Great experience!

I had a wonderful experience at Lily’s Bridal! As a plus size bride I was nervous about not having a lot of options to try on, but Lily’s has a large variety of plus size gowns. My consultant Octavia was a pleasure to work with. She understood my vision and concerns; and pulled gowns that met my criteria and then deviated just enough for me to see that what I initially envisioned didn’t actually work for me. I highly recommend Lily’s to any bride in the Baltimore area!

My Bridal Experience

I had THE BEST EXPERIENCE at Lily’s! Octavia was phenomenal in helping me find the perfect dress😀 I honestly walked in thinking I wasn't going to find my dress, especially at my first visit but I was so wrong. Octavia was on point with the dresses that she selected for me based off of my style preference that I told her. As soon as I put it on the dress that I chose, my eyes watered so I knew it was the one! If you’re looking for the perfect dress, I ABSOLUTELY recommend you go to Lily’s!

Go to Lilys!

I had a great experience with Octavia Dee! Octavia called me prior to my appointment and was very interested in what I was looking for so she could be prepared and make the best use of my time at the boutique. When I arrived, she gave me a pair of earrings as a gift and they had the store closed for just me with a sign that said "welcome Kara!" It was all about me that morning which really made me feel so special! Octavia allowed me to look at the inventory in the store as well as the gowns she prepicked, and we got to trying on dresses. She was personable and made me feel so comfortable. I was not loving any of the gowns I tried on and she was patient but smart to be asking what was missing from each one to help me get closer to a decision. Dee begin to assist to and they were really making it all about me and my day through it all. Finally I saw what would become THE DRESS on a manican across the boutique. It was a bit different than I thought I wanted but I thought it may not hurt to try since I was not feeling the others. Octavia and Dee quickly got it and once I put it on I instantly felt beautiful! I will be making it a custom dress through altering the neck and back lines, as well as adding buttons and sleeves, but it is just gorgeous and the price was reasonable too. They let me spend as much time as I wanted in my dress, let us pop champagne, and took pictures of me and my family +friends. It was a special day and I really appreciate Octavia and Dee to being so patient and helpful during such a big decision making process. I recommend Lilys for a personable experience, reasonable prices, and finding your dream dress!

Excellent customer service

I went to Lily’s this past weekend and had a lovely experience! Kim the owner really cares about her customers and makes herself available to them. She calmed my nerves and came in on her day off to let me see the dress. They truly have top notch customer service! 10/10!

Fantastic atmosphere and wonderful selection

I had an amazing experience at Lily’s Bridal and Prom Boutique over the weekend! The dress selection was great and offered a number of styles that I was able to try on. Dee was an amazing concierge and was super helpful throughout the entire process! She presented me with multiple options, gave her honest opinion, and really worked with me to ultimately say “yes” to the dress! I highly recommend!

Amazing! 5 stars isn't enough!

I went into Lily's after going to a few other bridal salons, not sure if I would ever find a dress that I loved. I ended up buying my dream dress!! It was exactly what I always wanted. My bridal stylist was amazing, and so helpful! They made me feel safe and comfortable, and I could not be happier with their service. Lily's really made me feel like family. I would recommend them to anyone I know! Thank you to Dee who really made my day special!

An absolute gem of a boutique!

When wedding dress shopping I visited several stores in both New York City and Maryland and ended up being incredibly lucky to find a very unique, affordable wedding dress that perfectly encapsulated me and the aesthetic I was looking for at Lily's Bridal! Dee was incredibly friendly, easy to work with, and even allowed for my gown to be stored at the shop until I was ready to begin alterations. Whether you are plus or straight sized, I highly recommend stopping by Lily's!

Absolutely LOVE Lily's!!!

Lily's Bridal is unlike any other experience you will have! Kim and Dee make you feel like you are the only person in the world who matters at that moment. They make the entire experience so enjoyable. As a bride, it is extremely overwhelming to find "the dress" and Kim and Dee help to make it so much easier, without the pressure. They genuinely want you to find your dress. I could go on and on about how wonderful they are. I recommend them to every bride I meet!

Wedding dress

I walked into Lily’s with an open mind to try on wedding dresses. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and made me feel special by asking bunches of questions about my big day. I still love the dress I chose and will put it back on each year to relive my wedding!

Best Experience!

I had a great experience at Lily’s Bridal! The staff were enthusiastic about my upcoming wedding and helped me find the dress of my dreams. It wasn’t crowded when I went and they were flexible with scheduling my first appointment and fitting. Definitely recommend Lily’s bridal!

Amazing on my RoadtoRogers

I was so happy to have found a plus size wedding dress store in my home town right near my house!my experience was absolutely amazing. My dress fit perfect,looked gorgeous, felt amazing in it.thanks to ms.dee she rocked the whole way through.price was expensive to me but for it to be my first wedding I loved my dress m,the price didnt even matter!

Great Service

I loved the experience of being able to be catered too while looking for the dress. I like the idea of sending pictures ahead of time, even though I went to a totally different style. The staff were very friendly and worked with me when needed.

YES to the dress and Lily's

I worked with Dee and loved my experience finding my wedding dress. Lily's came recommended from a friend I work with who also bought her wedding dress here. I loved the personal attention and I felt like I was able to take my time to really find the perfect dress. Overall it was a great experience and so happy I got my dress here!

More than what I expected

Wedding dress shopping can be a pain. HOWEVER, Dee made it as stress free as possible. The boutique is beautiful and I felt important!

Awesome Experience!

I appreciated the one on one experience. Dee was great to work with. The business was very accommodating, especially during my family crisis. The price for my dress was reasonable and perfect. The seamstress that was recommended was great to work with as well. I would definitely recommend! I'll be bringing my daughter for her sweet 16, prom and wedding dresses. 😍

Dee was amazing. She was patient and caring. Addressed all my concerns. Even after I bought the dress she checked on me. I would suggest Lily’s Bridal for anything you need bridal.

As women of larger size shopping for clothes can be hard. We visited other stores where the smaller sized women had two or more staff members waiting on them and the staff member helping us was no help at all. Lillys bridal treated us with respect and as valued customers from the moment we walked in. We found a dress and they gave expert advice on how to alter it to fit perfectly. Thank you for treating us well.

I had such a wonderful experience at Lily's! Dee was amazing, responsive, and knew everything about each dress. She really listened to what I wanted for my dress. She made sure she included everyone in my party but stayed focused on me the entire time. I have helped two other brides pick out their dresses and those experiences were nothing like this. From having the showroom to ourselves on my first appointment, to the special message and flowers that were waiting for me when I mentioned that I'd be stopping in on my birthday.
And that leads me to my dress. As soon as I tried my dress on for the first time, it was like falling in love-- I couldn't stop thinking about it. It was exactly what I was looking for!

Lily's Bridal was the absolute BEST place for me to get my wedding dress and veil! I'd visited other places to include a rather large chain store and didn't care for the quality of their dresses nor the less than personal feel! At Lily's I was never seen with more than 1 other party in at a time. This included shopping for my dress as well as all fittings! I worked with Dee and she was so friendly and personable. She kept in touch with me through the entire process and always remembered me when I called or just to stop in. I told her what my vision was and even the dresses she helped me choose to try on were spot on with what I was asking for. I would and will recommend this store any bride as well as anyone shopping for prom or formal dresses. You WILL NOT be disappointed! Aaaaaand to top it all off both my dress and veil came back ahead of schedule!!!

The staff at Lily's was both warm and knowledgeable. My dress was gorgeous and reasonably priced, given the material and intricate details. Best outfit I've ever worn!

This was the second store I visited when dress hunting and they blew me away with their selection and price. Upon arrival I was greeted by the friendly staff and taken to the show room. I was asked to pick three dresses to start and I was worried at first because I am VERY picky. The bridal consultant stuck by my side while I looked at each and every dress on the racks. She asked me what style I was looking for and provided suggestions. To my surprise I said 'yes' to the FIRST DRESS I tried on! My sister-in-law was in tears as soon as I walked out the dressing room, the dress was that stunning. Before purchasing the dress I wanted my mother to see it so the staff squeezed in a time slot on a busy Saturday to make that possible. I got so many compliments on my dress at the wedding and when showing pictures to others. The dress made me feel so confident and beautiful. Who wouldn't want to feel like that on their big day? The overall experience was wonderful and I would recommend Lily's Bridal to all brides that want to look flawless on their wedding day!

I went to two places and they where night and day. From the other place, you was treated like cattle being sent to the slaugther but here they made you and your party feel like family. From them greeting you and to the fitting of the dress, they were friendly and professional. They made different suggestion for sleeves or strips and belts. I fell in love with my dress and they made me feel like a queen.

I found out about Lily's Bridal when I lived in Arbutus and would drive past the shop frequently. I didn't have a lot of boutique's on my list when shopping for my wedding dress so I figured I would give Lily's a try. Well, thank goodness I did because I could not have asked for a better experience. When you arrive at your appointment, you are greeted by the friendly staff, they immediately make you feel comfortable and you are the ONLY bride in the shop during your appointment. I discussed with my consultant the style I was interested in, she pulled dresses for me and she also had me (and the people I had with me) take a look through the selection and pick some as well. My consultant was very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. I tried on four-five dresses at Lily's and "the one" was the first dress I tried on. My consultant made sure after I had tried on all the dresses we had picked out, that I tried the first one on again to make sure that was indeed "the one." And it was! My eyes lit up (I had that typical bride moment) and I could truly envision myself in that dress on my wedding day. IT WAS PERFECT! After my wedding, I had Lily's clean my dress (I got married on a farm so the bottom was fairly muddy) and fix a button that had fallen off. Once they were finished, it was back to perfect. I would highly recommend Lily's Bridal to anyone.

I was on a budget and I found the perfect dress at Lily's Bridal. I went in when they were having a sample dress sale. I was able to get my dress, which was completely different from what I would have picked, for a third of the original cost. They also recommended the place I got my alterations done at, Annapolis Formal. The customer service was amazing!

I was so anxious about trying on wedding dresses due to the terrible bridesmaid experiences I had at David's. I knew I wanted a totally different experience, one that didn't feel like it was taking place in a wedding factory outlet. The associate who helped me at Lily's was so kind and helpful that I felt way more relaxed and had a great time trying on dresses. I found my dream dress after trying on maybe 4 or 5 dresses! I have received so many compliments on the uniqueness and quality of my wedding dress. They were very accommodating to my family and friends that came with me. I would highly recommend Lily's Bridal.

Lily's was my first place I went to when I began looking for my wedding dress. Sherri was my consultant and she was amazing. After listening to what type of dress I was interested in, she let me look at a rack of dresses in my price range- I then picked my three favorites. After trying these on, I was not happy with any of the options. Sheri then went and picked out a dress completely different than what I thought I wanted- it was something she thought would compliment my "hour-glass" figure. This was the dress I ended up buying! I also purchased a veil that matched my dress perfectly.

My only disappointment was the seamstress they recommended to me - I suggest taking your dress anywhere other than the business directly next door.

Lily's Bridal was great and helped me find my wedding dress on my first trip out to shop!! The 5th dress was the one for me!! It was an amazing experience and my sisters, mom, and I had a wonderful time. My wedding was this past weekend and I got so many compliments on my dress from the guests and even the venue staff. The bartender said she has worked many weddings and my dress was the prettiest she has ever seen!! I couldn't believe it!! :) Thank you so much.

I was first introduced to Lily's Bridal at a wedding expo in Baltimore. I would not have known about them if I hadn't gone, but I am so glad I did. I went to a few other bridal shops, but I did not get the kind of sincere, personalized attention I got at Lily's.

My consultant was Lisa, who was friendly, personable, and approachable. I am a plus-size with wide shoulders and I was very discouraged trying to find something flattering. I had some very exacting ideas for my dress (lace, sleeves) and she listened and ended up putting together that was almost custom. It was a basic corset backed a-line dress with a lace overlay and a lace bolero jacket. The end result was a gorgeous gown that was exactly what I wanted.

We also rented the groom's and groomsmen's tuxes through Lily's. It was so easy for all of them to simply show up to get measured. Dee walked me through the process, and helped me keep tabs on the guys. She was accommodating when I decided I wanted to switch the tie color. On the Wednesday before the wedding, she called me to let me know that the wrong color of vest had come in for the tuxes, but she got the company to send the right one the very next day. All the guys looked great!

Very professional! i loved that there were different dresses that most people had never seen! i also loved that we were the only party there when we shopped for my dress...it was a good sized room but we were the only people there. I felt like I was VIP! I was not intending to buy my dress (I bought my dress last year and my wedding was this year in early October) but the minute I put my dress on, I felt like it was me and I had to have it for our special day. I would highly suggest Lily's Bridal over the other "big box" wedding gown stores any day of the week.

Lisa helped me try lots of things- she LISTENED to me and she was very easy to work with. She even sent me a very kind note in the mail after my appointment. I got my gown and accessories there. Absolutely love this shop. I first came in right after Christmas in 2013 and they were booked packed and I fell in love with a dress I saw, so even though they didn't have the time they allowed me to come back in a few hours later and try on the dress! Dee was great and helped match the perfect veil to my dress. My dress was supposed to come in around June and I was able to pick it up in March! Please everyone try Lilly's they really do have great stuff unlike other bridal shops.

I found my dress the First time that I visited Lily's Bridal. When I made my appointment, the employee that helped me was very attentive toward what I was looking for. She asked about our venue, to help pick a dress that would fit there, and also asked about what style's I was leaning toward. I enjoyed the different styles of dresses that they had and think anyone could find a dress there. The dresses that they have are from Up and Coming designers and no one will have a dress just like yours. I highly recommend trying out Lily's bridal. I had been to 3 different store before trying Lily's and was so excited when I had found my dress here.

To be honest when I first arrived here, I wasn't sure what I was going to find....but when I walked in I was pleasantly surprised! They had tons of gowns that I could go through and hand pick the ones I wanted to try on. The other bonus was that there was only one other person trying on dresses the same time I was. I truly felt important and the person I worked with devoted their whole time to me. I loved my dress from the minute I saw it and with a few changes they helped me see that this was my perfect dress. I am so happy I purchased my dress from Lily's Bridal! When I walked into the boutique, my name was framed in a beautiful welcome sign. I was the only person in the entire store which made me feel like the focus was just on me. When we walked back to the fitting area, my name was again on the mirror. We were offered coffee and snacks and my mom was able to sit on a comfy couch to watch me try on dresses. I felt very comfortable with my consultant, Sherrie. She helped me try on dresses that I wouldn't have thought to try on myself. The first dress I tried on, I fell in love with! I felt it was missing something so Sherrie showed me a beautiful belt that was exactly what I was looking for. The dress was perfect and made of such nice material. The quality of a dress from Lily's can't be compared to anything you'd find at Davids Bridal or Alfredo Angelo. I am still in love with my dress! I am going to get it preserved so I can always have it.
A few months later I had a hair trial done with my hair stylist. I felt it was missing something so I stopped back into Lily's after my appointment. Sherrie was able to find me the perfect headband to go with my hair style. It was absolutely perfect. She took her time with me and allowed me to try on several different pieces to find the perfect fit for me. It was perfect! I highly recommend Lily's not just for their gorgeous dresses but also their beautiful accessories!!

I went to Lily's not really expecting to find my dress. I'm from Portland and was visiting my sister in Baltimore. Because of the distance, it was the only time I'd be able to do any sort of wedding stuff with her, so I wanted to do at least a little bit of the shopping experience with her. Our consultant really listened to what I'd already looked at and liked for dresses, and she really listened to what I was liking when I was looking through their store and trying on dresses. With the 5th dress she brought me, when I got in front of the mirror I knew it was the one. She had found one that had all of the elements that I had liked and looked good on me, perfectly balanced and in my price range. I'd recommend Lily's to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience with Lily's Bridal. Sherri was my salesperson and she was very, very helpful. I visited Lily's as the third stop on a day of wedding dress shopping. Even though I was a bit overwhelmed, Sherri helped me envision my perfect dress and picked out several options for me to try. She was patient while I considered all the options, even though I loved the first dress and ended up buying it. I liked that the dresses are from up and coming designers. They have a first day discount ($200 off) which was a nice incentive. When it came time to get bridesmaid dresses, I went to 3 places. The first 2 were hands-off while Sherri was very helpful in picking out dresses to try and giving feedback. With so many choices for bridesmaid dresses, I found it very useful. I would definitely recommend going to Lily's.

I got my beautiful Robin Jillian dress from here! I really enjoyed the experience of finding the dress because it was so personalized. It isn't like a few other places I went to where there are 3 or 4 girls all on display on a platform trying on dresses. You walk in, get your coffee/tea/etc. and a nice pair of faux diamond studs (which I still wear!) as you walk to their dressing room/mirror area. They have nice light dimmers for when you put the perfect dress on to make you feel like a princess. All the staff was very patient, friendly, and helpful. They asked lots of questions to figure out how to get you the dress you want. I came in first thing in the morning and I would advise that because I think as the days go on, appointments run over. I live out of state and they easily mailed my dress and veil with no issues. In fact, my veil came separately by accident and since it was their error, they didn't even make me pay shipping. One thing to know - I ordered my dress in early May, and it didn't come in until 2 days after Christmas! So shop early!! Especially if you're into the European designers.

I came here as my second dress shop and the place was booming with brides. They were super busy but were kind enough to let my mother and i walk around and give us a tour of the gowns they had in stock. I had fallen in love with one of the gowns but they did not have any appointments at the time, so we left but a few hours later i still couldnt get the dress out of my mind so Lisa told me to come back in and that Dee would assist me. Dee was so nice and let me try on a few gowns even the one my mother insisted upon that was way out of our budget! But at the end i tried on the gown i had fallen in love with at the beginning of the day and had the wonderful experience of saying YES to the Dress! I would recommend everyone to come to Lily's Bridal! The gowns are to die for!

I came from out of town planning on going to three different shops and Lillys was only the second place I went too before finding my dress! The first shop was very casual and made me get undressed in front of my guests and I felt very uncomfortable. So going to Lilys I tthought this was whatbwas going to happen there too. But to my surprise it wad an awesome experience. I was welcome with my name in a frame and written on the mirror. Lisa was my consultant and was very helpful and could almost read me when I tried dresses on knowing how I felt about it. I was in my own room until I needed her help and then entered the display room. I even ended up with my wedding dress and canceled my last appointment that weekend!

I was planing my wedding with only 4 months in advanced. I needed a dress in stock at a good price. I was looking for lace and fitted bodice. It was my first time trying on dresses and I was received by a very warm welcome and a gift! Lisa was great! She showed me all the dresses that had what I wanted and helped me try every single one. She was very patient and nice. I did choose my dress there and I took it the same day and took advantage of their sale. I loved that the tailoring lady would come in to see me in the dresses and tell me what she would do to them as I was trying them.I would recommend this store to anyone. They had a lot of variety and the staff was very helpful, professional and welcoming.

I was so overwhelmed when going to David's and Alfred Angelo by the overcrowdedness, rushing, and lack of attention. As a bride, you want the attention and patience that you deserve as you are making a HUGE decision for your big day! Lily's has a very intimate and relaxed setting that made me feel "at ease". Lily's was the second shop I tried dresses on in. The experience was great, so much better than the first place I went! The staff was so helpful and patient as I tried on multiple dresses. The dress I chose for my wedding was a little bit above my price range, but SO worth it! I don't need any undergarments because everything is built in and I barely need any alterations. The quality of the dress is so much better than others I had tried on at the first place I went to. After not knowing what to expect walking into Lily's, it turned out to be a fun and stress-free experience and left me with a great memory of the day I chose my dress!!

I had a great time visiting this salon. I had been to 5 other bridal stores before I came here. I walked in and was welcomed. At first I saw all of the prom dresses and thought there was no way I would find my dress here. Then I went to the back and Lisa was great! She wrote a nice note welcoming me on the mirror and offered my mom and I refreshments. It was so nice after being herded like cattle all morning. Being a Plus Size girl I was worried I wouldn't find something here, but there was a dress on the mannequin that caught my eye. Still, Lisa toughed it out with me while I tried on other dresses and let me laugh a little at some couture looks that weren't my style. Ultimately I found my DREAM dress. I put it on and couldn't help but dance a little. It was such a memorable day and moment!

I found the wedding dress of my dreams at Lily's bridal. I was concerned about finding a dress I would love, since I am a size 20, and I thought trying on sample dresses would be a nightmare. Dee was exceptional, really listening to what I wanted and bringing me a variety of dresses that met my description and were easy for me to try on. The experience was relaxed, pressure-free, and super supportive. And unexpectedly (at the first store I went to!) I found a romantic, delicate, flattering dress for my outdoor May wedding- I have never felt so beautiful in any article of clothing. The staff were so helpful and professional- they even shipped the dress out to me since I live in California and was just visiting the DC area. They went above and beyond to create an ideal experience for me, and I am very grateful.

I got engaged in March 2011 and the first thing I did was look at bridal gowns. I thought I had an idea of what I wanted, but after trying on a few, my consultant at Lily's Bridal, Dee, was able to guide me to a dress that would be more flattering to my figure. Then she brought out Brielle *cue the birds chirping and a choral "aaaaaaahhhhhhh"*. When I walked out of the dressing room in this dress, my mother, grandmother, and sister all burst into tears. I knew Brielle was THE ONE. But I was a budget bride, so I tried to look elsewhere for a similar dress for cheaper. I went to several other boutiques and big name Bridal stores and nothing could compare! Over my 2 year engagement, I called Lily's Bridal several times just to check up on the dress while I gathered money to put toward the down payment. The staff was never annoyed with me and always helpfully let me know she was still available and not discontinued. Closer to the date, I went to my last Bridal show and saw Lisa from Lily's Bridal. She warned me that Brielle was about to be discontinued within the next month! So I rushed down to Lily's to get that dress! Lily's was also able to sell me the in-store model (since it was being discontinued) for about $300 less than the tag price AND I was able to pay half up front and make payments on the rest (perfect for my budget)! The staff at Lily's Bridal is awesome. I felt like I made friends there. Dee and Lisa looked out for me! What a pleasant experience. I couldn't have asked for more. And that dress looked darn good on wedding day. The hubby was VERY pleased!

The team at Lily's provided incredible service and Dee, my consultant put me in my perfect dress on her first try. This was the best bridal shop I've ever been too. i wasn't sure what to expect because I only read three reviews from other consumers online. When i first arrived I was greeted and They had my name in a gold trimmed frame waiting for me. As a women with a curvaceous figure I didn't know what they would have in my size, or what would look right. My dress assistant Lisa helped me pick out the perfect dress and it was surprisingly a size 14. They are really nice people, everyone in the shop was very helpful and had positive attitudes. Bride's go get your dress from Lily's Bridal!

My consultant, I'm sorry I can't remember her name, asked the perfect questions to help me decipher between all the emotions and feelings I was having in all of the different wedding dresses. Her great questions led me to choose the most beautiful wedding dress. It was everything I had ever wanted and more. My fiance and I saw each other around noon on the wedding day to take photos in some nearby parks and on the beach, and he was absolutely speechless. He said my dress was perfect for me. I am so glad you had the dress I was looking for, and helped me figure out which one it was! The dress arrived when the shop said it would, and the ladies that helped me were more than warm and friendly. Thank you so much Lily's Bridal for helping me perfect one of the most important parts of my wedding day!

I bought my wedding dress here after visiting only one other place, but once I tried on the dress I knew that was it! I was a bride that pretty much knew what I wanted, so when I tried the dress on I was sold. I will admit that before purchasing I looked around at several stores because I felt like I needed to shop at more than 2 stores before buying a dress, but ended up coming back and buying my dream dress. I will say that Lily's Bridal has very unique dresses that you won't see elsewhere. I had mine customized a bit to make it even more unique to my style, but I felt good knowing I wouldn't ever see the dress other places.
The staff is very helpful - I worked with Dee and she was great about showing me options that were fitting to my style instead of trying to sell me on something I didn't want.
As for the pricing, everything is so reasonable considering the quality and uniqueness of the dresses. I'm from NYC and couldn't imagine getting the dress I got for anywhere near that price. In fact, the first store I visited was Kleinfeld - I saw a dress I liked a lot there, but didn't love. Without any customization I would have paid 3x as much for a fairly simple dress as I did for the amazing gown I bought at Lily's.
I highly recommend brides looking for a great selection and quality to check out Lily's!

Lily's Bridal has a magnificent staff that really listens to each detail of what you want your gown to be for your big day. Kim took a lot of time to review bridal magazine pictures and try on various styles. She then understood each aspect of what I wanted and kept an eye out until a gown that fit each of my desires arrived in the store. The day it came in she called me to schedule and appointment to try it on. I loved my dress so much that I didn't want to take it off and they even let me come back to "visit" the sample until my gown arrived. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I would recommend that any bride who wants the royal treatment to visit Lilly's Bridal.

I did not have a great experience with the chain bridal stores and I stumbled upon Lily's whoch is about 5 minutes from my house. I walked in and tired on a few gowns and fell in love with my dress. My dress was on the sale rack due to the designer was not making anymore and it was in my size! The dress was a little out of my price range but it was on sale and I received an additional discount. They also offer layaway which was perfect as I was paying for my own wedding and I was able to extend my layaway without any addditional charges. I also purchased all my bridesmaid dresses, my hair pins and rented the tux's. Everyone and everything was great and made my bridal experience wonderful!

I purchased 2 bridal gowns (two years apart) and both times finding a gown I loved within was a piece a cake! I would defininately use Lily's Bridal for evening wear for future events.

Lily's Bridal was amazingly accommodating! I walked in and asked if I could just walk around and look at what they had. The lady at the front desk said sure and actually walked me around the racks and explained what they had that I could buy off the rack. (I went in 4 months before my wedding) The stylist was working with a customer at the time. I saw a gown on a mannequin that caught my eye and asked if I could try it on. The lady from the front desk explained that Lisa, the stylist, was currently working with a customer. I asked if I could wait until she finished because I live in Pennsylvania, and drove 3 hours to get there. She gladly accommodated me. Lisa was amazing! She really helped to sell the dress, accessorizing me and telling me about their deals. What a great place to buy the gown of your dreams!

I love this place! Staff stayed an hour past closing without having an appt to help me find my dream dress!! the personal touch and professionalism are unmatched!! Kim and Dee knew me whenever I called or visited. My dream dress was Kim's suggestion but would have never been my choice. I knew it was the one before I even stopped out of the dressing room. Ambiance is beautiful! I had 100% confidence that day!! Extremely grateful!!!

Shopping for my bridal gown was such a joy at Lily's Bridal! The staff was so friendly and easy to work. I had one-on-one attention from the staff when I arrived for my appointment and they were so helpful. They had a great selection at great prices! The designer works exclusively with this shop so the dresses you find here, you won't find anywhere else!

I had an excellent experience at Lily's Bridal. When I got to the salon there was a sign welcoming me for my appointment, which I thought was a nice touch. I had previously bought a dress from David's Bridal and had a horrible experience there. For reasons out of my control I needed a new dress. With my wedding only a few months away Lily's was more than accommodating. I was treated so well there and I told all my friends I felt like I had been on "Say Yes to the Dress!" because of my experience. I was treated like I was the only customer in the store and so many choices were provided. I am a plus size bride and had called the store in advance to be sure they had sizes available for me. I also got a great deal on my dress! It was such a fun experience!

I first heard of Lily's a year ago at a bridal show when I saw a dress that I LOVED on display at their station. I was able to get an appointment the following week and I ended up buying the dress I first saw and fell in love with! Lily's was sooo great to work with and even though I knew right away that I wanted that dress, they let me try on all sorts of other styles so that I could have fun but also know for sure. Lily's also has a great "try-on" area with mirrors along one whole wall, a lovely couch for your mom and maids to sit on and they can even dim the lights to show you what it will look like in the evening. We ended up also getting my mother's dress there as well as the 6 bridesmaid dresses, all of which were simply stunning. They were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and extremely reasonable in terms of pricing!

I could not have been happier with my experience at Lily's Bridal. The bridal salon is very private and I felt like I did not have to fight for space in the mirror and did not have a ton of other brides there during my appointment. Their selection of dresses are beautiful and very affordable. Every employee I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Best of all, they were not pushy. When I thought I had found my dress, rather than immediately push for the sale, the sales associate began pulling other dresses that were similar to the one I loved to ensure it was truly the dress I loved and not just the style. I bought my dress during the first visit. Thank you Lily's for all of your help!

I tried on many dresses (about 30-40) at various stores in Maryland and I couldn't find anything I loved. Then I went to Lily's and found my dress. They have really unique dresses at an affordable price. The service was outstanding- everyone was so friendly and helpful. I got so many compliments on my dress from guests at the wedding.

Everyone in the store was so flexible and helpful! I planned my whole wedding from Delaware (about two hours away), and could only have my dress fittings when I was in town to see my family. Lily's Bridal and Ann were so great about finding time to work around my busy schedule! I also got all of my bridemaids gowns from Lily's, and was very pleased with the dresses as well!

I went to Lily's Bridal to search for the perfect wedding dress. I had been to several salons in DC, Maryland, and Virginia whose dresses ranged in price from $1000 to $20,000. I found Lily's Bridal to have a wonderful variety of bridal gowns and bridesmaid gowns (different styles, colors) and an excellent price point, as I soon decided that I did not want to spend more than $3000 on a gown that I would wear only once. The gown I picked was only about $1500 but looked like it cost much more. During the production of the gown, there were some techinical issues and my gown arrived slightly later than it should have. The staff and manager at Lily's Bridal were quite patient and very helpful (despite my nervous breakdown in the store), and they assisted me with the alterations by contacting Anne's Silver Threads next door who worked me into her very busy schedule. In the end, everything worked out perfectly! I would definitely use Lily's Bridal again (hopefully I won't have to..at least for myself).

I love Lilly's Bridal and will continue to recommend them for bridal gowns!

When I went to Lilly's I was anxious about having to try on gowns because I truly dislike the whole trying on clothes process, but Kim (the owner) put me at ease and my consultant (Kristie) made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I loved the personal attention I received during my appointment, the large selection of gowns available, the great price point, and the wonderful layout of the shop.

I am so pleased with my gorgeous gown and so were all my guest! So if you are looking for a great experience and exceptional price, Lilly's is the place!

These ladies are top notch ... The nicest friendliest n most professional women. No matter your size they are there to help you. They honestly realize that not every bride or bridesmaids are a size 0. They carry such a wide selection in sizes and that makes shopping that much more enjoyable. We got my bridL gown all bridesmaids n all tuxes here. No need to look anymore.

I did not end up getting my gown from here, but it had nothing to do with the staff or their service. I had a horrible wedding dress shopping experience prior to going to Lily's and wanted to give up on the whole thing. Kim at Lily's bridal restored my faith in the whole process. She was the sweetest, most helpful and pleasant person to work with. I had some questions we e-mailed back and forth about and she was always quick to respond. Even after I told her I had bought a dress from a different shop (Lily's one downfall is they don't have a huge selection) she still would contact me just to make sure all my planning was going well. Would definitely recommend this place if you want to go to a Bridal store where you are actually treated like a worthy customer who is making a huge purchase.
