LRF is gorgeous - both the venue and the grounds. We had our daughter's wedding here Nov '25 and it couldn't have been a more perfect celebration. And outdoor ceremony in the beautiful gazebo followed by a cocktail hour and reception inside. Everything we planned for happened effortlessly thanks to the incredible wedding coordinator we worked with there - Leslie Boyd. Leslie being in charge allowed me to relax and enjoy the entire experience with my daughter. I can't say enough about the venue, or Leslie - you won't be disappointed! -

Little River Farms was the perfect venue for our wedding in May 2025! It’s absolutely stunning. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the space was. The grounds, ceremony area, and reception space all felt elegant and welcoming. The team who works there is just as amazing - so kind, organized, and supportive throughout the planning process and on the big day.
One of the things we loved most was the large space for the guys to get ready and hang out in - this was a deal-breaker for us when searching for a venue. While we had our ceremony at the gazebo (which was gorgeous), we also loved knowing that the indoor space was just as beautiful in case of rain. It gave us peace of mind leading up to the day.
The only downside was that the venue allows tours on the day of your wedding. While we were getting ready and moving around the space, there were people walking through for tours. It felt a bit intrusive and surprising, especially on such a personal and important day.
That said, the overall experience was still incredible, and we’re so glad we chose Little River Farms. Book early - they book up fast! We’ll always remember how beautiful everything was and how smoothly the day went. -

We had our wedding at Little River Farms and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The venue is beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out. It has a modern farmhouse feel that’s both elegant and relaxed, with great flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces. Our guests kept commenting on how gorgeous and comfortable everything was.
What really made the experience exceptional, though, was working with Leslie, our coordinator. She was truly amazing, professional, organized, and just incredibly good at what she does. From the start, she was responsive and on top of every detail, which made the planning process so much less stressful. On the wedding day, she kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes and made sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
It’s rare to find someone so calm, efficient, and kind all at once. Leslie made a huge difference in how smooth and enjoyable the day felt for us, and we’re really grateful for all the work she put in to make it happen.
If you’re thinking about Little River Farms, we’d absolutely recommend it, and if you get to work with Leslie, you’ll be in excellent hands. -

We loved how effortlessly beautiful Little River was, especially all of the outdoor space on a gorgeous March day in Georgia. This venue easily fit our ~170 guests without feeling claustrophobic. We loved that the venue had spaces for everything we needed: getting ready, taking pictures and signing our ketubah, cocktail hour, the ceremony, and the reception. We got several compliments from our guests on the venue and the catering by Southern Charmed Kitchen. We especially want to give Paige (our coordinator) a huge shout-out. Reflecting on our wedding day, we keep coming back to how seamlessly she ran everything: keeping us on schedule, making sure that the little details were in order (and we had several pretty specific DIY aspects), and managing our vendors. It was such a relief to not have to worry about those things and know that we were in such excellent hands!
Several of our vendors (One Night Entertainment DJ, Mike Moon Studio photography, and Atlantic Limo shuttles) work at Little River all the time, which made things a lot easier on us. Photographs are by Andy at Mike Moon Studios. -

We recently got married here at Little River Farms and it was one of the best decisions ever! This venue is absolutely gorgeous. We had our ceremony inside but the grounds are breathtaking and so many options to take pictures. Our coordinator was Paige, who was one of the nicest and hardest working people! Any question we had, she always answered it right away. The day of the wedding, she was always there for whatever we needed. She did our tour and we were lucky enough to have her as our day-of coordinator as well. Paige was truly the reason our wedding went so smoothly and perfect! The food was delicious! We did the plated dinner option and the food came out hot for everyone and was absolutely fantastic. Both the bridal suite and grooms den were perfect and spacious for the morning of to get ready in. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a place that has it all and that wants to work with great staff! This venue has indoor and outdoor ceremony options that are gorgeous. Overall, we are both very happy with our decision of having our wedding here and will always have these memories to look back on at Little River Farms. -

Little River Farms is a gorgeous venue! We so loved having our wedding here, and it was a gorgeous day! We were able to do our wedding ceremony outside by the gazebo, with the reception to follow inside. One of our favorite parts about doing our wedding here was that there was a rain option! If it were to have rained we could have done the whole ceremony and reception inside by the fireplace! I have attached pictures of both the gazebo, and fireplace.
Not only is the venue beautiful, but the staff at Little River Farms are amazing!!! Specifically, our wedding day coordinator Anna Beth was absolutely amazing! From our tour, two walk throughs, countless emails, to the day of our wedding, Anna Beth’s attention to detail did not go unnoticed. She is so sweet and thorough, we absolutely loved working with her! She made our wedding day absolutely spectacular!
Brooks and I highly recommend using Little River Farms as your venue, and make sure to ask for Anna Beth!

Little River Farms was the best venue we could have chosen for our wedding! This was such a beautiful venue all the way around. From the lovely grounds, to the modernized farm house space, and a elegant gazebo surrounded by a lake. Not only was the venue itself great, but the biggest thing that made this venue stand out was McKenzie, our wedding planner! She was amazing! She made sure that everything we discussed about our day came true! McKenzie and I were able to sit down a few times to fully discuss the timeline and where all the decorations would need to be placed. She kept everything and everyone in line on the day of the wedding. She always kept our drinks full and made sure we ate enough and that we had everything we needed to fully enjoy our special day! She even took some pictures for us that she sent me a few days after the wedding! McKenzie was so organized, thoughtful, and funny! I couldn't recommend her or Little River enough!! -

I cannot rave about Little River Farms enough. My husband and I live in the Atlanta area, but are both from out of state. We didn't think we would have our wedding in GA, but found Little River Farms after looking at a bunch of venues near our hometowns. From the minute we walked into Little River Farms, we knew this was it. The initial walk through and consultation was a breeze and done with so much care, and that continued throughout the entire process.
Let's face it, wedding planning can be stressful and honestly expensive. Little River Farms was with me every single step of the way. For me, going with a venue like Little River Farms that helps you coordinate and can provide every thing you need was a no brainer. It saved me time, and I believe it saved me money. Little River Farms and their staff knows how to do it right, down to every single detail.
AnnaBeth was my coordinator, and I truly could not have done any of it without her. She was extremely responsive, helpful, attentive, intentional, and professional throughout the entire process. On our wedding day, I felt like there were multiples of her, helping in every way possible. She moved throughout our day with so much grace and care. She was truly able to make my vision come to life, and I can not say enough nice things about her. I do Project Management for a living and can be a control-freak. I'm honestly not sure I would trust many people as much as I trusted AnnaBeth. I truly handed it all over to her come the wedding day, and I was able to enjoy my day and be 100% stress-free.
If you are considering Little River Farms, I would not hesitate one bit to book with them. So many of our guests said it was the most beautiful and well planned wedding they have ever attended. I owe that all to AnnaBeth and the Little River Farms team!!!
My husband and I are forever grateful! Thank you for giving us the best day of our lives!!! -

Little River Farms was the perfect venue for our September wedding. The grounds are beautiful and our ceremony was perfectly dreamy! Everyone was commenting on how perfect the venue was and how friendly and professional the staff was. McKenzie, our day of coordinator made us feel so at home and took care of our every need before we even thought of it! I cannot say enough about how relaxed we felt during the whole process and on our wedding day. We had no stress and got to enjoy our time with friends and family! This is the only venue I will ever recommend to anyone -

McKenzie at Little River Farms went absolutely ABOVE AND BEYOND for our wedding. She was extremely communicative and on top of the timeline and schedule . She helped us enjoy the little moments and find time for ourselves in the chaos of the events. She was amazing and we were so blessed to have her be part of our special day. Shortly after getting engaged, we scheduled a handful of venue tours, Little River Farms being the first one we attended. After touring the venue, we fell in love and proceeded to cancel all other tours we had scheduled and secured our date. We worked with Anna Beth Toole and she was incredible throughout the entire process. If we could do it all over again, we would choose Little River Farms as our venue over and over again, one hundred percent. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful it was and how amazing every single staff member was that night. It’s not often that I go to a wedding and hear people complimenting the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, but this is all we heard all night long. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Anna Beth! You truly were amazing and Tyler and I are forever grateful for you. -

Little River farms was everything I wanted. Intimate, elegant and simply yet classic. Anna Beth was so good at helping coordinate and plan our non traditional laid back party of a wedding. The one thing that really stuck out however was the food. No less then 20 people have told me we had the best wedding food of any wedding they’d been to. We chose to go with LRF in house caterer Southern Charm and I do not regret it. (I did tastings with 5 other caterers as well before choosing them) They customized dishes for us based on family recipes and the put together a lovely spread. I’m boujee when it comes to food and probably not like most brides in that was a huge thing that mattered to me. I really didn’t want a buffet but so glad we did that instead of plated. Everything was hot, replenished quickly and fresh. Highly recommend this venue, Anna Beth and their in house catering. -

I am a wedding planner based out of Cumming and I've worked at a lot of venues in the North Georgia area. Little River Farms is by far one of the best venues north of Atlanta. We had the pleasure of working with Shannon. She was on top of every detail and honestly made my job as planner so easy. She was prompt in responding emails, addressed any concerns we had, and went above and beyond for us. Her attention to detail is impeccable and on the wedding day she was on top of every detail making sure everything was done correctly. -

We just had our wedding at Little River Farms, and it was such a magical day! The outdoor ceremony area and the reception space were beautiful. Planning a wedding is not easy, but our coordinator McKenzie Rich made the experience so wonderful for us! Her sweet personality, positive attitude, kind heart, and great sense of humor motivated us so much. She went above and beyond to coordinate with all our vendors, capture every little detail and communicate effectively with everyone. She inspired us with so many great ideas as well since I had reached decision fatigue when I was in the middle of planning.
On the day of, she made sure that everything went according to plan, and it could not have been more perfect. She helped with the placement of the items that were meaningful to us. She aligned all the vendors, wedding party, families, and guests. She checked in on my husband and I countless times to make sure we were happy, well fed and hydrated. I truly felt like I had another Maid of Honor!
I’m so grateful for McKenzie and our memorable wedding day! It could not have been possible without her! I highly recommend Little River Farms for their gorgeous venue and phenomenal service. -

Our wedding at Little River Farms was the most incredible experience of our lives! Everything, from the first moment we walked onto the property, through all planning stages, to the day-of, was fantastic. Not only is the venue itself absolutely gorgeous and impeccably well-mantained, but the staff who work there are top notch. Our coordinator, Stefanie Stewart, was critical to the entire wedding planning process. She made everything so smooth on the day-of, thanks to her focus on the details and asking all the right questions in advance to ensure that the day was exactly as we had envisioned. Stefanie is absolutely AMAZING.
All of our guests were blown away by the ceremony and reception settings, and the entire event was so flawlessly executed by the event staff. There are so many different beautiful spaces within the estate home - the bridal suite and groom's den were the best of any venue we toured, and we had a blast getting ready there. We were lucky enough to have our cermony at the gazebo outside, and it was a beautiful backdrop to all our photos. The reception space was lovely on its own and hardly needed any decor additions to make it shine. The in-house caterer (Southern Charmed) was easy to work with, and the shrimp and grits we had for dinner was delicious! Truly cannot say enough good things about the day.
We will cherish the memories of our wedding forever. Thank you again to the Little River Farms staff for the amazing wedding day.

Best day of our lives!
LRF was the most PERFECT venue for our wedding! It had everything we wanted and more. There was plenty of space for all of our guests to enjoy cocktail hour and the reception. One thing that was important for us was a good "plan B" option for the ceremony in the event of poor weather. A lot of venues have great outdoor spaces for ceremonies but nothing inside. LRF has the most beautiful indoor ceremony space. It was the perfect mix of a classic and modern wedding space. The best part of LRF was our coordinator, Stefanie. She was AMAZING from start to finish. She was so friendly and easy to work with. She was very flexible in answering all of our questions and changing things for us many times along the way. She made sure everything went perfectly on our big day. I cannot thank her enough or LRF for helping us have the most perfect day. I wish we could relive it over and over again! I wouldn't change a thing about our wedding. If you get married there request Stefanie. She is the BEST! -

This was the most beautiful venue. Everything! My biggest must was for my groom to have somewhere for him and his men to enjoy on his wedding day just as nice as me. Also, to not be next to me because 1st looks aren't my thing. Many places either didn't have a groom's den or it was a small box very close to the bridal suite where we could easily run into each other. LRF was absolutely perfect. Beautiful roomy area for the bride and the groom. One was upstairs on the right and the other downstairs on the left. The venue is GORGEOUS. And I mean everything. From the grounds outside to the inside. It's enough space for your guests during covid but not too big where your wedding looks empty. Although everything is beautiful nothing tops the customer service. Everyone was absolutely welcoming. Perfect. From my initial tour to my wedding day. Every time I called, from finance to catering to valet. Of course I didn't use valet but my guests are still bragging about them and the rest of the staff. Stefanie was so sweet that my outside coordinator was amazed with her that she was so nice and efficient. She was so amazing. I could go on and on about the staff and this venue. My guests are still talking about it and keep comparing it to the weddings they've been to after mine but nothing compares. Not even close. I live SW Atlanta and initially thought this place was too far. For about a week or two I toured other venues but no other place could compare. It's just so perfect. Your wedding will be gorgeous inside or out. This is a place you can just invite your guests to without a single piece of decor and they will still say WOW this is gorgeous. -

Stefanie was our wedding coordinator and in short she was simply the best. She responded super quickly to any emails and if I wanted anything done, she had it. I did not have to worry about anything on our wedding day and everything turned out PERFECTLY. The venue was stunning, but most importantly, it was well run. I've looked at so many venues in the area for my sister's wedding five years prior as well as mine and this was by far the best one (she only didn't pick LRF because it was booked - note to book ASAP because it books up fast!). You get what you pay for with this venue for sure. Good luck to all of the brides looking out there! -

We had our wedding at the barn at Little River. It was an absolutely gorgeous venue. There is plenty of space in the barn for all your guest and dance floor. there is also a house that you can use to get ready for your big day!
When it comes to service and professionalism Little River Farms could not have done a better job. Every email and question was answered promptly. They were so nice and informative every step of the way. We booked them a year out and they kept in contact with us the entire time!
10/10 would recommend. -

My daughter got married in the middle of Covid (June 27th). We were the 4th wedding back since the shutdown. When we decided to go for it 6 1/2 weeks before her date we were so overwhelmed! Shannon was amazing from the first conversation. She made us feel so special and was so calm, organized, and professional throughout the entire process. It was a pleasure to work with her and her whole team! The wedding was absolutely gorgeous down to the last detail.
Because of the professionalism of Shannon and the venue in general, I as the mother of the bride, was completely at peace on our day. I truly enjoyed every moment because I knew "they had it." I highly recommend Little River Farms for any event. They went above and beyond and are truly a class act! -

From the day we toured in June of 2018 all the way through our wedding in June 2020, LRF was never anything short of amazing! Even with postponing the wedding because of COVID-19, they were wonderful to work with. The venue is beautiful and the staff are all incredibly kind and passionate about weddings. I love that the venue feels like home, has a great bridal AND groom's suite, and offers both indoor and outdoor ceremony options. I would highly recommend choosing LRF for your wedding! -

Absolutely LOVE Little River Farms! The entire venue is beautiful from the entrance into the home to the landscaping on the property. I received so many compliments about the venue throughout the day. Not only was the venue fantastic, so was the staff. There is not enough room here for all the gratitude my husband and I have for the staff at Little River Farms - especially Erica! We interacted with several different people from our initial tours, walkthroughs with our photographer and of course the big day. We were lucky enough to have Erica as our Event Manager leading up to and through our wedding. Erica is wonderful. She is very organized, has great suggestions and always found a way to accommodate any request anyone had with a smile on her face! My photographer also had nothing but great things to say about working with her to ensure everything remained on time. If you book with Little River Farms (which you should) be sure to ask for Erica! Thank you to everyone at LRF who helped make our day so special. We will cherish those memories forever. I look forward to returning for one of our friends weddings who booked at LRF! Little River Farms was such an awesome venue!!! They helped plan everything so perfectly. Erica was our wedding planner and we definitely lucked out! We could not have asked for a better experience. She was constantly checking on me, handled a very annoying floral issue/vendor with ease, and my whole family and wedding party adored her. LRF delivered on all of their promises. They set up everything beautifully and carried out the transition from the wedding in the meadow, cocktail hour on the lawn, and dinner in the atrium seamlessly. Their bartenders were so nice and accommodating. Brendan and I were elated with LRF!!! -

Little River Farms is truly what wedding dreams are made of. My husband(!) and I had the pleasure of getting married there last weekend and it was a spectacular experience from start to finish. Not to mention, a hurricane blew through the state mere days before the wedding and LRF crew kept us informed as this happened and restored the grounds to tip-top shape before we even arrived.
First of all, if you've never seen LRF, do yourself a favor and visit their website to see the gorgeous grounds, gazebo, pavilion, and bridal and groom suites. I was sold from the moment I found the venue online, but the experience only got better after we reserved our date and began to work with their fantastic FANTASTIC team. LRF made it so easy to plan a wedding with them because they have great relationships with excellent local vendors and they are party planning experts. Even more than this, they are clearly a well-oiled machine when it comes to organizing and hosting beautiful weddings. If there were any hiccups on the wedding day, I never knew about them! Besides being just generally wonderful, they also make you feel like the most important bride/groom/family/guest in the world when you're there. Working with LRF was the best wedding decision we made. I cannot praise them and thank them enough for bringing to life the most beautiful celebration I have ever been a part of. Our in-house coordinator, Brittany, deserves some kind of national recognition for the organization, communication, patience, kindness, and hustle she delivered for our wedding. She is truly a gem. I recommend LRF strongly and without any hesitation. I would live the whole experience over again if I could :) -

I want to mention that Brittany, our month-of coordinator provided by LRF, was the absolute best part. She actually gave us the first tour and was later chosen to be our coordinator. She was so organized, responsive, friendly, and professional coordinator we could have asked for. Even when our wedding was becoming a little disastrous in the middle with guests leaving earlier than expected, she was on top of things, making the end of the night the best part. Seriously, if you are on the fence about your venue, you don't need to hesitate. Little River Farms is soooo beautiful and the staff is amazing. Thank you so much for a wonderful, fun wedding day! -

Samantha and her team had everything we needed up for the ceremony and reception in a record amount of time. LRF is very reasonably priced, especially in the Alpharetta/Milton area. The bridal suite is very spacious and elegant, and the groomsman suite was perfect for the size of the party. Little River Farms is an exceptional value - and the property and landscape is just breathtaking!! -
Abby Sent on 02/14/2018LOVE. THIS. VENUE. From the moment I contacted Little River Farms, they were so friendly and so responsive. I was so impressed with how quickly they got back to me, which really helps a bride feel at ease when you're trying to tour venues and pick a day before it's gone.
Being a wedding photographer, I had toured this venue with my sweet bride (before I was engaged). And I was absolutely blown away by the gorgeous light upstairs in the bridal suite and the amazing space for the men downstairs. It was the best I had ever seen for both the bride AND the groom. Then, the grounds are so beautiful. Nestled away in Milton, full of beautiful trees and space for pictures. Well, a month later, I got engaged and I knew just the venue to contact! I didn't even tour other venues once I received their packages/information. This was the one. The beauty of the venue in addition to the level of service is the perfect combination for a successful wedding day. We did a wedding under 100 people and the space still felt perfect for us.
This venue also has the best plan B I have ever seen for a possible rainy wedding day. I knew that if it rained on our wedding day, this venue would not have me worried. The farmhouse itself has a lot of opportunity for pictures as well. The house itself makes you feel like you are at your own home and wow, what a great bonus to your wedding day, especially when you're getting ready! I absolutely loved getting ready, getting married and celebrating all in the same place. I mentioned to one of the women that I felt this way and she got so excited because they always hope that people feel right at home there.
I LOVE all of the extra things that Little River Farms offers such as the ceremony confetti cannon ( a big hit!) and the garden umbrellas (perfect for our sunny outdoor ceremony).
There are just so many good things to say about this venue. It was perfect for us! Thank you, Little River Farms! -

When planning our wedding, choosing the venue was our top priority, and Little River Farms was love at first sight. The gazebo and lake were the perfect backdrop for our ceremony, and the reception space was just as beautiful. The venue felt welcoming and matched everything we envisioned for our special day.
Delena was our coordinator during the three months leading up to the wedding, and Hayley was our day-of coordinator. Both were incredibly patient, attentive, and dedicated, guiding us through every step of the process and making sure everything came together perfectly.
Southern Charmed Catering by Little River Farms was outstanding. The food was delicious, the menu selection was easy, and the entire team was a pleasure to work with. We truly had an amazing experience. -

Hannah Sent on 08/10/2025The Hannahs’ Summer Wedding was Wonderful at LRF!
We had about 150 guests, split between 15 tables at the reception which was perfect size for LRF. The groomsmen’s suite was MUCH better than most other venues, including a pool table and easy outdoor access. The location was very convenient to downtown Alpharetta, and we got a great group price at the Even Hotel and did rehearsal dinner at Up on the Roof. We loved having an outdoor ceremony by the gazebo and the walking path was level enough for my grandmother with a cane. We were able to visit LRF several times beforehand and it worked out for us to drop off linens and some decor the day before our Saturday wedding. They do have some umbrellas to offer shade, but for hot-weather weddings we recommend coming prepared with small electric fans to keep the bride and groom cool and for any older guests. Our wedding planner Vicki was extremely helpful as a day-of coordinator to ensure that everything went smoothly with all our vendors (including 2 late night snacks). The bartending and serving staff were efficient and friendly, and we had 2 bars open inside with one out on the front porch. The drinks, food and venue being packaged together was convenient. Our DJ (Riley from RCDJCo) was detail-oriented with a pre-wedding questionnaire and had seamless transitions between the songs that kept our guests on the dance floor! We highly recommend Little River Farms and their catering and bar staff🌹 -

Little River Farms was the whole package! It is an absolutely stunning venue with welcoming and helpful staff members, and I couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else. You have access to the whole venue starting at 10am, which was amazing for the bridal party. The bridal suite and groom's den are two underrated parts of this venue, as they are separate and keep both parties entertained for the day leading up to your ceremony. I love the different options for ceremony venues-- we were married at the gorgeous gazebo, but there are other locations outside you can choose to use and the inside is lovely for those who would prefer an indoor wedding for any reason. The cocktail hour was held outside and in the front of the house, which was plenty of space for our guests, and the reception hall was lovely and spacious. We had SO much space for the dance floor, which was great for our rowdy crowd. I used many vendors on their preferred vendor list and used their in-house catering company (Southern Charmed Catering), and I loved all of my vendors! I couldn't imagine a more perfect venue, and am so grateful to have had an amazing wedding day. -

We fell in love with this venue the moment we walked in. It got even better once it came time for our big day, as they had made some great improvements (like AC in the ballroom and renovations of the bridal and groomsman suites!)
Samantha was our gal and she did amazing from start to finish.
It actually rained minutes before the ceremony and their team ran out to save our guests from the rain with umbrellas and towels to dry off! Very pleased since as the bride I couldn’t help.
Our big day was amazing thanks to them! 5 stars!
The only tiny negative would be the limitations to vendors — but we totally understand it’s a part of the business — and not being able to provide your own booze — it turns out tot be something to heavily consider in your budget when you’re not able to bring it in (and this could absolutely vary by city/county laws) -

Christine Sent on 12/09/2017My husband and I were married at this beautiful farm on July 30th. I grew up near this area & upon my first tour, I knew we had to have our wedding here. We chose a Sunday morning ceremony with a fun brunch reception. The venue was accommodating for all of our needs - and was great to work with. My only negative was the charging for every little decor item - which ultimately led us to make/purchase most of ours. We loved Jennifer & Rachael - these two ladies made every step of the way absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend this venue for your big day!
