I have been married for 20 days now and I actually start tearing up writing this review because my time with Thais is officially coming to an end! I initially contacted Thais right after I got engaged and instantly felt a connection. Unfortunately I had to put planning on hold for some time but when we were ready again Thais was right there. And after a year and a half of planning from CT, my 3-day wedding was more than I could ever dream of. She understood how complicated my type A brain worked and how a destination wedding was quite difficult for me since I couldn't physically see everything. She helped plan not only my wedding, but rehearsal dinner and welcome party as well. She worked with our budget with all of our vendors and created a black tie glam wedding. She saw my vision from beginning to end and was such a calmness to me. I could go on and on but just know, you get what you pay for with Thais. She makes your dreams come true and take the stress away. I will miss speaking to her all the time but my husband and I have gained a life friend! -

We are so grateful to Thais for our destination wedding outcome!! For a short and now regretful while, we tried planning our destination wedding in PR as much as we could on our own…big mistake. For all the vendors we reached out to personally, we still hadn’t heard back from 2 months later!! Once we hired Thais, our top choice vendors were booked within days!!! She was so kind and catering to us as a couple—there are moments she suggested that we so would have regretted not doing had we not listened her!! She also helped me to speak up for myself as a busy, overwhelmed bride going through the motions. I had a meltdown regarding a makeup emergency perhaps an hour before the ceremony—she had my vendor return within minutes to resolve the issue and save the day. Overall, she patiently wedding planned with us for 1.5 years virtually. Then, meeting her in person on her beautiful island was like meeting extended family for the first time! We are so lucky & thankful to have her guide, produce, support, & execute for us on wedding journey 💕 HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND 😍😍😍😍😍😍 -

Best in the business!
We had the most amazing wedding day thanks to Thais. She was amazing at walking us through the entire planning process and working with our vendors even with us being outside of PR and only visiting twice before the wedding. Her planning is personalized, she takes the time to get to know you as a couple. She has a great relationship with some of the best vendors so she’s also a great connection to have. She was patient with us and answered all of our questions. She made sure our day ran perfectly. It was a perfect day. 🩵🤍 -

Thais was the BEST wedding planner ever. She was so sweet and her attention to detail was amazing. The planning process was perfect and smooth with her help, stress-free. THE wedding day, it was an absolute fairytale!!! So so magical, Thais and her team were amazing, super organized and they managed to surprise us with some gifts along the way. Having Thais and her team was the best decision we made for our wedding. -

If you want an enjoyable and worry-free planning process leading to a perfect wedding day, you should get someone like Thais in your planning team.
From the first meeting, Thais started by getting to know us, understanding what we were envisioning for our perfect wedding, and making sure we trusted her and her team to help us make our dream wedding possible. Thais and her team are very detail oriented, organized and equipped with digital tools that allowed us to always be connected from the distance and offered us complete transparency through the process.
With Thais’s guidance and suggestions, it was very evident that she knew our personalities and what we would love for our special day. For example, when we mentioned we wanted to incorporate our dog Bruno who could not be present at the wedding and she contacted the stationary vendor to include him in the design of the bar menu. Thais was not only part of our team as our wedding planner, but also as a friend who loved us, cared for us and our families, and wanted us to have the wedding of our dreams.
If we were to re-live our wedding day, the first thing we would do is ensure Thais forms part of our planning team again. We got comments from our guests like: “This has been the best wedding I have ever attended” and we are proud to say it was all thanks to having Thais and her team in our corner. -

Hiring Livents as our wedding coordinator was the best investment of the whole wedding.
Livents, led by Thais, did an amazing job managing our wedding. As the first in our family to have a big wedding, I knew nothing about the process, but Thais kindly guided us every step of the way. We uploaded our inspiration pictures, and she recommended vendors based on our budget. Her guidance was invaluable, especially when we couldn’t make decisions.
Despite the time zone difference, with us living in California and planning a destination wedding, Thais went above and beyond by meeting with the decorator on our behalf and calling us via FaceTime. Her recommendations truly leveled up the decoration. On the wedding day, we were completely relaxed. Thais handled the timeline, calls, and coordination. We only had to show up and enjoy.
Hiring Lifeevents as our wedding coordinator was the best investment of the whole wedding. Still dreaming with our wedding! Thais Vázquez is EXCEPTIONAL. She has taken us to another level of what our dream wedding was. From the beginning, we enjoyed a smoothness and flawless process. She was very professional, attentive, thoughtful, with an incredible and blessed imagination. We felt so confident to express our preferences and expectations, while she was able to give us recommendations in line with our budget. The excellent relations she has with many other vendors, it’s a priceless bonus. We practically said Yes to all of her recommendations and it was a complete hit. It was beyond beautiful to see how you end up loving your own fairy tale wedding thanks to the extraordinary team that is leading your big day.
We never felt overwhelmed because she always had everything under control, very organized, and was always prepared to manage unforeseen changes. Stress Free Wedding
Thais is absolutely incredible! She took the reigns and flew above and beyond, all while making sure I was completely happy and comfortable with every choice, down to the smallest detail. She was very detailed and motivated, helped me keep under budget, and had numerous quality contacts as vendors. She helped solve problems before the event and the entire wedding day went off without a single issue. She was very kind but also kept everyone in line, and it seemed like everything just magically fell into place, but it was all her! I couldn't ask for a better Coordinator/Planner, I had the most magical wedding. I also have 4 very young children, and she was able to really get them in their places just in time, that's not easy! Thank you Thais, you are absolutely wonderful! -

Great wedding planner
Thais is a warm soul, she puts her heart in what she does. She connects with her clients and suggests vendors that match the client vibe and style. We worked with Thais for about a year and a half before our big day. She troubleshoots and finds ways to make what seems impossible work out. We are happy we selected her for our perfect day. -

We had the pleasure of working with Thais, the most fantastic wedding planner in Puerto Rico, for our special day. From the moment we met, her dedication and attention to detail were evident. Her vendor recommendations were spot on, so much so that they each told Daniel and I how happy they were to be working with each other. One of the best decisions we made after getting engaged was to have Thais plan our wedding. Thais was my sister's wedding planner and I already knew I wanted to have her on my team when the time came. Planning a wedding is very exciting because it's the day to celebrate you and your partner. However, it's also time consuming and can become stressful if not having the right resources. Thais was able to guide me, especially when reality hits (budget, lack of time, too many ideas from Pinterest and you don't know which one to pick, work, family situations, and in my case I was also finishing grad school). With Thais I didn't have to worry about the vendors, venue, planning, etc., and she made sure that what I wanted originally (before Pinterest lol) was still there. Also, she went the extra mile and surprised us by adding small details that where still on budget but filled our hearts with joy. She made sure there was a small cake figure of our dog on our wedding cake and that made us SO happy (and made me cry). She also added to the itinerary a moment where my husband and I could be by ourselves right after the ceremony. It was very special since it was our first time together as husband and wife. I would 100% recommend Livents! -

We met Thais through a great friend, and she was so highly recommended that having her as our wedding coordinator was the best decision. Thais was very patient, listened carefully to all our ideas, and supported us with the choices we made regarding vendors. The peacefulness that she radiates cannot be described with words. Thais was a joy to work with and an invaluable member and leader of our team. She was diligent, attentive to detail and prioritized what was important to us. Planning remotely is always a challenge but she worked hard to maximize the time we were in PR to get as much done as possible (picture touring 5 venues in one day and coming out with all the pricing packages and details to choose from). On the day of, everything happened seamlessly and flowed great (which is the experience you want!). We truly enjoyed our wedding day from beginning to end and did not have to worry about any of the logistics or details because we knew Thais had it handled. She is genuinely a lovely human and you can tell she goes beyond “just a job” to ensure your big day is everything you want and more. -

Our Best Decision Ever!
We are very thankful to have been selecting Thais. After our first conversation with Thais, after several wedding planner considerations, we did not doubt contracting Thais for our wedding. Thais was key in our wedding planning; she is dedicated, detailed oriented, patient, well-organized, available for communication at all times, and knowledgeable about every aspect of wedding planning. She has a good vendor network for all likes and budgets. After nearly one year of planning, our wedding was postponed due to pandemic issues, and less than an hour after taking our decision to postpone, Thais had a new date and covered all re-planning diligences. As a result, we had our dreamed day, and she and her team attended the event from start to finish. If you are looking a wedding planner, Thais must be someone to consider. -

If you have been having trouble finding a coordinator, you have arrived at the right place. From the beginning I had a feeling that Thais was the perfect match to plan our wedding, and I was not wrong. Since we got engaged during the pandemic and we wanted to have an all about party with our friends and family we knew we had to wait. She was there from the smallest to the biggest details. Helped us to get the best vendors for us. And on our biggest day she was there from start to finish. Everything was perfect. Nosotros nos casamos en Noviembre 2023 en San Juan, PR. Vivimos en Boston así que estábamos buscando un wedding planner que íntimamente conocía la industria de bodas en Puerto Rico para que nos pudiera ayudar a encontrar y contratar el mejor equipo y manejar todos los detalles y timelines mientras nosotros seguíamos en Boston.
