  Wedding ceremony and cocktail hour music

  Live Oak Strings were a wonderful addition to both our ceremony and cocktail hour. We had the string duo play for the ceremony and the jazz trio play for our cocktail hour. They have an extensive repertoire of songs they can play. We handpicked a couple songs for the ceremony, but otherwise wanted them to pick songs that they felt would be fitting for the ceremony and it was perfect! The jazz trio also set the perfect tone for cocktail hour. Highly recommend!

  10/10 Experience!

  We love Live Oak Music! We had a strings duo (cello & violin) for our ceremony, plus a jazz quartet (saxophone, bass, percussionist, trumpet) for our cocktail hour & dinner portion. The music was lovely and the team was great to work with! The pricing was very reasonable & comprehensive, and their response time was fairly quick. Many of our guests complimented us on the live music. They definitely helped make our day perfect!

  They added so much to our eclipse wedding. It was beautiful

  I would 100% recommend live oak strings to anyone wanting some beautiful music to be played during their wedding. We had a wedding underneath the solar eclipse and the string duo we booked just made it so much better. Everyone was crying.
  We were also booking from LA and communication couldn’t have been better.

  Amazing Jazz Trio!!

  We had Live Oak Music play for our ceremony and cocktail hour and it was absolutely perfect. They were amazing to work with and arranged the pieces we wanted perfectly. We had tenor sax, bass, and piano and everyone loved their arrangements. I can't recommend them enough!!!

  Wonderful Ceremony and Cocktail Hour Music

  Live Oak Music was extremely kind and responsive. They learned a song for our precessional with less than a month before the wedding and did a wonderful job on the day of! I would definitely recommend them!

  High caliber musicians who played beautifully at my wedding. Our DJ cancelled last minute but Live Oak Trio were right there to pick up the slack and played the most lovely Wedding March!! I would highly recommend this company for all your music needs. The communication from beginning to end was prompt and professional, and most importantly, the musicians were superb!!! I am so grateful they played for my wedding. They truly made my day that much more beautiful and memorable.

  Beautiful Performance!

  I attended a wedding where the Live Oak Trio performed and immediately knew that I would want them to perform at my wedding in the near future. I did not regret my decision! They did an amazing job and even played a custom song that was not on their list for my wife and I.

  Alan and the musicians at Live Oak Trio are a joy to work with. Not only are they talented individuals with a broad repertoire to meet every style and preference, they are communicative and so friendly. We decided on the strings trio for our ceremony and jazz quartet for cocktail hour.
  
  My (now) husband requested a song for the processional that wasn't on their list, and they played it beautifully. Recorded music just wouldn't have created the sophisticated, lively atmosphere that we wanted for our intimate wedding at Justine's Secret House. Our guests absolutely loved it, and I will certainly keep Live Oak Trio in mind for future events. If you're on the fence, just go for it. You won't regret it!

  We can’t say enough wonderful things about Alan and his band! We booked them before we had all of our details planned out for the big day, but they were very understanding and accommodating. Alan was the easiest vendor we worked with throughout our whole planning process (which says a lot bc they were all great). We had one or two songs in particular we wanted for the processional, but weren’t sure what other songs we’d like and honestly didn’t have the time to come up with options on our own. We told Alan the vibe we were after and he picked out music accordingly — and he absolutely nailed it all. From the ceremony musicians to the reception band and mc’ing, this group did an incredible job. So many guests came up to us throughout the night to tell us how great all of the music had been. Like we said, can’t say enough great things about this group. Thank you again for making our day even more special.

  The perfect musical touch for our big day

  Alan & team were great to work with, answered all my questions and more, and played beautifully for us on the day of. They were able to work within the constraints of our venue and helped our officiant with her mics as well. So glad they were available to perform at our wedding. Thanks y'all!

  Great addition to our wedding mass!

  Hiring Live Oak Trio was a breeze and a great decision!!! The communication with Alan was easy and fast, and overall the service was excellent.
  My wedding ceremony was at a Catholic church so there were several transitions and parts of the mass that the trio needed to play. Not only that, but Live Oak Trio had to coordinate all the songs and transitions with the Church cantor and pianist! Alan made sure to hear all my concerns and address those on different calls. Additionally, he made sure to have a call with the wedding cantor and pianist prior to the event, and even rehearse it to make sure everything went well.
  At the end of the day, our ceremony was beautiful and everything worked out flawlessly!! I would highly recommend Live Oak Trio for brides that would like to have an extra "touch" to their ceremony!

  Amazing Trio, Must Hire, We loved our live Music!!

  With only a month to plan our wedding, LiveOak was not only quick to respond, Alan was amazing. The trio learned songs for our intimate ceremony, communicated throughout the 4 week clearly and directly, were amazing the Day of and timely!
