  Hiring a travel agent was not part of the original plan for our destination wedding!

  My now husband and I were in search of a wedding venue in Cancun. We decided to take a trip for one week there and made appointments to visit properties so we could test them out for a couple of days each. We met with wedding staff and went over the process of having a destination wedding. Once we decided on a property, to our surprise, the wedding coordinator mentioned that it would be wise to find a travel agent and gave a small list of various reasons why it would be a good idea. I assumed that would add complication. But under their advice I hopped online and searched for ones near me. I came across Live Laugh Love Travel. Spoke with one of the agents who happened to be the owner. I explained to her that it was recommended to me to find a travel agent to work with for our destination wedding and told her it was the hotel staff that recommended it. She was surprised that the hotel would recommend but said it was the right thing for resort to do. After working with her from start to finish, I would have to agree with resort and with our forever travel agent. Marilyn was quick to respond every time we had a question. She helped us put together the wedding invite. She was great with our guest. She always kept us up to date on our guest list. She stayed in contact with everyone. One of the biggest things I noticed is that the resort contacts seemed to fall off the face of the earth when I would reach out direct. They were different in person than they were when we were back home. I would express concern over our choice to work with them due to lack of communication with Marilyn and she would quickly get to the bottom of things and make sure they stayed in touch with us. She worked her magic more than once. The cutest part was that she prepared physical documents for all of our guest and they were contained in a cute box with travel gifts. My guest may have thought we had something to do with that, but it was all on her own accord. She was amazing and I will be using her for all of our travel needs. Thank goodness I took the advice of that resort staff member, otherwise, I may have never known what it was like to work with a travel agent.

  Will never plan travel without them again!

  I knew traveling during a year with COVID concerns was going to be a challenge, but no idea how much of a challenge it was going to actually be until constant changes were occurring which was causing much chaos, stress, anxiety amongst my wedding guest. Thank goodness, I had the help of Live Laugh Love Travel! If I had to deal with this on my own, I do not think I would have survived long enough to make it to my own wedding. I had my doubts about using a travel agent or agency in the past when doing my own personal travel, but after what I just went through, I see no reason to ever book my own travel again. If you are planning a destination wedding or even just planning a small personal vacation, I would highly recommend this travel agency and of course going to give a shout out to my personal agent Marilyn! She was there every step of the way and when I would start to lose hope, she was there to bring me back to reality. She may have even been my counselor at times. I know this was just as hard on her too. I know we were a rough bunch to deal with but I totally appreciate her.

  Highly Recommend

  Marilyn of Live Laugh Love Travel helped me pick a location for my destination wedding and arranged accommodations and airfare for my fiancée and I, and 26 guests. Coordinating 28 people for a wedding outside of country during a pandemic offers unique challenges. Marilyn kept us up to date on the ever changing travel requirements and fielded a lot of guest’s questions. She is very responsive! We all made it to Jamaica and back safely and in good health. In addition, I had a MAJOR last minute issue with the resort we were booked at and thanks to her connections, she was able to work as a liaison for me and help me save the wedding! I can’t begin to tell you how stressful that was and I’m so thankful I had her in my corner! My guests really liked her and many have said they will use her for future travel. Highly recommend!

  Made my life so much easier!

  I usually plan my own travel, but when trying to plan a destination wedding, I felt I had no choice but to try and locate an expert. I first attempted to contact resorts directly, but the communication was not quite right.
  Marilyn at Live Laugh Love Travel was the best find I could have hooped for. She made the process so much easier and she was helping me and my guest stay on top of their own travel arrangements. She was able to get a better offer for contracted groups than what the resorts were offering. I know she does not only work with weddings and so with my recent experience, I am going to have to say, I will only be using a travel agent - well Marilyn from now on when it comes to planning any type of travel!

  We were looking for someone to help us find an amazing honeymoon package for a great deal without compromising our comfort. That is exactly what we were given with LLLT. Plus they were very flexible in allowing us to make payments towards our honeymoon instead of paying it all up front. I have used other travel agents before, but this agency so far has the best one i have ever worked with. Im using them from now on.

  We were very happy to find this travel agency. We actually found it as we were doing a random online search for local travel agencies. They made things so much easier on us in helping us locate a venue that would meet our needs. On top of that, all of our guest were able to communicate with them directly to make all of their unique request for travel arrangements. It would have been extremely rough on us if we had to answer all of their questions. We had enough to deal with. We even booked out honeymoon to Greece through them which we are extremely excited about. We are going to use them for all of our travel from now on. This was super easy and the staff were super friendly. Oh and the fact that they take their time in making sure you get the best deal was a big plus!

  I worked directly with Marilyn, and everything was very smooth and enjoyable. The biggest thing of note -- she got back to me very quickly any time I sent an email, within a few hours usually. She was able to get us a great deal, was very clear about what was and wasn't included, and was generally very helpful.

  Marilyn was super helpful, responsive and kind throughout the whole booking and traveling process. We were attending a friend's wedding overseas and she was very informative about every travel detail we needed!

  Where do I start? First of all, we had never ever used a travel agent before. My expectation was that this is going to cost me a pretty penny. But I had a friend who had recommended her travel agent to me and swore up and down that I would not be disappointed and that it would not cost me a dime to user her help. I reached out to her contact and from the beginning I already felt at ease. I explained that we were interested in a destination wedding but I am hoping to make this easier on me in regards to planning this whole thing out. She pretty much walked me through the expected steps, she helped me narrow down our resort option, she found an excellent contracted deal for my entire group, she helped me set up the travel information for my group on my wedding website, she made sure I had constant contact with my hotels wedding coordinator, she made sure to help me find least expensive ways to do add ins for my ceremony, She was able to get us free room upgrades for not only us, but our parents AND we received about $2100 back in cash which totally helped us out. She was also able to get us a free wedding ceremony/reception and we just had to pay for any upgrades and overage on head count. It saved us a lot of money! She did her best in making sure that everyone in my group only had to pay a small deposit which would allow them to make payments for their trip. This was a blessing because this allowed many more guest to join us. Guest that I thought for sure would say no because it was going to cost too much. However, more people came than I thought would. She also made sure they had a better rate at all times so they would for sure book in our group. So everyone got a great deal! The end result was that we had no complications and she made it easy for us all the way through. I am just happy to know that we can use her for all of our travel and I plan on doing just that.
