Lin did an amazing job photographing our wedding. She was really able to capture not only our joy, but also our family and friends. Lin was super easy to work with and made us feel totally at ease. She had great ideas for our photos and also took our feedback into account. We felt she went above and beyond what we expected and we're very pleased with the results. We would recommend Lin to anyone for their wedding or any event that requires professional photos. -

Forever Grateful for Lin—Our Dream Photographer
We truly cannot thank Lin enough for the incredible job she did capturing our wedding day. From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing—so sweet, professional, and organized. She took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined.
Throughout the entire process, Lin went above and beyond—answering every question, offering thoughtful guidance, and making sure we felt completely at ease. She was so easy to talk to and get along with, which made working with her such a joy. On the day of the wedding, our friends and family couldn’t stop praising how kind, calm, and talented she was. She blended in seamlessly and somehow managed to be everywhere at once, capturing every meaningful moment.
If you’re wondering whether it’s worth investing in a photographer for your special day—Lin is worth it. Hands down. We would 1000% recommend her to anyone looking for someone who not only takes stunning photos, but also brings such a warm and reassuring energy to your day. -

If you are thinking about working with Lin Pernille: DO IT NOW! If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Lin was an absolute dream to work with. She is incredibly professional, responsive, and SO good at what she does. Every time we received photos, we were blown away by how stunning they were and how they captured our relationship and each candid moment so perfectly. We did both our engagement and wedding photos with Lin (as well as the Voice Message Vintage Phone "Guest Book" add-on) and were unbelievably pleased at the results. Not to mention everything came back to us so fast! Lin really is a pro at what she does. She cares about each of her couples and goes the extra mile with packaging, and putting love and thought into every message and piece of mail. We are so thankful for Lin and her team and would not hesitate to choose them if we had to do it all again. -

Lin was beyond amazing from the moment I first emailed her, a year before my wedding. She is sweet, personable and her organization and efficiency were exactly what I wanted in a wedding photographer. As a type A bride, Lin didn't miss a beat with scheduling, payment and most importantly capturing our wedding day perfectly - all of which I appreciate so much. She made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and respected our likes and dislikes in regards to the types of photos we were comfortable with. I received a sneak peak of 10 or so photos the day after my wedding and my entire album was returned in less than 3 weeks! Thank you Lin for everything. You played such an important role in our wedding day and we are forever grateful! -

Lin is absolutely wonderful to work with. I literally don't know where to begin this review because there are so many good things to say about our experience(s) with her. We have had three sessions with Lin--our microwedding, family portraits with our dog, and our larger wedding celebration. We booked Lin for our 2020 wedding in 2019. When we had to postpone our celebration, Lin was so flexible, kind, and empathetic.
For each session we've had, she proved herself to be organized and timely (so timely, in fact, she was early delivering our photographs every time!). On top of her incredible business acumen, Lin is a talented photographer. Her images are timeless, perfectly color and contrast balanced, and just beautiful. Even with a couple of nerds like us who are completely not in our element in front of a camera, Lin makes us feel comfortable and confident.
I guess what I'm trying to say is, if you have doubts, you shouldn't. And you should book her immediately because she's immensely popular and you will miss out on a wonderful experience. -

I feel so blessed to have found Lin. From the first interaction, I knew she was the one I wanted to capture my day. My husband and I instantly fell in love with her sweet disposition, extremely detailed and organized personality (this was huge for me!) and of course amazing photography skills. Her energy is infectious and that is exactly what you want on your wedding day! When we met Lin for the first time at our engagement photo shoot, I literally could not have been more happy. The lengths that Lin went to to make us comfortable and relaxed are still beyond me, we felt like we had known her forever. On our wedding day, it was almost like having an extended family member with me by my side the whole day (an extremely detail-oriented, punctual and organized family member!). I can’t say enough good things about Lin because I truly feel (and know) my wedding day would not have been the same without her. The memories she captured beautifully tell the story of our day and she did not miss one moment. She captured all of the pictures I asked for with ease and that was no easy task because I have a very big family and had so many little details that I wanted photographed. She amazed me, my husband and our whole family - not to mention her assistant was such a doll! Saying a simple “thank you” will never be enough to thank Lin for what she gave us! Please stop your vendor search here, I promise you that you won’t regret it. -

Lin is the absolute best!!
Working with Lin Pernille as our photographer and videographer has been an amazing experience. We unfortunately were a couple who had to postpone our 2020 wedding and Lin worked with us throughout the way. From sending thoughtful care packages, to completing all of our wedding photos less than a month after our wedding she’s really been the best! During our reception, Lin came up to us and showed us sneak peek photos from the day and we were stunned she was able to do that and how beautiful they came out!! The communication leading up to our big day was great as well, I had no worries on our wedding day that Lin wouldn’t capture what we discussed. The post communication has been great as well and I love the photos and videos she shares of our wedding on her social media. We also are so happy with our wedding video. We opted for a 5 minute highlight reel and then a longer form edited version. They both came out beautifully, her associate Alex did an amazing job. I would highly suggest hiring Lin, she won’t let you down! -

The absolute best of the best! One of the good things about being a COVID bride is getting to work with your favorite vendors more than once :) Lin is the sweetest and oh so talented photographer/videographer that we chose to capture our very special engagement photos, micro wedding, maternity shoot and final grand finale reception and it’s The best decision we made. She’s so professional and sweet and is open and attentive. she is organized and quick with gallery delivery. I hope we have more reasons to work with her in the future because she has become more than a great photographer to us but also a great friend! -

Lin and her second shooter Andrea are both amazing photographers and people in general! When my husband and I had to reschedule our microwedding the DAY BEFORE our original date due to us both testing positive for Covid-19, Lin was extremely understandable and helped us choose a new date without a problem! Before/during/after the wedding, they made sure we got the shots we wanted! We are forever grateful ❤️ -

We are SO happy we had Lin there to capture our "microwedding". She was very easy to plan with, super flexible and got to our first location way ahead of time. Although we had some hiccups during the day, Lin had the most positive attitude and kept us sane! Our families loved her too! She sent us a sneak peak that same night, and the rest of the photos were done SO fast - and they came out beautiful (despite it being a gloomy, rainy day). I can't say enough good things, and would definitely recommend Lin to any of my friends! -

We cannot say enough AMAZING things about Lin!!! I am still thankful everyday that I stumbled upon her instagram when we were searching for photographers for our wedding. Not only are her photos always gorgeous, but she adds many special touches along your engagement journey that you would never get with a big photography company!
We unfortunately had to alter our wedding plans this summer due to covid and ended up doing a "microwedding" with just our families. Leading up to making our decision, Lin not only acted as our photographer, but was there to help us figure out how to proceed. She was SO supportive and even created a special microwedding package for couples like us who still wanted to get married, but do everything at a smaller scale.
Fast forward to our wedding day and I am still in awe with how much Lin was able to capture in the two hours she was there. Our parents surprised us by organizing a wedding parade where we drove around the block and our friends, coworkers, and students were there to wish us their congratulations. Lin and her assistant jumped in the car with us and were able to capture all of our friends' faces/posters, which we cannot thank her enough for! All of the photos from the day are GORGEOUS! They make our backyard look like a professional wedding venue! She also put together the most perfect video of our ceremony and parade.
Lin is a major reason why our day was such a success! We are so thankful for her and even more grateful that we will be able to have her at our rescheduled reception next summer! :) You must use Lin!!! You will not regret it! -

Lin and her team were AMAZING!! We were so comfortable, and everything we asked she came through 100 percent!!!!! Our photos were so much more than what we thought, and our video was perfect for us to always remember our special day. I could not recommend Lin more than ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!! SHE IS LEGIT THE BEST AND I AMMMMMM SOOOOO HAPPPY WE WENT WITH HER. When I thought we didn't get a photo, Lin already got it. Our wedding day will forever be vivid by the hard work of Lin and her team. -

She was open to any and all ideas, it was so simple to coordinate with her and the best part is the product at the end. Pictures and video are absolutely flawless! She had a way of making us feel comfortable through the whole process and the only thing I didn’t stress about was her and the work she was doing. Wish I could give her 10 stars!

Laura Sent on 11/27/2015Lin is excellent! She was affordable and easy to work with. My husband and I used her services for our civil marriage ceremony at City Hall in downtown Jersey City, NJ. As well as, our venue called the Liberty House. The photos taken on that special day reflected the beauty of venues and our intimate wedding party. She was always accessible via phone and email. Her website is a great resource to determine the type of wedding package appropriate for your event. Also, her home delivery of your photos will make you and you partner re-live your precious moment with a great smile across your face.
