Breathtaking Artwork
We had a lovely experience working with Lily Roden and her team for our wedding day. The moment we saw her floral arrangements we knew we wanted her unique style, beautiful artistry, and special talent for our big day. She was communicative, organized, and approachable during the entire process. She was receptive to any and all the changes we made along the way and gave feedback on the areas at the venue where we can maximize florals. Lily came in with great ideas based on the theme we described and she absolutely captured the experience we wanted for our guests. There were so many unique flowers you don’t typically find elsewhere used for our arrangements. The illusion arch for our ceremony and reception was the statement piece we were dreaming of and the table settings were absolutely gorgeous. We just received our wedding photos and we could not help but be in awe of all the arrangements her team put together that day. Our venue was already beautiful but her work elevated it greatly. They went above and beyond in delivering a memorable experience for us and our guests. We highly recommend and truly thankful for the partnership! -

Our wedding planner introduced Lily to us and we are so happy she did! While I didn't have direct communication with Lily as our wedding florist (our planner handled that for us), Lily magically brought my dream florals to life on our wedding day. Just seeing my bouquet for the first time, having only imagined what it would look like, along with the pieces on our hexagon arch and centerpieces, was breathtaking! My favorite flowers are peonies and I was prepared to not have any since our wedding was 11/22/2020 and they're typically out of season in US, but Lily made it happen! I honestly didn't know exactly what I wanted in terms of design, I had only images for inspiration, but Lily nailed everything. Her vision is amazing and definitely to be fully trusted! As a planner I look for certain qualities in my vendor team and Lily overdelivered. She was able to turn my vision for our client into a reality and had done this with only a few weeks notice. I had a last minute client and with all twist and turns her professionalism, punctuality, and communication skills were very much appreciated. She has talent like you won't believe and I LOVE that part of her proceeds help children in El Salvador. She is so kind and genuine. I cannot wait to keep working with her on future projects. Her floral work is SO stunning!!!! -

Lily is one truly gifted florist. She was so flexible in working with us and what we envisioned for our small elopement style wedding. I am clueless when it comes to design and florals but her creation went above and beyond my expectations and it made our wedding look like a dream!!! They looked so good in our photos as well. This is a long overdue review for Lily and her amazing team. I found Lily through Instagram and instantly fell in love with her floral arrangements and work, so I knew I had to hire her!
I gave Lily an idea of my wedding color and theme, and honestly I could not be any happier with my floral arrangements on my wedding day. Lily really brought my flower dreams come to life. She is super kind, flexible, and was very understanding after we had to postpone our wedding a few times.
If you are on the hunt for a florist, look no further. Lily is absolutely the BEST! ☺️☺️☺️ -

Best Florist Out There!
Lily and her team made our wedding day SO special! We had to change venues and change wedding plans due to COVID-19 and Lily was patient and helpful through all the unknowns. Lily helped with last minute design changes, venue changes, and so much more. We got so many compliments about how beautiful every aspect of the florals were from all of our guests. If anyone needs a florist for a wedding, rehearsal, party, or just for fun, we 100/10 recommend Lily and her team. They will make all your dreams come true! -

Lily was one of the first vendors we hired for our wedding so we had 9+ months of planning and getting to know each other. I trusted her and let her make the call on design, I knew my ideas needed refining and had to be in line with our budget, venue etc. lily was so understanding and really made our vision come to life in a better way than we imagined. I know she did SO many things behind the scenes to really elevate and create the right look, on the day of which is invaluable!!! You want vendors that have your back and go the Extra mile like her. Our family and my husband cannot stop talking about how beautiful it was. Hubby was a stickler for the budget but he said over and over how perfect it was and worth every dollar/ wishes we could do it again. Lily helped so much with design that I know the impact was felt and seen by all! She’s also incredibly sweet and has the good energy you want around you during your wedding season. Cannot say enough good things about her Professionalism, good heart and event execution. Thank you lily!!! Xoxo!!! -

We had a terrific experience using Olive and Blooms as our florist at our wedding. We had many specific requests, including flowers across a tree, a specific flower crown, and flowers along a swing. All of these came out far better than we had originally imagined, and it really would not have come to life in this way if it weren't for their amazing work. Highly recommend! -

I got married on October 5, 2019 at The 1912 in Santa Ana. Much like most brides, I wanted a beautiful wedding, but I also wanted to be reasonable about what I could afford. I did not want to feel delayed guilt about the choices I made during the planning process. I knew there were many capable vendors out there, but it was important to me to find capable people I enjoyed working with. Lily was one of them. I loved Lily’s personal floral style. I knew she was beyond capable of delivering what I wanted.
I spoke to Lily on the phone before I hired her. I spoke to all of my vendors on the phone. She was easy-going and very attentive to my ideas. We bounced ideas off each other and at the end of the call, I didn’t see a need to continue searching for a florist. During the planning process, I only advised Lily of 3 things: the color scheme I wanted, theme I was going for and the inclusion of one specific flower. We spoke and emailed a few more times regarding adding some floral elements like a ceremony arch, increasing the number of center pieces, and adding some additional colors. Lily was patient and understanding through all of these changes. It is common for plans to change and it was nice to be able to talk to Lily about those changes without feeling stress or receiving pushback. I knew that she would help me make it work within her means.
I saw the final product the day of my wedding. Lily took my ideas and created something special for me – she did not just make an exact copy of the inspiration I gave her. The florals were better than what I expected. It fit my venue and my style. I received so many compliments about my florals and my guests were surprised at the total price I paid. I also recommended Lily to a friend who also ended up booking with her. All of this to say, Lily is capable. She is easy to work with and she gets it done. -

Hiring Olive and Blooms as our florist for our wedding day was hands down the best decision we could have ever made. From my very first meeting with Lily, I knew we were in the best hands. She made me instantly feel like we had been friends forever. We met almost a year before the wedding, and I had absolutely no idea where to even begin with planning florals. She was so kind, thorough, and HONEST. I went over our wedding theme and she began throwing out the BEST ideas. She quickly sent over a proposal and I was BLOWN AWAY by her beautiful vision board and super affordable prices. She totally got me.
Throughout the entire planning process, Lily was so flexible and always sent us up-to-date proposals as these changed. She also found these incredibly cute vases that matched our theme perfectly (we were going for a celestial theme and the vases had the texture and appearance of moons). Totally just goes to show how Lily takes the time to get to know her clients personally and is always thinking of us!!
I wasn’t sure what to expect on our wedding day, but I knew I completely trusted Lily to create the look we were going for. Let me tell you… I cried the moment I saw our flowers on our wedding day. Lily completely knocked it out of the park. I felt complete the moment I held my bouquet. It was so perfectly me. Her arrangements were GORGEOUS and complemented our theme so beautifully. She even added some beautiful installs for our last minute seating chart and photo back drop that were absolutely stunning. I still can’t stop staring at our detail pictures.
Please do yourself a favor and hire Lily NOW. You will not regret it. Not only is she is incredibly passionate about what she does, she is the sweetest person I have ever met and is so easy to work with. She honors and sticks to your budget, and she is always honest and open. A percentage of her proceeds also goes to support non-profits. How can you even beat that? We feel so blessed to have worked with Lily and we are so grateful for everything she did for us on our big day. -

I cannot say enough amazing things about Lily and my experience with her. She is the sweetest person ever! From the beginning she made me feel at peace with the entire process of not just planning for the flower arrangements but for my entire wedding. Lily and her team were so so so great. She's super responsive to emails, which the crazy type-A person in me GREATLY appreciated, and genuinely the sweetest person. I really loved that she was up front with us on where we could save and where it would be valuable to splurge a bit so things still looked good. We felt that her pricing was definitely fair and her work is so beautiful and exactly what we wanted. A few of my friends also wedding planning asked who our florist was and it's one of the few vendors from our day I could say we had a 100% positive experience with. -

Lily Roden was the florist for my wedding in Yorba Linda, CA this past June. From the beginning, I could tell that Lily really knew what she was doing. During our first call together, she asked me very specific questions to make sure she knew what I wanted. I knew close to nothing about flowers, so I told her that I wanted sunflowers and other yellow and white flowers. I left her to do the rest and the end result was absolutely breathtaking! Lily was also very accommodating and flexible. At the last minute, I realized that I had forgotten to request flowers on the wedding cake in the original quote, and she was able to get those without any issues. Also, I realized at the last minute that the bridesmaid photos would be taken before the ceremony at an offsite hotel. Lily and her assistant were willing to drive to the ceremony/reception location to drop off most of the floral arrangements and also drive to the hotel to drop off the bride and bridesmaid bouquets. Lily, thank you so much for all you did for me and my husband. You made our wedding day absolutely perfect!!! -
