LM Event Coordination was exactly the team we needed to ensure a smooth destination wedding! Lea was wonderful! She made us feel at ease since the moment we met her. I knew things would be wonderful with her help, and they were! Lea helped with vendors and last minute vendors 😅— all of which were phenomenal people. She even helped with final touches and things I (literally) ran out of time for! I don’t know what we would’ve done without Lea, she kept us on track and alleviated wedding stress! Lea and her team are effective communicators and guided our wedding along in the most composed and professional manner. We had the pleasure of working with Cornelius as well and he’s an absolute gem! LM events planned and coordinated my wedding in Ohio and Lea made the process an absolute dream. I couldn’t have imagined the planning process or day of without her. From Georgia, she coordinated with vendors and myself for the year leading up to the wedding.
She came into town the day before the wedding and made sure things happened perfectly. There were multiple hiccups the day of and as the bride, I had no clue at all. She made sure my day was beautiful and as care free and fun as possible. I couldn’t recommend her services enough! -

Lea was an absolute joy to work with. The level of service was amazing. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day. Lea was the perfect amount of present on the wedding day while also hustling behind the scenes. She constantly checked in on us and guests and even was running to grab drinks for folks to make sure everyone stayed happy. The biggest compliment I got about our wedding was how smooth everything went and I 100% attribute that to Lea and team. Like seriously nothing went wrong. Truly amazing! Thanks so much Lea for making our dream day a reality 🤍 we will be shouting your name from the rooftops to all our friends who are getting married. -

We paid for the Day-Of-Coordination and Lea and her team did not disappoint. Lea was in constant contact with us leading up to the event to ensure we had all our deposits paid and contact information for each vendor utilized was passed between us and her. On the day of a lot did not go to the original timeline, but Lea and her team were so quick to help us readjust and maintain as close to timeline as possible. Lea assisted my wife and I to stay on schedule after one photographer did not show, and helped make sure we got the most of our picture time as we could. During the ceremony and reception, the team ensured we were fed and never thirsty the whole night. Lea was also quick to fix any small errors that may have happened from other vendors, and did an amazing job at setting up our decorations we handmade for the ceremony. I could not have seen this day going as smoothly as it did without Lea and her team. 110% would recommend her as your event coordinator! She also gives great advice on photographers, DJs, and other vendors that you should choose from! -

Lea truly knows how to get the job done! She’s so calm and handles everything with ease. She listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it to perfection. I truly do not know what I would have done without Lea. Lea kept me on task and made sure everything looked and felt perfect for our wedding day, without being pushy or demanding (which can happen with wedding vendors). I knew I was in good hands from the chats leading up to our big day, but nothing compares to the peace of mind I felt on the actual day, thanks to Lea. She expertly kept everything on schedule and moving seamlessly while also checking on us and all of our guests. One friend got stung by a wasp and suddenly Lea appeared with ice for her. We were truly treated like royalty the entire day and even the days after when she returned our decorations and a friends guitar(everyone was taken care of). I cannot recommend Lea enough, she made our day look completely flawless and effortless. -

She always has the absolute best attitude no matter what the day throws at you. As a wedding photographer myself, this is huge and means way more than you’d think. Her communication and quick thinking are unmatched. If you are wanting someone who is a problem solver, a pro at timelines, and overall just a kind hearted human, Lea is your girl!!! Lea and her team were absolutely amazing in every way! My husband and I hopped on a call with Lea early in the year and knew without a doubt that we were ending our search for a coordinator that night and wanted to go with LM Event Coordination. Just in that first call we could tell she was very detail oriented, had amazing ideas, and was just a fun person that we knew we could trust our big day in her hands. Our wedding was June 10, 2023 and while we booked Lea for only a month of package, she still took her time to check in on us before that month and hop on calls with us well before our wedding which was relieving to know where we should be in the process of planning our wedding and letting us know about our checkpoints. When the big day came, she handled everything with grace, professionalism, and a fantastic attitude even though there were things that went wrong (not on her account though!!). She made sure everything we wanted was there and in place. Close friends and family after the wedding even came up to my husband and I saying how lucky we got with being able to book Lea and her team when we had the chance! LM Event Coordination helped make our day even more special and for that we are so grateful :)LM Events's reply:
