Best choice we made!
Working with Lindsey was truly one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding. Although our venue was supposed to provide an in-house coordinator, frequent staff turnover meant that someone entirely new stepped in just weeks before our big day. Throughout all of this, Lindsey kept us calm and confident, seamlessly coordinating with multiple changing points of contact and ensuring that no detail was ever overlooked.
Lindsey also has an incredible design eye, which was invaluable in bringing my dream wedding vision to life. She handled family relationships and dynamics with professionalism and grace, making sure everyone felt heard while always prioritizing and supporting my husband and me. She was exceptionally generous with her time—I never once felt rushed during meetings or that she was counting emails/texts. She was always available, patient, and thoughtful, addressing every question, detail, or concern with care. We truly cannot thank her enough. -

Hire Lindsey!
We hired Lindsey as our month-of coordinator and it was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning. We had weekly calls going over every detail, and we handed off all of our communication and vendor contracts to her without any concern. On the day, everything moved seamlessly and there was never a moment that wasn’t handled by her. We cannot recommend her enough! -

Highly Recommend Lindsey!
We engaged Lindsey for wedding day coordination and we couldn’t be more pleased. One month out, Lindsey took control of all the vendor coordination and logistics for the wedding day. It was such a relief to have her knowledge and experience to draw on, especially as we planned for potentially inclement weather. She was easy to work with and made herself available at any time to answer questions or consult. She was well organized, efficient and calm. The day before the wedding, she was onsite and made certain everything was prepped and ready to go. On the day of the wedding she worked behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly and all the details were in order, allowing us to completely enjoy the day. Most importantly, Lindsey is an incredibly and authentically kind person. Our guests actually sought us out to tell us how impressed they were with her and how wonderfully nice she was to them. Five stars all the way! -

Lindsey is a lifesaver!!!
We hired Lindsey with only 3 months left until our wedding and you never would have known we had a time crunch. The details were impeccable. Lindsey can do it all. She can design the most gorgeous table-scape but also figure out where the electrical wiring goes. We had to hire 100% outside vendors for a private residence and she was able to get all the vendors to work seamlessly together. Lindsey is responsive to texts/emails/calls and no detail is too small for her to consider. I will hire Lindsey for any party planning need in the future!! -

Great to work with!
We recently provided valet parking services for an event that was planned by Lindsey. Everything went really well! Lindsey is organized, communicates well, and is very attentive to the needs of the guests & the vendors! We definitely look forward to working with her again in the future!

Hire Lindsey!
I had essentially nothing planned for my wedding (less that 4 months away) when I added Lindsey to the team, so to say she needed to work in overtime was an understatement. Lindsey was brave and took it on with a smile and calmness. From external hiccups that were out of control, Lindsey remained steadfast and professional that everything would work out and it would be beautiful. She was right! Shockingly she turned the mess I had given her into something magical that all my friends and family are still raving about! She is extremely empathetic and flexible as well so even if you have a better plan going into hiring her than me - she can for sure still take your wedding to the next level of gorgeousness. -

Wonderful experience working with Lindsey for month-of coordination
We hired Lindsey for month-of coordination for our wedding this past August. She did a wonderful job. She took over vendor communications about 4 weeks prior to the ceremony date, which was extremely helpful since the few weeks leading up to the wedding are busy enough as it is! In doing so, she was very thorough and conscientious, with an impressive ability to both keep track of all the details we had communicated to the vendors already, as well as talking us through additional decisions we had yet to make and other things we should think about. She was very organized and always a few steps ahead of us, kind, well prepared, and thoughtful, and just in general a pleasure to work with. We definitely felt well prepared for the wedding when the day arrived. We would definitely recommend her for couples getting married in the future! -

Flawless wedding coordination!
We are so happy that we chose Lindsey as our "month-of"-coordinator. From the first phone call I had with her, I could tell she was extremely organized and she made us feel comfortable - we knew she would be able to handle the day and lift the weight off of our shoulders for our wedding weekend. She did exactly that, and, after a year of planning such a big event, it was the biggest relief as she took everything on, which truly allowed for us to enjoy our day with zero stress. She managed our multiple vendors with ease; is so professional, friendly, and just lovely to work with. Thank you, Lindsey!! -

The best!
Hiring Lindsey was the best decision we made! it is thanks to her that my daughter's wedding day was so wonderful. Lindsey was so easy to work with, so responsive and so "in charge". We were in such good hands and I could sit back and enjoy the day. She made great suggestions and made all the arrangements run flawlessly that day. I can't say enough about her. Don't hesitate to bring her along on your wedding journey! Its the best decision you can make and worth every penny! -

If we were able to give Lindsey 6 stars across all categories, we would! Being a corporate event coordinator, I was somewhat nervous to turn the reigns over to someone else, but Lindsey immediately erased all of my fears when she took over my wedding plans. We had 120 people at our wedding and 22 people in the bridal party (not including the groom, bride, parents or grandparents) plus 2 different locations for ceremony and reception and she was able to navigate us all with ease! She was on top of every detail before I could think of it, handled aspects I never would have thought of and made our day seamless. We even had our guests telling us the next day that the flow/pace of our event in its entirety was perfect! She is a true professional with the knowledge an experience to make any wedding a star and she is one of the loveliest people we have ever met. Lindsey is the real deal and we would choose her again and again to coordinate our big day!-

We worked with Lindsey during the "Month-Of" and she was fabulous. She was also generous in responding to emails before our month officially started, providing some recommendations and little pieces of advice. When our Month-Of services actually started, she couldn't have been easier to work with. She took care of all of the coordination of our vendors and made us feel really at ease. For example, I would get an email from a vendor with a problem/concern and start to stress over how to respond, and before I knew it I would see a reply from Lindsey answering the question having already provided a solution. She was really on top of it. She was also really lovely with my family and vendors on the day, while sticking to our plan and being firm when necessary (not letting pictures take longer than necessary, helping organize our guests and family members getting them where they needed to go - i.e., herding cats). She was even helpful figuring out how much to tip and took care of providing tips to vendors on the day. I would work with her again in a heartbeat. -

Lindsey helped us with Month-of planning and really put our minds at ease. We had already planned much of the wedding at that point, but having her take the baton and know that she was smoothing out all of the little details (what time do the busses come and go? What about those little moments during the ceremony we'd not thought of?) was superbly helpful. Lindsey's calm and upbeat personality make her a perfect wedding planner. My parents, who initially were opposed to hiring a coordinator- of course they thought they could do it all themselves- totally agreed that hiring Lindsey was the right move, immediately after meeting her!
Day-of, something we had never expected happened: I was sick with a nasty stomach bug. I'm not exaggerating when I say that Lindsey and her assistant Alex were *life savers*. In addition to always being on hand with water, a hair comb, my lip gloss, and double-stick tape, they toted around my gatorade and dry toast like champs, and were always within an arms reach, making sure I took breaks when I needed them. I want them by my side the next time I feel queasy. Rather than feeling overwhelmed and stressed, they kicked into gear so all I could focus on was feeling better by the time the wedding began.
The most trustworthy opinions, I think, came from my bridesmaids- I've been in so many weddings where I see the planner being a hot mess behind the scenes, but saving face when it comes to the bride. My wedding party LOVED Lindsey- they kept whispering to me how on her game, yet sweet, she is.

Working with Lindsey was absolutely incredible from start to finish. I had never planned a wedding or large event before and she was available at every step of the way for over a year for guidance and support. We had a large wedding at home and she coordinated everything the day of so that my family could just enjoy the night and relax. She connected us to the most incredible vendors who made the night spectacular. Many of our guests thought they were at an actual wedding venue due to the professional coordination of Lindsey and her staff. She was able to help us create a vision for the day when we were absolutely clueless as to what we were doing and in the end, all of our guests said that it was a wonderful reflection of us as a couple which was so important to us. I am so thankful to have picked Lindsey M Events because I am certain that they are responsible for the best day of my life being as special as it was. -

We just celebrated our wedding yesterday and wanted to make sure we wrote a review for Lindsey immediately after. We chose to go with Lindsey’s ‘month of’ package, which meant that we made all of our own arrangements and then looped her in during the last few weeks to handle all of the final logistics and ensure that the day of our wedding ran smoothly. She swooped in and handled everything seamlessly. Even when some of the plans we’d set in place seemed to be a bit unrealistic—like a lobster bake in Manhattan or ice cream cakes in an un-air conditioned space in August or a ceremony in a public park where we’d have to clear people out—she never batted an eye and was on board with each and every one of our plans. Lindsey has a positive energy, is extremely responsive and organized and ensured that we had the exact day we wanted and did not have to worry for a moment.
Lindsey was there every step of the way. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, she accompanied us on site visits, spoke with us regularly and quickly stayed ahead of any potential issues. On the day of, she arrived at the hotel in the morning, rode over to first look, set up our park ceremony, ensured that all of our guests had no issues with the transportation we provided, and when the reception was over, she brought everything back to our apartment so that we could enjoy the end of the day with our friends and family. My parents have commented several times about how invaluable of a resource she was and my father said we were lucky to have her. We would recommend Lindsey and her team without any reservation! -

Hiring Lindsey was the best decision I made during the wedding planning process. If you can hire her to plan your entire wedding, you should. Lindsey did partial planning and day of coordination for us. From the very beginning she was helpful, super easy to work with, organized, and tuned in to what I was looking for in terms of vendors, decor, budget, and overall vibe of our wedding. She connected me with a great team of vendors who helped achieve the ideas we had, and she was extremely helpful in thinking ahead of things I hadn't thought of in terms of planning. In particular, it was great to know that if there was any issue that came up, Lindsey was on it. On the actual wedding day I wasn't stressed at all because I knew everything was planned and organized down to the last detail and I wouldn't have to be responsible for anything other than enjoying my day! Working with Lindsey was a dream and I would absolutely recommend her! -

Lindsey was amazing for our wedding. She was on top of every little detail as well as the high level themes/structure of the event. She also saved us thousands of dollars (not to mention a lot of time), by helping us choose some of the major vendors for our wedding - band, florist, etc. And Lindsey is so easy to work with - highly recommend her. -

Quite simply, Lindsey is AMAZING! From my very first call with her, I was impressed by her level of organization, clear point of view, and calming demeanor. She continued to impress us throughout our entire planning experience always coming with great ideas on ways we could elevate the décor of the wedding, save money along the way, and where spending money on something would make the best impression. During the day of, I felt like I simply showed up to my wedding and everything just ran flawlessly all to the thanks of Lindsey. Even with it raining the day of our event, Lindsey was able to create a 3rd and much improved rain plan that left my guests not even realizing the ceremony was meant to be inside. All of the vendors that Lindsey recommended to us were also top rate as well as delivered really high value to us for the money spent. I am so glad that I hired Lindsey for our partial planning package and could not have imagined planning my wedding without her! -

We had a TON of wedding vendors, and Lindsey was the best out of all of them!! She helped us with design and decor ideas starting a year out from our wedding and had amazing suggestions and recommendations and understood what we were going for right off the bat. Lindsey also provided us month-of and day-of coordination which was a lifesaver. It is amazing how many things she can juggle at once, while making it seem easy!! She is so friendly, fun, organized, and professional -- as well as her assistants. Do not hesitate hiring Lindsey to help with your wedding or event. We are SO glad we did! -

Lindsey was absolutely fantastic to work with - she was very professional and organized and really went above and beyond to make sure our event went according to plan. It is very rare to work with sommeone who is both as personable and professional as Lindsey, everything that we handed to her for our wedding was delivered without hesitation or drama. In the busy couple of days before our wedding Lindsey was on top of communication with other vendors and getting results from them, something which was especially difficult considering we were on the other side of the world to her and our wedding. Quite simply I don't think our day could have been anywhere near as special without her involvement.
When you do book your event with Lindsey please don't hesitate to invite me as I would want to be a part of any party she has planned. -

We couldn't fault Lindsey - we travelled all the way from Australia with 40 guests and she made planning our destination wedding in NYC seem like a piece of cake, despite totally unfriendly timezones! She was a rock through what could have been an incredibly stressful period. You won't find better in New York! -

Lindsey was amazing! She was always available for updates when I needed them
and handled all of my wedding details flawlessly! When it began to rain a bit before my outdoor reception, Lindsey quickly switched some things around, coordinated with my venue, and was able to adjust things accordingly to ensured that it did not rain on my parade! Lindsey was a simply fantastic wedding planner. We reached out to her late in the game, so she was booked up for our weekend, but thanks to her connections across the NYC wedding-planning industry, she lined up Kristi Sanchez from Polka Dot Events. Together, the two of them put our minds at ease in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and the day of. We are semi-obsessed with planning things ourselves, but we could not have made things run as effortlessly without Lindsey's behind-the-scenes work, and Kristi moving people into place on the day.
Don't go at it alone. And don't go at it without Lindsey.

The best decision we made in planning our wedding was to bring Lindsey on board as our month-of coordinator! She quickly got up to speed on all of our vendor contracts and arrangements, and took a huge weight off of our shoulders as she coordinated with vendors about all of the logistics. She worked well with all of our vendors, who appreciated having such a knowledgeable, capable coordinator at the helm. There were multiple times when she thought of issues (and prevented them from becoming problems) of which we never would have been aware. On the day of our wedding, Lindsey and her wonderful assistant Alex made sure all of our careful plans were executed perfectly, and if there were any problems, they never let on. Lindsey even pinned my dress mid-reception after the bustle had come undone while I was dancing. We are so glad we decided to work with Lindsey and were even a little sad to say goodbye at the end of the reception! She let us have a worry-free wedding that exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Lindsey! -

As a mostly DIY bride with predominantly first time vendors, and a VERY specific vision, the day of could have easily been a disaster. I feel like we decided to work with Lindsey before we even got on the phone with her. It was Memorial Day weekend and we decided to start research on day of coordinators. We reached out to a few and within minutes we heard back from Lindsey and by the end of the day, we had already *met* her by phone. We were totally sold right away. That kind of responsiveness was so impressive to us. Having a DOC (or month of coordinator in our case) was the best wedding gift we could give ourselves. We were laid back and happy the entire planning process and I think Lindsey played a great role in that. Now, two weeks after our wedding and we're still hearing from guests how seamless and organized our wedding was. We're planners by nature- we had spreadsheets, diagrams, all of it and STILL we feel like the whole day wouldn't have gone nearly as well as it did without Lindsey. Lindsey was the lucky charm within the team my daughter chose to bring her dream wedding to life. She helped in the final month with vendors and design plus she was our day-of coordinator which is where she excelled hands down. The venue was a raw space so she came early as vendors came to set up and she left late making sure all rentals were taken care of. She kept in close contact with my daughter, myself, and vendors when needed, throughout planning, tied up the loose ends, smiled through it all, so that we could relax and enjoy the day. She is a trustworthy person who is organized, efficient, professional yet down to earth with an innate ability to bring out exactly the mood the bride and groom want for their special day! We miss not having to speak/email/message Lindsey every day. She is a joy!! She was the lucky charm for at the time of my daughter's wedding, she hadn't had a wedding with any rain. Don't hesitate! Lindsey was superb, communicative, fun, and we trusted her to the utmost when it came to executing our vision. It's fairly easy to plan an event (in our case a wedding) in concept and to make initial decisions on your own. However, as the big day approaches, having someone working for you who is detail oriented and is willing and able to take care of the nuts and bolts of planning, coordinating with vendors, etc. is essential. I will be the first one to say that if it weren't for Lindsey my husband and I would not have gotten married. Lindsey was nothing short of wonderful and every one of our vendors would agree wholeheartedly. I received nothing but compliments from our band, photographer, and venue manager on her, citing "fantastic to work with, so organized, beautifully detailed". She singlehandedly negotiated all of our contracts and maintained an incredibly organized grip on all of our "to-do's", payments, due dates, and honestly, kept us on track so we didn't feel stressed when the nitty gritty aspects started coming into play, like decor. She made the process of a wedding be so smooth and my husband and I have agreed that she was the best investment we could have made for our wedding. Lindsey always made time for us within our busy schedules for meetings (especially at venue locations) and developed great relationships with our vendors to save us money where we could. Everything was fluid, happy, and as I said when I met Lindsey "I want to remember the day, and not be distracted." I wasn't distracted, I remember every moment, and Lindsey made a HUGE wedding of 250+, multi tiered event go seamlessly. My husband and I hired Lindsey as our wedding co-ordinator and my only regret was that I didn't hire her to do ALL of my planning from the very beginning! She was a Godsend! I literally cannot imagine how the day would have happened without her! Both my husband and I consider our wedding day to be the best day of our lives and we have Lindsey to thank for making it come off like a dream! She thought of everything, and many of my projects and designs for table layouts, escort card station, etc. were executed by her as if we were of the same mind! Everything was perfect! Our family and friends commented on how personable and professional she was! One example; My best man doesn't drink alcohol and when he was handed a glass of champagne to make a toast, Lindsey didn't miss a beat! She was READY with a flute of sparkling cider and changed it out so he could make his toast, and only she and the best man were aware of the switch! I mean ... can you say #FairyGodMother? I knew the instant I met Lindsey that she was the perfect person to be my day of wedding coordinator. She is extremely personable, punctual, organized, creative and honest. While I hired her as our day of coordinator she really went above and beyond her duties. She thought of things that I never even would have thought of and she kept the day and even the weeks before very organized so everything ran very smoothly. I slept better at night knowing that she had everything under control. My bridal party, parents, husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding day while Lindsey managed the vendors, guests, venues and little surprises that came up throughout the day. We were so grateful to be able to entrust Lindsey with all our vendor management and communication leading up to our event and of course, on the day of. Having her as the go-to coordinator for our rehearsal, ceremony, and reception eliminated any stress and worry we might have otherwise had. Thanks to Lindsey, we were truly able to let go and ENJOY the beauty that was our wedding. Lindsey provided day-of styling and coordination for my wedding last Friday. I was a very hands-on bride, spending most of the last year crafting and pulling together details for our venue, and my biggest worry was that my "vision" would not be realized since I could not be there to help with the set-up. Lindsey was not only able to realize that vision, she improved upon it! I could not believe how perfect everything looked. She was able to take my ideas and make them work flawlessly in the space, and any last minute concerns I had she had already taken care of. I am so grateful that I was able to relax on our wedding day knowing that our wedding details were in such excellent hands. I cannot thank her enough!!! -

Lindsey is a great find! She was super responsive, listened really well to what we wanted (and then helped us define better what we wanted!) and then sprang to action, executing a whole party plan in about two weeks. She was very clear with exactly what she was doing and when, very transparent. The day of the party was super relaxing. We were able to enjoy all the fun parts of having a party (watching the space transform) and none of the not-as-fun parts (worrying about whether things would arrive on time and clean up). We highly recommend Lindsey. :) -

I can't say enough good things about Lindsey and would hands down recommend her for anyone looking for help with an event. We hired lindsey to help as a day-of coordinator for our wedding but I'd argue that her services went above and beyond that definition. She was extraordinarily responsive which was meant the world to me. The last thing I wanted to do was have to track down the person who was supposed to make my life easier! Lindsey was super detail oriented. I would mention something once in a conversation and find that she had captured it and put it into our schedule. I also had some vague thoughts for how I wanted to decorate things at the wedding which she took and executed flawlessly. I could go on and on, but would have no hesitation recommending lindsey to family and friends for any type of event!! -

In addition to being super hot and looking like a wedding planner from a movie, Lindsey was incredibly responsive, personable, and insanely organized. We hired her for her month-of coordination service, but we really felt that she went above and beyond just that. She was in constant communication with all of our vendors, bringing important things to my attention that I would have never noticed and she thought of things that it didn't even occur to me that I needed (we had a loft wedding which meant we had to rent EVERYTHING).
She made the week prior so much less stressful and I really can't imagine anyone doing a better job. -

Lindsey was amazing! I don't know how I would have gone through the planning process without her. She made everything less stressful and more fun. Lindsey has a great way of organizing information and various options so that decision making is a lot easier. As someone who has a difficult time making decisions, I truly appreciated this about working with Lindsey. On the actual day of the event everything went very smoothly, and I know this is in large part because Lindsey had thought about everything beforehand and went through it all with me, so I didn't have to feel flustered on the actual day. One of the greatest things about Lindsey is her fantastic vision! Her designs and ideas for the rehearsal dinner and the wedding day were beautiful, and really fit into the style that my husband and I were envisioning. Lindsey really understood what we wanted and then made it happen. She came up with tons of extra details (e.g. an adorable Mr. & Mrs. sign for the sweetheart table, pumpkins spelling out the word "thanks" to put with our card box) that were cost-efficient, but also made our day that much more special. Lindsey is incredible to work with and I highly recommend her! -

Not only did Lindsey’s uncanny ability to bring our décor vision to life make the pre-wedding BBQ, ceremony, reception and after party beautiful, but her outstanding planning and organizational skills made our wedding weekend go off without a hitch!

Lindsey is amazing. It was 8 months into my engagement but I hadn’t done a single thing. If anyone even asked about the wedding plans it would send me into a fit of anxiety.
Just when my fiancé and I were resigning to elope, Lindsey came into the picture and everything changed! I explained to her that we wanted to get married in 6 months, had no location let alone venue in mind and we wanted to have a BBQ for all our guests the day before the wedding...and oh, we don’t want to spend any money. Within a month Lindsey had found our dream wedding location and the plans were underway. She took care of all the things that overwhelmed me and let me do the stuff I enjoyed, like look at invitations. She seamlessly coordinated all the vendors throughout the process to make sure we were got exactly what we wanted at a price that fit our budget.
Since our budget was so tight we had a lot, and I mean a lot, of DIY projects, which Lindsey spearheaded. She even did all the ceremony flowers herself and the result was stunning. I know a beautiful room when I see one, but have no ability to recreate the look myself. Lindsey on the other hand can take a few descriptive words (mine were whimsical, romantic, rustic and casual but chic) and design an event that is even better than you imagined.
My wedding was truly the most amazing weekend of my life. The first thing someone will tell you when you get married is to stay in the moment because the day flies by; I was able to enjoy my time because Lindsey didn’t give me a chance to worry about a single thing. She coordinated all the vendors, made sure I got the photos I wanted, did our ceremony flowers, made sure my second dress was waiting at the reception, handled the ceremony music, made sure the reception décor was set up the way I wanted; the list is honestly endless.
