Professional, quick, pleasant!

Lily was a God sent, we messaged her literally the day before our wedding. We hadn't decided to have a photographer until obviously last minute, she was quick to respond, easy to get in touch with and so perfect! She did such a lovely job on our photos and did exactly what I had hoped when I said there were a few must have shots for our quaint wedding in the park. I was so glad we found Lily to capture all the moments of our small ceremony!

Lily was absolutely amazing. From the beginning she tailored everything around my schedule and figured out the best photo packaged for me and customized it further. The day of the wedding she arrived early, the whole wedding she was capturing pictures of everything and everyone. We just received our preview photos and I'm in LOVE with them! Lily captured the love, fun and action of the night. Looking at those photos made me relive the best night of my life all over again! Lily Stein is hands down the best photographer I've experienced.

Lily is amazing! She captured very special, memorable moments for our big day! She is also such a pleasure to work with-very understanding, comfortable and chill but also very professional at the same time and made sure we kept to our timeline. Lily and her team are very talented, creative, and open to new locations! We had our engagement session on a duffy boat in Newport Beach and got married at Trump National in Los Angeles -- she took great photos in both settings! She is very kind, hard-working, and extremely easy to work with pre and post session. My husband and I planned our wedding while we were living thousands of miles away and her professionalism and easy spirit helped to keep us relaxed and having fun. We would recommend her to anyone looking for talent and kindness for their engagement, wedding, and all other occasions!

Lily, was wonderful to work with. She is professional, sweet natured and takes amazing photos. She also can get the posed shots very quickly. My husband and I did not get fatigued holding our poses for a long time because Lily was already done with the shot. She also takes great candid photos, and detail shots.

Lily photographed our wedding this past October at Gerry Ranch in Camarillo, California. Our wedding photos turned out absolutely gorgeous and we couldn't be happier with our choice to work with Lily Stein Photography! Lily was so lovely to work with -- she always made us feel comfortable, asked great questions, and showed such attention to detail. My fiance and I were both a little nervous when we met to take engagement photos, but Lily's sweet personality and easy instructions immediately put us at ease. After we saw how much we loved our engagement pictures, we knew our wedding photos would be amazing.

We are so thrilled that we found Lily and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fabulous wedding photographer!!

Lily photographed our wedding at Casa Cody in Palm Springs in November and we couldn't be more happy with the photos and how awesome Lily was to work with. I knew Lily was the right person for our wedding when I met her. Her sweet, relaxed nature and promptness in getting everything done made the photography part one less thing we had to stress about for the wedding and I just knew her work would be amazing...and it is. My husband and I aren't wild about taking photos and she made it so easy and painless for the both of us. She stayed until our dancing portion of the wedding was over , which was way past the time I had paid for her. Just above and beyond. Now we have amazing dance pictures of all of our friends and family. I will be recommending Lily to everybody I know that needs a photographer. We have amazing photos that we will cherish and will help us remember our wedding day forever.

Lily is extremely talented and such a joy to work with from our engagement shoot to the day of. From my initial e-mail inquiry, to our first in person meeting and all correspondence in between, we enjoyed every interaction. Lily knew the perfect spots, was patient with us during location and outfit changes, truly made the shoots fun and captured "us". She pays attention to every detail to every event, nothing was missed - the pictures truly tell our story. We have had nothing but wonderful compliments on our engagement shoot and wedding pictures. Other than being married, the best thing that came from our wedding are our pictures and we can't wait for another opportunity to shoot with Lily!

Pictures are such an important part of capturing the day for ever, and so this was a big decision for my husband and I. Picking Lily was a great decision. She is thorough and thoughtful. She contacted me before the wedding to discuss the day and recommended places for our first look. She took the time to look at my huge pinterest board of pictures to get a sense of our style. Lily commanded our large wedding party and got us focused and kept us on time. She made us all feel comfortable and not self conscious. When I saw our pictures after the wedding, i was in awe at how beautiful they were. The pictures seriously captured the emotions of the day. Every time that I look at them, I just get this big smile on my face. In a nutshell, Lily's photos are priceless. Oh, and Lily is seriously a ninja. There were pictures that I didn't even know where she was to get such a shot. She never was in the way of the wedding yet got all these amazing shots.

Lily Stein photography was amazing! Lily truly embodies the meaning of professionalism and creativity. Our wedding was perfectly captured and included shots that encompassed the true beauty of our rustic and whimsical venues. There is a purity to every picture that Lily captures and she has an eye for the most subtle details that accentuates the joy and happiness shared by the bride and groom. Our original photographer for our daughters wedding cancelled at literallly the last second. Our wedding planner knew of Lily and called her to and our good fortune she was available. She came the morning of the wedding, introduced herself, very professional and went to work. She knew exactly what pictures to take, was extremely personalbe and easy to work with.

As the Mother of the Bride, I cannot recommend Lily highly enough! She is everything you want for your daughter's big day. She has a true artist's eye and the wedding pictures exceeded my wildest expectations. They truly belong on the cover of a magazine. Lily is a sweetheart but also very professional. She never gets in the way of the action and still manages to capture it all. She was able to direct everybody for the after the ceremony pics in such a professional manner that this Mother of the Bride actually got to enjoy most of the cocktail hour! Wow! Best of all, the photography was the one thing I didn't have to worry or even think about. Trust Lily to get every shot, beautifully, and just enjoy the day!

For our esession, my fiancee really loves the Mission at San Juan Capistrano...and I wanted something outdoor with nature, open fields and flowers. We ended up picking Mission at SJC because Lily was really confident about this location and it made me confident that the pictures will come out great. She worked with many couples for esession at the Mission before and shared the photos with me, they were beautiful and my fiancee and I really loved the vintage/historic feel of the Mission...not to mention how beautiful the place is with trees/flowers, fountains, etc.

On the day of our esession, we had 1 hour to shoot at the Mission, but that was plenty of time. We had so much fun with Lily. She made us super comfortable and was able to capture a lot of candid photos. Lily made us laugh throughout the hour and made the session go by fairly fast. We even got to take pictures at the train station and the cute neighborhood across from it. Our baby "Bailie" a Maltipoo joined us at the second part of our esession and Lily was able to capture some amazing photos of us and Bailie there.

We received the photos and was extremely happy and impressed. Everyone who saw our esession photos loves it and keeps telling us what an amazing photographer we have. What we love about Lily's work so much is that it looks and feels natural....not over edited. It really captures the couple and focus on the couple with the background being the bonus....(like icing on a cake!) I've been photos where I feel the background overpowers the couple and the edits makes it look almost fake. We LOVE LOVE LOVE our esession photos and can only imagine how much we will LOVE our wedding photos....we are so excited and lucky to have Lily apart of our wedding.

What can we say....Lily is the best!!!! She was punctual, a joy to work with, and most importantly, delivered excellent pictures of our wedding. During our wedding, Lily did a fantastic job leading us and the videographer in making sure we got the pictures we wanted as well as allowing the videographer to get the shots they needed. Everyone felt very comfortable around her, as we didn't feel rushed, but Lily made sure we got everything done within the time we had.

We got our pictures within just two weeks after the wedding! They exceeding all of our expectations, and we couldn't wait to share them with our friends and family. She has a very good creative eye when it comes to putting in that artistic touch to wedding pictures.

Thank you Lily for the amazing job you did and capturing our wedding. It's amazing how you and your team captured all the highlights and moments that we will cherish forever.

Lily was recommended to me from another bride. She did our engagment and wedding pictures; I have never met a more personable photographer. Having never taken professional photos before, Lily walked us through it in a professional yet easy-going manner. The time between the engagement photos and the wedding day, Lily kept in close contact with me via email and phone calls. On the wedding day she showed up with a second photographer, an understudy and packet of papers. Unbeknowst to me, Lily had gone out of her way to print out my "Wedding Day" Pinterest Board. This board had hundreds of my ideal wedding picture scenarios. As the evening progressed, Lily checked off one by one every dream picture I had. She also possessed the expertise to recognize photo ops that I wouldn't have even thought of. During the ceremony and the reception Lily and her crew were invisible. She did not once interupt nor interfere with any of the good times. However, she still captured every special moment, and we feel she was an integral part of our wedding being a success. Lily did an amazing job with our engagement and wedding photographs. She was so easy going and fun to work with throughout our whole process. She photographs super fast and comes up with lots of creative and unique shots that look natural not staged. She was always very responsive through email which was great for us. Photography was the MOST important thing to me so I was very paticular about what I wanted and I love the way our photos came out. It is nearly impossible for me to pick which photos to put out because I love them all. By the end of our wedding she felt like part of the family! I would totally recommend her you will not be dissapointed.

Lily is amazing at what she does and she's a sweetheart too! She was very flexible on our payment dates, we received her services at a discounted promotional rate which was awesome considering how great her photos are, and she helped us plan out our big day months in advance - which helped me A LOT when arranging things for our wedding party. Deciding to put our wedding photography in her hands was by far, the best decision we made in planning our wedding. Lily is the best and we are extremely grateful to have met her.

We hired Lily through Jim Kennedy Photographers. We chose her because we liked how natural all of her subjects looked in her pictures and the way she really captured the moment. We had an engagement photo session with her before our wedding. We felt so comfortable with Lily. She has a way of calming your nerves and making you feel comfortable behind the camera. She was quick with getting our engagement photo pictures back and answering any questions. She is fun and professional!

When our wedding day came Lily was at our venue ahead of time to get a feel for the best picture spots. Lily is also not afraid to take risks for a good shot! She climbed rocks on a waterfall at our venue to get a great shot of my husband and I, which turned out great! She also got pictures of many of our guests, which we will love to look back on in many years. You will also have fun with Lily. Our wedding party loved doing what Lily calls the “30 second poses”…we laughed so hard as we sat there striking different poses.

As my husband and I looked at our wedding pictures for the first time all of the different emotions of the day came back to us instantly and we felt that day all over again. Lily captured our day so well that we can relive the moment every time we look at our pictures.

I highly recommend Lily Stein Photography for your engagement or wedding photography needs. You will NOT be disappointed. SHE IS GREAT!

I absolutely loved working with Lily up until and on my wedding day. She is well organized, timely, brings a creative eye but is also open to incorporating your own ideas and the things that are special to you as a couple. With everything going on during this time, Lily brings comfort that all the details will be taken care of and is extremely friendly to everyone involved. Did I mention that her pictures come out AMAZING?!? Edits are timely and she always maintains great communication with you. Lily did both our engagement shoot and our wedding and we are beyond pleased with every aspect of her work and attitude! I was so relieved when someone recommended Lily Stein Photography for my wedding and was so impressed with their work I wanted to share my experience and return the favor.

Lily was a pleasure to work with. I was a little nervous for our engagement photos because my husband and I had never taken professional photos before. All my worries went away as soon as we met up with Lily for our photo shoot. She made us feel completely comfortable, got amazing photos and we had a great time. Our wedding photos are absolutely beautiful as well. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer. She is professional, responsive, friendly and had a great portfolio. I am so happy we had Lily capture our special day. I will definitely use Lily again and would recommend her to friends, family and everyone looking for a great photographer.

I loved Lily's photos since I started researching photographers. She was the first and last photographer I met with. She showed me her past work and I was hooked. Now we got our photos back and they are gorgeous. I love them! I really couldn't have asked for anything better and I got many compliments on them too. Everybody loves them! Lily is so sweet, professional, and she was quick to respond whenever I had a question. She knows what she is doing and thank goodness for her and the DJ, they helped us get through the day/evening with no coordinator. They both kept us on track all evening. I would highly recommend Lily Stein and I will be recommending her to my friends that are getting married in the future.

It was a pleasure working with Lily. She not only cares about her work but her clients as well. She captured our engagement photos and our two day wedding festivities. Lily was able to customize a package for us that included, a traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony one day and the other was the Western Ceremony followed by the Chinese Banquet reception. She was super flexible, delightful, and had a lot of patience with us and our nutty families!

I could not have been more pleased with the quality of services provided by Lily! She did a fabulous job not only with our wedding, but with the engagement shoot, editing photos and creating a gorgeous wedding album! She was so sweet throughout the entire process. She was quick to get back to emails and made if very convenient for my husband and I to meet with her and schedule appointments. The quality of her work is AMAZING!! My husband and I were so impressed with every photo she took (even before editing). Her creative eye is perfect for capturing your special day! She was professional the entire time and made us feel comfortable. I would high recommend Lily to any couple looking for a wedding photographer or life photo session!!

I would absolutely recommend Lily Stein Photography to all my friends and family! My very first photo shoot with Lily Stein was at my birthday party... she did such an AMAZING job that my husband and I knew without a doubt that we wanted her for our wedding photos. We were lucky enough to do both our engagement photos and wedding photos with her.
Lily Stein is both professional and an expert... but what is most amazing about her is that she makes you completely forget you are in front of a camera... she made my husband and I so comfortable that we actually had fun taking pictures! We still look back on our photos and giggle at how much fun we had :) Friends and family comment on how perfectly our photos capture our personalities.
At our wedding, it was very important to me that I had photos taken with my Poppy who had flown all the way from Chicago to celebrate with us. Lily Stein went out of her way to caputre both posed and candid moments with me and my Poppy... those images are priceless to me!
Recently Lily Stein took photos of my best friend's newborn son... they were so adorable and sweet!
Honestly, I would recommend Lily Stein for any special event... weddings, birthdays, engagements, babies.... her photos will help you remember the priceless, fun and touching moments that you will look back on and remember with a big smile :)

Lily is an amazing photographer and it was truly wonderful to share our wedding day with her. A photographer is involved in almost every special moment at your wedding and I could not think of a better person to have there with us. Lily was professional and very flexible with the inevitable challenges that come with photographing a large wedding. I highly recommend her services for any special event!

We met Lily by the grace of God, seriously! Our wedding coordinator contracted Lily on our behalf for our July 2018 wedding. From our first meeting we knew we were in good hands, Lily just "got us". We discussed our style and what we were ultimately hoping for her to capture on our wedding day and Lily did not miss a beat; she talked us through all questions with ease and reiterated our vision confirming we were all on the same page. Lily was on time and extremely professional throughout our wedding day; not to mention it was 115 degrees at our 100% outdoor wedding & reception and vendors were cancelling left and right but Lily remained consistent. Lily's organization prior to and on day of allowed us to capture a large amount of shots efficiently on a six hour timeline. Lily was able to capture intimate moments with little to no direction regardless of the extreme heat, spiders galore, and a little bit of Bridezilla going on.. After our wedding our families raved about Lily's professionalism, warm personality, and ability to remain 'behind the scenes' but still capture all the moments. We are forever grateful to have our precious wedding photos... if Lily's excellent attention to detail and customer satisfaction do not make her your top pick let her photos speak for themselves!! Lily was response and flexible from day one. She had already worked at my venue so had lots of suggestions for photo locations. Met with me prior to the wedding to discuss shots, timeline, etc. On the day of she and her assistant were there for every moment without ever impeding on the actual event. Lily is fun, funny, professional, and smooth like a ninja. My photos confounded my expectations and even two months after the fact, I still look at them daily.

Lily was patient, professional and we loved her personality! We were so naive in the wedding planning process and when we met her, she walked us through the whole ceremony and reception process. She worked with our budget, trying to make sure we would get the most out of what we could afford. We could've gotten more photo time out of another photographer but the quality and professionalism would not have been as high.

Lily did an awesome job on our wedding. She gave us creative shots and ones with different perspectives. She had ideas and vision of what would be good, but was open to suggestions. Only downside would be the price (couldn't get 2 photo books with included cost), but all wedding photographers are expensive. We love our wedding photos and will cherish them for the rest of our lives.
