I would absolutely recommend Lisa's Bon Appetit! The food was a huge hit, Jenna and her team were efficient and professional in both the setup and breakdown of the whole event, they just helped to make our wedding amazing and everything went so smoothly. Jenna was also extremely flexible and such a champ with my food indecisiveness! Do yourself a favor and use Lisa's Bon Appetit for your wedding! Thanks guys!!! -

I had the best experience working with Louis Palacios catering manager for Lisa's Bon Appetit. Louis took care of all the details for my event. Also, the food was delicious and fresh and the presentation was outstanding! -

My husband & I are so glad we chose Lisa’s for our wedding day! They were professional, timely, and worked well with our budget. We initially had Alicia as our head server; but since the company offers event coordinating services, we agreed to move her over to day-of coordinator and have Jenna as our head server. We were really happy with our decision as both ladies were such a pleasure to work with. Most importantly, our guests absolutely LOVED the food. The bartending and serving staff members provided by LBA were wonderfully polite and attentive, putting us at ease. They also didn’t charge us a cake-cutting fee when we brought in a cake from an outside vendor, which was very convenient for us. I’d highly recommend hiring LBA for any event! -

I have used Lisa's for years and always have Louis book my events. Whether big or small, every event and order is delicious and the customer service is, by far, the very best!! Louis always makes the best recommendations and his professionalism and aplomb reflect well on Lisa's Bon Appetit. They are my go to for any and all events!! -

My husband and I were planning a boat cruise and the first place we thought of to help us cater the event was Lisa's Bon Appetit. Louis was our event coordinator and he did an outstanding job!! He was professional and very knowledgeable. He knew knew exactly which appetizers would be best on a boat, how much to order, and he asked questions to make sure that we did not forget anything. He even went out to the dock and and scoped out the boat before the event. My husband were also impressed with the servers who helped us pull off a beautiful evening with friends. They helped so much with not only the food but ensuring that our guests had everything that they needed. All of our friends continue to talk about this fabulous evening. We will definitely use Lisa's Bon Appetit again!! -

over the years i have used Lisa's Bon Appetit and have ALWAYS been very please. The food is really excellent in taste and presentation. The servers we have had are top notch .....i just be at my party and don't even go into the kitchen or pay attention to the food etc. It has made entertaining very enjoyable. They put any leftovers away...wrap them up...etc and never come and ask me. They just take charge. I will continue using them again in the future. -

Lisa's staff has always been highly professional and helpful when I do my parties. Lisa's has a great variety of food and it is all delicious. They come and set up everything and clean up everything so you can enjoy yourself during your party. -

We hired Lisa,s Bon Apetite to cater our daughters wedding. When I called I spoke to Louis and told him that my daughter and her fiancé wanted a stuffed chicken breast and tri tip. Louis prepared an amazing menu to go along with what they wanted . He suggested herb roasted vegetables, Rosemary mashed potatoes and their signature salad. We also wanted stationary horderves and passed horderves. The wedding was an outdoor wedding at the Southcoast Botanical Gardens. Louis was very familiar with the venue and walked us thru everything we needed . They supplied the servers, bartenders, cake, and we also had a dersert and coffee bar. Every server that Lisa,s sent to work the wedding was beyond helpful and some of the most professional people we have ever worked with. The entire staff was there from the beginning to the end of the evening. Almost every guest raved about the food, stating it was the best food they ever had at wedding. The dersert bar was a huge hit ! If you are looking for a caterer for any upcoming event, look no further than Lisa's. I highly recommend them. I give them 5 stars for food, service and professionalism. Louis and Lisa's Bon Apetite truly made my daughters wedding day a huge success. -

Louis from Lisa's Bon Appetit was GREAT to work with. He was fun, knowledgeable, flexible and attentive to all details. The servers the night of the reception made everything flow to perfection and were so easy to have in our home organizing the event. Jamie, the head server, was so very professional and personable. I used them for my mother-in-law's funeral. I'm go glad I did. They took care of everything from set-up to clean-up. I appreciated the fact that the family was able to visit with the guests rather than worry about the food. -

The food and service was top notch, BUT the bookers did not evaluate our event correctly for number of servers. They seemed to be following a "cut and paste" script instead of tailoring it appropriately for our event. (Thus the three and a half stars for professionalism) After we questioned the invoice, a supervisor stepped in to validate our concern and make the correction. We also were subsequently told of how a la carte service would satisfy our portion concerns. Garrett (our server) knew both the catering side AND the facility location. This was a huge plus. The wedding rehearsal guests were very complimentary. -

For my wedding reception, Lisa's Bon Appetit provided tray passed and stationery appetizers, desserts, water, and lemonade for 100 people.
Everything about Lisa's was efficient. I dropped by without an appointment one day on my way home from work and, less than hour later, walked out with my wedding menu all planned and a contract signed. Closer to wedding time, I dropped by again to change the number of people on our guest list. The gentleman who was there that day fixed my menu for the new number of people and suggested I had over-ordered to begin with and should cut the number of items on my list. He helped me work out how much I really needed, which cut my costs significantly.
The day of the wedding, Lisa's staff showed up on time and set up quickly. During the reception, they kept the tables stocked and looking pretty. I felt like they also went above and beyond their catering duties, assisting wherever they saw we needed assistance.
I do feel like I paid A LOT for appetizers and dessert, but the outstanding service somewhat mitigated this. -

My daughter has used Lisa's BA for 10+ years for her every party need. She uses the full catered events but also pick up trays for more casual parties.When we moved to this area 3 years ago, I called them and started using them for every party.
Their food is always great! Certain favorites we always order but then there is always something else to add so it not the "same old". Their grazing station menu is a crowd pleaser and great value for money. We have used the Taco bar, Mac&Cheese bar and Mashed Potato bar.
They also make beautiful cakes and cup cakes!
Their staff is excellent! Full service Excellent - deliver, set up (always looks great. Just tell them the theme and colors). Great at passing food and making sure trays look great the whole time. Best of all is the do a great job at cleaning up. -

It was a bit difficult dealing with the catering office, probably because they are so busy. Even though I gave them specific changes to the menu and number of guests, etc, after the very delicious tasting, they showed up to the walk through with all of the info that was months outdated. However, that day, the service was incredible. Those three staff members were simply amazing. They told me they fixed a bunch of decorations that had been out of place before we got there and everything looked great. The guests commented on how good the food was and they even packaged everything up for my mom to take leftovers home.
I'm so glad that everything ended up working out because that day was absolutely perfect. I hope if you go with them, you have a great experience planning AND day of, but if your servers are like mine, the event will for sure be great. -

I am not in the habit of giving a perfect score, but Jenna worked with me through all the ordering details of our event worked it as well. I contacted her numerous times and she did not lose her patience once. She is professional and very polite, punctual, more than efficient and assisted us with our requests at the party. Food was prepared and displayed in a timely manner and removed promptly at the correct time. Her assistant was professional and helpful as well. In the future for our next event, we will request Jenna. She is a gem.
