Amazing family owned company

My husband and I grew up in PA but moved to South Carolina a few years ago but we decided to have our wedding in Hanover. I went to two dress appointments because I had no idea what I wanted. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, her daughter Diana, and her granddaughter. They were all amazing and they were all extremely nice. Everyone was also willing to work with me since I lived 600 miles away. They kept my dress for me and the owner even came in on her day off todo alterations on my dress. My dress was the only dress in the store that had the detachable skirt and it was absolutely beautiful. I have never felt more beautiful than when I was in this dress. Diana also hand made my necklace, earrings, and bracelet which made it feel even more special and one-of-a-kind. I also bought my veil here which was stunning with the beaded edge. I 100% recommend coming here to find a dress as they made me less stressed and beautiful.

Great Selection & Consultants

I had the best dress shopping experience at Lilla's Bridal Boutique! We scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning on a weekday, and we had the entire shop to ourselves. They have such a wide selection of dresses. My consultant was amazing. She listened to my vision and budget and pulled so many dresses for me to try on. She was not pushy at all and didn't make me feel pressured to buy my gown there. I did find my dream dress during this appointment, and I knew immediately that it was the one. I would absolutely recommend this boutique to anyone looking for their wedding dress!

We love Lilla!

I’m giving 5 stars because of Lilla herself who was amazing to work with. She catered to every need and more. She was kind and is a beautiful soul, and did beautiful work on my dress. I purchased my dress at lillas and she did the alterations/additions. They have a great selection of dresses. This was the second boutique I visited. I had planned on making a trip to Kleinfeld, but found my dress here and knew it was the one. I was working with someone to make a custom butterfly veil with fabric I found and she took some and added them to my dress, making it one of a kind and perfect. She also added a piece of my dads shirt in a heart shape so I could feel his presence. She was so sweet, and got emotional with my family and I several times. But through all the emotion she always had me smiling and laughing with her cute jokes. She is a sweetheart. She gave me so many compliments on my dress, accessories, shoes, and just loved the butterflies. I didn’t always have the best experience with those who work there. In fact many of them are not the nicest… but Lilla, the gentleman who works there (forgetting his name), and one other young girl who left for college at the end of the summer were very accommodating, reliable, kind, and helpful. Overall a wonderful experience and my one of a kind, dream dress. Thank you Lilla! You are amazing!!

An amazing team!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lilla's! Dianna did so much for me, from customizing my dress to creating a headpiece, and even adding lace from my dress onto my shoes. She put so much effort into making sure that my dress was exactly what I wanted, and helping my wedding day be the best! She and her staff were wonderful from start to finish!

Black wedding gown

Great service and lots of gowns to pick from. The lady Karen was very nice. This was my 2nd time buying from them. I would recommend them to anyone. Prices are reasonable too.

Amazing experience first time wedding dress shopping!

I went dress shopping for the first time yesterday and was so anxious and had no clue what to expect. Joy/Jay was wonderful to work with. She listened to everything I had to say while also offering her advice without being too pushy. She took her time with me and made me feel special throughout the whole time. I was very lucky to work with her and would highly recommend!

Customized Fairytale Creation

I purchased my main wedding dress from Lilla’s Bridal Boutique. I had tried on the dress in another store, but it was very itchy and that store did not have a seamstress that I could talk to. Not only was Lilla’s able to order the dress for me to try on, but they were also able to set up and appointment for me to meet with the owner and incredibly talented seamstress, Dianna about my concerns with the dress and about the custom work I wanted done. The dress required some minor alterations, significant custom work, and a very involved under bustle. Dianna’s work is of upmost quality. She was easy to work with along the way and she provided me with an email address so that I could summarize my thoughts in writing and send her a photo to make sure we were on the same page about the custom work. The custom work involved lining the dress to make it more comfortable, creating and extended illusion back and neck line, and adding extensive amounts of crystals. It was something from a fairytale when it was completed! However, I did have some minor issues with fit. When we got the dress home and tried it on, the bra cups were not laying right. My mom and I were able to untack and re-tack them, and after that it fit so much better. I am not sure what caused this issue, but we were able to completely fix it with minimal effort. The other thing I noticed was that as I wore my dress throughout the day it dropped a bit. I understand that you walk a fine line to make the dress the right length, and I think it was just so heavy that it ended up stretching/dropping a bit which made it difficult to walk later on. I had a dress change planned for my first dance, but my original plan was to change back into my Lilla’s dress. However the day of, I decided to stay in my dance dress because the Lilla’s dress was really too big to dance with and I didn’t want people stepping on it. My dress pictures will speak for themselves. The crystals and tulle on the neckline were added. I felt so special knowing I was in a one-of-a-kind dress for my wedding. Local boutique greater than chained boutiques

Lilla’s Bridal Boutique was the first boutique I went to to find my wedding dress. I found some styles that I liked online and picked out about 6 dresses to try on. When I put on the third dress I fell in love and said “yes to the dress”
They measured me and my dress came in a few months later. I went to my first fitting and was excited when Lilla told me that she only has to hem my dress. Nothing needed to be taken in, there were no adjustments or additions that I wanted. At my second fitting all that was needed was just a tuck with my strap as I had lost some weight.
When my wedding day came I put the the dress on and it fit so well!! The tuck was placed perfectly, you couldn’t even tell where it was.
I highly recommend this boutique. It’s a small town boutique and they delivered 100%

So attentive, personalized and friendly!

I had a wonderful experience at Lilla's Bridal Boutique! This was my first outing to look for a wedding dress. I had done my homework online (Pinterest, WeddingWire, The Knot, etc.) so I went in with a sense of what I wanted. (I highly recommend doing your research on the front end.) I shared a few pictures with Sam, my consultant and immediately she had an idea of where to start. Sam was great! She listened to my feedback and asked questions about each dress. We pulled a variety of dresses and we DIDN'T start with the one most closely resembling my favorite picture. After trying a few dresses and articulating what I really wanted, we tried on Sam's first suggestion. It was perfect! I'm on a short timeline (6 months) so the fact that I could get a dress off the rack made the situation even better. Sam helped me envision ways to personalize my dress to make it even more perfect and she even found the perfect veil to match. Bets experience I could have asked for.

My tips for future brides:
1. Do your research ahead of time and bring pictures. Lilla's carries to two designers I've been drawn to in my research which is why we started there.

2. Don't start with the dress you think you will like the best. Sam helped me to start with a different dress so I could have a clear mind about all of them. I tried on a total of 8 dresses, and ultimately chose the third dress.

3. Articulate what you like and don't like about a dress. Sam was really responsive to my feedback while also leaving the decisions up to me ultimately. It was great.

4. Have fun! Even though I'm on a short timeline, I tried not to stress and just have fun. Lilla's made that easy.

Thanks so much! We'll likely be back for bridesmaid dresses too!

Kind & Helpful!

Such a pleasure shopping at Lilla's for my wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses. The ladies at Lilla's were so helpful in picking out styles I was interested in, but also let me pick out dresses off the rack myself as well. I ended up going with something I picked up, but it was not what styles I was originally thinking. I was able to buy the dress off the rack since it fit nearly perfectly from the start. They picked a matching veil for me that was wonderful. They stored the dress for me (bought in July for my December wedding). I went in for my first fitting in the middle of October and Lilla pinned everything then. I came back just 2 weeks later for my 2nd fitting to find my dress fitting absolutely perfectly. They kept the dress and made it perfect for pick up the week of my wedding. I picked out bridesmaid dresses while I was dress shopping, and my bridesmaids got a discount on their dresses since I bought my dress there. Some of my girls got their dresses shipped to them. My sister got hers sent to the shop and they were able to fit her and make alterations the week of my wedding while she was in town. So thankful to Lilla's Bridal for helping me feel beautiful on my wedding day!

I said YES at Lilla’s!

I was definitely overwhelmed when I had my first dress appointment at Lilla’s, but my consultant was great and helped me narrow down the search and picked out options she knew would look good on me. I was stuck between 2 shapes/styles at the end but there was no pressure to buy that day. They wrote down my favorites and I made another appointment about a month later. I ended up narrowing it down to 2 different dresses again at that appointment, but when they put the veil on I actually had that MOMENT and all the stress of planning melted away as I could finally see myself walking down the aisle. I also used Lilla’s for my alterations and found a beautiful hairpiece there to match my dress. Both my mother and mother-in-law found their dresses at Lilla’s, and we found perfect bridesmaid dresses there too that looked gorgeous on everyone. Thank you Lilla’s for a wonderful experience!

Amazing experience here!

I had the best experience here! Lilla herself is the main reason I had such a great experience here! This salon was recommended to me from a coworker and then from my first experience here it was great! I had three fittings and they were all amazing. Lilla let me try on jewelry and helped me pick everything out! And her daughter makes some of the jewelry and it looks amazing! The designer I chose for my dress was Kenneth Winston and I couldn't be happier!The salon is so beautiful and clean and everyone there was helpful and nice! I highly recommend! You will definitely get a better experience than somewhere like david's bridal.

Dream Dress!

I am so thankful that I found Lilla's. I was able to find my dream dress and they were only the second store I looked at! The consultants were able to gather my style and helped me pick out a few that worked for me. After narrowing it down to two dresses I said "yes" to the dress. From the moment I walked into the door for the first time, to the last time I walked out of the door with my dress, the staff at Lilla's was attentive and so helpful. I live in Vermont but I got married in PA and they were able to work around my schedule to get my fittings in. I can't imagine having gone anywhere else to find my dress!

Personal appointments and excellent service

I was nervous to get started on the dress shopping portion of wedding planning and Lilla's was one of the very first shops and boutiques I went to. They helped me narrow down the look that fit me best when I didn't know what I was looking for. After I made the big decision, Lilla was excellent to work with and helped the dress look stunning on me! I went in for a few fittings and alteration appointments until I got the dress just the way I liked it! I even shopped there after buying my dress for earrings, possible veils, and head pieces. Her daughter made me custom earrings to match my dress color perfectly! Lilla's Bridal Boutique is a wonderful help during the crazy wedding planning process! I would recommend them for their high spirits and the way they made me feel so special at all my appointments! They even offered me a discount for dress preservation after the fact!

I came to Lilla's on a random choice. I had heard poor comments previously. I was so pleased with my visit. I kept an open mind. Found a dress I never thought I would have picked and it was gorgeous and affordable. The whole experience was wonderful. I had my fittings in a timely manner. The staff was very accommodating to me losing weight and made sure everything fit like a glove. Lilla herself even made sure to take my dress in an extra inch with the expectation I would be smaller.

Everyone here was so nice when I came in to try on dresses. I'm a bit of an odd ball and joke around a lot and they played right along and I never felt like I was being judged. They also only showed me dresses right in my budget range. They were very prompt in letting me know when my dress was in and getting me in there to try it on and pick it up. Looking for a wedding dress with your daughter is one of the most precious times in your life. I am so thankful we went to Lilla's Bridal! They made our whole experience from beginning to end what it should be for a mother and daughter to share. The staff was always professional, happy, friendly and delivered on all promises. Makenzie was an amazing salesperson! Never any pressure, she really listened to my daughter and tried to figure out what she would like. When my daughter couldn't find THE dress, Makenzie went to another room and came back with her dream dress in hand! Thank you, too, Lilla for your suggestions to complete her look. I visited Lilla's earlier this week to go dress shopping with my soon-to-be daughter-in-law. Since the wedding is only 6 months away, we were ready to search until we found "the dress." We're glad we chose Lilla's! Our salesperson, Mackenzie, was super-sweet, very knowledgeable, never made us feel rushed, and was incredibly patient as we face timed with the Mother of the Bride (who lives in California) during the appointment. We found the perfect dress and were able to take advantage of the sale pricing available. As a small business owner in the wedding industry myself, I know the value of making sure the brides feel extra-special - I know that Mackenzie made Kayla feel like an absolute princess. The employees here were so friendly and helpful when I picked out my wedding dress. There were two girls who helped me and they helped me find the perfect dress. I did not feel pressured at all to get a dress I didn't like. My dress was actually a bridesmaid's dress but it was perfect! The one employee picked it out for me to try on after she heard the style I was going for. I also got my dressed altered there and that was a great process-they were very timely and I was very happy with the results. I also got my veil there and I didn't take it off my whole wedding night!

I'm so glad I choose Lilla's Bridal Boutique for my gown. I went to Lilla's as my first stop for looking at wedding dresses. After trying on just a few dresses, I knew I'd find my dress here. I started with dresses by designers that I liked. My consultant helped me try on dresses from other designers too. I ended up picking a dress by a designer that my consultant picked. I loved my dress. They shortened it and Lilla moved all of the lace at the bottom to the new hemline - you wouldn't have even known that it wasn't originally like that. They ordered extra lace and made a veil to match the dress. Everything was amazing! I am so glad I found my dress here!

Lilla's was amazing! I bought my wedding dress here, and it was beautiful- they had a great selection of dresses of different styles and in different price ranges, and the staff there, especially Lilla and Diana, are phenomenal, helpful, flexible, and fun. I usually am not too keen on shopping, but they made the experience fun and enjoyable, and I felt very comfortable and calm the entire time. I also bought my veil and jewelry here, which were also amazing. Definitely recommend!

LOVED my experience with Lilla's Bridal Boutique! The people there are so friendly. I found my wedding dress fairly quickly and it was perfect. Went for my first fitting and it fit perfect, just needed to be a little bit shorter (expected) and Lilla suggested bustling it which made perfect sense. I'm a little biased since I've know the owner's family for quite some time, however, I had such a great experience. The bridal gown I was hoping to try on was just sold, but Lilla was able to find a similar dress and as soon as I put it on I knew it was the one. I had been to pretty much every bridal store in the area, but the staff at Lilla's is so sweet and they gave their full undivided attention to me during my appointment! Lilla's is wonderful. Their selection is not only huge, but they add tons of new styles every season. If you are tired of seeing dresses you have seen 100 times, than go to Lilla's! Every time I went in the store they had new designs on their dress forms in a variety of colors and sizes you can actually zip! I am a size 8/10 in regular clothes and very few salons actually had dresses you could zip but Lillas had a dress I had never seen before, in stores or even at other weddings online, and in my size so I knew exactly how it would fit.
My Mom and sister also got their dresses there. Lilla did all our alterations and she always asked "are you happy?". She is not happy until you are happy. The alteration costs at Lillas are cheaper than other stores and she literally is crawling around on the floor pinning and stitching like crazy. She knows her stuff. I also got a veil, headpiece, and jewelry there.
Wonderful service, and high quality products. You will feel like you are their only Bride and you will love it!

I love this Boutique! I purchased my wedding dress here and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I traveled here from out of town to visit this boutique and it was absolutely worth the travel. They have a wonderful selection of dresses! Lilla did the alterations and she is amazing! I honestly can't say enough good things about Lilla's bridal! The team there made picking my dress such a pleasant experience and I was so happy someone suggested looking there. From picking out my dress to the several fittings that I had; Lilla and her coworkers made my mom and I feel at home every single time. Lilla is incredible. I literally took apart the dress I chose and had her redo quite a lot to it; and she made it so beautiful in the end! I got more compliments on my dress than I ever would have imagined. Lilla's Bridal Boutique is WONDERFUL!!!! Dianna is an absolute gem to work with! She brought me a dress that I would have probably never even looked at as it wasn't in my "vision" of what I thought I wanted....I was brought to tears as soon as I put the dress on and I knew I had my dress! I planned my wedding in only 10 short weeks and the staff there was more than accommodating to my rush orders and fittings. One of my bridesmaids came in from Germany 2 days before the wedding and Lilla herself came in to make sure the alterations were done in time. I was a mess and visited the store often to check on things and they were welcoming and happy to help each and every time....even if it was just to tell me everything would be fine and ease my crazy mind! I was able to dress my entire wedding party including my mother! I would recommend this shop to anyone and will use them if I have any future formal needs!

From my very first trip to Lilla's I felt extremely comfortable. Everyone was so friendly, and they truly all were there to help me find my perfect dress! When I came out in my gown, I felt like such a princess thanks to the reactions of all the ladies that worked there. My fitting went so well that I only needed one dress fitting before my big day. Everyone who works there went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect dress, and I could not have asked for a better experience! I visited a few other bridal shops before I made an appointment at Lilla's. As soon as my mom and I walked into the shop, Dianna greeted us and helped me pick out wedding dresses I wanted to try on. She carries the most gorgeous dresses I've ever seen! I just knew her shop was going to be the place I was going to "say yes to the dress"! Dianna was so incredibly helpful, so sweet and you can tell she's been in the business for many years! Dianna also carries gorgeous purses, shoes, veils and jewelry. My fiance and I live in NYC but are having our wedding in the Lancaster, PA area so I decided it was worth checking out some local wedding dress shops that would likely have better prices on the same dresses in NYC. I found Lilla's due to a Google search looking for shops who may carry certain designers- Maggie Sotero, Pronovias, Stella York.. and there was Lilla's. My first stop was David's Bridal- which I'm not a huge fan of but you never know. Let me just say the service and gown selection between the two isn't even a comparison.

Diana, my rep at Lilla's, pulled some amazing gowns that were very very true to what I was looking for. And of course, the dress I ended up in- she found for me! Whereas at David's, they handed me a lookbook on an iPad and told me to pick some out. Nearly every one I asked to see I was told "they didn't have and I should go to a bigger David's." Well, all I can say is that you def pay for what you get.

I found most of the dresses at Lilla's to be comprable in price to David's, and MUCH better quality. Diana was patient and all-knowing about the gown inventory in her shop. She never once tried to talk me into anything nor ever applied high pressure sales tactics. In the end, I nabbed a gorgeous Pronovias gown at 25% off, and am adding some personal touches to the back of it.

Don't be fooled by the interior of the shop- it is a bit dated, but it looks like they are undergoing some renovations.

My experience with Lilla's Bridal Boutique was absolutely wonderful.

First of all, the salon is magnificent, inspiring and you feel welcomed and excited from the moment you step through the doors. Lilla's Bridal boutique has one of the largest selections of bridal gowns, bridesmaids gowns and Mother of the bride/groom gowns. All beautiful and reasonable in prices.

The service is impeccable. The owner of the store, Dianna, is very professional and friendly in her approach. She is fashion oriented and able to quickly determine the style of dress you are looking for. We got all my bridesmaids dresses, flower girl dress, mother of the bride dress, and maid of honor dress here as well as all our jewellery. The entire bridal party looked fabulous!

The ladies do everything to make sure that you are satisfied and happy with your dress. All of the alterations were done by Lilla. She ensured I could move, dance, sit, and everything else I would need to do in my dress on my wedding day. She is very welcoming, warm, funny, and you can especially tell that she loves what she does. Lilla is great at what she does and the alterations were done perfectly!

I highly recommend Lilla's Bridal Boutique. I encourage every bride to visit Lilla's Bridal Boutique and see for yourself - You won't be disappointed!

Great experience! I came into the shop not quite knowing what I wanted and without an appointment. Everyone treated me like I was special and Mary Beth was excellent! Lilla's daughter was amazing! It was a two days before my wedding and I still hadn't found the necklace I was looking for so we went here! They had the perfect pearl necklace although I needed it in white and they only had ivory. Turns out they just sold the white a day before... my luck. So she took it upon herself to call the manufacturer and asked if any were in stock which only a few were, and was able to have it overnighted to their place for the next day! I was so pleased as I searched all day for a necklace and finally found the one and desperatly needed/wanted it. of course I had to pay the overnight fee, although I was so happy and fortunate she took the time to actually do that for me as a customer who didn't even buy my wedding dress there. You were so awesome and made my day! Thank you so much!

Finding my dress was probably one of the most difficult parts of my wedding planning. I had originally been looking for an A-line with an illusion neckline as I'd wanted to make sure the dress wasn't showing too much. While they didn't have a dress to that specification, instead of turning me away (like David's Bridal), they found a Maggie Sottero dress with a sweetheart neckline that could have an illusion neckline added. Then, when my dress came in, the fit was so perfect, it didn't even need the illusion neckline! Thank you, Lilla's Bridal!

I found my wedding dress at Lilla's Bridal Boutique in York. I looked at several different bridal shops before finding my perfect dress. The staff at Lilla's are so nice and willing to help you find exactly what you are looking for. And every time I went back to the shop they remembered me. They were very flexible about scheduling fittings and appointments leading up to the wedding. When I picked up my dress, one staff member personally looked through each and every bead on my dress to make sure there were no loose beads or threads. This bridal shop is very experienced and good at what they do, not to mention their large selection of gorgeous bridal gowns as well as prom gowns. I am absolutely obsessed with the dress I bought there and I wish I could wear it every day! I would definitely recommend Lilla's to other brides!

I got my dress here and LOVED it. The staff was really helpful and went out of their way to let me take my dress with me on my 2nd fitting since we lived about 45 minutes away and then we didn't have to take a trip the crazy week before the wedding. I really enjoyed shopping for my dress at LIlla's. I had previously found my gown at another store but did not want to be driving to Towson for the alterations,etc. I tried to go to a Renaissance Bridal and they were ungodly rude and snobby. I felt so disrespected there. But once I got to Lilla's I felt like a real bride. I was respected and all of the staff was extremely kind and real (no fake "hi, how are you" ::jk I don't care because you're just another bride::). The woman who does alterations is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Unfortunately my dress was not altered completely correctly (the keyhole in the back was tricky and didn't lay right after the first attempt), but the second time I tried it on (2nd final fitting) it was PERFECT. She did a fantastic job making it lay flat and making it fit absolutely perfect. I highly recommend LIlla's Bridal Boutique for both the craftsmanship and the consideration.

Lilla's was the best bridal boutique I have been to. It was a very quaint botique with down to earth employees that are definitely not overbearing at all. Although, it was for my prom they helped me find a dress an fitted me in about an hour. The dress I chose was a georgeous Sherri Hill pink lace dress that was a size 8. Luckily Bradley Douglas Jordan took my dress down to a size 2 with no problems. In a week my dress was altered and ready to be picked up. Everyone at Lilla's was so welcoming and willing to help. After a bad experience with getting a dress made they helped me find a dress I love and will make my prom a night to remember.

The customer service at Lilla's is amazing! Originally, I found my dress from a store 2 states away. I found Lilla's online through the designers website. In my first meeting with Dianna, I could tell that they really care about you. The staff was beyond helpful every time that I returned for a fitting. Brad, who altered my dress, went above and beyond every time my mother wanted me to try another sash or veil (even though I did not choose either one). I cannot say enough about how great the service was from each person. On my wedding day, my dress "WOW'd" the guests, and my husband.

I visited three locations while picking out my wedding dress. Lila's Bridal was the only place that really took the time to try to find something of which I could personally connect. I believe Shelby helped me. She picked out this dress that I thought was pretty, but I wasn't sure how it would look. Once, I put it on, it was love at first sight. It was perfect. A big thanks to everyone there!

I loved Lilla and everyone at this little boutique situated in York. I found my dream dress here. It was actually the first dress I tried on, but I couldn't believe it. But Lilla knew, she said I'd be back. She was right! I purchased a style by Ella. I had ordered it over a year before my wedding, but they kept it safely stored until it was time for fittings. My mom even ordered her dress here after falling in love with all of their options. We both had our fittings done together and both times went flawlessly. My dress looked wonderful and fit perfectly on the big day! Definitely stop here for a unique experience, and skip the standard David's Bridal and Alfred Angelo chain stores. Lilla has a ton of options for most price ranges.

My dress hasn't come in yet but so far I have had a great experience with Lilla's! This was the 3rd non David's Bridal shop I went to but still didn't have a clear idea of the dress I wanted. I always thought I'd want a princess-y ball gown, but none had felt right after tying on a variety of dresses. Tawni was amazing! She listened to how previous shopping experiences had gone, then both her and I pulled some dresses for me to try on. Without getting pushy or giving her opinion, she had me try on a dress that really was my dream dress, only once I got it on, it definitely wasn't me! Tawni was really great, once I admitted a ball gown wasn't for me, she gave her opinion on what would look best on me, and helped me try on some completely different styles that I never would've have picked myself. But I have no doubt that if I had fallen in love with the ball gown that she still would have been great about that too. It didn't take too long to narrow it done to two dresses, but I couldn't decide and probably tried each one at least 3 times, and Tawni was really patient. I didn't feel any pressure to buy a dress that day. Like I said, my dress hasn't come in yet, but I'm so excited to pick it up. Lilla's is in my hometown, and even though I live 4 hours away now, I will also be going there for alterations, as I have heard they do a great job for a reasonable price.

My reception dress and bridesmaids’ dresses were purchased from Lilla’s. I absolutely loved it there. From the moment I called on the phone to see if they had a few dress styles in stock, they were extremely kind and helpful. They had a great selection of dresses at reasonable prices.

They kept me informed on the progress of the dresses via phone and email which I thought was really nice.

I had fun and pleasant experience and would recommend Lilla’s for special occasions. I look forward to going back for an anniversary dress!

I went to Lilla’s because I was part of a wedding and the bride ordered our dresses from Lilla’s. I had never been there and didn’t really know what to expect. Turned out to be great! The staff was very nice and helpful. Our alterations were perfect and not that expensive. It is a nice family run business; we were in on a Saturday and met all three generations, really sweet.

I tried other bridal boutique's and was highly disappointed...made a last minute appointment at Lillas and was blown away! I found the perfect dress for my rehearsal dinner and wedding ceremony! Lillas couldn't be more accomodating and does excellent work! Thank you Lilla!

Everybody at Lillas was MORE than helpful, including Lilla herself! They actually picked out dresses for me to try when i wasnt seeing anything that struck me fancy, and low and behold, the first dress i put on that i did not care for on the hanger, was the dress I ended up buying! They know what they are talking about ,and have great taste and style. My bridal party was the least bit cooperative with the fitting appointments and even picking up/paying for their items, and they were completely patient, helpful and understanding. I would recommend this to ANY bride out there looking for a intimate dress findng experience, with great service and quality at the same time!!! Thank you to Lillas (diana especially) for picking a beautiful gown that i felt like a princess in all night long!!!!!

I went to Lilla's for my prom/homecoming dresses 6-7 years ago and was so happy with the service that I went back for my wedding dress! I decided to go with the first dress I tried on! They are excellent in helping and making suggestions to make you look beautiful for your wedding day! They are very easy to work with and Lilla is great! She made alterations to my dress and they fit perfectly and were exactly what I wanted! Highly recommend!

I found my dream dress at Lilla's Bridal - they literally had the exact style I was looking for. Don't go to Lilla's if you are looking to spend $500 or less.. that was my original budget and it didn't happen, LOL. Their dresses are BEAUTIFUL, but on the more expensive side due to the handmade details on each of the dresses. I would go there again in a heartbeat, however, I wish they had more sizes to try on. Most of their selection of sample dresses are 2-10, and with how gowns are cut, it's hard to imagine this gorgeous dress on you if it's 4 sizes to small. That is my only complaint about my experience at Lilla's. She's amazing and will have your alterations done in no time at all!

We shopped at Lilla's for my wedding gown and received excellent service and a great deal on my dress. After dissapointment elsewhere, we went to Lilla's looking for a semi-last minute Maid of Honor dress. We found one we loved within 5 minutes. Despite only 12 weeks to the wedding, we were assured they would get it in time. If the designer didn't have it in time, they would work somthing out. Great experience and trust in this company.

Loved Lilla's, my dress was gorgeous. Everyone loved it, I wore it all night long and was very comfortable. I got so many compliments on the dress. Picking it out was a breeze at Lilla's. The sales team are very knowledgable about what works for your body type and they are honest. They don't try and push dresses that are at the upper limit of your budget. And Lilla is an awesome seamstress. She had quite a bit of work to do on my gown and you couldn't tell... it seemed like it was made for me off the rack.

Perfect Experience

I knew I wanted Lilla’s to be my first stop for a wedding gown as my family has been going there for years. I tried on quite a few dresses and none of them felt perfect. The girl we worked with told us she had another dress that she thought fit everything I wanted, but it was a little above our initial price range. She was so nice and asked to make sure that was okay before she showed it to me… but as soon as I had it on, we all knew it was the one! They made sure the gown fit perfectly for my wedding day and looked perfect the day of, and it was just amazing!

Great Boutique

I had the best time selecting my dress with my family. They were super helpful and let me try on so many gowns. The alterations department was amazing and my dress fit me like a glove. The only thing that was a slight hiccup was when we picked up my dress. I originally was going to pick it up on a Thursday, but changed plans to pick it up on a Friday. Upon arrival my dress was still not steamed. They immediately steamed it and we only had to wait 30 min.

I bought my wedding dress here. I had such an amazing experience at Lilla's. The consultant was so patient and worked with me to really fine tune the type of dress I was looking for. After my initial appointment, I still had an appointment at another location and told them I would call with my decision. However, I was worried about leaving and losing the dress; it was a discontinued design and they only had one left in the store. The consultant told us she would work with us--take a long time putting it back away. However, in the time that it took her to say goodbye to us, the bride in the next room over took the dress from my dressing room and was preparing to try it on. When my consultant came back, discovered the dress missing, and figured out who had taken it, she made sure to insure that the dress was kept safe for me. She allowed the bride to try the dress on, because she knew it just wasn't the style she was looking for and that it would be safe. She was right and the consultant quickly took it and placed it in a secure place. When I came back just a few short hours later, it was there, waiting for me. My consultant really fought for me and made sure I got the exact dress I wanted. I'm so happy I chose Lilla's.

Lillas provided me with such an amazing wedding dress shopping experience! The women on the staff were all very friendly & helpful-from picking THE dress, tailoring it perfectly, choosing accessories. It was all easy & enjoyable.
I traveled from Philadelphia to come to Lillas & I'm sure glad I did! I would absolutely recommend sending brides here. Thank you!

I was very pleased with Lilla's. Every dress Lilla pulled for me was GORGEOUS. She pointed out what she liked and didn't like about each dress on me, which was such a help. I ended up buying the first dress I put on, but still tried on three more dresses. She never left me the whole time I was there and made sure I was satisfied with my dress and accessories. The only negative thing was the high prices, but after going to David's bridal for my shoes and seeing how awful their customer service was, I was very happy that I went with a better quality vendor for my dress.

Loved this bridal boutique. They have a great selection of dresses. I wanted something very simple, not so traditional and with sleeves. They were easily able to accommodate. They carry high quality dresses for reasonable cost for a wedding gown. Staff is friendly and experienced. My alterations were done well and for a low cost.

I purchased my wedding dress from Lilla's in November 2007. My wedding was 7/5/08 and I was so excited to finally get to wear the beautiful gown! It was exactly what I was looking for, and I have Lilla and her staff to thank for taking the time to help me find the perfect dress. The alterations were perfect, and dress was absolutely perfect! I only wish I could have worn the dress longer!

Lilla's was the first and last bridal boutique I visited on my gown journey. The staff was so accommodating and helpful and really made me feel as though I was the only bride to walk in their doors! I'm from New Jersey and live in Harpers Ferry, WV and our wedding was in Elizabethtown, PA- so it was the perfect location for my friends and family to meet up and they helped to schedule fittings to meet my travel needs. I tried on numerous dresses, and they helped me to narrow my search down until I found the most perfect gown I could have ever imagined. They paired my gorgeous Waters lace gown with a blingy belt and beautiful pearl finger tip length veil- WHICH I didn't think I would like, but their creative eye opened me up to options I didn't know would work.Lilla does all the alterations and they were very reasonable in price. They almost finished renovations just as I had my last fitting and the place is looking even more beautiful. Its such a fun environment for such a happy occasion . I recommend Lilla's beautiful shop to all my friends and family!!!

I ordered my bridesmaid dresses through Lilla's. Everything with the ordering process went well. My only complaint is that the designer dresses we chose must run small because all of the dresses were too small on all of the bridesmaids, despite having given their exact measurements prior to ordering. I wish Lilla's would have ordered a size up for everyone instead of their exact size because then it would have fit much better. It's a lot harder to let a dress out than to take it in and a couple of the girls still had size issues after getting their dresses taken out.

All of the ladies and men at this shop were very nice! They helped me find the perfect gown, and were patient with me -- I tried on a lot of dresses! I was able to buy "off the rack" which helped with the designer costs of the dress. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a wedding gown or for a special occasion dress!
