Sandi at Live Life Lettered was AMAZING! At the start, we used her to help create our daughters invitations. She created a unique crest for the wedding which we used for the invitations and then much more. She not only creates the invitations, but then can assemble them and mail them for you! They were beatiful and creative. We then used her for additional signage for the wedding day. She created our seating chart, welcome signs, programs, menus and helped with much more! She not only created the items but then staged them on the wedding day. She has a brilliant, creative mind and was able to guide us in our selections and give us even more ideas. We got so many compliments on how perfect and cohesive everything was. Every detail was perfect and people noticed it! She was there on wedding day to set up her items and there at the end of the day to remove them. My daughter and I are relatively crafty and thought we could create items but there is so much to do for a wedding, that time is a premium commodity. Honestly, it was more cost effective to use Sandi then for us to create some of the items! If you want a stand-out wedding with every detail coordinated, reach out to Live Life Lettered. I would recommend Sandi a million times over! Her responsiveness to emails and calls is unmatched, along with her incredible talent! She did a beautiful watercolor of our barn for our invitations as well as our dogs for our signature drinks. She was very timely with all of her work and gave us a timeline of when each item would be finished by. I can’t say enough good things about her, if you’re looking for top notch work and communication, Sandi is your vendor! -

We loved working with Live Life Lettered for our wedding. Sandi helped us with everything from our invitations and day-of paper to select rentals that tied the whole look together. The venue itself was naturally beautiful, and Sandi’s pieces added the perfect touch without feeling overdone.
Visiting Sandi’s storefront was incredibly helpful and gave us a clear direction for the overall aesthetic. She offered thoughtful design ideas for our stationery and invitations, and really listened to what we were going for while elevating it with her own creative eye. We received so many compliments on our invitations, and they truly set the tone for our wedding day.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Sandi! She is truly the best in the DMV! From start to finish, she was professional, responsive, and incredibly creative. Every sign was absolutely stunning and elevated the entire look of our wedding day. She perfectly captured our vision and paid attention to every detail, making everything feel cohesive and high-end. Sandi was flexible and incredibly patient working with me on all of our wedding day-of paper & signage needs, and her artwork is unmatched.
We discovered there’s no cursive font that perfectly satisfies my or my spouse’s preferences, but Sandi nevertheless painstakingly drew up our options and listened to our feedback to arrive at satisfactory font choices.
It was so nice not to have to be doing the day-of paper or figuring out signage and stands ourselves in the weeks coming up to the wedding. Sandi had us covered and kept us updated on what proofs needed approval by when in order to meet printing deadlines. One piece of advice: be sure to carefully review proofs.
Her touches of art were the cherry on top, with a watercolor of our venue on the welcome sign and watercolor flowers on the ceremony programs, place cards, and menus matching our wedding floral aesthetic. And, not to forget, her Taylor Swift lyric-inspired mirror seating chart design!

Sandi at Live Life Lettered was recommended to us by our wedding coordinator because I had shown her a photo of a gorgeous escort card table display and it had been done by Sandi. Sandi worked with us to create a beautiful display that was within our budget and gave us the wow factor we were looking for guests to see as they walked into our reception. Sandi was really responsive and flexible with us to create what we wanted. -

Sandi was great to work with! Getting our signs created was very easy with her help. She’s very thorough in her process and wants to make sure she completely understands your vision.
She knew our venue and was able to give some good suggestions on where to put our welcome sign, mirror, table #’s, etc. She also decorated our escort card table beautifully and put a lot of thought into it! Overall a great experience and would highly recommend live life lettered. -

Sandi created beautiful save the dates, invitations, and day of signage for us that made our wedding such a special day. She created a custom seating chart highlighting our travels as a couple that turned out even better than I was hoping for - it was stunning!! It really brought seating and tables to life by incorporating our story. She created place card luggage tags which were a hit, many guests kept them and put them right on their suitcases for the journey home!! I love how personalized everything was - thanks to Sandi's attention to detail with napkins, signature drink signs, menus, place cards, programs, everything! It was all so beautiful! -

Sandi at Live Life Lettered took my daughter's wedding to the next level. My daughter's wedding was in June 2024 at the Middleburg Barn.
Live Life Lettered provided a beautiful welcome sign, a pretty sign at the gift table and guestbook table, signs for the buffet, signs for the bars, a beautiful seating chart on a mirror, amazing ceremony programs that were also fans, and beautiful signs for the numbered tables. Live Life Lettered gave the wedding a very polished and finished look that also made the ceremony and reception more functional. I cannot say enough good things about Live Life Lettered! -

I am so glad that someone introduced me to Sandi! She is AMAZING! She is very talented. I started with Custom Cocktail Napkins, Table Numbers, Welcome Sign & Table Assignment Mirror for my wedding. Closer to the date, I asked if she could make a mirror decal for my selfie mirror. She can do it all! I received so many compliments on the Custom Cocktail Napkins, Welcome Sign & Table Assignment Mirror. They were blown away by the writing and how beautiful it was. It was so much fun to watch and later see how many people enjoyed the selfie mirror that she was able to make happen for me. LLL is amazing!
I absolutely loved working with Live Life Lettered for my June 2024 wedding! Sandi managed all our paper needs from invitation suite to day-of signage. She can make anything happen, is so receptive to my very particular feedback, and also gives fantastic suggestions - not just to achieve my desired look and feel, but also to help me stay in budget. She stayed at my wedding for the entire day to make sure everything ran flawlessly, and even delivered us some of our amazing signage after our wedding. I wish i had more photos to share but Sandi is simply the best! She even threw in a few sweet extras, which ended up being lovely surprises and really put our day over the top. Sandi is the best!
From the first meeting with Sandi, our daughter felt “heard and understood.” Sandi designed and coordinated the mailing of the perfect invitations; and she provided signs, seating charts, programs, etc. for the ceremony and reception. On more than one occasion Sandi mailed a single invitation because of an error on our part, and she responded with quick suggestions and solutions every time we called. Amazing day of details & lovely to work with!
We worked with Sandi for our escort display, place cards & table numbers, menus, programs, and welcome sign. She did a fantastic job with all of them, executing on my vision perfectly and adding her own wonderful & creative ideas. If you are wondering to hire for paper and design, then your answer is yes! Sandi made the best invitations with our own special wax seal, hand painted ribbon, and hand picked envelope colors. We had several people say it was the best wedding invitation they had seen. But it didn't stop there! Sandi did an awesome job incorporating our dogs into the bar and napkins.. she also made the BEST menus. We even had a very unique candle lit seating chart and macaron boxes she made as party favors. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful Sandi is. Highly highly recommend! -

Sandi was recommended to me by my wedding planner, and I am SO GREATFUL for her! I described my visions to Sandi for my dessert and escort card tables (include the escort card design), welcome sign/table/guestbook, signature cocktail menu, and other elements of my wedding, and her expertise and recommendations were spot on. She send me samples of papers and colors for the escort cards, proof designs for signage, and pictures of other weddings she had done so I could see how she would set up the tables. She understood my "look" and aesthetic perfectly (simple, clean, elegant, NOT rustic, and almost no color). She had ideas I would never have imagined on my own, and everything looked so professional and cohesive. My wedding day would not have looked as beautiful as it did without her!! -

Every Event Needs LiveLifeLettered!!
We worked with LiveLifeLettered for a couple of weddings (we had a small and larger wedding). Every detail was thought of and executed with the consultation of LiveLifeLettered. The owner, Sandi, understood our vision and saw it through seamlessly and beautifully. She made excellent recommendations and guided us in considering details we hadn't thought of. We continue to receive compliments on how pretty our table settings were and décor of both venues and all the credit goes to Sandi. We also partnered with her to create my bouquet made from family jewelry that turned out to be absolutely stunning. I absolutely cannot recommend Sandi enough. Sandi was like a maid of honor, mother, and wedding planner all in one. Our wedding was absolutely amazing, and Sandi is to credit for probably 99% of that. She has a wonderful vision when it comes to decor, and she completely runs with whatever the couple wants but makes it cute. She also is an amazing coordinator, working with all the other vendors. Wedding planning got infinitely better once we hired Sandi. She is a walking Pinterest board and an all around good person. -

Working with Sandi to design the final touches for our October 3rd wedding was an absolute dream. She designed the place cards, seating chart, bar sign, as well as other signage around the venue. I only wished I discovered her earlier so that she could have designed our wedding suite! She provided multiple options for signage rentals, such as the table numbers and card box, which was a wonderful option for us too.
Sandi was professional, talented, and went above and beyond (including hand delivering samples to my home due to USPS delays)! She was great to work with and so responsive. Her keen eye helped to develop a unified color story and font style from the bar sign to the wax seals (which were SO cute) that worked perfectly with our florals and tablescapes. I cannot say more wonderful things about her other than you should absolutely hire her for your wedding! -

When our destination wedding had to be moved from overseas back stateside last year, I had no idea what I was doing or where to start. My florist recommended Sandi to me for stationary and decor, and I knew after talking to her once that I was in the right hands. Not only did she immediately understand my vision for a classic and timeless look, she thought of everything I hadn’t, and provided guidance to me where I was left floundering. She was kind, thorough, responsive, and her attention to detail was unrivaled. She had excellent relationships with my vendors and venue, also, making execution seamless, and going above and beyond to make sure everything not only looked perfect, but went off without a hitch. My wedding wouldn’t have been near as perfect or easy without her — in fact, most people told me I was the calmest bride they’d ever seen, and I attribute much of that to knowing my little details were in Sandi’s hands! You will not regret hiring her — your life will be easier, your party will be better, and you will likely get a friend for life out of it, too! -

Sandy was a delight to work with on wedding signs and our seating chart. She worked with our schedule and vision coming up with unique ideas. I can be a bit of a perfectionist and she worked through multiple rounds of edits delivering a fantastic product. Sandy provided custom both semi-custom options so we could choose where our funds were best spent (i.e., using her frames and welcome signage that just added our names.) Her pet drawings are amazing - everyone loved the picture of our dog on the drink sign. We were a bit late in hiring her and she fit us in and even dropped off the wedding programs at the ceremony! We highly recommend. -
