  Lauren is amazing!

  Lauren is fabulous! I knew I wanted to get a spray tan before my wedding and I booked to have it done a few times in the months leading up to my wedding. This way I could pick the best color & know how it would fade so I would be able to decide what day before the wedding to have it done. It’s not easy to strip down in front of someone and have them see all of you….cellulite/fat included! She made it so easy and relaxed that it was like talking to my best friend. My daughter and both of my sons’ girlfriends went with me and everyone loved their tan- even my daughter who is mixed and was terrified of looking orange thought it was perfect. We all enjoyed Lauren & she gave us some makeup tips. My only regret is that I did not find her sooner because I would’ve 100% had her be my make up artist at my wedding! The girls and I are going to go to Lauren every time we have a special event or vacation coming up. Absolute recommend her!

  Laura is the most talented makeup artist I have ever met and is so much fun to work with. I had 4 professional makeup trials in NYC before I found Lo & Co. She listened to my requests and executed the look I was going after exactly as I imagined it! I hired her to do makeup for my entire bridal party including my great aunt and my mother. Laura is very professional and offered awesome advice and makeup tips for not only my wedding but that have become part of my everyday routine. I have since hired her for spray tanning and makeup for special events, she is absolutely the best.

  Lo was awesome, the tan looked real (more brown than orange, exactly what we wanted), and she was so fun!! Would definitely recommend.

  Laura provided make-up for myself, my bridesmaids, and my mother. I couldn’t have been happier with the results, and I know everyone else was equally satisfied. She has a wonderful eye for color, respectfully listens to your requests, and moves throughout the getting-ready period of the day with a calm, collected stress-free attitude. She was on time and ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend her – she’s worth every penny and who you want making you look gorgeous for your big day!

  Laura is so wonderful, she stepped in to do my make up after my last artist cancelled and I am so happy she did! She was So flexible with coming to my house (in DC from Richmond) to do my make up trial, spending a lot of time making sure I was totally happy with the look. When it came to day off, she was professional and kept things fun as we were getting ready. Everyone looked flawless and still felt like themselves. She really excels at making people who otherwise don't wear a lot of make up looks like themselves but elevated. Would totally recommend for weddings!

  Lauren was so much fun to work with, she did my bridal makeup and makeup for my maids, mom, and mother-in-law. My makeup was gorgeous and looked fantastic in the photos, and I absolutely loved the look she gave my mom. Lauren was cool under pressure, was extremely accommodating (she drove up to Williamsburg to do my trial the week of the wedding), and helped line up a great on-site hairdresser, Marylyn Toney. Thanks Lauren, you're the best!

  Lo & Co was absolutely brilliant for my wedding. There was myself, mother of the bride, Grandmother of the bride and four bridemaids. It was difficult to arrange the wedding from England however it was easy with Lo & co and they made it easy to arrange the hair and makeup. The hair and makeup lasted all day and night, the hair and makeup was just as planned and the eyelashes was amazing. I sent over photos of hair and makeup from trials in England which worked really well. Laura and Lisa was absolutely brilliant and when we return in New York for our five year wedding anniversary I will definitely check with Laura to see if they are available again. Thank you again.

  I cannot reccomend Laura enough, she is a fantastic make up artist and helped to make my wedding day run smoothly whilst making everyone feel relaxed and organised. This was especially important for us as my mother in law to be, bridesmaid and guest had travelled from the UK to attend my wedding day. I am a British bride who was married in Central Park in New York City. Laura made us laugh and relax to the point where it seemed she was part of the celebrations. She worked incredibly hard on 5 people including myself with various skin tones and ages. Our make up lasted all day and she was there when I was getting dressed and touched up my make up ready for me to leave. I highly reccomend her to all brides especially fellow UK brides as well. Thank you once again Laura!! Xx

  I found a groupon for a special day make up application and had Laura doll me up for my engagement pictures. She made me look great! Not too made up and just naturally highlighted my features as I had requested. She's super comfortable to work with and if my wedding were in New York I would definitely hire her for myself and the whole bridal party.

  I knew I had made the right decision in choosing her to do my wedding makeup from the moment I walked into her studio. I planned my wedding from Canada, so I had to rely on reviews only and had to book both a trial and the big day before ever meeting anyone. She is so vibrant and easy to talk to - we had such a blast during the trial! She is very patient and was sure to tweak and re-tweak until I felt everything was perfect... she took a video when we were finished so that I could see what others were seeing, and how my makeup would show up in photos/video - which helped a lot!
  
  On the wedding day, I was running behind and freaking out quite a bit :) Laura did a tremendous job of lightening the mood and had everyone laughing hysterically after a short time! My makeup was perfect - and was still perfect when I got back to the hotel at almost 3 AM (she was finished before 10 am) - I think I added a bit of powder around 8pm just to make myself feel better, since I really didn't need it, but it didn't seem right to go that long without touching up. I'm the type of girl who has to touch up at noon on a workday due to shine and creased eyeshadow - but I'm serious when I say that after 17 hours, I still looked flawless.
  
  I honestly can not recommend Laura highly enough - she is truly amazing at what she does!

  Laura is the best person to have around you when you are getting ready. She will make you laugh while doing your make-up. I usually wear just under-eye concealer and mascara on a daily basis (though I do wear more make-up when I’m hittin the town), so I was initially surprised to see myself looking different than what I’m used to.   Laura is absolutely amazing. The make-up artist for my wedding canceled on me 3 weeks prior to my wedding. I tried a few other make-up artists that friends referred to me, but I didn't like any of them. Then I met Laura. She made me feel completely comfortable and did my make-up beautifully. Having Laura do my make-up on the day of my wedding was wonderful. I looked beautiful and was so calm that day, because I knew I was in good hands. I will have Laura do my make-up for any important events in my life and would recommend her to any bride who wants to look amazing the day of their wedding.

  I loved working with Laura throughout the entire process of wedding planning and she was an absolute asset on my wedding day. From the very beginning when I contacted her, Laura was always very responsive, friendly and up-front. While she is in very high demand, she goes out of her way to accommodate her brides; when I first inquired about booking her for my wedding she said she would tentatively mark me down in her calendar and would give me first priority and contact me to let me know if anyone else contacted her about booking on my date, and all without a deposit! This is just one of many examples of how she always exceeds expectations and maintains a kind, courteous, and professional nature.
  
  For my makeup trial, Laura when out of her way to accommodate my very busy work schedule and then set aside her whole Saturday afternoon to meet with me. First we spent some time looking through pictures, discussing how I envisioned my wedding, what kind of look I wanted to achieve, and what makeup hues would best suit me. Also, Laura requests that you come wearing your normal everyday makeup so that she can get a sense of what your style is and how comfortable you feel wearing makeup. Then there was a little mini-facial, and she started layering makeup for my look. Also, if at any point you want to change something, a different eye or lip color for example, it’s totally not a problem. All Laura wants is for you to be happy with your look and excited for your wedding day. What is remarkable about Laura compared to other vendors I met with is that nothing was ever rushed and how comfortable and at ease she made me upon meeting her for the first time. With such a wonderful trial, I knew I was going to have a great wedding day.
  
  Several weeks prior to my wedding Laura got in contact with me to confirm all of the necessary details for the hotel and my schedule. The day of she arrived early with a wonderful demeanor—she was so positive and had a great sense of humor which really put me at ease and counteracted all of my pre-ceremony jitters.   I loved working with Laura throughout the entire process of wedding planning and she was an absolute asset on my wedding day. From the very beginning when I contacted her, Laura was always very responsive, friendly and up-front. While she is in very high demand, she goes out of her way to accommodate her brides; when I first inquired about booking her for my wedding she said she would tentatively mark me down in her calendar and would give me first priority and contact me to let me know if anyone else contacted her about booking on my date, and all without a deposit! This is just one of many examples of how she always exceeds expectations and maintains a kind, courteous, and professional nature.
  
  For my makeup trial, Laura when out of her way to accommodate my very busy work schedule and then set aside her whole Saturday afternoon to meet with me. First we spent some time looking through pictures, discussing how I envisioned my wedding, what kind of look I wanted to achieve, and what makeup hues would best suit me. Also, Laura requests that you come wearing your normal everyday makeup so that she can get a sense of what your style is and how comfortable you feel wearing makeup. Then there was a little mini-facial, and she started layering makeup for my look. Also, if at any point you want to change something, a different eye or lip color for example, it’s totally not a problem. All Laura wants is for you to be happy with your look and excited for your wedding day. What is remarkable about Laura compared to other vendors I met with is that nothing was ever rushed and how comfortable and at ease she made me upon meeting her for the first time. With such a wonderful trial, I knew I was going to have a great wedding day.
  
  Several weeks prior to my wedding Laura got in contact with me to confirm all of the necessary details for the hotel and my schedule. The day of she arrived early with a wonderful demeanor—she was so positive and had a great sense of humor which really put me at ease and counteracted all of my pre-ceremony jitters.   On the day of the wedding, Laura made me look (and feel) like a model! She’s extremely talented and such a calming person to be around on your wedding day. Laura worked her wonders on me, my bridal party, my aunt and mom – and everyone looked phenomenal (and everyone went for a different “look”). My mom has difficult skin and makeup never stays on her eyes – Laura went out of her way to make sure her eyelashes would stay on and checked up on her all day long (and even after the wedding)!
  She’s EXTREMELY talented, so much fun and such a calming person to be around on your wedding day. If I had a good enough excuse to have my makeup done by Laura all the time, I would!!! I highly, highly recommend booking her!

  Working with Laura was wonderful. She did my makeup on three different occasions, and each time I was more pleased with the final product. She makes you feel really comfortable and really listens to what you want to look like. I will definitely be using Laura for my makeup artist for future events!

We were in touch about 8 months prior to my wedding and she kept in touch with me throughout those months leading up to my wedding. I had two trials with her and a trial with my mother in law. She knew exactly what we wanted. Laura spent a ton of time with me at each trial and on my wedding day. She is very calm and super cool which a bride needs the day of her wedding. She does not rush through your makeup. Her work is beautiful.

  Laura was great. She did the makeup at my wedding for me, my mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, and several sisters. She even squeezed in the groom's grandmother at the last minute. Everyone looked fantastic and felt great. The makeup was flattering but not at all too heavy in application. It looked great on film and in person. I very highly recommend her!
