Lisa is an absolute genius! She deeply understands the connection between climate and makeup and made me feel more beautiful than ever. I had my wedding in the heat of Costa Rica and she created a look that outlasted sweat and tears. My only regret is that she doesn’t live closer to me, otherwise I’d hire her for every event. Such a rockstar and a genuinely beautiful and intelligent person inside and out. -

Lisa is incredible
Having Lisa as my wedding day fairy godmother was one of the best decisions I made for my big day. From the moment Lisa stepped in, she brought a wave of calm and professionalism. She didn't just do my hair and makeup impeccably, creating a romantic and timeless look but also went above and beyond. Her willingness to assist with getting dressed (including very skilled application of boob tape!) truly shows her dedication to her clients.
The transformation for my reception was just as magical—while we sipped cocktails, she effortlessly re-styled my hair into gorgeous beachy waves, keeping me looking stunning throughout the evening. Lisa's talent in hairstyling and makeup is matched only by her warm and accommodating nature. She wasn't just a stylist; she was a cherished part of my wedding experience. For anyone looking to feel and look their absolute best with a personal touch that goes beyond expectation, Lisa is the one you want by your side. -

Booking Lisa was the best choice I ever made for my wedding! She is the friendliest person I've ever met and hyped me up every chance she got and made me feel SO beautiful. On top of being a great person and very skilled artist, she was very communicative, organized, and professional. For both my trial and wedding day I saw her sterilize all surfaces, products, and tools she used. On the day of the wedding, she prioritized my needs and advocated for me to other vendors. She truly understands the perfect experience for her clients. -

Lisa did my bridal hair and makeup for my wedding on July 30, 2022. I'm very happy with the whole experience! I was looking for a makeup/hair artist who had experience with different skin tones and hair types, and who would be able to create a look for me that felt natural and like myself, but at the same time elegant and special for the wedding. I also really like that Lisa offers a skin care consultation beforehand. For my hair/makeup trial, I went with a hair down option, but since there was a heat wave on the wedding weekend, I asked her to do an updo on the wedding day. And it looked fantastic! I really appreciated that the makeup looked great, and like it did at the trial, and that the new updo she created on the wedding day looked really lovely. Thank you, Lisa! -

There are no words to describe Lisa and the amazing services she gave me and my bridesmaids on my special day. Lisa was not only amazing at hair and makeup, but she essentially took over taking care of me the entire day of the wedding, which was VERY much appreciated. I have never met someone I instantly connected with and with Lisa is was soooo EASY! If you are getting married, going to a party or special occasion you must must must use LISA! Love you girl! -

Tamarindo Destinantion Wedding Life Saver
I cannot say enough good about Lisa and what she did for us.
1. The basics: Lisa did hair and makeup for myself (bride), as well as my mom and sister. It all turned out incredibly. I'll include photos and let those speak for themselves.
2. Flexbility and understanding: I planned my own destination wedding mid pandemic. Our date was January 17, 2022, and following the holidays and the ensuing Covid spike, we were up in the air on if we were even going to have the wedding. Lisa was extremely understanding and flexible, keeping us on the schedule so we could make our decision, even in the midst of her planning to move houses.
3. Above and beyond: The ceremony in Costa Rica was symbolic, so we were planning on having a family member "officiate". As we got closer to the date of the wedding, the family member was understandbly getting a little nervous. I reached out to Lisa, asking if she had any friends who would be interested in stepping in as officiant. She did, but offered to do it herself. My husband and I met up with Lisa for drinks the night before the wedding and we all agreed she would officiate. And she KILLED it!!
We are eternally greatful for Lisa and the part she played in our wedding day. You will not regret making her apart of your day. -

Lisa is amazing!
Lisa is a true genius at her craft! Not only did she create a look for my wedding day that made me feel like a true queen, she was also clean, professional, and wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. She listened to my requests and delivered exactly what I wanted for my wedding day. I have never felt more beautiful while still feeling completely like myself. My two sisters and mom also got their hair and makeup done by Lisa and her partner, and all three of them looked amazing! I highly recommend Lisa Boehm for your big day! -

Lisa is an extraordinary hair and makeup artist. I loved working with her for our elopement at Mt. Rainier in September. She was skillful in exploring and working out my dream hair and makeup ideas. Lisa is great at communicating – we were able to coordinate all of the important details from across the country and via Zoom. On the day of our elopement, she came fully prepared and was a joy to get to know during the process. Her work withstood a 6 mile hike for our wedding and I couldn't have asked for a better artist to work with. -

Having Lisa there on my wedding day was a breath of fresh air and one of the best decisions I could have made. As someone who does not wear a lot of makeup, Lisa was there every step of the way to help me hone in on the “natural but enhanced” look I was hoping for. She also worked absolute magic on my naturally curly hair, creating a gorgeous loose, low bun with floral touches.
All in all, Lisa has such a vast knowledge of skincare and a true knack for making her clients feel absolutely glamorous on their big day, yet still 100% themselves. As a bonus, she is simply a genuine, sweet human being who is fun to have around on your special day. 10/10 would recommend her! -

I hired Lisa's services for my wedding and I'm incredibly thankful that I did. From her Instagram profile, I knew that she'd be able to execute the natural bridal look that I was interested in so I was thrilled when I found out that she was available. We had an initial discussion over the phone a few months before the big day and from that and a few inspiration photos that I shared, she was able to recreate the exact look I was hoping for without doing a trial. Furthermore, she offered to be available for other beauty related questions beforehand and gave very insightful responses when I had questions about facials and hair treatments.
On the day itself, one particular moment stands out. Suddenly the room was buzzing with my bridesmaids, various family members, and the photo/video teams running around. I took a deep breath to tune out the noise and she noticed. She quietly asked if she should clear the room to help me relax. I didn't need it, but I appreciated the gesture. I think one of the biggest signs of excellent customer service isn't just responding to a clients needs, but anticipating them. In my time with her, Lisa demonstrated that she is 100% prepared to do just that.

Lisa is a true, professional, master of her craft! She walks the, sometimes tough, balance of elevating beauty while still making it feel natural, brilliantly. She is also incredibly knowledgable about product, skincare, and sanitary measures during these wild times.
On top of being insanely talented, she's just a lovely presence to be around on the day of your wedding. Our day had a lot of external stress factors at play and Lisa navigated each curveball thrown her way with grace and kindness. She was the best sounding board to talk to and sometimes just to comfortably sit in the silence that I needed.
While I truly felt the most beautiful that I have ever in my life- my most favorite thing was to watch my mom genuinely feel as beautiful as we all know her to be. Lisa makes sure to bring her magic to every person she interacts with on your day- not just the bride. -

The best version of me!
Lisa is very knowledgeable in her craft. She will never try to make you look like someone else, rather, the most beautiful version of yourself. She worked with my skin type and made the best suggestion with my hair (adding extensions for that extra pop and glamorous look). I loved everything about my look as well as my bridesmaids. She was on time and was very conscious of cleanliness. Would recommend her for your day. -

A joy to work with!
Lisa handled all of my bridal party's makeup needs with expert skill and professionalism! She was a joy to collaborate with on my look, and I really felt like she was making every effort to create something that reflected what I was looking for, rather than trying to fit me with a cookie-cutter solution. Going into a destination wedding, I didn't know what to expect for hair and make up but Its like Lisa read my mind!! As a person who doesn't wear a lot of makeup and has extremely frizzy hair, she was able to make me look and feel absolutely glamorous without looking like I had a ton of makeup on. I am not great explaining hair styles because I'm not a hairstylist myself and so I just told her the vibe I wanted to feel with my hair and she was able to go off of that and executed it perfectly. Lisa and her assistant Tiffany did an amazing job on my wedding day! They did my hair and makeup for myself and my bridesmaids and hairstyling for my mother as well. I was so happy with the way my hair and makeup looked. I felt like an Old Hollywood movie star version of myself! Lisa and Tiffany were both very professional and were able to complete all the services on schedule. Some of my bridesmaids were not entirely sure what looks they wanted, and Lisa and Tiffany were talented enough to craft hair and makeup styles that my bridesmaids were really happy with.
I had originally booked with Onsite Portland. Onsite cancelled my contract two weeks before my wedding, stating they had closed. Turns out Onsite Portland was a fraudulent business, and I was left scrambling to find a replacement! Lisa got back to me the same day I reached out to her and was able to book my Sunday wedding, even though Lisa had a big wedding the Saturday before. She was very prompt with getting me a contract and collaborating with ideas. Lisa was even able to squeeze me in for a hair and makeup trail the week before my wedding. The whole experience with Onsite left me so frazzled; I’m really lucky that Lisa saved the day!

Absolutely amazing!
Working with Lisa was absolutely a dream come true. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is a true professional with your best interests in mind. From my initial conversation with her I knew that she was the right person to make my vision come to life. Her education, knowledge and understanding outweighs her competition and provides an incomparable service. My favorite thing about Lisa is her authenticity and hope that I can work with her again in the future. -
