August 2025 wedding
We had the most amazing fairytale wedding at Little America. The venue is gorgeous and the entire staff was fantastic. Thank you to Courtney Nesvold for coordinating everything and checking on us every moment of the way and orchestrating such a beautiful event. We fell in love with Little America our first trip to Flagstaff. It was on a breathtaking hike, that is on the property, that Tom proposed to me. Thus, it became the perfect place to get married. We highly recommend this venue and look forward to many more stays at Little America. Thank you all for the unforgettable day.

Little America was the third venue we looked at here in Flagstaff. We were very happy to find they provided nearly all the services we needed at a reasonable rate. The only outside vendor services we obtained were the DJ, Photographer and Baker for our cake. All the appetizers, dinner and deserts were catered by Little America and there was not a single complaint. Everything was delicious! We also used their bar service which was great. We loved our bar tender; he was very charismatic and personable talking with all our guest throughout the night.
Courtney Nesvold was our wedding coordinator, and I cannot say enough good things about her! She was so easy to work with, very caring and knowledgeable of the services that Little America could provide, however she never made us feel like she was "selling" us. She simply wanted us to have the day we envisioned. On the Big Day everything was taken care of by Courtney and Little America staff. We held our ceremony on the East Lawn which was just gorgeous. They did such a beautiful set-up, and I could not have been happier with how it turned out.
Courtney was by my side the whole time; keeping me calm (don't cry!) and breathing. She kept us on track and on time throughout the evening with each event planned with a big glowing smile. She gave us plenty of "warnings" and little signals when things were coming up or it was time to move along. I absolutely loved the entire experience working with Courtney. Perfect wedding at Little America Flagstaff
Our daughters wedding and reception at Little America Flagstaff was perfect, thanks to Stephanie Goodman, their Event Manager. She was always available, professional, and tended to every detail. Our confidence in her and the entire staff allowed us to have a great time without worrying that everything would be done how we wanted it. It was everything our daughter dreamed of, from the outside ceremony to the indoor reception in the Flagstaff room. Comments from all our guests always included the word “perfect”. Little America was an absolutely perfect wedding venue. It completely exceeded our expectations. Stephanie is a huge help with the wedding planning and especially on the day of. My husband and I can not recommend this venue enough.Little America Hotel Flagstaff's reply:

The Little America, and Stephanie especially, were AMAZING and put in so much effort to making our day as spectacular as it was. Between her and our photographer, we didn't even need a wedding planner - she was so knowledgeable and helpful, she was honest about what would and wouldn't work and made sure we had all the things we needed to pull off the event. She was a joy to work with and was so approachable and available. We changed our minds and plans so many times and she took it in stride. This was the second venue I saw and the first venue my husband saw. The greenery and landscape really captivated us and Stephanie's personality is what sold us. She was beyond helpful and answered all of our questions. Their guidelines are super easy to abide by. Our guests loved that they could stay there and attend the wedding there. We ended up gathering both nights in the bar hanging out with people visiting too. Breakfast we did off site and everything is so close so it was very easy for everyone. Stephanie recommend a place for rehearsal dinner and it was perfect for our gigantic party. Stephanie made a cake appear when our baker forgot to deliver our cake. Hands down we would have our wedding here again. We can't wait to visit for years to come.Little America Hotel Flagstaff's reply:

Best Wedding Weekend Ever!… thanks to Little America Hotel, Flagstaff
We had our wedding at Little America in Flagstaff, on January 22nd, 2022. The hotel property was perfect! We live in Phoenix, but chose to have the wedding in Flagstaff because we wanted all of our family and close friends to be able to feel like they were on a weekend vacation together. We had our Ceremony, Reception, and Hotel Accomodations all at Little America. I can’t tell you how nice it was to have everything at one venue and all of our guests to be able to spend the weekend together. The Hotel accommodated all of our needs, gave us an amazing discount on rooms for our wedding group, and our guests kept telling us how impressed they were with the hotel and staff.
Hotel Event Coordinator, Stephanie, was amazing right from the beginning. We live in Phoenix, 2 hours away, so I was afraid it was going to be difficult, but it wasn’t. I met with Stephanie in person three times before the weekend, and she always made time for us. I emailed and called her often, and she always responded within 24 hours if not immediately. I couldn’t believe she had just done her 500th wedding when we first met her, because she seemed too young for that to be possible. But as we worked with her, I knew it must be true because she was so incredibly knowledgeable. She was very flexible and explained all of Little America’s options to fit our tastes perfectly. On the weekend of the wedding there were some things that did not go as planned (on our part not the hotel’s), I of coarse panicked but Stephanie was right there to do whatever she could to make it better, which she did. It was just so nice to have someone so attentive and that truly cared about us, our wedding, and making it the most special day ever.Little America Hotel Flagstaff's reply:

Stephanie is Amazing!
Stephanie was amazing to work with for our wedding. I had a specific vision for my wedding, as most brides do, and she helped to bring that to life in the best way. She was very responsive and helped to keep me sane during the planning process. We were worried about rain on the day of the wedding and we’d wanted it outside under their gazebo. She told me that we could wait until 45 minutes before the ceremony was set to start to make a decision and when it came time to decide she didn’t make me feel crazy about keeping it outside. The rain broke about 15 minutes before our ceremony and it was perfect. She even made sure my best friend, who has very specific dietary restrictions was able to get a meal for herself separate from our catered meal. At the end of the night she surprised us with a bottle of the wine we’d enjoyed most in the room they moved us to. It was a perfect day!!Little America Hotel Flagstaff's reply:

We had the pleasure of working with Stephanie Goodman on our wedding day at Little America. We were initially meant to have our wedding at Arizona Snowbowl, but unfortunately because of the fires, Snowbowl closed and we weren’t able to have it there anymore. Thankfully, Stephanie was able to get us into the gorgeous Little America venue on the same day, and she made sure that everything was just as it would have been at Snowbowl. She found out we would be having our wedding at Little America only 3 days beforehand, and she worked so hard to make sure that everything was as we wanted it. She was so flexible and willing to work with our requests without getting annoyed with us, and she put up with all of our indecisiveness at our rehearsal so kindly. Our wedding day ended up being amazing, and we’re so thankful to Stephanie for having such a big hand in making that happen. Little America as a venue is so beautiful, and the food was great! We’d definitely recommend Little America for a wedding venue, and especially because you’ll be able to work with Stephanie!Little America Hotel Flagstaff's reply:

Angela Sent on 10/06/2015We worked with Brenda Naughton from the Little America Hotel to coordinate our wedding!
She was absolutely fantastic! From putting up with all my emails/questions back and forth to last minute changes on the day of, she made it all happen!
I cant thank her enough for how wonderful our wedding turned out and how all my ideas came together with her help!
We live 3 hours outside Flagstaff and did about 90% of the planning via email and phone which Brenda was very quick to get back to me and work with anything I needed!
I cant say enough about the food, every single one of my guests was raving about how great the food was! I heard so many times from people that "it was the best wedding food they have ever had!!!" The set up and clean up was very coordinated and went off without a hitch!
I also want to say how beautiful the outdoor locations for our ceremony and reception turned out being! On the day of, our weather turned out perfectly and the locations looked fantastic! It was the perfect day!!! The right amount of greenery and fall colors were starting to peek through and the lush woods were everything we envisioned for our wedding!! (not to forget about the playground and trail areas which was perfect for all the kids/teens that attended our wedding) I never had to worry about anyone getting bored, or lost, or hurt..It was the perfect set up for our large amount of family and friends! Im so glad I ended up deciding on this location and everyone loved the outdoor scene as well! We had so many compliments at the end of the night, including some of the hotel staff!!

The venue's beauty speaks for itself, and the super realistic artificial turf for the ceremony enhances the experience because my girls were able to wear whatever heel type they wanted on the lawn. We had the reception in the Flagstaff room with 60 guests. The food was great, and the environment was absolutely gorgeous. Alondra and Veronica were responsive and flexible, and on the day of the wedding, they were warm to the bride and groom, always making sure we had a smile on our face, and making sure we felt like a bride and a groom. The only reason why we didn't give Little America the five stars they usually earn are because every little change comes with a big price. Little America provides their own catering, including dinners and drinks. We bought the cake separate. -
