The best band ever!

We were blown away by Live Wire at our wedding! They had all of our guests out of their seats and dancing the entire night. Our guests could not stop raving about the band and we couldn't agree more. Live Wire performed at my brother's wedding ten years ago and they haven't missed a beat. Anthony was a pleasure to work with, the band learned (SO MANY) new songs for us, and followed our requests exactly. We have lasting memories of entering into the reception with all of our guests standing and waiting to greet us with the perfect music to accompany the occasion! We wholeheartedly recommend Live Wire!

Best Band Ever

Booking Live Wire was one of the best decisions we made! They were incredible and the entire reception was a dance party. Every song was better than the next. Nearly every one of our guests came up to us at the end of the night to say Live Wire was the best wedding band they had ever seen.

AMAZING & sooo much fun

Anthony and his Live Wire band are incredible. They definitely know how to get people up and dancing. We had a day wedding and was worried that people would be not be in the mood to dance, but Live Wire took care of that and had people dancing the afternoon away and no one wanted it to end.

Best Wedding Band!

My husbands brother & close friend both used livewire for their weddings, so we knew we were going to have a great band. They did an amazing job and everyone had a blast dancing all night. I received many compliments from my wedding guests! They also took requests, when I wanted to here some taylor swift they played her right away! My kind of band!!

Amazing Wedding Band!

We can’t begin to thank Live Wire for making our wedding reception truly unforgetable! Our guests did not sit the entire evening and are till talking about how fantastic they were! The talent and professionalism held by Live Wire Entertainment was nothing short of spectacular. We danced our feet off and we can’t thank them enough for making our wedding so much much fun!

Fantastic!

Live Wire is such an incredible band! We first saw them at our friend's wedding, and when it came time to hire a band, knew they were the one to go with. They play such a perfect combination of old and new songs that keeps everyone on the dance floor the whole night! SO many people came up to me during and after the wedding and told me they sounded like the real artists. Out of all of the details of our wedding, the band was the vendor we received the most compliments on - hands down! Anthony and all the band members were so professional and did a great job with our ceremony music as well. I would highly recommend them!

Amazing!!!!!

LiveWire was amazing for our wedding! Anthony was fantastic to work with, very attentive and always responded quickly to our questions. Chantele was a phenomenal singer and the band learned our first dance song perfectly so that we could perform our choreographed dance. We also had them perform during cocktail hour and it was wonderful. You won't be disappointed, all our guests loved the music and they were dancing the nigh away!!

We cannot thank Live Wire enough for an incredible night! The band and DJ were absolutely amazing and we loved everything. We had so many people ask for the band name and I wouldn't be surprised if you hear from some of our friends (and friends of friends) about having Live Wire at their upcoming weddings in 2019/2020. Thanks for keeping everyone dancing the ENTIRE night (both of my brothers didn't eat dinner because they never left the dance floor) and making our party so unforgettable. They are very responsive, affordable, and flexible to requests and making things perfect for your wedding or party. We HIGHLY recommend them and want to have another party so that we can dance the night away with them again soon!

BEST WEDDING BAND I HAVE EVER SEEN AND HEARD. People were obsessed with the music at our wedding. In fact, another couple booked them on the spot for a wedding in August! I'm so excited to see them again! We had a 10-piece band and they are unbelievably talented. The instrumental pieces during cocktail and dinner was fantastic, and our 4 vocalists were out of this world. Truly a professional/broadway quality stars. BTW this was my second time seeing them...I knew I would book them after attending my friend's wedding in December 2017!

Livewire was amazing! They did my brothers wedding several years ago, so I knew they were great. But, I was nervous because my wedding was outside under a tent, and a whole different vibe than my brothers. However, they completely crushed it! Played the perfect combination of new top hits, and classics to accommodate my 265 person wedding ranging from ages 14 to 82! They also do an amazing job announcing everyone and interacting with the crowd. They were truly a 10 out of 10! And Anthony is very easy to work with- accomdating and extremely clear communication. I am so happy we went with Livewire!!

Live Wire is simply the best band out there!! They sound even better than the original songs and their energy is contagious!! They originally played at my brother's wedding and we were totally in love with how much fun they made the night. It was a total dance party from start to finish. When I got engaged, I asked if they could play at my wedding immediately. Anthony and the entire band were complete sweethearts and so lovely to work with. My husband and I have a very lively group of friends and we wanted the dance floor to feel like we were transported back to our days of going out all night. From the very first song, our guests starting cheering because Livewire sounded so unbelievable. They all ran onto the dance floor as soon as they got the green light and literally never left. Even my friends who tend to be very hard critics kept coming up to me and saying "OMG - this band is insane! Live wire is absolutely incredible!! They played at my wedding, and not only my guests, but the venue staff and my other vendors would not stop raving about them. They set the perfect tone for the night, got all ages out on the dance floor, and helped to make my wedding unforgettable. Leading up to my wedding day, they were extremely flexible and easy to communicate with. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants to have a great time with great music at their wedding!

Live Wire Entertainment is fabulous! I danced to every song they played and enjoyed myself to the fullest at my daughter's wedding. They are amazing! The songs they played had everyone on their feet. Live Wire was the best! They did a private showcase for us when we were deciding whether or not to book them and we are so glad we did. Anthony was lovely to work with, he and all of the other musicians are insanely talented, they learned the songs we asked for and they played everything we chose off their set list. They also did a great job reading the room and figuring out when they needed to play something more energetic to get people dancing. Our guests raved about the music and we loved it too. During the whole planning process, Live Wire was one of the best choices we made.

I cannot count the number compliments I've received about this band. They were a highlight of our reception. Totally pros, can play anything from 1950s to present and anything in between. I would highly recommend to anyone!

We can't say enough about how great Live Wire were, both as performers at our reception and as friendly, responsive vendors in the lead-up to the wedding. Our guests danced their butts off thanks to their tunes, and they were happy to learn our (relatively obscure) first dance song. Anthony was really helpful and patient on the phone and by email as we figured out the details in that crazy pre-wedding lead-up. In summary, they're worth every penny, and all your guests will be talking about the dancing the next morning.

I would highly recommend Live Wire Entertainment! They were a hit at our wedding and our guests are still talking about them and how amazing they were. It felt like a concert but everyone was involved and having tons of fun dancing. We had a lot of requests of things we needed to add in, and they were very accommodating. The singers were awesome, especially Chantele! Such a great voice. They came out in the crowd like we wanted which was really fun. I would highly recommend them!

Live Wire (including Anthony) were WONDERFUL! The band and singers were AMAZING! They accommodated all of our song choices and preferences plus helped the whole wedding to flow smoothly throughout. They provided music for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. After the wedding, almost every guest either complimented us on the band or asked for their contact information. They had the party going all night long and their versatility of song styles engaged all of our family and friends. Every person was on the dance floor at many points during the night. This was the best recommendation we received and would strongly recommend them to anyone!

Live Wire was absolutely amazing! They were the only band we looked at because as soon as we heard them we knew we needed to have them at our wedding. Throughout the planning process Anthony was always very helpful and quick to respond to any and all questions. They learned three great songs for us (one of them a reggae song). Every song they performed at the wedding was perfect! They kept guests dancing all night. Out of all the decisions we made for the wedding, they were by far the best one. I can't thank you guys enough for making our wedding so memorable! Guests have been talking about Live Wire non stop and I am sure we will continue to hear compliments about the band for years to come. Some people have even asked if they can go to their showcases even though they aren't planning a wedding or event. If you are considering Live Wire don't think twice! It is definitely the right decision and you won't regret it!

BEST, BEST, BEST! I knew this band was special when my husband insisted upon attending the Live Wire showcase months ago! Not one for many strong opinions in regard to the wedding, my easy-going groom was adamant that they were awesome - he had seen them at his cousin's wedding seven years prior! We had just begun our search when we attended the showcase. I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY - we were dancing in the studio and did not want the night to end! We immediately cancelled all other band appointments and booked the next morning!

Anthony and the Live Wire musicians are not only exceptionally talented, they are also a pleasure to work with. They made the preparation process SO SIMPLE for this very particular bride. Guests of the wedding are still commenting on Live Wire. "I felt like I was at a Broadway caliber production. I found myself stopping eating to listen during dinner - who listens to wedding music during dinner?!?!" The dance hits were also fantastic and they paced the entire event beautifully! We cannot thank Live Wire enough and hope to attend a wedding with them again soon! :)

My advice is to hire Live Wire immediately and don't waste your time looking at other wedding bands.

Live Wire played at our wedding at the Branford House on October 1, 2016. We hired them after hearing them at a wedding showcase in New York City, and could not have been happier. Anthony was a pleasure to work with, and was always responsive and accommodating. The entire band is phenomenal, and every single one of our guests complimented us repeatedly on their performance. A few were even convinced they had to be lip synching because they sounded so good (they weren't)! The vocalists mixed with the crowd and kept everyone going all night long - no breaks at all and everyone (even relatives we never see on the dance floor at weddings) were dancing all night long! Live Wire made our wedding - thank you so so so so much!!

The easiest decision during wedding planning can be which band to choose, if you hire Live Wire right now. We used the 8-piece band for jazz music during cocktail hour and our dance band during the reception. Anthony is the best to work with, he is responsive, polite, works well with wedding planners and keeps you calm and confident throughout the entire process. We had 2 female vocalists and 1 male. The amount of compliments we received after the wedding was insane. "They nailed every song"

Live Wire was an incredible band to work with for our wedding and we highly recommend them to anyone in need of a band. About a year prior to our wedding, I received a personal recommendation about Live Wire. A friend of mine was to be married and he was using them. We immediately started to do some research on them and spoke with Anthony. From the minute we spoke with him, we knew they would be a good choice. He was very prompt, organized, helpful, and always willing to speak with us. This was very important to us since we were never actually going to have the opportunity to meet or hear the band prior to our event. Over the next couple of weeks, we heard clips of their songs from their website and heard back from my friend after his wedding. He loved the band and was happy to hear we were thinking about using Live Wire. Shortly after, we booked with Anthony.

Over the next year, I would listen to clips of them on Facebook and each video got me more and more excited for the wedding. As we got closer to the wedding, the band provided us with a song list and allowed us to be VERY detailed with exactly what we were looking for. At times, I was scared I was asking for too much or had too many requests. With Anthony and Live Wire, no task was too hard. They were able to accommodate us in every way and helped make our reception amazing. There was a party atmosphere from the start of the night. The music was fantastic, they interacted with the audience (even sang with everyone at times), and worked with us and our families on a couple specials surprises various people had planned throughout the night. On top of all the fantastic music, the group was as nice as could be and they helped make our wedding more than memorable. I forgot to mention they traveled all the way to Harrisburg, PA from New York City. I recommend Live Wire for your wedding!

The second we heard this band at their studio session, we knew they were IT! We heard a few bands before Live Wire, but they didn't sound great and could not compare. The amount of compliments we received about the band was incredible! We still get phone calls about how great they were,and its been over a month since our wedding. Our sings were so amazing and talented, and so was the band! Everyone was their feet the entire night! They had a great song selection, and even played current songs, and learned other songs for us. It made our day so special. They are worth every penny!!

Live Wire played at our wedding in June and they were absolutely amazing. We heard them play at a cousin's wedding a few years back and knew we would have to book them for our wedding (easiest wedding-related decision we made. We asked for a mix of oldies/traditional wedding songs and today's hits - there was lots of dancing and both our friends & our parent's friends could not stop raving about the music. Live Wire played at my daughter and son-in-laws wedding on Sunday, August 7, 2016. They were spectacular!! Everyone was dancing. I found myself saying with every song they played, "I love this song!" I just want to say thank you for the amazing music at our wedding. From the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception, everything was just perfect!! The guests cannot stop talking about how good the band is. My uncle, who never danced at any weddings he has attended, actually danced at our wedding and kept raving about how good the music was. Our first dance song was sang beautifully and Chantel was amazing. Although my niece was not able to practice with you ahead of time, the band was able to accommodate her. That meant so much for me and my husband. It was a pleasure working with you from start to finish.

A few minutes into Live Wire's demo set we knew they were the band for us. They could perform a variety of music from classic to pop, easily pleasing all guests. They were very easy to work with and learned our first dance song as well as two additional favorite songs. They were such a huge hit that we had 3 guests book them for their weddings, that should say enough! Very reasonably priced compared to other groups this size.

Our wedding day was absolutely amazing! Livewire did such an amazing job at our wedding reception. From the moment we fell in love with them at the showcase to the very last song they played at our wedding, Livewire was such a pleasure to work with. Anthony made the whole process so easy and very comfortable. He worked with us and kept constant communication to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it. On the day of the wedding, the band showed up very early to setup and practice and we're ready to rock by the time the reception started. Chantel first greeted us to go over everyone's names and give instructions. She was really nice and seemed genuinely excited about the wedding. Her voice and performances were so incredible. Our guests are still talking about her ability to sing and entertain. She also honored one of our requests during the wedding to sing a specific song and it was beautiful. Jimmy sang our wedding song and nailed it. It was a song that was not on their playlist, but he definitely took the time to practice and it sounded exactly the way we wanted to hear it. Clurel started off the night with a great dance song and really got all of the energy up. Finally, a big shout out to Ashanti who really surprised us with her performances. She came out into the crowd on many occasions to get all of the guests involved in the song. She even made it a point to come up to me and my beautiful bride on multiple occasions to see how we were doing and talk with us. Ashanti was definitely a big hit with our guests. Overall, I highly recommend Livewire for your wedding reception. You will not be disappointed!!!

Live Wire performed at my son and daughter in law's wedding on July 4, 2105 at the Fountainhead. They had all the guests on the dance floor the entire evening. They learned four special songs for the couple, including their wedding song. Anthony and the entire band were wonderful to work with. There are no words to describe how perfect in every way the band was for my daughters wedding this past Friday night at Giorgios in Wading River. From the constant communication during the planning stages, to arriving early and ready to go on a holiday weekend, we could not have made a better decision. I have not stopped receiving messages about how fabulous the night was because of your talented group of musicians. People have told me that they have never seen a dance floor so packed. Livewire Entertainment played at our wedding and they were absolutely amazing. They can play anything with perfection; from my first dance Michael Franti's, Life is better with you, to a Phantom of the Opera tune for my dance with my Father. Everyone was on the dance floor after our first dance and the dance floor was full the entire night. They read the crowd and performed an ideal mixture to please everyone from Frank Sinatra during dinner into crowd pleasing dance songs as the night grew to a close. Every guest at our wedding commented on how fantastic the band was and their incredible versatility.

I really couldn't have dreamed it to be any better. They really made our day special. Call them today if you are looking for a band.

I do not even know where to begin to rave about how incredible Live Wire Entertainment was at our wedding. Music and good food are the essential components to a good wedding so we were very picky about finding the best wedding band. We knew our family and friends we needed a very energetic band that could play a wide variety of music. LIve Wire blew our expectations out of water. The dance floor was packed from the very first song till the last one. They played such a range of music - current dance to motown to 80s - and every song sounded like a recording of the original. The week before the wedding I had asked Anthony if the band could do a mashup of Hakuna Matta and Dont Worry be happy as a tribute to my late father, it was amazing to say the least. I couldnt believe in such a short period of time they were not only able to learn it but perfected it! All of our friends and family are still weeks later talking about how much they loved our band. We have been told countless times how they were best wedding band anyone had ever been to. I would absolutely hands down recommend this band to anyone looking for a wedding band - and would love an invite so we can hear them again!!!!

I can't say enough great things about the band! Live music and dancing were the most important element of our wedding, and Live Wire Entertainment did not disappoint! From the very first song to the last song, each and every single one of our guests was on the dance floor celebrating our marriage with us! From oldies and classics to today's best hits, the band played it all. They did a great job reading the room, and playing the music that got everyone out of their seats and on the dance floor. As the night came to a close, no one wanted to leave the dance floor. Everyone started chanting "one more song, one more song" until the band played one final Bruce Springsteen. It was the perfect ending to a perfect night, and we can't thank Live Wire Entertainment enough. Everyone is still raving about the music!

Live wire is the best! We went to their showcase and knew we wanted to book them immediately. It's been over a month since our wedding and we are still having people tell us how amazing our band was. They are professional, reasonably priced (we contacted several other bands and all were much more expensive) and insanely talented. They were so great to work with and even learned our unconventional wedding song and accommodated some other requests we had. They kept everyone on the dance floor and definitely helped make our wedding a memorable one!

We had an 8 piece band for our October wedding. To say that they were fantastic is an understatement. We had seen them at my cousin's wedding 18 months earlier, so we knew they would be great, but they exceeded our expectations. The dance floor was full all night long.

A great band was my in-laws' only request. They had never heard or heard of Live Wire, but they were blown away by the performance. They and their friends, guests at many weddings, keep talking about Live Wire and several have referred them to other friends. Everyone was particularly complimentary of the lead singer, Chantele.

The song we wanted for our first dance wasn't in their repertoire but they learned it for us and performed it well.

We highly recommend hiring Live Wire for any party.

We loved having Live Wire for our wedding band! We received so many compliments on the band throughout the night and thought they did an amazing job of keeping the energy up at our wedding! Excellent entertainment. Our wedding was special having Live Wire perform at the Oyster Point Hotel, Red Bank, NJ on September 14, 2013. They got everyone onto the dance floor for each and every song. Would highly recommend this band.

I cannot say enough about Live Wire and all they did to make my wedding the most fun party I have ever attended (and this is someone who has attended 30+ weddings over the past 5 years). Their energy, talent and overall performance just surpassed all of my expectations. Of course as the bride, I was in a whirlwind, but all of my guests have commented on how fabulous they were...even my venue wants to add them to their preferred list! They learned my 3 special requests with out a blink of the eye and performed them perfectly. Please dont hesitate...they will book up fast! I'm a little late in writing this review, but my son and dtr-in-law had a beautiful wedding at Cedar Lakes Estate. The Live Wire Band only made this
wedding a wedding to be remembered. My friends are still talking about them
and a friend is planning to hire them for her daughters wedding in November.

First and foremost, if you’re deciding between whether or not you should choose a band or a DJ for your wedding choose band. Secondly, you should choose Live Wire. Live Wire MADE our wedding! We started receiving compliments on Live Wire’s performance as soon as they started playing and over a month later are still hearing how great everyone thought they were!

Jimmy, Julia, Chantele, and the rest of the band are immensely talented and bring amazing energy to their performance. Working with Anthony before and during the wedding was great. He was flexible with any requests we made and so organized he made us feel as if he knew the details of our wedding like the back of his hand.

We could not be more impressed or happy with Live Wire. They helped to make our wedding day perfect (and I do not use the word perfect lightly!).

I planned an east coast wedding from the west coast. I have an extremely particular style and taste and knew that booking a wedding band I had not ever seen was going to be a risk. I also knew that a good wedding band can make your party and a bad one can absolutely break it.

I literally interviewed/sent my parents to over 20+ showcases in Manhattan. Show case after Show case, we were disappointed, UNTIL Livewire. They were reasonable, not cheesey, diverse, EPIC sound and most of all TALENTED. Every single musician was exactly who we saw at the showcase. Not like an agency where you don't know who you are going to get. Anthony was not salesy, was not pushy and was exactly the opposite of every band manager out there I spoke too (Yes 20+ band managers I spoke with). He was easy going and himself. He didn't have to sell them, they sold themselves.
Livewire learned songs for us. Livewire played NON STOP. Livewire played every song we asked for and more.
We had a wedding at Cedar Lakes Estate and the venue said they have never worked with a band that was so easy to deal with. From start to finish there was not a single person sitting all night. PLEASE contact me for any questions as I can not express our deepest satisfaction for this band. I went with the best choice and they made our wedding; worth every moment spent trying to find the best out there. You will not be disappointed. Our daughters wedding was on June 1, 2013. As soon as we entered the barn at Cedarlakesestate Live Wire started playing and no one sat the entire evening. They were so AWESOME. Live Wire was AWESOME! This band was the highlight of our wedding. There were people on the dance floor all night long and we didn't want the night to end. The entire band was professional and extremely talented. Each song they performed was perfect and they managed to get in most, if not all, of the songs we requested that they play.

My father and I did a non-traditional Father-Daughter Dance to a slow song and then transitioned into swing dancing. The band pulled off the music PERFECTLY! I could not have have asked for a more entertaining, professional and talented band!

We listened to several bands before we heard about Live Wire. As soon as we went to their showcase we knew we had to have them as our wedding band. It was one of the best decisions we made. Live Wire was AMAZING!!!! We were very particular about the music for our wedding. We wanted a band, but didn't want the more typical wedding music. We wanted more contemporary music that would keep the partying going for the entire reception. I was extremely nervous about the music, but Live Wire exceeded my expectations. Best wedding band ever!! It's been a few weeks since our wedding and people are still talking about how great the band was! People danced all night - the dance floor was never empty. After doing some research online, my fiance and I decided on booking LiveWire for our wedding on August 11, 2012. With the band being out of New York and us living in Massachusetts, I have to admit, I was a bit nervous booking a band I had never met with or heard in person.

Result: They were AWESOME! Even better than I could have imagined! Each and every song sounded like the the artist was right there in the room singing to us.

Unlike many bands/DJ's who just play a list of songs without paying much attention to their audience, LiveWire kept the crowd going ALL NIGHT.

I have received many compliments since the wedding and I'd like to send a special Thank You for taking the trip to CT and performing for us that evening.

Live Wire was an amazing band. Words cannot describe how much they added to our reception. All our guests raved about the band non-stop and they thoroughly enjoyed our wedding reception because of Live Wire. The band learned the songs that we asked and played all our requests. The maitre d' at our venue also told us that he had not heard a band this good play at their venue, that to me was a wonderful compliment. As I bride I danced continuously throughout the reception. Live Wire truly helped us create a dream come true. There is no doubt in my mind that we would have been happier with another band. The value for the band is amazing too.

Live Wire was unbelievable. They offered a great price (we had 7 musicians). Our guests cannot stop talking about how much fun they had on the dance floor. Live Wire was fantastic! Our dance floor was packed all night! We wanted to have a PARTY band, nothing stuffy and Live Wire rocked it. We were honestly very nervous about hiring them because even though we saw them in a live showcase and they killed it - none of our vendors had ever worked with them before. Hiring them ended up being one of the best decisions we made and they are so sharply priced compared to other bands we looked at. If you want a fun band and something not typical - Live Wire is it! They even took the time to learn 5 songs for us and each was better than the last.

If you are looking for a band, then this is THE BAND FOR YOU!! My brother got married a couple of years and used Live Wire. After a few songs, I remember saying that I wanted this band at my wedding! I will tell you that Live Wire was the first vendor I booked after we set our date. It was so important to us to have them play at our wedding! My husband and I never left the dance floor our entire wedding, along with the rest of our guests! Live Wire played a huge part in helping us have the best wedding! I can't even tell you how many people came up to us at our wedding to tell us how amazing the band was. People are still talking about our band and I can tell you if you book them, people will be talking about them at your wedding as well! Live wire is flexible in learning new songs for you and their prices are great compared to other bands. This band is the best band I have ever heard, hands down. My wedding was unbelieveable and people are still talking about how amazing our band was. I found them on the internet and I chose them because of the wonderful demo they sent in the mail and I knew they would be great. Anthony was great at responding to all of the emails or questions that I had. I had many song requests that were not on the list, and they learned ALL OF THEM. I was in shock and they did an amazing job, especially with the song for our first dance. The dance floor was filled the entire night and because of that, me and my new husband had the time of our lives. They are also very reasonably priced for the quality of their performance.

Live Wire Entertainment was the best live band i have ever heard, hands down. Our guests (and my husband and I) are still in awe of how good this band was. They have a great website and i booked them based on the quick response of the band leader, Anthony, the fact that the band that you see & hear on the website is the band that you actually get, the fact that he agreed to have the band learn a song for our first dance that was not on their list of songs & the way the demo CD that he sent to me sounded. We contracted out the entire band and it was worth every cent...there is nothing like live music at a wedding (or any event for that matter) and when you have all 11 pieces playing....WOW. We had some of the band members play music at our ceremony and at our cocktail hour..that was great. Anthony Furio, the band leader, was great to deal with, easy to get in contact with and once again, a vendor who took care of every detail...i did not have to worry about anything. Their song selection was spot on and they make sure you get 100% live music from start to finish...which is a great great detail that most bands dont offer. The dance floor was packed & the band was also interactive with the guests (at the appropriate times) which was a nice touch. The lead singers were exceptional (Jimmy, Chantele, Stephanie & Clurel)...they sound like the original artists!! I would highly recommend using Live Wire Entertainment for any event that requires live music. You can pick as small of a band or as big of a band that you want/need...I promise anyone who uses Live Wire that your socks will be knocked off when you hear them play!

We had heard Live Wire at our friend's Daugthers Weddings last year. (Two Daughters married 6 weeks apart. We used them this year for our own Daughter's wedding held July on Long Island.

They did a great job!! Everyone really loved the music! They were perfect. I'd highly recommend Live Wire for your event. Their vocalists are particularly wonderful.

My husband found Live Wire through an internet site. We didn't know of anyone that had been to a wedding where they played. Our parents thought that was risky, but in the end it was better than any of us could have asked. They had the dance floor PACKED all night. People were still hanging around at the end and not leaving. We received MANY complements on the band and how much fun the party was. I noticed that some relatives that are older or don't usually appreciate louder music were up and dancing. We can't say enough terrific things about the band. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Last month, my husband and I had the wedding of our dreams and a HUGE part of that can be attributed to the AMAZING talent of Anthony and the Live Wire band. They were the first vendor we booked- all we had to do was listen to a few of their demo songs online and knew they were the right pick for us and we selected the 8 piece band. I know for some, there is a hesitancy to book a band as opposed to a DJ due to the variety of songs that you want featured at your wedding. To say that Live Wire is a diverse band is an understatement- they completely blew me away with their range. Our first dance was to a Foo Fighters song (acoustic then full instrumental- PERFECTION), I danced with my Dad to a song from the Dropkick Murphys (in which a band member whipped out a freaking PICCOLO for... unbelievable!!), and we were dancing all night from everything to Rihanna to Lady Gaga to Rolling Stones to B52s to Michael Jackson and everything in between. They exceeded my expectations on so many different levels; my friends and family cannot stop talking about how amazing the music was. Nothing beats the energy of a live band at a wedding and I would recommend LiveWire again and again and again.

Live Wire did an AMAZING job at our wedding last weekend! Due to space constraints, we had a 7-piece band with Mike and Julia as vocalists. Because we had to keep it small and since I never heard them live before (we booked them based on their website samples and their great reviews), I was a little nervous when I signed the contract. However, Live Wire ended up being one of my favorite vendors - I only wish we had more hours of dancing but the venue had a strict stop time.

All night, our guests were telling us how great the band was and asking where we found them. The dance floor was packed the whole night and they played the songs I requested that were not included on their song list (including Jump Around which isn't the easiest song to learn in one week). I heard from multiple guests that they were the best wedding band they've heard... I will definitely recommend them to our friends!!

Absolutely amazing!! All of our guests are still talking about how perfect the band was and how awesome the singers were. The wide range of song choices ensured that everyone from my 89 year old grandfather to my 8 year old cousin were able to enjoy the music. We picked the band after we went to their showcase and are so unbelievably happy with our decision. About ten minutes before the end of our reception my husband requested a song and they were super flexible and played it as the next song. The band also learned our first dance song as well as all of our ceremony music and did a wonderful job with it all. They are an amazing wedding band that I would recommend to anyone looking to keep their guests dancing all night long!

Last Saturday night LiveWire was the band for our daughter and son-in-laws wedding. Everyone who helped celebrate with us is still talking about this band. At one point in the night, I looked around for Adele and Josh Grobin, I thought they were in the room singing, that's how unbelievable this band is. We have no table pictures because every one of our guests were on the dance floor. They played every Genre of music from the lindey, to Motown or top 25 hits, you name it, they played it. I have never heard a band , better than this one. Thank you so much livewire. You rocked the party for our children and all our guests concurred that your were AMAZING, thank you, thank you , thank you, The Dinzes-Buckley families

After taking our pictures at our reception venue my husband and I went upstairs to freshen up while our guests were enjoying cocktail hour. When we came downstairs to join our guests we noticed that the band was set up but no one was around and it sounded like they had a CD playing. We were worried because we had expressly asked that ONLY live music be played and no CDs be used. My husband went around behind the french doors to where the band was set up and there was a man playing a keyboard and singing live! He sounded so much like the real thing we thought it was a CD playing! They just had the keyboardist singing while our guests were outside for cocktail hour. Once the reception started the band got even better! They played the whole night and many guests commented that they really did sound just like the real artists. Guests also have said Live Wire is the best live band they have ever heard. \r\n\r\nI was a little worried because I had never heard Live Wire play in person (I booked them based on reviews & their demo CD) but my husband and I could not have asked for better entertainment for our reception. They learned our 1st dance song perfectly & kept everyone dancing the whole night. Thank you Live Wire for making my wedding night one I will never forget! I would 100% recommend Live Wire to ANYONE looking for a live band. We had the 7-piece band.

Our band was AMAZING. I have never heard a band as good, and I doubt I ever will. Our friends are still talking about the singers and everyone danced all night!!

Live Wire played our June 18th, 2o16 wedding and was absolutely fantastic. My parents, who were upset that they weren't involved in this decision of wedding planning, could not say enough great things about them. "Lights out performance" is what my dad said actually. The dance floor was packed the entire time, even before dinner started. My grandpa who has been ill and in a wheelchair even got out to dance. Every genre and every song was covered to perfection. They NAILED our wedding song and a couple of other specific requests we gave them! They have such a great energy and even come out onto the floor to dance with the guests and pass the mic around. Chantal is unbelievably talented- she is tiny but she packs a punch! This was absolutely one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. You CANNOT go wrong with LiveWire. Book early though! We booked in July 2015 for our June 2016 wedding. I will recommend them to anyone planning any event with live music- they made me wish I could be a guest at my own wedding!

Wow - just wow. I found Live wire here on wedding wire and chose them based on the amazing reviews. I have to admit I was a little nervous given that we had never seen them play live, but the reviews gave me all the confidence in the world that they would be good. And boy were we right! Livewire blew everyone away and everyone could NOT stop talking about how good our band was! The dance floor was packed, they played our requests and everyone was literally sweating and jumping so much I thought the floor was going to cave in. Thank you to Anthony and crew for the amazing time - it is surely something we will remember for the rest of our lives.

LiveWire is a fantastic wedding band. You will be very happy if you hire them. The band is solid and singers we had (Jimmy, Chantelle, and Badia) are by far the best I've heard in any wedding band. Even with a full band they use a decent number of effect/backing tracks. IMHO they do this very tastefully and it allows them to really replicate a lot of modern pop songs very well. They also have someone playing at all times - ie no full-band meal breaks. They learned and played all the songs we asked them to (perfectly). My only criticism is that they left a decent amount of what we requested until the end, and played a few too many slow songs near the beginning. In both cases, however, they switched gears as soon as we asked, and I'm sure they will do exactly what you specify. Definitely recommend.

My friends and family still rave about my wedding band. Live wire is simply the best.....their voices are all amazing, they can play different types of genres, they have great energy and bottom line is everyone of my guests were dancing! I have had many friends who have booked them since my wedding because of how awesome they all are. They will only learn one new song not on their regular playlist(which kind of stinks) but it's okay because every song they play always sounded good. I am picky and have been to many, many weddings and they are by far the best band I have heard.

Live Wire Entertainment made our entire wedding. The dance floor was packed all night with all of our friends as well as families from both sides. They rocked it all night. The last two hours were a crazy dance party and all of our guests were asking who they were at the brunch the next morning. I would love to go to another wedding they play to dance with them again! Book this band!!! Thanks again to everyone !

Most AMAZING band!!! The band had our dance floor packed the ENTIRE night with amazing hits. I was able to select my playlist in advance (wedding was June 20, 2015) and they played every song I asked for in addition to learning custom songs. The custom songs we asked for were not easy (pearl jam, mariah carey) and they NAILED it. So many people told me how much they loved the band and it really made the entire wedding. The ceremony music they played was incredible too and exceeded my expectations. Our first dance was done by Jimmy who sounded just like Billy Joel (which was perfect because it was his song we chose) and just gave us chills. Ashanti was the best female singer and also just so much fun. Sax player was INCREDIBLE and our friend who plays sax was mesmerized by him! Cant say enough about them, if they are available you would be lucky to have them at your wedding!!!

The band was fantastic. We recommend them to everyone in the tri-state area looking for a fun band. The vocalists were all great. They nailed our first dance song, which was a Billy Joel song. The singers came out onto the dance floor and got our guests involved and made sure everyone had a great time! They played a few songs we didn't request (Gangnam for example..UGH), but they went to their ipads to nail a song that was requested during the reception. We are hoping our friends choose them for a future wedding so we can see them again.

All I can say is this band was unbelievable! I have so many people asking me for the information for all different occassions. A large group of talented people who made our wedding a huge dance party - which is exactly what we wanted.

On top of their outstanding performance, they worked with me on everything. My husband and I had so many ideas that we wanted to inlcude in our wedding that we thought a DJ would work best. BUT, when we heard livewire perform in their 10 minute showcase... there was no turning back. And to top it off - they did everything we asked and than some. And Anthony, kudos for putting up with my incessive emailing! We will be using again...

The band was phenomenal. They are fantastic musicians, and our dance floor was never empty. The only downsides were that their staff left the stage area quite messy (they didn't clean up after themselves, which meant more work for me and my wedding planner), and despite asking them to learn a few songs several months in advance (which they agreed to do), they did not play any of our requests. Still, they have a great sound, and our guests raved about the band!
