Our special day was 9/9/22 and we had the pleasure of not only celebrating our day at an unbelievable venue with the people we love most but also were able to become part of the “exclusive” 9/9 anniversary club with owners Tricia and Marty. While attempting to locate the perfect venue for our wedding, we stumbled upon Lippincott Manor. Once we arrived, we started pointing out all of the pleasant small details that caught our eye later to find out that the owner, Marty, was the artist behind most of what you’ll see. We loved that! The decor was exactly what we had hoped to find and the tent with retractable sides was perfect for anyone who still had reservations about being in an enclosed space with a large group due to Covid. We saw it as a win win! Tricia was the second half of the one two punch that would seal the deal and have us walking away talking about how “perfect” the venue & owners were the entire 2 hour ride back home. Questions were answered by them that we never would’ve even thought to ask. The level of professionalism and conciseness was impeccable. They both made what anyone planning a wedding would know to be a stressful time as pleasant and easy as possible. The communication was fantastic. Tricia clearly doubles as a wedding planner and thank God for that because she kept everything in order and on schedule. We wouldn’t have had a successful wedding day without her! So now our big day arrives and the network of bakers, DJ’s and photographers Lippincott utilizes meshed together as seamless as we had hoped. The fact that they work together so often made the night go smoothly and freed us up to enjoy time with our family & guests. The all inclusive package is the way to go! We danced all night long all the while catching glimpses of our newest friends Tricia and Marty smiling and clearly enjoying seeing everyone just as happy as we were. For anyone who’s looking for a semi rustic and comfortable vibe, look no further than Lippincott Manor.

Fantastic and fair price
They were attentive from start to finish. Making sure we got everything we wanted including day of with possible rain flexible to help make sure we could have outside if possible. I got my dream outdoor ceremony. Makes food and decor very simple everything through them and give recommended vendors.

A Perfect Day
Tricia and Marty were nothing short of wonderful from our first tour until our wedding day. Tricia always answered any emails and questions promptly. I work full time and have a toddler so the fact that they pretty much take care of everything on site, and what they don’t they make sure you do, was a huge weight off my shoulders. The all inclusive options they give are fantastic. We loved all of our vendors. The decor throughout the venue is so adorable. Every time we went there it put a smile on my face. We were able to use their linens, napkins, table numbers and place card holders. Food was delicious! Huge assortment of appetizers during cocktail hour and the buffet style dinner was a huge hit. We got so many compliments on it! Staff was lovely. Grounds are gorgeous. It was overall such a beautiful experience and all within our budget. they were even amazing enough to give us some add ons when we came in under the minimum. Tricia and Marty are kind generous professionals that know exactly how to craft the perfect wedding experience. I would 1000 percent recommend.

Summer Wedding
An absolutely magical venue with the best atmosphere. Was not too hot for a summer night, the breeze and outdoor seating options were perfect. Our night went without a hitch thanks to our wonderful hosts. They were so accommodating and really helped make our vision come to life. They could not have made the process easier. We would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a spring, summer or fall wedding. The grounds and background are stunning and the tent is so beautiful. Perfect for any style wedding!

A Dream Venue
My husband and I couldn't have found a better venue for our wedding day than Lippincott Manor. Tricia and Marty operate an affordable venue with so much included, not to mention the delicious food and beautiful views! They were so easy to work with, from our first visit right up to the end of our reception. We cannot thank them enough for helping us create our special day. If you are anywhere near the Wallkill area, do yourself a favor and go see this venue. You won't be disappointed!

Made our day Magical!
Tricia and Marty go out of their way to make sure every couple has the best day of their lives! They made my husband and I's wedding day so relaxed, full of love and joy. They do everything from decorations, food, drinks, organizing the bridal party, wedding cake, etc... We did not have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day. They have actively communicated with us over the last two years to plan our special day and are always prompt with answering our questions. Amazing beyond words!
Words cannot describe how amazing our experience at Lippincott Manor was. Not only is the venue aesthetically beautiful, it is run so efficiently- they are absolute pros at every single aspect of throwing the perfect wedding! The food was excellent, the service was excellent and there aren’t enough characters available for me to adequately express what a dream Tricia and Marty are. They are responsive, kind and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was a dream. They put care and love into every single thing they do, as if you are a part of their family. Every guest at our wedding commented on how wonderful the party was and how kind and lovely they were. Lastly, the fact that they offer an all inclusive package is an absolute game changer- it made wedding planning so easy and completely stress free and each vendor that they suggested in the package was more impressive and wonderful than the next. We had the best day!
I cannot rave enough about how WONDERFUL our experience was with Trish and Marty at the Lippincott Manor. First and foremost, this venue is absolutely beautiful. Trish and Marty do an incredible job at making the property picture perfect and inviting to anyone who stops by. From our first visit over a year before the wedding they made us feel special and welcome. They are genuinely excited for you and your event from the get-go. Trish is incredibly organized, letting us know down to the finest details how the evening was expected to pan out. Over the course of the year, they were always available with quick turnaround responses if we had any questions or needed recommendations for any services (which they also have several recommendations for all different services on their website). Once the time got closer to the wedding date, we made a few trips to the venue and after every visit, I felt so much more at ease. They assured us everything was going to go smoothly and there was not going to be anything to worry about, and they couldn’t have been more right.
Once wedding day came the venue operated like a well-oiled machine. We were expecting a storm during the time of the ceremony and Trish somehow knew the exact timing to make sure we didn’t get poured on outside. She was spot on! We missed the storm by minutes. We were all sheltered by the tent until the rain stopped, the walls were rolled up and we were able to go outside, play games, take pictures, and all have the time of our lives. The food was excellent, the venue was picturesque, Trish, Marty and the rest of the staff were excellent, and we would truly not change a thing. It was a better night than we could have ever asked for.

My husband and I got married at Lippincott Manor on Friday October 1, 2021. We had the most perfect wedding and we owe a lot of it to Tricia and Marty! The venue is beautiful. Their attention to detail is amazing and they made sure everything was just the way we wanted it. Every single one of our guests complimented us on the lovely venue and staff. Amazing service and beautiful outdoor venue
From the moment you start talking with Tricia and Marty you know you found your venue. The scenery around Lippincott is gorgeous and the interior decor provides a rustic feel. We were able to plan our wedding in 3 months with the help of Lippincott because they have great relationships with local vendors that you will get to choose from. If one or more of your guest have a food allergy they are very willing to make a separate dish for those individuals. If you are looking for a nice rustic venue that has handmade decor(courtesy of Marty) then look no further .

Wedding of My Dreams!
We had our wedding at Lippincott Manor in September 2021 and I still cannot get over what an amazing day it was! Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was--from the grounds, to the flowers outside, the layout, and just everything about the decor. Everyone loved Tricia's rustic touches and I would have to agree. Seeing everything come together when I walked into the venue was so beautiful, it almost made me cry...happy tears of course. People are still talking about the meatballs from the cocktail hour haha. Everyone had something great to say about the food and the staff as well. Your staff was very kind to all the guests and helpful as well. Tricia & Marty's hospitality is beyond anything I have ever seen. They truly love what they do and it shows--from Tricia running the show on wedding day to Marty manning the carving station and chatting up the guests. My mom told me that one of our guests mentioned how difficult it was for his wife to get on and off the school bus, and you guys with whatever you had available saved the day and fashioned something to help her. You went above and beyond to accommodate us and our guests, and I could not appreciate that more. Tricia was a godsend that day. Besides dealing with everything going on that day, she was true to her word and made sure that we ate both at the cocktail hour and dinner, and you put myself, my mom, and sister at ease. We are beyond grateful to have chosen such a beautiful venue with such a loving and caring couple to host. Tricia & Marty are truly wonderful and we cannot thank them both enough for making our day everything we dreamed and more. We would 100% recommend this venue to anyone getting married ever!

Beautiful rustic venue
Kevin & I got married at Lippincott on August 22,2021. Tricia and Marty thank you for being so kind and helpful from the beginning when meet to the day of the wedding. Since day one when I emailed Lippincott looking for a venue because I was affected by Anthony's pier 9 closing Tricia replied right away and was helpful providing dates that were available luckily a date was open just days after my original wedding date. When my husband and I went to see the venue we loved the view the location the theme went prefect with our rustic sunflower theme. Thought out the process leading to the big day Tricia was helpful with any questions I had. When the big day arrived Tropical Storm Henri decided to be part of our wedding day but that was okay the rain storm didn’t stop the wedding. Tricia that day was a big help from setting everything up to making sure we ate appetizer, the main course, our wedding cake and dessert we are very thankful for that 😊. The staff was great, the food was delicious the dessert was delicious as well. All that is left are the beautiful memories of the day and we are thankful for your help.

Due to Covid, I called Lippincott Manor in a panic. Tricia and Marty were so kind and wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure my day was amazing. After we picked our date, Tricia and Marty walked us through the entire process and were always willing to set up a meeting as well as respond in a timely manner. Prior to our wedding day, I met with Tricia and she walked through all of my decorations to ensure her staff would create the vision I had in mind. The food was amazing and they were very accommodating to any and all diet concerns. The day we got married was extremely hot, but the Lippincott staff was full of smiles the entire time. I can't thank them enough!

Amazing Experience!!!
My husband and I are SO grateful we picked Lippincott Manor as our wedding venue in July of 2021. Tricia and Marty were very easy to work with throughout the entire planning process and are so responsive with any questions or concerns we had leading up to the big day. We elected to go with the all inclusive package and it made life so easy because all our vendors were very familiar with the set-up at Lippincott. Well worth it in our opinion!!! The day-of went so smooth and all our guests RAVED about 1) how beautiful the venue was and 2) how delicious the food was (especially the prime rib). I have already recommended Lippincott to so many other engaged couples and I feel confident that anyone who chooses Lippincott will also have the same positive experience as we did.

Amazing experience at LM
Everything was perfect! Tricia and Marty have an amazing venue and we’re so helpful! The day of the wedding I didn’t have to worry about anything! Food was delicious, everything was set up perfect, the venue/flower were amazing! Best day ever! Thank you Tricia and Marty!

Beyond Words
My husband and I had an incredible wedding experience at Lippincott. We visited Lippincott and immediately knew that it was the venue for us. There’s no denying the beautiful, rustic and simple feeling that you get while visiting the venue. We love it’s natural charm, as well all of the beautiful touches that Tricia and Marty so thoughtfully implemented, from the decor that they staged, to the bar that Marty made himself, and the extra wide bathroom stalls for us ladies in large dresses. Everything has just the right touch, including the beautiful flowers and rustic art pieces around the grounds. We had a literal field day with our photos on the wedding day. Even though the grounds were wet on the day of our wedding, there were so many amazing options for photo ops on the grounds, from the backdrop of the fields, to the view overlooking the water, to the wooden fences surrounding the cocktail area with the fire pit right behind us, to the dance floor and the giant American flag painting. The options are endless. The only problem you will have is deciding how to squeeze them all in time-wise and then choosing photos for an album! Which is a good problem to have! Tricia and Marty worked with us on every step of the planning. They probably answered 100 questions of ours and allowed us to come back and visit. They were so organized and understanding. We found our photographer Kathleen as one of their preferred vendors and we could not be happier. We went through a lot of loss during the pandemic and had to change our date multiple times. Tricia and Marty supported us the whole way through. We also dropped off so much more stuff on the night before the wedding and they did an amazing job setting up our vision, even better than we could have imagined. When we arrived on the day of the wedding, the place looked stunning and everything was exactly where it should have been. We were not able to taste the food before the wedding but we saw and heard great reviews so we rolled the dice. Everyone at our wedding was raving about the cocktail hour and continued to enjoy all of the delicious options throughout the night. The buffet moved along nicely and quickly. Tricia and Marty have a professional team of staff members who kept things moving along smoothly all night. They even helped pack everything up for us at the end of the night and pick up the rest of the stuff the next morning, We found the entire process to be easy. This really makes a difference on the wedding day when you feel like everything has been accommodated! Tricia even personally brought my husband and I dinner when she noticed we weren’t making time to eat. The drinks and music were going all the way up until the end of the party which made for a great time. There was plenty of room for a photobooth from our entertainment company. There was a nice breeze through the whole night and we got married in June. I just can’t say enough good things. We just feel so lucky to have had our special day here! Lippincott is such a gem!!

What a beautiful venue!
The perfect balance of garden and rustic chic, this venue has it all! Marty and Patricia run a beautiful, efficient ship with all the bells and whistles that you could want for an affordable price! Our wedding was everything we could have dreamed of. The food, decor, and people were amazing and our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the entire scene was. Book this venue!

Summer Wedding of our Dreams.
My husband and I got married at Lippincott Manor August of 2021 and are still elated. We had our ceremony and reception there. From the day we contacted them to inquire about weddings and throughout the whole process they were extremely responsive and always accommodating. Tricia was my angel and took many of the stresses a bride has when planning out of the equation. She answered any question I had at anytime and never made me feel as if I was a nuisance. The ceremony area looks like a dream, the reception area is rustic and romantic, the food is delicious, and the service is stellar. We had many menu options to choose from, bar packages, and add ons that are a special touch ( we had a bonfire!).
When you visit Lippincott Manor, it is easy to quickly fall in love with the surrounding country-esque landscape, mountains, and river; but meeting Tricia and Marty will seal the deal. It did for us! Our wedding day was perfect and we had a special loving touch added to it- and we know we wouldn't have had that anywhere else. It is very apparent that Lippincott Manor - Tricia, Marty, and their staff knows what they are doing and loves what they are doing.
Us, our family, and friends are still talking about our wedding day!!
