Incredible Professionalism and Simplicity

Our goal in planning our wedding was to find a place that would handle as much of the details as possible. The staff was incredibly experienced, helped us plan, and anticipated a bunch of our needs. Food was delicious and the event space (33rd floor) was gorgeous!

Exceptional Wedding Reception Space!

We held our wedding reception at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel in November 2024 as well as hosted our wedding room block. We'd highly recommend for both! We have nothing but absolutely positive things to say about Andreea Denes with catering. We've worked with Andreea for about a year and a half now and she feels like family! Andreea is both professional and personable and ensured we knew all our options for a reception at the Loews. Andreea helped us take advantage of all the amazing event spaces the Loews has to offer (cocktail hour on the 33rd floor, reception in the Millennium Hall, after party in Bank & Bourbon) as well as created a custom package for our reception and cocktail hour that reflected everything we could have wanted. Maria and Lena with the room reservation teams were so wonderful to work with, taking amazing care of our families and accommodating all our changes and requests.

The entire Loews staff (catering, concierge, front desk, etc) was absolutely wonderful during our stay. Our guests are still commenting on the exceptional service. About a third of our wedding guests stayed at the Loews and expressed it was the perfect location to spend the weekend exploring Philadelphia.

Team at Loews went above and beyond

We had a fantastic time planning our wedding ceremony at the Loews Hotel. We had a reception planned at another location (Reading Terminal Market) which cannot accommodate a ceremony on-site. In reviewing locations nearby, we were most satisfied with the spaces at Loews and the communication that we had with Andreea Denes who served as the coordinator for our event. We booked Loews for both our ceremony, after party, and farewell brunch on the day following the wedding.

Throughout the booking and planning process, we received regular communication from the team at Loews who were very capable in assisting us with organizing the timing for our celebrations as well as the food and beverage selection for our various events.

We also hosted a hotel room block for our guests at Loews, and the team including Lena, Shaniya and Suzanne were so kind in assisting us with that process for the assigned rooms, lists of guests, and in-suite dining.

During our event, every staff member that we interacted with from the front desk to the events staff and housekeeping, everyone at Loews is extremely professional and gracious. It made me feel that we and our guests were cared for, which was important to us on an important occasion like this, when many folks were visiting from out of town.

Our wedding ceremony on the 33rd floor was such a perfect and beautiful setting. Andreea went above and beyond to help us have a ceremony that was truly beautiful and special. She had creative and thoughtful suggestions for how to make our day the best, and we are thankful for her experience and wisdom. I will never forget how hard she worked to make that happen, and I am truly grateful to her and all of her colleagues at Loews for their teamwork that brought our day together.

Beautiful Wedding Venue and Expert Staff!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel in March 2022 and were so overjoyed with their service and wedding expertise. Huajia was our contact and did an incredible job. We were so grateful for her leadership, professionalism, and dedication. The bride's shoe strap broke during the receiption and Huajia fixed it right away! In addition, she bustled the bride's dress! The set-up of the room was phenomenal, the food was divine, and the views from the 33rd floor of the hotel are unforgettable. It was a spectacular event, and all of our guests felt so welcomed and well-treated by all of the Loew's staff they encountered. You will be in great hands if you book your event at the Loew's!

Absolute perfection!

I will never truly be able to put into words how wonderful my experience with the Loews was. Huajia and her team were so kind, professional, and just all around an absolute dream to work with. We ended up postponing our wedding a full year because of COVID, and they made the transition as smooth as possible. During the months of planning, communication was excellent. The week of the wedding, Huajia took care of absolutely everything before I could even get the words out! Then our actual wedding day, never in my wildest dreams could I have expected it go as perfectly as it did. Our guests raved about the views of the city, the food, the service at the bars, literally everything. We had a very big wedding, more than 300 people, and more than half of our guests were from out of town. Booking our wedding reception (and our room block) at the Loews was the best decision we could have ever made and we will be forever grateful for all Huajia and her team did to make our day so special.

So happy we chose to host our wedding here!!

The Loews made our wedding dreams come true! The entire team was incredible to work with, especially Huajia and Craig! The team was professional, helpful, responsive, creative and flexible! The Millennium Ballroom was breathtaking and dinner/cocktail hour was delicious! If you have the option of picking the short rib as an entree, it was a winner! Would 1000% recommend having an event here and working with this team. :)

Best Wedding!

My husband and I had our large Indian wedding at Loews just a month ago. From top to bottom, I could not recommend this venue more. Let’s start with the fact that we booked this venue before the pandemic. They handled the need for rescheduling so gracefully, permitting us to move our date without hassle or obstacle.

We initially worked with Andrea, then Craig, and then Huajia- over what approached two years to make our dream wedding come true. They each responded diligently, never leaving a question unanswered and never leaving us uncomfortable. I have so many friends who were getting married around the same time and they all had difficulties with their venue in the face of the pandemic. We did not. Loews Philadelphia stood up to the challenge and helped us move forward, they ensured to us that all would be okay.

Our saving grace, ultimately, became Huajia who became involved with our wedding a few months before the date. She became the person I didn’t realize I needed but - was who I needed. Someone who knew the hotel in and out, every square foot- she made every request, dream, hope, and worry her sole priority . She made our dreams come true. She worked with our vendors day in and day out to make sure the visions we had didn’t just remain as visions. She responded to me at all hours, knowing that even a word from her when I was unsure about something would be so much to me. Our families could only rave about Loews, along with the hundreds of extended friends and family we had at the event.

If I could have a wedding every year- this is where it would be. The staff, the service, the venue, and the commitment are indescribable. They are luxury with the face of familiarity, approachability, and compassion. Love to this team and this hotel - always always and always!

Great hotel for a wedding block!

We got married in Philadelphia and booked our wedding room block at the Loews, and we are so happy we did! First, the standard pricing for each guest was very low compared to other hotels in the city. When we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID and change the date of our room block, Loews honored the same pricing and was very flexible accommodating our changes! They also let us block rooms for 2 nights so our guests could stay the whole weekend at the same reduced rate. About 2 months before our wedding, the reservations team was very helpful in sending us the updated reservation list for our block, and adding more rooms to the block when we started to fill up. Finally, Loews was great about letting me drop off a few things before my wedding that they delivered to my room when we checked in, which made wedding-day logistics so much easier for us. Overall great location, reasonably priced, friendly customer service and nice rooms - would highly recommend to book for your wedding block!

Outstanding!

2020 has been a really tough year. Easily the biggest highlight for us was our wedding which just preceded the onset of the COVID pandemic. And we will be eternally thankful to the Loews for providing the rooms/suites for the wedding party as well as a gorgeous skyline view room for our farewell brunch. Andreea and the whole Loews team could not have been more professional or responsive and helped us come up with a wonderful custom brunch buffet. They even accommodated our request to have the wedding party on the same floor despite being completely booked up—it meant a lot. And let’s not forget being able to take our getting ready and first-look photos in one of the most historic buildings in Philadelphia (and for that matter, the nation!) The incredible art-deco architecture views were an incredible bonus! At the end of a very long and happy day, we got back to our suite to find a bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and custom pillow covers—so thoughtful!

Thank you so much to the whole Loews team—we will never forget your help and we’d highly recommend your hotel to any couples looking for an amazing venue to be part of their special day.

fabulous service, incredible kindness, and flexibility

I got married at the Loews Hotel on 12.28.19 and had the absolute BEST time! We got married on the 33rd floor with 220 people, and had the reception in the Millennium ballroom on the 2nd floor. We did not have a wedding planner, and so Elizabeth was able to fill all of our needs. From the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception, everything went so smoothly. The staff at the Loews could not have been more kind and helpful to me and my guests. At every moment, someone from the Loews was there to help us. We absolutely loved having our wedding in Philadelphia and especially at such a nice venue. I would absolutely recommend the Loews 11/10 !!

Great for wedding room block

When we booked our venue in Philly, we knew we wanted to stay at the Loews for our wedding weekend. Sabrina and Mary were so amazing to work with. They were organized, professional and kind. We were so pleased with the room rate they were able to offer our guests. Everyone was shocked they were able to stay at such a gorgeous hotel for a reasonable rate. We also did our first look photos on the 33rd floor overlooking the city and they are amazing. All of our guests had a great experience and after the reception ended, our guests loved hanging out at Bank & Bourbon to continue the celebration. They also made our weekend incredible with a beautiful suite with views of the city and sweet surprises on our wedding night to make us feel so special. We also booked an additional conference room for the bridesmaids to get ready in and it was so perfect and reasonable to book. We loved the Loews and look forward to coming back.

Amazing Indian wedding weekend!

We had a large Indian wedding at the Loews, with several different events happening and many vendors and guests. Across the board, the Loews did an amazing job taking care of us, and really made the weekend special for me and my husband. Every single staff member was incredibly helpful, and our guests found the entire experience spectacular!

Quintessential Philly Hotel!

The Loews was a high quality and convenient center city hotel block for our wedding guests!
The Skyline Suite had a gorgeous view and was perfect for getting ready in the morning as a bridal suite. I really appreciated the surprises and attention to detail! Incredible photo locations as well.
Sabrina Rogan (manager) was incredibly helpful with everything we needed and responsive throughout the whole process. The staff was amazing and friendly!
The lobby bar is lively and fun - I would suggest if using as an after party though to reserve a space as it can be really crowded.
Overall, an amazing & impressive experience!

Wedding room block

We cannot say enough to express how happy we are with our experience at the Loews! We chose The Loews for our wedding hotel room block, got ready there on our wedding day, and hosted a brunch the morning after. From the moment we first connected with Sabrina for our hotel room block to the wedding weekend itself, they blew away all of our other experiences when researching hotel options. Sabrina couldnt have been more attentive, prompt, and personable. Planning with her was like a breath of fresh air. She worked with us to make sure our guests could make an affordable weekend out of our wedding which was a destination trip for most. She also helped pick out suites for us and our wedding party to get ready in that were unbelievable in character, views and space, but affordable as well. Everyone from the bell boys and valet parking attendants, to the concierge and room service, were all professional and happy to help. Even though there were probably multiple room blocks and weddings happening there that weekend, they treated us like we were the only ones. We dont want to ruin ant of the surprises they carry out for newlyweds, but they truly go above and beyond, which made the weekend magical. Between Sabrina, Elizabeth, and Mary, we didnt have to worry about a thing. We knew they had it all organized. The catering for our brunch was perfect as well, and we couldnt have dreamt of a nicer room to spend more time with our guests. Last but not least, our personal concierge, Kevin, was unbelievable. He always made sure we were taken care of and we genuinely enjoyed his company. He did everything with a smile on his face. We are so happy that we chose the Loews and cant wait to go back there for years to come.

I had my ceremony and reception at the Loews in August. Andreea and her team were amazing from the first meeting to the big day! My husband and I asked a TON of questions and we always received detailed answers. Andreea made sure that any concerns that we had were addressed and made sure our ceremony and reception were exactly what we wanted. Our guests are still raving about our ceremony views and the reception food (especially the steaks and the cake). THANK YOU!!!!!

I cannot say enough fantastic things about the staff at the Loews Hotel! Sabrina and Mary helped us set-up our wedding room block, and they were both exceptional to work with. They were quick to respond to any and all questions, got us a great room rate (especially for the city), and did everything they could to extend reservations when asked. They really went above and beyond to make our wedding night at the hotel extra special too! Our guests staying in our room block also had the most wonderful things to say about the staff - everyone was extremely polite, professional, and accommodating. Rooms were clean, views were beautiful, and the bar off of the lobby was a great place to keep the celebrations going. We also hosted a post-wedding brunch on the 33rd floor of the hotel, and Elizabeth was an absolute delight to work with! The brunch was great, the food was delicious, and it was the perfect way to end our wedding weekend. I would HIGHLY recommend the Loews Hotel for any and all wedding events!!!

We used the Loews Hotel in Philadelphia for the room block for our wedding. We had about 80 rooms booked as part of the block which was more than we anticipated. When I realized we were not going to have enough rooms as part of the block for our guests, I contacted the Loews and they added more rooms without a problem. They gave us a very nicely discounted rate for our upgraded suite. We used their catering service for breakfast for the bridesmaids while we were getting ready and they delivered the chairs and powerstips needed for hair and make up all very promptly. While we were still in the booking process, they suggested having an "unofficial" afterparty at the hotel bar, Bank and Bourbon. They promised to staff extra bartenders and on the night of the wedding they delivered. Our guests were thrilled to come back at the end of the night, change out of their dress clothes, and get themselves a drink from the bar (all at no additional cost to us!). Overall, would highly recommend the Loews for any downtown Philadelphia wedding.

We didn't get married here but had a room block at Loews for our wedding guests this past February. We really wanted to use this hotel because it’s a nice hotel, and it turned out they were one of the most cost effective options! For such a nice hotel, we really did get a great rate. The contract booking was all done through Sabrina, who was extremely patient with us and answered all of our questions promptly. Once we booked the rooms, we worked closely with Mary who, just like Sabrina, was always available and accommodating. The parking is a little pricy, but since we booked so many rooms they were able to give us a bit of a discount, which our guests appreciated. We loved this hotel and would definitely stay there again, and would also recommend it for any couple who needs a room block for their wedding.

We booked our wedding here after attending a wedding at Loews in Philly and loving the food and venue! We had a ceremony and cocktail hour on the 33rd floor and the reception in the Millennium Ballroom. Every room and floor is beautiful so you can't go wrong and the hotel in general is gorgeous. We can't say enough about the food at this venue- we loved it! We worked with Diana to coordinate and set up everything for our special day (6/11/2016) and we loved working with her (she was amazing)! She made everything run smoothly for us and answered all of our many questions throughout the year. We worked with Sabrina and Mary to set up rooms for guests including our getting ready rooms, wedding suite, etc. They were both amazing to work with. We highly recommend the Loews Hotel for weddings and other events!

Our wedding day was April 30, 2016. We did a Hindu ceremony and Catholic Ceremony, both in the Millennium Ballroom. Following the ceremonies, we had our cocktail hour in the Millennium ballroom lobby, and reception in the Regency Ballroom.

We loved the Loews' cost, modern decor, proximity to transportation for our out of town guests, hotel rooms and ballrooms. From the beginning of the process, Andreea (our Catering Manager and life saver) was on top of each detail even though we had a logistically complicated wedding. She was very responsive, professional, and flexible.

We knew we wanted the food to be one of the highlights of our day. Andreea and team were able to collaborate with our external Indian food vendor to present the Loews catering and Indian catering as a cohesive meal. Again, the pricing was very fair. Andreea was able to swap out hors d’oeuvres options we didn't need for a discounted Viennese dessert display and ice cream bar.

Our guests loved the modern, clean rooms. We started our room block with a smaller package of rooms, but as the day approached, the Loews team helped us get an additional 15 rooms at our rate, even though it was Penn Relays weekend. They worked very hard to accommodate our guests and get checked in before our ceremony started (our ceremony started at 2pm and check in was 4pm).

The day of the wedding the Loews team was, again, on top of every detail. Our guests raved about the food and the friendly staff. Andreea, again, was amazing. She was on top of the schedule and made adjustments when we ran late so our guests had no idea. One small detail that shows her and her team's dedication -- for the Hindu ceremony we had to take our shoes off. As we exited the Millennium ballroom afterward she had slippers ready for us so we didn’t have to continue walking around barefoot.

Overall we had an amazing experience with the Loews and definitely recommend them as a venue.

We had our wedding at the Loews on the 33rd Floor on the evening of 6/18/16. We couldn’t be happier with our experience! Our guests stayed in the hotel as well, and absolutely loved the location and the architecture of the building itself. The lobby was a great gathering space that we ended up hanging out in a lot over the course of the weekend.
The staff was super professional, as well as friendly. They accommodated us with whatever random needs arose.
For the wedding reception, we worked with Diana who was incredibly kind, helpful and responsive over the course of a year that we were planning. She made sure that all of the (many) details I had planned came together seamlessly on the day of. I felt like I was in good hands and didn’t have to worry about a thing. Everything was set up on time, and they even arranged for us to be able to set up something earlier than normal so it would be done before we headed to the church.
Everyone loved the spaces on the 33rd floor and the views over sunset and into the evening were a big hit! The food was fabulous, and the wait staff was truly professional. Everyone especially said they loved the dessert.
I feel like we got great bang for our buck, the whole experience really luxurious and modern. We couldn't be happier!

It was a pleasure working with the Loews. We had the ceremony in the Commonwealth and the reception in the Millenium Ballroom, and had our brunch on the 33rd floor the next day. Our guests also stayed at the Loews, myself and my husband included. (We were very happy with the generosity and thoughtfulness of staff, especially with regards to the little complimentary gifts and special touches they added to the bridal suite for both my bridal party during the day, and me and my husband at night.) The Loews was very accommodating and helpful! We were very happy with the quality and selection of food, the clean facilities, and courtesy of staff. Thank you especially to Andreea Denes, who was extremely helpful in coordinating all of the wedding details and logistics!! The Millenium Ballroom is outstanding for large parties, and we loved the giant windows that open up to beautiful views! Everything was really well-done. Thank you Loews!

We recently had our wedding at the Loews. It was fantastic! Everything about it was just great… The cocktail hour on the 33rd floor was beautiful with views of the city. The reception was in the Millennium Ballroom and that was just as equally beautiful with the city lights shinning in the room. The food was delicious and the staff was so attentive. The Loews (Amanda, specifically) made the wedding planning process stress free and guided me through the necessary steps. I truly can't say enough things about the Loews. I highly recommend this venue if you want a classic Center City wedding with great food, drinks and decor!

The Loews Philadelphia Hotel is absolutely stunning. We used the 33rd floor of the hotel for father/daughter first-look pictures, bridal portraits and a morning-after brunch. You can't beat the views!

The morning of the wedding we were given access to a huge hospitality suite on the 4th floor which was perfect for the ladies to get ready in. There was plenty of room for hair dressers, make-up artists and bridal party.

My in-laws had a beautiful and spacious suite which was perfect as a getting ready room for the groomsmen and space to visit with out of town guests. They worked closely with hotel staff to ensure appropriate accommodations during the entire weekend of our wedding.

Our bridal suite overlooked city hall. The view was incredible.

Amazing Hotel!
From the first phone call through the congratulations every aspect at the Loews was perfect. Sabrina was a joy to work with through the whole event planning stage. The rates she was able to provide for our block was far better than we expected it would be. From the moment we dropped of the hotel welcome boxes until we checked out, the staff was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The amenities that were provided in the room for my now husband and I exceeded our dreams. From the personalized notes and the phone calls checking in to the treats left in the room, the Loews made our stay so memorable. Thank you Loews, and we will be back to stay!

Loews Philadelphia was truly INCREDIBLE world class hotel which is right in the heart of the city!! The staff was VERY HELPFUL and CARING they catered to all our need. Andreea our wedding coordinator went about and beyond to make our event a life long memorable experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel for any event or a just a night in the city of brotherly love. I still get compliments for our Valentines day wedding reception that was held here. You will not regret this choice!! Great place to stay, wonderful atmosphere, and really friendly staff.

Loews Hotel was absolutely one of the best decisions and me and my husband made to celebrate our wedding with food, friends, families, and music! Amanda, the manager, was super helpful in everything, very professional and courteous, prompt in responses, accommodating, and very kind and nice to us. The staff members were very professional and they knew how to run the show with no blemishes during the whole reception. We also loved the complementary overnight stay at the hotel - the top floor with the beautiful view of the city of Philadelphia - for our first-night wedding. They decorated the room with rose petals, provided us a bottle of champagne, and also sent us a congratulations card. We were so blessed to have met these folks through our wedding/reception!

My entire family and friends stayed last weekend for my wedding and I cannot say enough on everyone's behalf how happy they were. Sabrina Haney with the Loews helped us with our wedding block and she was amazing! We visited the Omni and Monaco in Philadelphia but after meeting Sabrina we knew that the Loews was perfect! Sabrina went above and beyond to help us with every stage of the planning, and returned our calls and emails right away! The customer service is out of this world! We will only ever return to the Loews when visiting Philadelphia!

We wanted a true philadelphia wedding -- and there was no other place that offers you amazing views from the 33 rd floor and is in the heart of the city. The Loews was a great venue for us--we had cocktail hour on the 33 rd floor followed by a reception for 200 in the millennium ballroom. Amanda Congar and her team exceeded our expectations...she worked with us on all the details and the day and night were perfect. We currently live in NY so having a true professional working with you helps..there was quick follow up with any questions and she offered her suggestions. We had a personalized tasting --the food is incredible and same with the drinks!

We had over 70 rooms for our hotel guests that weekend--Sabrina Haney and her team were exceptional to work with.

The Loews helped to make our wedding and wedding weekend just perfect .

We had our wedding at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel after our original venue canceled about 10 weeks before our wedding. I cannot tell you how glad we were that we ended up there! The hotel is beautiful, the food was AMAZING (we are VERY picky, I promise) and most importantly they were so organized and took care of our every need. Everyone who works there is gracious and helpful, the true definition of hospitality. Lindsay, our coordinator, was fabulous and helped us completely re-plan our wedding in a few short weeks. She really went out of her way to make our wedding special. Also on a technical note, this was a very busy weekend at the Loews and there were several other events going on in and around the hotel but we would never have known! They were able to keep us and our guests separate and we never felt like we were \"sharing\".

For those of you who don't want to read some lengthy, detailed review, here's the quick version: Loews is awesome. Adeline is awesome. Done and done.

For those of you who want the nitty gritty (hi, brides!) here's the deal. If you want a place that's a well-oiled machine, one that will assist you with every step of the process and flawlessly execute your event from start to finish, look no further. Specifically, Adeline Abdesaken, who was our main contact. I admit that I was a bit nervous going in, as there had been a number of staffing changes at the Loews that had resulted in us bouncing from contact to contact until we landed in Adeline's very capable hands. Once I talked to her, however, any worry I had was gone. It was clear that she knew what she was doing and that she would stop at nothing to make our wedding day perfect, and she did just that. The level of professionalism was incredible- it's easy to tell that they've got weddings down to a science. Adeline and her team had every detail on lockdown. All the guests were commenting on how calm and collected I seemed on the day, and that's 100% because I had this incredible team supporting me. The food, including the cake that was made in-house, was delicious. Because the majority of our guests were from out of town, they all stayed at the hotel for a great block rate. A number of guests commented on how helpful and friendly the hotel staff was. The Loews also decorated the fabulous bridal suite with rose petals, strawberries and champagne, and monogrammed pillowcases! Everything was flawless and I would recommend this incredible establishment to anyone without hesitation.

We had our wedding reception at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel in the Millennium Room, and it was amazing. Adeline was so helpful and extremely accommodating - especially since we had to deal with 4 different wedding coordinators before our event. Everything was beautiful and our guests had a great time. The food is amazing at the Loews - usually wedding food is horrible, but their food is great. The hotel also customized our wedding cake for us - which was beautiful! All of our guests couldn’t believe what a beautiful reception it was. The entire event ran so smoothly. I would highly recommend the Loews to future brides and grooms!

Thank you to Loews Philadelphia for an absolutely incredible wedding! We are so happy with how it turned out. All of our guests were raving about how gorgeous the venue is, how great the service was, and how much they loved the food. As the bride and groom, we felt so taken care of. I am typically a micro-manager, so it was a huge relief to not have to worry about anything the day of the wedding see that the staff at Loews had everything under control and it was all running smoothly. They made sure all of our other vendors were ready to go and set up. During the planning process, they were a huge help and besides conversing over email, they met with us multiple times to go over details and questions in person. They definitely know what they are doing and are happy to give advice on what works and what to stay away from.
We definitely recommend Loews Philadelphia. You will not be disappointed

The Loews was the best choice of our wedding planning process. Cocktails were on the 33rd floor, with awesome panoramic views of the city. Dinner and dancing was in the Millenium Ballroom on the 2nd floor with awesome windows, an old bank vault, marble walls with an old Cartier clock on it.

Aside from the gorgeous facilities, the service at the Loews was impeccable. We worked with David Hall, the director of catering. During the planning process, several vendors unaffiliated with the Loews squealed with excitement when I said we were working with David and proclaimed that he's the best in the city at what he does. And, from our experience, he was phenomenal. Every single possible question I had, he had an answer for, reassured me it would all be perfect, and went above and beyond to help make our day special. He had agreed to get several local craft beers for us, including Victory Love Stout, which was not being bottled in April. When he realized that it hadn't come in on the morning of the wedding, he said he called every single beer distributor in the city to try to find it. That's service!

Aside from David, the bartenders, servers, and maitre-d were all fantastic, and everything ran smoothly --- even transporting 200 guests 30 floors down from cocktails to dinner.

While Loews certainly is not an inexpensive venue, we felt the cost was extremely fair for the quality of the facilities, the extraordinary level of service, and the quality of the food and beverage. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service. David our contact person made us feel comfortable and taken care of. The entire team at the Loews Hotel in Philadelphia did everything to make our day perfect -- from the cake to the room to the special touches. Not only was the Loews the most perfect venue for our style (modern, huge windows, great food and accommodations) but it was also the most reasonably priced. They really "faught" for our business. It's clear they take pride in their customer service. The entire team there, helped make our day so special. Thank you!!!

We LOVED our venue. Not only was it the most beautiful hotel we saw in the city, but it was also the most reasonably priced. The food was amazing and David our point man was so accommodating. This is a venue that really takes pride in their service and their special touches. I have such great memories and would recommend the Loews Hotel in Philadelphia to anyone looking to throw an elegant event. These people know what they're doing is their customer service is unsurpassed.

We did not get married at the Loews Hotel, but we arranged for our guests to stay there and we are so happy we did. Nikoletta was my main point of contact in setting up the room block and she was fabulous to work with, answering all of my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. She also called to check on us the day of the wedding which was very thoughtful and there was a treat for us in our room when we came home from the reception! Our guests commented how friendly the staff was to them all weekend. After our reception, we hung out at the bar at the hotel and had a blast! I would highly recommend the Loews Hotel for guest accommodations!

The Loews ended up being the perfect place to have my wedding. I absolutely LOVED having it there. Even though I wasn't having a million dollar wedding, the Loews made me feel like I was. I thought the cost was worth it for what we received and how we were treated. And it wasn't nearly as expensive as some of the other venues we had looked at. The food was excellent and we received so many compliments on it. David Hall was great to work with. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole planning process. David and his staff worked with us to make the vision we had for the wedding a reality.

We can't say enough about our amazing experience at the Loews Hotel. We had both our ceremony and reception there, plus filled about 50 rooms with out-of-town guests. David Hall was nothing short of spectacular to work with. Our guests are STILL raving about the incredible service they received their entire stay. From our rehearsal on Friday night thru our brunch on Sunday morning, not one detail was missed. The Millenium Ballroom is just such a unique space, and cocktails on the 33rd floor were a true HIT! If you have a chance to get married here - JUMP on it. Just a wonderful experience for both of us.

We chose to have our reception at the Millennium Ballroom at the Loews. It was the first place we visited that we could actually visualize having our reception there. The room is not your typical four walled ballroom. 3 out of the 4 walls have windows across them and one wall is white marble with a Cartier clock. We chose to have our reception at 7:30pm (cocktail hour) so our guests could see the city lights out of the windows. This ballroom transforms at night!

We truly feel so lucky to have held our reception at the Loews. The base price of the event also covered the brunch the next morning at the top of the Loews Hotel with amazing views of the city.

Because the reception was at a hotel, our out of town guests were able to just pop upstairs to their room after the event was done and then join us for breakfast the next morning before heading on their way.

The staff helped us with every element of the wedding from start to finish and we couldn't be more thrilled with the quality of service we received.

We had our reception at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel in June 2016. We worked with Amanda and her team from the beginning and had such a pleasant experience with the hotel and staff. Loews goes above and beyond to make your wedding day is everything you imagined it would be and more. Amanda was our primary contact but couldn't be onsite that day, so Elizabeth took over and the transition went seamlessly. She also helped coordinate a post wedding brunch the next day. We also had a room block and worked with Sabrina and her team. Our guests couldn't say enough positive things about the hotel and the staff onsite. Everyone was so friendly and even when we had small requests for things they forgot to do, they made sure to correct it right away. My biggest suggestion is regarding onsite parking if any future couples are considering hosting the parking onsite in the garage - make sure to over communicate with Sabrina and her team beforehand to ensure the parking goes on the master bill and not guests individual room bills before they check out. This was an issue for us, but was one small slip up and didn't overshadow what was otherwise a great event put on by the Loews and all their hard working and friendly staff. Definitely recommend the Loews to any future couples that are looking for a city wedding in a great, central location that also has the convenience of rooms onsite!

Breathtaking views, delicious food, and an incredibly professional staff. Elizabeth was my wedding coordinator at Loews and she was so great to work with. She offered great suggestions to things I had questions about and was there to help with every detail. My wedding itself was entirely on the 33rd floor and we had the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception in different rooms. The event was black tie and the venue fit this perfectly. The views were breath-taking and all my guests kept commenting and taking pictures of the skyline. After attending several weddings with poor weather, we decided to have a wedding indoors that had an amazing view, and this was it! The food was also to die for and we had several vegan guests who also had a lot of delicious options to eat as well. We also had hand crafted signature drinks that were a hit and everyone loved the pretzel fondue station at the end of the night too! Plus we were able to get all our guests an excellent rate through our hotel block for the event, so they enjoyed a 5-star experience all around. We heard from so many guests that this was the best and most beautiful wedding they ever attended! I definitely would recommend this location to anyone that loves the city of Philadelphia and wants a show-stopping wedding.

My husband and I are so happy we chose the Loews Hotel in Philadelphia to hold our wedding ceremony and reception! Prior to officially signing our contract, every hotel staff that we spoke to were so friendly and responsive that it made it easy for us to make this decision to go with them.

I very much enjoyed working with the Loews hotel. They were an incredible value and a pleasure to work with. Their customer service was impeccable. We used them as our ceremony, happy hour, and reception venue as well as the hotel for our out-of-town guests. Everyone had glowing reports about the service they received, the location, and the quality of the hotel rooms and food during the event.

Most importantly (to me!) they made me (and my parents) feel like a VIP during the entire weekend. I would highly recommend them for future events.

The hotel was an easy pick for us because it is centrally located for our out-of-town guests, close to PATCO, and relatively close to 30th St Station. Plus, if you need anything, you can walk or uber almost anywhere within 15 minutes: barber, convenience stores, clothes, plenty of food, etc. The hotel had the most affordable room rates that we found, and were pretty easy overall to work with. We got a governor's suite for a good price, and a day room for the guys to get ready in. That was great because it offered a ton of room for us. They were also able to store our anniversary wedding cake for the night, which was a huge help. They were able to dispense non-individualized gift bags for free as well, although not every guest got one (a couple were missed). All service was friendly. The gym was well-equipped, but the spa was unfortunately closed for repair. The bar makes tasty drinks and the lobby has an outfit of La Colombe, which was really helpful. The hotel also provides a lot of nice services like quick shoe shine, laundry, etc. which is great for any touch ups. The hotel is clearly designed for business customers, which translates well for a wedding with the amenities. The hotel can also host weddings as well.

I spent a pretty penny on my wedding at the Loews Hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel never gave me the feeling that my event was valued. We went through 3 different catering managers, one of whom disappeared from her position without even notifying us. We eventually landed with their conference catering manager for our wedding, Adeline Abdesaken. She was amazing and VERY responsive, which was a nice change from previous contacts. The billing dept was a little slow, I had to call a few times to receive different bills. Unfortunately for us, a large amount of checks and money were stolen from our wedding. Our gift table was left unattended during cocktail hour, and I assume this was when money was stolen. If we had a person more experienced with weddings working with us, maybe they would have thought to remind me to assign someone to deal with this. After our wedding, the hotel was not responsive to our concerns. I came down and filed a police report at the hotel. As of now, the security department is not returning any of my calls. They already received their $35,000 from us, so they don't care about our missing money, is the message I am getting. Additionally we purchased 2 cases of Red Bull for the bar and I made up gift bags and baskets for the bathroom. After the wedding, we never received back any of these items that were not used or left over. Other brides have told me that their venue returned everything to them. Aside from that, the venue is amazing and the food was fantastic- 5 stars for food and service. If I could do it again, I probably would have picked the Marriot across the street. They have a very competent wedding manager. Loews just never made me feel that my event mattered to therm, and that is a bad feeling to have on your wedding day!

We had our wedding at the Loews in August of 2011. We had heard excellent things about the Loews as a Wedding Venue and also about David Hall as a Coordinator. Unfortunately we did not get David Hall as our coordinator but we figured since David was the Director that all the other coordinators had to be just as good...BOY WERE WE WRONG!!! We ended up with Heather as our coordinator and from the beginning we were a little bit anxious about her because she was really not very responsive at all. We would write her an email or call her and she wouldnt respond for a couple of days!!! Although we were nervous we still gave her the benefit of the doubt...hoping she would pull through on the wedding day...unfortunately we were wrong again. She promised she would be at our rehearsal on the 33rd floor on Friday night and she NEVER even showed up. She promised she would be by my side the whole day of the wedding and I maybe saw her twice the ENITRE DAY/NIGHT! When we were getting ready in the bridal suite, we wanted some water...we called room service...they wouldnt bring it and said contact your wedding coordinator. I called her 2 times and she NEVER called me back!! Finally hours later my bridesmaid was upset about how awful the service was and called the front desk demanding to speak to Heather...when she eventually made her way up to the suite, she apologized for not being around because she was busy with "ANOTHER CLIENT" I couldnt BELIEVE she said this to me, I mean..what was I?? Chopped Liver??? It just went downhill from there....things that were in our contract were not at the reception ( beer we wanted, the monograms were not put on the dancefloor, that we had paid for!!) Then, the captain told us at 11pm that he was closing everything down when our contract clearly stated that we had till 12am!!! I told him this and he said that Heather told him to close it down. I was furious!!! Finally he said the DJ could keep playing but that the bars were going to close. It was very embaressing that my guests couldnt get drinks when the DJ was STILL PLAYING!!! After the wedding we called David Hall to complain and he was very nice and understanding but he stated that we should have asked for him from the beginning! All in All the Loews is a nice place, but make sure you have David as your coordinator because we had such a horrible experience, especially with a luxury hotel that should be giving GREAT service if not Perfect!!!
