Our new go-to photographer
My husband found Lisa for a hidden photographer at our engagement in Emerald Bay, he said he choose her because she was prompt with responses, flexible, and easy to work with. I'm so glad he did... because we've also used her for a ranch-themed photoshoot and our wedding day since, and everything has turned out stunning. My favorite thing about Lisa is she is down for the creative shots and trying new things- we dragged her through snow and muddy pastures to get the shot for goodness sake. Her assistant on our wedding day was also fantastic. Well worth the price to have someone who is talented, easy to work with, AND is a good human being. Hoping to use her more in the future. -

Lisa was incredibly easy to talk to and work with from the get-go.
Our engagement photos were a blast- it really felt like an adventure as we were guided around our woodsy Lake Tahoe spot, laughing, posing, and enjoying each other's company.
The photos came out incredible, particularly her double-exposure shots. We had so much fun that we decided to hire her for our wedding photos as well. Lisa was professional and up-to-date on all our plans for the day, even going out of her way to set up exceptional first-look photos and fun private moments outside our venue.
Our day-after shoot went just as well as the engagement photos. We don't just look good when shot by her, we look classy.
Lisa is a joy to talk to and plan with as well. Her work is great, but there were no difficulties in planning where to go, what to shoot, and when. We were truly blessed to have her as the one to capture these memories for us. -

Lisa was absolutely amazing from start to finish! I first found her on Instagram and realized she had photographed one of my brother’s friends’ weddings — and now she’s doing another one of his friends’ weddings after ours! Her light and bright style instantly caught my eye, but it was her personality that really sealed the deal. She’s carefree yet passionate about what she does, and her pricing is very reasonable for the quality and effort she brings.
From the start, Lisa was incredibly communicative and flexible. She even offered us a free engagement session and later did a boudoir shoot for me as a surprise for my husband — both experiences were so fun and made me feel completely at ease. On our wedding day, she arrived early, was calm and organized, and kept everything running smoothly — even with our interesting family dynamics! She made sure we stayed on track for timing and sunset photos, and her second shooter was just as professional and easygoing.
When unexpected weather delayed our ceremony, Lisa kept the energy up by taking photos of my bridesmaids and me dancing before the ceremony. She truly made the best of every moment and never once seemed flustered. Throughout the night, she was friendly and fun with our guests but firm when she needed to be to keep things moving — the perfect balance.
We received a preview gallery of over 250 photos the very next day (which was such an exciting surprise!) and got our full gallery about four months later. Reliving the day through her photos was incredible — the dance floor shots, the speeches, and all the candid reactions perfectly captured the joy and energy of our day. Her editing style is classic, light, and timeless, exactly what I had hoped for.
Lisa is down-to-earth, responsive, and truly just a text away whenever you need her. I can’t recommend her enough to couples who want fun, bright, and authentic photos — and a photographer who feels like a friend. Simply amazing. Hire her! -

Lisa was the photographer at our wedding this past weekend and she was AMAZING. Not only was she easy going, fun and professional, she also got us “sneak peaks” super quickly and gave us like 50 photos! Our wedding was fairly large and we had big wedding parties but she managed it all super well! We couldn’t be happier with them! Lisa we can not thank you enough, and we most definitely will be using you for all future photography needs, as well as sending our friends who are getting married your way! -

Lisa was amazing to work with! super friendly and knowledgeable on many wedding topics around Tahoe. Absolutely obsessed with how our photos turned out. We would recommend Lisa a million times over! Being from out of state Lisa really helped us navigate a ton to make things as smooth as possible! 10/10 -

We are in love with the quality and artistry of our engagement and wedding photos. We are constantly looking at our photos and easily reminiscing our wedding because of how perfectly she captured it. A good friend had referred Lisa to us, and after reviewing her portfolio, she knew exactly what we were looking for. We used Lisa for our engagement and wedding photographer. She's very professional, on time, and understanding of our desires on how to capture our big day. She pushed us to take some photos that were some of our favorites! We were absolutely blown away with the results! It was so easy and relaxing and her photos captured images we didn't know were even there. If we could recommend her any higher we would! She's just perfect!

There isnt ONE word that could sum it all up so let me give you the ones off the top of my head; Outstanding, amazing, detail oriented, friendly, great eye, professional, easy going, sweet, funny, creative, through, on top of her shit, overachiever... i think you get the point.
The reason i booked Lisa Marie in the first place? Have you seen her photos!!?!?!? As soon as I saw the gorgeous lens flare and color tones of her previous photoshoots I just knew that i needed her! I knew I wanted to book her before I even met her in person! However I couldnt let her think that, so I put her though the test of course and the moment we met i knew she was the perfect fit for our VERY special day!!
Highly recommend booking her, she includes an engagement / save the date session prior to the wedding INCLUDED in her prices!!?!?!? WHAT?!?! GREAT DEAL OR WHAT!!!!
TRUST ME, YOU DONT KNOW ME... BUT YOU WILL HE SOOOOOO HAPPY YOU DID!
