanted something functional so people could see each other when they sat at the tables, but I wanted lots of color. So Lola again heard and came up with beautiful center pieces and lighting.. My ceremony decor was simple with beautiful pew bows and classy candlelabras... She really worked with me on this because again I was on a budget but I wanted everything to exude vibrancy...It was perfect for mine and David personality..

All in all I gave her my budget and she came up with creative ways for me to get what I needed/wanted. SHE WAS MY GLUE! This is a woman of God and a wedding coordinator who feels like a sister. I would recommend her to anyone because she really made my dreams come true! Lola, I love you very much and pray God prosper this business and ministry. Because truly this is a ministry!

I would definitely recommend LolaDivine Events. We worked with Lola herself and she was exceptional, but I know she has a team behind her!

Cons: The only area of improvement will be for LolaDivine to curate a wider variety of vendors at different price points, so clients have more options to select from.

Pros: I initially didn't think we needed a wedding planner but the process and my experience with Lola proved that she was worth every penny! She went above and beyond on so many elements, the last of which was coming back early (after a late, late, night) day after the wedding to ensure all rentals had been accounted for to prevent us from incurring charges. She was also pretty responsive and flexible to accommodate my travels and time difference. There were some periods of silence which usually meant she had another event and was paying full attention to it (I would expect that for mine) and usually she would give a heads up about such obligations.

What crowned it for me was the look on my wife's face when she saw the reception setup. After all the back and forth, the emotions, and frustrations, typical with the wedding planning process, the end-product made it all worth it. The LolaDivine team definitely helped bring my wife’s concept to life and she loved it. Also, our guests, several months after, talk about the wedding and how well organized and memorable it was.

In short, if a wedding is something you planned to do several times over a lifetime, I would definitely write-in LolaDivine as the first thing to book before anything in preparation. Sadly, I plan to do this once, and thankfully, don't regret the choice.

Lola was a great choice! She had an incredible task ahead of her, having to balance pleasing a young adult couple with definite ideas while allaying the fears/anxieties of the couple’s older parents who live in 2 different parts of the world and therefore had their own worries and wishes.
Given the personalities involved, Lola had a huge task which she accomplished very well. She even went out of her way to travel to the “other continent “ on her own accord and volunteered to help the bride prepare for an engagement gathering abroad which had nothing to do with the plans for the U.S.
Unfortunately, there were some glitches that led to a frantic search for a new hairdresser in the last few days and to being up very late the night before the wedding working guest seating lists. What was missed were the family photos at the wedding, that we the parents wished we had pressed for as had been planned. The planning group apparently had to ditch that plan in order to get the wedding party’s pictures across town. We really did not think of it since we were all having such a great time—but after the wedding all the relatives we had not seen for years wished for the family pictures we did not take.
As everyone says, there is always going to be something that does not quite work out at every wedding, but in the big picture-everything looked perfect! The church ceremony was wonderful, the special touches chosen by the bride and groom were memorable, the reception décor was amazing, everyone we know is still talking about what a fun time they had, and most importantly-the bride, our daughter was RELAXED and very happy – and we imagine so was her groom!.
It was truly a fantastic day with so much going on that despite the little glitches, Lola managed to pull things together in an incredible way. We were more than pleased with her services and highly recommend her !

Loladivine was amazing to work with in coordinating our special day. Staff were at all times ready and flexible with my party and kept us and the program on time. Transitions were seamless and reviews from our guests were all positive. Planning was also well managed to take a lot of the stress and workload of our head. Lola was a true profession in every aspect of her planning. She was accommodating and flexible given the fact that she was dealing with different people from different cultural backgrounds. She can work well under pressure. Because of her intense due diligence in getting expectations and deadlines met, the outcome of our wedding was spectacular. My wife and I are very pleased. Lola did the the wrapping and decorating of the gifts used in our traditional engagement ceremony. Everything was done beautifully. The color choices and ribbons used coordinated very well. The entire product was lovely and done in a very professional and timely manner. We both loved her work, it was just lovely.

Lola was delightful. She and her ladies, Abby and Laura, were extremely pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. They were willing and ready to do anything to make us happy and comfortable. My wedding was perfect and it was in large part because of Lola, Abby and Laura. There was one or two times when it seemed that we weren't synced up and they flipped through papers a little unsure of what was next (which is why I rated them at a 4.8) but I am a very picky bride and that is the only thing I could even say negativity about them. Everything else was top of the charts and perfect. Thank you for making our happily ever after come true!!

Working with Ms. Lola was good. She is very responsive and really goes out of her way to communicate your needs to your vendors. She holds vendors to a high expectation level anyway d expects them to deliver whatever is agreed upon. LolaDivine Events came highly recommended by colleagues in the wedding industry. I had a relatively small budget for a planner, but Lola was willing to work with within those limits. We decided to select Lola's company after my first meeting with her. Turned out to be a wise choice. Although the contract was from the month to the wedding until the day of, she made it an effort to respond quickly to all my emails even months before she was scheduled to start. Lola's calm demeanor was especially useful as she helped smooth out tensions with another vendor. She has a good eye for flowers, and provided invaluable advice on decor and flowers.

Lola and her team worked extremely hard on the day of our wedding. She walked back and forth between my hotel room, and the venue several times in the sweltering heat just to ensure everything was going according to plan.

Fantastic work, and it all came together seamlessly with her help.
