Although I did not end up purchasing a dress from Lily's Bridal, I could not recommend them enough! My consultant Sarah was easy to talk to and listened to everything I had to say. I would ask every bride-to-be to come in and try on dresses here. I was very pleased!

Last minute squeeze-in appt and found a dress!
Has such a great experience with Savanna as my consultant. We were a last minute squeeze-in appointment after being referred from the outlet and I was slightly concerned the prices would be a lot higher at this store than the outlet. But I was able to find a beautiful dress for the same budget after promotions and will be getting a brand new made-to-order dress! Savanna was great and so patient. She understood what I was looking for and after trying on several of our picks, I ended up choosing a dress she suggested!

Ann was amazing!
Lily’s Bridal was an AMAZING experience! First and foremost I have to give the biggest shout out to the associate who helped me, Ann. Ann was so friendly, and really listened to what I wanted as far as style, budget, and the parts of my body I wanted to highlight or bring less attention to. Ann was incredibly encouraging when I was becoming overwhelmed and was very kind making sure that I was picking something I truly LOVED.
Luckily this was the first store I went to, and I didn’t need to go anywhere else! I do believe a big part of this was because of Ann’s ability to understand customer’s wants and needs, her knowledge of the stores inventory, and her unwavering upbeat attitude.
There were so many options in my budget, and Ann made sure that any dresses she chose were within that budget I did not feel pressured at any point to leave with something or to spend more than I could afford.
The experience at Lily’s Bridal is unrivaled. The environment is relaxing and friendly. All the associates were so nice and attentive from check in to check out. My recommendation is to make Lily’s your first stop!

A beyond custom experience
From the moment I stepped in the shop, until I walked out the week of my wedding with my dress, Lily’s staff made me feel like a princess. Their seamstress, Hilary, my fairy godmother, customized my dress dress, worked with our budget, and made me feel gorgeous and confident throughout every appointment and fitting. Got my dream wedding dress!!
After visiting about 15 bridal shops, I was getting tired of searching. I ended up falling in love with the dress I found here and the best part is that when my dress came in, it fit me like a glove! I love it so much I don't want to preserve it and let it sit in a box for 20 years. So I'm going to try and alter it in a way to make it less "bridal" so I can wear it to other formal events.

I can not say enough about the level of professionalism and detail Sarah and the team at Lily Bridal provided me and my family during a pandemic to guide me to my gorgeous dress.
They painstakingly were unwavering in their ability to make everything special from my first appointment, and Say Yes To The Dress, to my very last fitting.
The level of care and compassion at every step of dress, veil,fittings and accessories was a blessing.
Everyone cared about every decision I made and they were genuinely happy for me and my family.
They are absolutely wonderful, and I drove from Tampa to every appointment and they were 150% prepared for every fitting.
I had no delays in delivery dates of any of my bridal sisters items.

I found my dream dress here!! And their selection is so big, but they do a great job of helping you narrow it down! Very large dressing/mirror area too! I also saw the same dress at another store and it was priced over $200 more at the other shop.

I can’t begin to explain how OBSESSED with my dress I was/am! Thank God for my Bridal consultant who helped find me this gem. Every fitting, there were more details I fell in love with. I highly recommend going to Lily's and you HAVE TO ask for Chey as your consultant. Chey was an absolute dream to work with, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and really listened to what I wanted. I had been to three other stores before my appointment at Lily's and was starting to get frustrated with the process of explaining what I was looking for and being disappointed with the styles I was brought that didn't match, but not here. Chey really listened to what I liked & disliked about every dress before leaving to go grab a new one off the rack & every dress I put on was better than the one before until I found *THE* dress. Top-notch Dress Shopping Experience
I said "yes" to my dress at Lily's Bridal last weekend! Upon entering the store, there was a very professional vibe. Daisy, my assigned consultant was ready right away and took me to choose 3 dresses of my choice. She picked out the rest of the dresses I tried on based on the three I had chosen. I ended up not loving the ones I picked out, and told Daisy exactly what I did and didn't like about them. That helped Daisy narrow down what I was looking for... and voila! Daisy ended up picking out my PERFECT dress! Before I officially said "yes," Daisy turned the lights off to make sure I liked the dress for the "reception look." She put on a nice veil and gave me some dangle earring to get the full look. I loved it! So happy to be a Lily's Bride and THANK YOU to Daisy for picking my perfect dress! :)

I had passed this little store going to work, that when I got engaged this is the place I went. The staff was always friendly and helpful every time I went. The selection of dresses was perfect. Easy shopping experience
I had an idea what type of dress I wanted and knew a I had to have pockets. Cyndia did a great job helping my find the perfect dress. I went shopping solo and she assured me it wasn’t as uncommon as I thought. Sarah helped me with alterations and created a great bustle for me that flipped easily underneath.

I came to Lily's Bridal to look for a wedding dress. I had a consultation with Cindia and I showed her some photos on my Pinterest of the kinds of dresses I was looking for. She found several dresses that were exactly what I was looking for! She also chose accessories that matched perfectly with the dress. She was very sweet and helpful and very professional. I loved working with her and I ended up purchasing my dress from them!
I also had my dress altered there by Sara. She was incredible and the dress turned out perfectly. It fit so well and I got so many compliments about how beautiful and unique the dress was!
I would definitely recommend Lily's Bridal to anyone looking for an exceptional bridal gown shopping experience!

I am so happy that I went to Lily's Bridal. Their beautiful selection of elegant wedding gowns made finding my DREAM gown an absolute breeze! All the staff that I interacted with at Lily's Bridal are very friendly and professional. I cannot say enough though about their wonderful and extremely talented seamstress, Sarah! My dress had a lot of intricate detailing from head to toe, and Sarah flawlessly preserved all it's original beauty while hemming the bottom, taking-in the waistline & shoulder areas, inserting support cups, and adding "invisible" clips for the bustle. Sarah really went above and beyond to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with her work. During the 2nd fitting, she actually took a video of me walking in the dress so that I could see for myself exactly how the dress layed and to get my input on whether any additional alterations were needed. The final product fit me PERFECTLY, and I felt beautiful and comfortable all day long on my wedding day! I cannot thank Sarah enough - not only is she a very talented seamstress, but also a genuinely kind person who's enthusiasm for what she does really shines through!

This was the third shop I had been to that day and I was just about over it. I spoke with Juliana showed her what I had been searching for and she knew just what I wanted! She grabbed two dresses off the bat and then allowed me to wander and pick a few. I tried on one I picked and then the two she picked and I was sold! To think my consultant knew me better then I knew myself! I ended up with a dress she picked that was a little different then what I intended. It’s true your consultant knows best and knows just what they are doing! It was a great time and such a special moment.
HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I see now why they are voted #1 in Orlando!

It was one of the first stores I visited and the last store I visited until I ordered my dress after a 4-month long hunt. Juliana made me feel so comfortable and was so understanding with every question I had. She understood why I was so picky and encouraged me to keep trying on dresses if I really didn't feel like a bride in the ones I was trying on. Juliana also has the best style! I picked out dresses myself and then she went on her own to pick some that she felt I would look beautiful in. Needless to say, I loved each one she pulled and then fell in love with this last one that she chose. I completely trust her and her judgement and she was very budget-conscious the whole time. The staff at Lily's Bridal are not there to make a sale or earn a commission. They are there with your best interest in mind. I only went to two dress stores before I found "the one" at Lily's Bridal. My experience at Lily's was far better than the other store. I went on a weekday, so it wasn't too busy. I never felt rushed or like a bother to them. I brought a huge entourage with me and they didn't mind at all. Because of all these loved ones, I also had to try on what felt like a million dresses. The girl helping me in and out of dresses was a champ! I also loved the selection of designers at Lily's, although the reason I went to the other first salon was because they carried a designer Lily's did not (Essense of Australia). I ended up purchasing a beautiful Casablanca dress (a designer I hadn't heard of!) and a veil. Everyone in the shop was fantastic, and they were very good about letting me know when my dress would come in. They called me the day my dress arrived, and I actually was out of town and not able to pick it up for a few weeks. This was no problem and they held my dress free of charge. I did not end up using their alterations department as I have a family friend who is a seamstress.

Best place to buy a dress. I was on a budget so I went to the outlet store where they see d the sample dress. I look through and pick some. They help me try them on. I said that I liked is some and my consultant Karina when out and brought my my perfect dress. If it was not for her I would have been lost since David bridal was terrible for me. Once I picked out the dress the seamstress fix some flaws for no charge. Best place ever!!!!

I heard that Lily's Bridal had the wedding dress designer I absolutely love so I knew I had to go to try on some Maggie Sottero dresses plus at the time there was a trunk show taking place for Maggie Sottero. I wasn't actually going to be looking for a dress at the moment I went to the trunk show, but my wedding coordinator Kim Tran with Pearl White Events recommended I go just to see as I might find the one.
I went with my family and bridesmaids to try on some dresses at the trunk show and I found the one. I was not expecting to find it so fast and at the first place I looked but I could not let this amazingly beautiful dress go, so I knew it had to be the one. The ladies at Lily's bridal were so sweet and Quincy and Annie helped me out a bunch with trying on so many beautiful dresses.
As time went on and it got closer to my wedding date, Jewel the seamstress was so helpful and so fun to work with. She brought my vision to change my dress style a bit to life and after a few fittings my dress was complete and it was everything I'd hoped for and more. Jewel was so great to work with and she made my dream dress come to life and I felt amazing in it.
Thank you again to everyone at Lily's Bridal for all your help and I will definitely highly recommend you all for anyone looking for their wedding dress and already have recommended a few ladies to go there. Thank you again!

Awesome little boutique shop that has a pretty good selection of dresses. After finding my dress, I came back for my first fitting with Jewels. She's amazing! I got my bridesmaid dresses here and the team gave my bridesmaids and I a wonderful experience. The called us right away when the dresses arrived and made sure all the dresses fit the girls before they walked out the doors. I didnt get my gown their, but just by walking around I could tell that there is some beautiful wedding dresses waiting for a bride to pick them.

Lily's Bridal is amazing! I went there for their selection of Maggie Sottero dresses. However, when I described what I like, Brooke pulled Maggie Sottero dresses and a few other designers. She nailed it right on the first dress she pulled. It was the one I immediately fell in love with. She was very helpful and professional and assisted me in trying on more dresses which just reconfirmed my dress decision. I have had such a great experience here at Lily's Bridal especially with seamstress Jervel Lynne. She is absolutely amazing. I am short and the dress was fitting a little weird on my body because my torso is so small but she helped me until it fit perfectly! She listened and went over every part of the dress again and again until it fit. Thank you so much Jervel, you are one talented seamstress and such a pleasant person to work with. I can't believe that I have found my dream dress at the one and only Lily's Bridal! I've gone to 4 bridal shops and tried on over 15 dress, and finally my sister recommended Lily's Bridal. The shop has many designers and styles that other shops did not carry. Annie and Quincy were very helpful, patient, and friendly. They kept my budget in mind and were never pushy. Lily's has the BEST selection of dresses. We found our dress there immediately after arriving and trying it on!! I LOVED my dress it was perfection. Just make sure you state clearly what you want and how you want it, some things had to be reiterated a couple times but than they were fixed. Also, make sure you ask about all costs that come with your fittings, their is a cost for steaming your dress and so on. Just make sure you are clear on pricing and have it written down before you leave! Other than that everything was wonderful! :) Thanks Lily's!

Lily's was very good about getting my dress to me quickly and assessing alterations. I bought my dress 1 and a half years before the wedding so they allowed me to have multiple fittings to make sure it fit perfectly. They even constructed a unique bustle to hold my heavy train, and fixed it after it broke on the day of the wedding. Thank you Lily's!

Went shopping for my dress by myself to make sure I wanted to buy it there and have my family travel down to go shopping with me in Orlando, rather than buy it where my family lives. I asked the staff to act like I had never been there before the next time I came in and they completely played along when I brought my family and bridesmaid in. It made the whole experience so easy and fun for everyone. An hour or two there with my guests and we were done! Maggie Sottero dress for under $1000! Perfect lace dress for Savannah in June. I've recommended them to several brides already.

I went to this particular bridal shop because I was looking for Maggie Sottero dresses and it was one of the few local ones that had them. I absolutely loved my dress and they were great about alterations and any thing I asked them to change even up to the last minute when I picked up my dress the day before the wedding and they made a change while I was there. I also chose the bridesmaids dresses from their selection and had all of the bridesmaids tell me that they were very professional and great to deal with... plus there was a discount since I got my dress there which is always good. Overall it was a great experience and I would totally recommend them!

I had a wonderful experience at Lily's! I went there early on for a Maggie Sottero trunk show, and unfortunately I didn't find "the one." So I continued the search, traveling from Orlando to Atlanta, trying on well over 50 dresses. It was getting dow to crunch time and I decided to give Lily's another go. This time I went on a regular day where I could try on any dress in the store. I ended up with a Casablanca gown. The neckline wasn't quite what I wanted, and they said "no problem" and I selected a neckline from a different gown and it was just as they said, "no problem!" The dress was absolutely perfect and no matter what the alteration was, a hem, flattening of a crease, etc, it was no problem. I had a wonderful and worry-free experience at Lily's.

Lily's bridal made our lives easier. We had been to many places for dresses and invitations. When we finally made it to the shop Ann took such good care of us. She made us feel like part of her family and helped us with everything. The invitations we ordered came out perfect and cost less than some of the other places. The bridemaids dresses were all made to perfect order. The options for tuxedos was large enough to give me choices, but not to overwhelming to confuse a lost groom. Ann helped us through the entire process and worked with us with ease during fittings, variable schedule and last minute changes. I hope she is still there so we can use her on my 10 year anniversary to renew vows.

I bought my dress at my usual dress size, promising them I would lose 5 lbs. The dress came in and I gained 5lbs! Needless to say, the dress didn't fit but they said, "don't worry. you have time to lose 10 lbs! Instead of trying to up-sell me on the cost of alterations, they believed in my weight loss efforts! I lost the 10lbs, and the dress fit like a glove (with the help of Spanx!!) I was a princess and they helped me along the way! My experience at Lily's Bridal was awesome! I searched high and low for a great bridal salon, that would not only deliver beautiful wedding dresses but also amazing customer service!!! Annie and Ofelia were amazing and so helpful, every step of the way. My dress the Sottero & Midgley Adorae is absolutely beautiful and they did such a wonderful job with the alterations that had to be done on it! I would have to say that shopping for my wedding dress was the easiest wedding task that I conquered and it was because of them! Lily's was a great place to buy my wedding dress. I very specifically did NOT want a strapless dress and they were the only place that had a large selection of other styles of dresses. They also have a huge "viewing" area for the Mother of the Bride, the brides entourage, etc. in addition to nice large dressing rooms. I fell in love with a Maggie Sottero dress there. We ordered it and Lily's made sure it came in on time. The week of I had to get my dress taken in, bustled, sew a bra, etc. This is the real reason I love Lily's is because they did an AMAZING job with the dress alterations and had it ready by the next day for me to try on. They even installed an extra heavy duty snap on the braline of my dress to make sure nothing "popped out"...which was my biggest worry. Any place can order any dress you want, but not every place has such excellent workers and such an excellent seamstress.

She suggested what styles would look flattering on me, showed me where that style was in the store, and allowed me to only choose my favorite 5 so that I wouldn't be overwhelmed. This direction helped so much! I tried on my dress second to last, and fell in love. It was Maggie Sotterro Brianna. (Which, by the way, was wonderful to wear the day of the wedding. I did not feel like it was too heavy or bulky. It was perfect). We got a great price on the dress too as there was a trunk show that weekend. I had a great experience with Lily's Bridal. The first appointment I had, I tried on tons of beautiful dresses (they have a great selection), but didn't find the 'one'. The sales staff was very understanding and didn't try to pressure me at all. I had seen a Maggie Sottero online that I couldn't get out of my mind, but there weren't any bridal shops in Orlando that carried it yet. I found out that the next week they were having a trunk show and my dream dress would be included. I came back the following week and purchased the dress. The staff made the process so easy. They handled all of the alterations (which came out perfect!) and even helped me order special dyed shoes to match. The price of the alterations was very reasonable. Lilly's had the best selection of dresses for the style I wanted. Their samples were smaller than many other stores I had been to which assisted me in seeing what the dress would really look like. Make an appointment and you will get the service that you want. They are busy and if you expect to walk in the service won't be that great. But I had an appointment and they spent all the time I needed with me. They also made sure to order the dress in my size which limited my alteration cost. She even showed me the book so that I could see what size the dress came in and make sure I was comfortable with the size being ordered. Alterations were perfect and when my veil did not come in on time, she gave me an upgraded veil for no cost!

I got engaged on July 21, 2009. So naturally I was wedding dress shopping by August. The only problem I ran into when trying on dresses was the dress shops generally only carry one dress in one size. I'm very small so it was hard to get an idea of what the dresses would actually look like. However, the staff at Lily's was very helpful with clipping the dresses so I could get an idea of what it would look like in my size. There were so many beautiful dresses and great designers it was hard to pick just one. But I finally decided on a gorgeous Casablanca gown, which was actually really reasonably priced. It came in about a month earlier than expected, which was great because I ended up needing about 3 different fittings, all those alterations weren't cheap, but they were worth it. The end product was breath taking! The dress fit like a glove and everyone at the wedding told me how beautiful it was. I would highly recommend Lily's for both dress purchase and alterations.

I loved my dress and veil!
I truly loved my dress and veil from Lily's Bridal. The staff was so helpful in my hunt for the perfect dress, and my alterations turned out flawlessly. The dress arrived on time and fit like
a glove on wedding day. Highly recommend!

Wonderful shop with a friendly staff. They have a lot of trunk shows which is where I found my dress! I like that they did everything in shop and in fact my dress was dropped off there to be preserved just two weeks ago. I ended up spending quite a bit of money by the end, but it was convenient. Plus I picked an expensive dress ($1600) but you can definitely find moderately priced dresses there. My alterations came out to around $400. They also carry bridesmaid dresses and jewelry.

Lily's Bridal was where I purchased my wedding dress and veil. They were fabulous to work with! I loved my gorgeous dress and felt beautiful in it all night. The owner (I think) is so sweet and very helpful. They seemed a little bit on the expensive side, but in my opinion it was worth it because of the excellent service I received. Definitely go check them out if you're searching for a beautiful gown!

What a great little wedding dress shop! The salesperson I worked with was fabulous and made me feel like I was the most important and most beautiful girl in the room (exactly how every bride wants to feel)! They do all their alterations in house, but I would be careful as they did not catch all the alterations I needed the first time around. It ended up being okay in the end, but a little stressful in the process. I recommend this place to EVERYONE! They may be a small store, but they have a pretty good variety of styles.

The first dress I tried on was at Lily's Bridal Salon. I tried on three and knew one of them would be the one. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is outstanding. I have recommended this Salon to friends and they have also chosen their dresses here.

Annie was a joy to work with! I wouldn't have trusted anyone else with the alterations for my wedding dress. She knew exactly what I wanted and delivered just that! They have a huge selection of Maggie Sottero gowns which is what I wanted from the beginning.

Excellent selection! The owner really has an eye for beautiful bridal gowns. It is a smaller store, so I feel like the options are not overwhelming. The staff helping us really listened to what I wanted and made some great recommendations. I was able to buy a sample dress on sale. It allowed me to have a designer gown for my budget wedding. The other thing that I really like about this place is that the sample gowns are not all just size 2s. The sample gown I bought was a size 10.
While the dress was beautiful and I really like this owners eye (the quality is also really terrific!), I decided not to have my alterations done here, as I believe they would have been rather expensive (based on a quote I received for alterations of a different dress).

My daughter bought the very first dress she tried on here after looking at many more. This was the only store that carried that brand and style at that time. The location is not that great and if you go on a weekend make sure you get an appoitnment because it is crowded and difficult to get assistance. However, during the week it is not bad and the staff is cooperative.

I got the perfect dress from Lily's. They were reliable with ordering, tailoring, and pressing my dress. I had no difficulties with them, and they were always nice. The one downside of Lily's is their location, which has a lot of traffic in the surrounding area.
Unlike the place I ordered the bridesmaid dresses from Lily's did what they said, with no backtracking on dates.

Get choice of dresses at this small shop. Most popular designer is Maggie Sottero (beautiful items)...well worth the trip. Prices are reasonable for the kind of dresses you get. Does everything from order your gown, proper fitting with seamstress and press and preserves gowns. I did it all and didnt have any problems. Has a small selection of bridesmaid dresses also. I would definetly try this store!

Great Experience
My daughter and I picked Lily's as our first stop mainly to inquire altering my 30 year old dress. Tillie did not disappoint! Her expertise, honesty and personality made us genuinely feel we were in good hands. We had such a good experience that we ended up not only altering the dress we brought but found another for her reception with the help of Cynthia.

The staff at Lily's Bridal was very flexible in seeing me last minute. The ladies here were very help and patient and made sure to make me aware of all of my options to make my dress shopping as perfect as can be. My dress turned out to be more beautiful than I dreamed. I would go back in a heart beat for another occasion.

This place is truly for everyone! Whether you are a budget bride or looking for the most amazing designer dress! My dress budget was about $700 and after shopping around at different bridal shops, I had accepted the fact that I was just going to settle on an "okay" dress due to the fact that the majority of the dresses i actually liked were well over $1000. So to my surprise I asked to go straight to the clearance rack to see what they had and I found an amazing designer wedding gown that was originally priced over $1200 for $616. The gown is amazing!!!! So thanks to Lily's Bridal I didn't not have to compromise on both price and style! And if you want more beading on your gown, they have amazing beaded (non-ribbon) belts or appliques that can be added to the dress! The dresses at this shop are breathtaking! And payment arrangements are very accommodating.

I purchased my bridal gown and bridesmaids gowns from Lily's and was very happy. You aren't getting the Kleinfeld's experience, but you aren't paying for it, either. My gown was absolutely beautiful and looked more expensive than it actually was.
One problem we had with the bridesmaid dresses: we used Lily's tailor for alterations, and while hemming one of the bridesmaids gowns, she "altered" away the dress's mini-train! We had to order a new dress so it would match the others.

I found my dress at Lily's after visiting many other stores in Orlando. I actually picked out the dress at another store in town but had horrible service so I went to Lilly's hoping to find a similar dress. I showed my consultant Alayna the photo and she told me they had the Casablanca right away! But to be sure it was the one she helped me try on lots of other dresses in the same style. I put the one on last and I stepped into it and knew it was the one! They even offered me $100 of accessories I can put to a veil (because I chose a cheap one) and jewelry! I even found my bridesmaid dresses there! After reading reviews about the alterations I may take my dress elsewhere but I found my dress buying experience wonderful!

My mom and I went shopping for my wedding dress in November of 2013. Lily's was the first place I went to and I found THE dress ! Lily's was recommended to me by one of my bridesmaids who had found her dress there. There is a wide variety of styles that Lily's has and their prices are very affordable. They even gave the veil to me for free (you just have to ask). The only down side is that they only have a limited number of sizes to try on, but they make it work with clips. You can order the dresses in your specific size even into the plus sizes. The ladies at Lily's were very friendly and helpful.
The only downside is that it takes several months for you to receive your dress. I ordered it in November and didn't receive it until the end of March so you need to plan ahead. I had 3 fittings to make sure it fit perfectly for my wedding day. I do recommend having someone with you to make sure everything looks great, especially in the back of the dress since its hard for you to see all the details while wearing it.
I also recommend making an appointment!

Lilly’s Bridal made my dress-shopping experience unforgettable. We arrived at a modest establishment having already been to three other bridal shops. This was the first place that was actually a positive experience. Marlene listened to my vision and helped me find the dress with which I fell in love. She then helped find the perfect dress for my bridesmaids, one that my sister looked amazing wearing. We were able to stand together and really get the vision of my wedding would be. I received so many compliments on my dress and overall look on my wedding night. It was perfect. The alterations were pretty expensive, but my dress came in 2 weeks before my wedding and I was able to pick it up, steamed and ready, a few days before and with the perfect fit.

Jewel altered my dress and she is seriously AMAZING. I basically changed my entire bodice and she made sure it fit beautifully. She works so fast and is awesome at what she does. What I can say flustered me a little bit was that when I went to pick up my dress (before altering) they were busy and I didn't get to try the dress on. We ordered a size down from what I had originally tried on based on their recommendation. When I got home that night and put the dress on, it felt tiny and I freaked out. I had to leave to go back up north, where I am living now, the next day. We were able to resolve the situation via phone and I was told it would be able to be taken out some. I felt better at that point. In the end, the dress ended up fitting almost perfectly (a little large in the bust still..) However, after my dress was steamed and I picked it up before my wedding day, I almost didn't try it on because I was told I didn't need to and it might wrinkle it. As I was leaving my sister mentioned she didn't know how to bustle it! We went back in and I put it on so she could learn. I am SO happy I did because the girl that worked there had to call out a seamstress to help us figure out how to bustle it (5 bustles, huge skirt)- not her fault, it was a lot of dress. I will say I was put-off and annoyed by one of the sales women who basically told me I could not wear the shoes I bought for my reception because the dress would get dirty. I knew I was not going to last all night in heels and bought very cute, designed sneakers. She was adamant that I needed to go buy some "platforms" and not wear the sneakers. I knew the dress might get a little dirty, planned to have it cleaned, and wanted to be able to dance and enjoy myself. Other than that, I was happy with them and my dress was gorgeous. I got tons of compliments!!

I really can't say enough good things about Lily's Bridal! My cousin and I went to approx 7 Bridal boutiques before I found the perfect one at Lily's! They were very patient with me! Ironically, I went into a dressing room and there was a poster in the wall of the style I was looking for. I asked if they had this dress and they did! The only downfall is it was a ballgown with a cathedral train and I was getting married on the beach, but I had to try this dress on. When I initially chose the stress, there was a different seamstress. I essentially wanted to remake the stress. She assured me it could be done. I had decided I was not going to look at price tags when I was dress shopping because if it was the dress I wanted it was the dress I was going to get no matter what. With that said, when I finally said yes to the dress I was nervous about the price tag. The dress was a Mary's Bridal. The gown is gorgeous and couture, without the couture price tag! I also got my dress altered at Lily's. When I went for my first dress fitting, it was not the same seamstress I had discussed my vision with and I panicked. I was so thankful Jewel assured me she could also carry out my vision. I had lots of alterations! The back of my dress had buttons that I wanted removed and made into a corset. I also did not want a cathedral train so we shortened it to what I think was a shorter semi cathedral train! Let me add my dress had a lace overlay! It had to be hemmed of coarse since I am short. I also needed 5 bustles. I had lost approx 20lbs before the wedding and it had to be taken in, too. When I was looking for a matching veil Jewel made a suggestion that was truly brilliant in my eyes. She used the lace we removed from cutting the train and made a custom veil so it matched my dress PERFECT! She does AMAZING work! I live an hour away and she was very accommodating with my schedule, too. This experience was worth every penny! Thank you, Lily's Bridal and Jewel!

I had in mind what I had wanted for my wedding dress for several months. FINALLY when the day came to actually got and get it, Lily's was recommend to me by a friend for the designer I wanted. I was not let down! The first dress I tried on was the one! I was a little disappointed for one of the fittings because the attendant that day was kind of 'rude' and not really 'tending' to my needs or responsive at all. She was more preoccupied with the phone or fiddling with computer? (IDK) Otherwise, the other ladies, the 'fitter' and "consultant' were extremely amicable and knowledgeable as well. All of their deadlines were met and I had no surprises with my dress or hidden prices. The veil was a little pricey but it went perfectly with my dress.

Went here originally by myself just to browse a Maggie Soterro trunk show, but ended up falling in love with an Allure dress that my consultant picked out for me after showing her a few pictures of things I had saved on Pinterest. I came back a few weeks later with my mother and MOH and purchased it. The dress came in much quicker than originally quoted, but some of the beading wasn't symmetric so the owner sent it back to be fixed. It still wasn't right when it came back, so she then called them and asked them to send me a new dress, which was perfect. My dress ended up being one of the few things that came in under budget and I'm glad I was able to get my dream dress at Lily's. I took it elsewhere for alterations, so I can't comment on that aspect.

The ladies at Lily's Bridal were attentive, helpful and pleasant at every visit. They let me try on endless dresses because I couldn't make up my mind! I had a hard time finding my wedding dress and went to many stores before Lilys. Annie suggested a dress based on some others I liked. That was the dress I ended up buying! They honored my I Do coupon, did my alterations, and added a belt 3 days before my wedding! I would've given them a higher score but I didn't like the first seamstress, Lily (not the owner). She was unfriendly and her alterations were subpar, requiring me to have more done on the same spots. I had much better luck with my second seamstress. She did an excellent job with alterations, worked with me to get the perfect fit, was positive and upbeat, and gave me helpful tips for the wedding day. Would definitely recommend Lily's Bridal to any brides out there!
