All I hoped for!
Haley was my stylist and between my sister and Haley, together we found my wedding dress. With a wedding date 4+ months out, I was hopeful to find something from the sample sale rack. Haley made me feel like that was possible and was so optimistic from the moment she said hello. She helped me into the dress, styled me with a veil and hair pins (gifted to me by step-mom), and it was clear I’d found my dress. Each return to Lili Bridals, whether to pick up my accessories or to have my fittings, was pleasant and so positive. I wouldn’t send a bride anywhere else! Thank you Haley, Lisa and the rest of the Lili Bridals team for making my dress shopping experience so wonderful! It was full of all the feelings the “say yes to the dress” experience should be (or how they are portrayed)! -

I had a beautiful experience finding my wedding dress at Lili Bridal; I am so thankful for all of the lovely ladies here! They have a wide selection of wedding gowns, and I'm so glad they helped me say "YES" to the dress. Shoutout to Hailey, she was super knowledgable and fun to work with!! -

I had such a great experience at Lili Bridals! I am from Orange (the city) and would drive to Tarzana for my dress, and both the alterations appointment. One time it took 2 hours to drive home but I knew I made the right choice. I got my gorgeous Martina Liana at a decent price. I also ordered my veil and blusher from them! They were fantastic. 10/10 recommend. -

Love the ladies of this salon, and am so happy I got my dress from here. They were so gracious and helpful throughout the entire buying and alterations process. They have a great selection and a beautiful space with great fitting rooms and lots of accessories. Reasonably priced and their instagram is also a great resource! -

Said Yes to the Dress!
I had a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding gown at Lili Bridals. The staff there was extremely welcoming to my bridal party, and didn't rush us in the process of finding the perfect dress! I would have loved to have had my alterations done through them, but we ended up moving out of state right after my dress arrived. They went above and beyond when we told them about the change of plans, giving us contacts for getting alterations done all the way over in Austin, TX (our new home). Don't hesitate to make this salon a part of your dress shopping experience! -

Monique Sent on 10/12/2017Lisa and Maria both helped me with the bridal gown process and were both incredible!! Lisa was amazing at helping me order extra items to add some customizing to my dress. My wedding was short notice and they did a fantastic job of expediting the alterations, ordering items and getting me in for several fittings. It was a memorable and unforgettable experience that I am so thankful to them for!

Emily Sent on 08/24/2016I found Lili Bridals online originally because they carried the dress that I just HAD to have (classic naive bride in the early stages of planning!). They had good reviews, and they had my dress. I booked an appointment and off I went, me and my MOH.
I gave them my original budget, and got a little bit of a "hmmmm we'll see what we can do with that" look. We talked through what styles I wanted, what I didn't want, shapes, designs, materials etc. She pulled out a bunch of dresses including the one I wanted and I proceeded to try them all on. Obviously I got to "my" dress and my first reaction was.. er.. huh. (PSA - You DON'T always know what you want before you try them on, so keep an open mind!). Luckily Blair had pulled a bunch of gorgeous dresses that she thought I would like, and I fell in love. Absolutely head over heels in love. Yes it was over budget, which is a little disappointingly sales-technique-y, making you fall in love with something that they know is way out of your price range, but I blame myself for not really doing my homework. Just make sure you look at the tag before you put the dress on, because if you really are planning on sticking hard to your budget, don't even pull that dress over your head until you're sure it's within your price point.
It took about 6 months for my dress to arrive, and at all my future fitting appointments, I continued to love the service there. The seamstress is so wonderful and supportive and kind, and when she sent me off with my dress the day before my wedding, she gave me a big hug and wished me luck. A sales associate helped me lug the dress to my car and lay it neatly across the back, sending me off with best wishes and a plea to send pictures!
Over all, it's a great bridal store. The dress, alteration and pressing prices are standard for a bridal store. The service is wonderful and it was a great experience start to finish. -

Tiffany Sent on 05/24/2016I went to Lili Bridals beforehand to see what dresses they had and at what price range. Everyone was so helpful, and did not push me. All the dresses were displayed out of the bag which was nice. I liked what I saw and booked an appointment. The day of my appointment was great, they listened to what I wanted and helped me pick dresses near my budget. I ended up walking out with a dress only $4 over my budget! -

She encouraged me to try on all different dresses and politely gave her opinion when appropriate! I ended up purchasing a gorgeous Wtoo dress from her. I can't recommend this salon enough!
P.S. There's convenient parking in front - a huge plus in SoCal!! -

The store is very intimate and has the perfect amount of dresses to look at; not too many where you are overwhelmed, but plenty styles to be able to find "the dress." All of the staff are kind and accommodating and really listened to what I was looking for. Maria and Sonia were especially helpful with choosing a vail and accessories. -

I really felt like part of the family and they even worked with me and my budget since I was going through a family crisis at the same time I was planning the wedding. It was such a great experience to buy the most important dress in my life from somewhere that felt like more than just another store. They help make you feel your best on the most memorable day in your life! I loved it so much, 5 months after my wedding i took my soon to be Sister in Law to the shop and she is now part of the Lili family too! I tell all my friends and family that Lili is a MUST when bridal dress shopping! -

My husband and I were the extremely lucky winners of the SoCal Dream Wedding Giveaway and I was honored to wear a Watters dress generously donated by Lili's. The staff completely took care of me and were attentive to every detail from dress selection to alterations...any moment that could have been scary for a soon-to-be bride was stress-free and fun. I was able to get my dress altered as well as pressed, services that they definitely didn't have to offer but did anyway. Lili Bridals also carries a wonderful selection of veils and accessories. I was able to pick out a gorgeous cathedral length veil and a headband made of silk and crystal that tied the whole look together perfectly. On my wedding day, I was so excited to wear my dress...I felt so beautiful and comfortable the entire night. I am so grateful for Lisa and her staff for making our wedding day truly a dream. Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU!

Michelle Sent on 11/12/2011I was very happy with this place with regards to finding my dress. It was the first place I went to (of 2 total, I cancelled the rest), and my dress ended up being the first dress I tried on. Additionally, I would not have tried it on except that Maryann who was helping me recommended I try it based on my body type and the pictures I had brought in based on what I wanted. Plus, if I understand correctly, this place is one of the only places in the area that sells this designer (Lusan Mandongus). I am generally not someone who makes decisions quickly. My husband was shocked :)
The only thing I was not so happy with was the alterations. There was a small issue with the dress (the top was noticeably baggy) that they were really not able to come up with a good solution for. My mom, who to her credit is good at this stuff, ended up fixing it herself. However, despite that, when they found out I was unhappy with the result even after extra alterations, they were willing to meet with me the day before the wedding still to try and fix it (thank God that was not necessary). All in all, I recommend this place -- the people are helpful and genuinely nice. -

Adriana Sent on 08/19/2008Beautiful dresses and great asssitants that work there. Very reasonably priced. Where they get you is in the alterations, but then again every company does. Being so short, alterations weren't something I couldn't go with out. But the dress turned out perfectly and I couldn't have asked for anything more. The alterations on the veil were perfect and complimented my dress nicely. Nice family operated business...so you don't feel the pushiness or rudeness of the bigger chain stores -
Nallely Sent on 09/27/2017Buying my wedding gown here was definitely an experience. I found my dress the first day thanks to Lisa. She was very helpful and made it fun and easy. I made a customization to my gown to make it more unique. I order by dressed in January, received in August and the it was incorrect. Every brides nightmare!! Lisa was not there on the day I went for my first fitting but Maria was quick to contact her about correcting the issue. I received my dress a week before the wedding in perfect condition and found the matching veil. Very Pleased overall!

Charlene Sent on 10/28/2007This little boutique in San Fernando Valley has a great selection of low to high-end gowns. It also has a great selection of bridesmaid dresses, making it a great one-stop shop. If you have a lot of time before your wedding (like 9 months+), I would recommend stopping by to check out this place. However, if you are pressed for time like I was (~5 months), I would not recommend it. My dress and my bridesmaid dresses arrived 3 weeks later than was originally planned due to the designers fault (not Lili Bridal). However, I was upset that Lili Bridal made no attempt to expedite shipping from the designer to make up for this lost time. I was furious to find out that my dresses were coming via GROUND SHIPPING (8-10 business days) and not OVERNIGHT SHIPPING when I was just 3 weeks out from my wedding. My dress was fitted/altered just one week before my wedding and my bridesmaids had to take their dresses to their local cleaners to get their dresses altered just days before the wedding.
All in all, I was happy with my dress and my bridesmaid dresses but not at all with the service. I did not have a lot of time to deal with sloppy business practices that seem to be the norm at this store. If you are a flexible person that doesn't mind lateness, you should be fine here. However, if you are a control freak like me, steer clear! -

A classic case of what I asked for vs. what I got. My mother and I visited Lili's Bridal on July 12 to look for a MOB dress for my upcoming wedding. At the time she tried on a fuchsia Alexander dress that she really liked the color and fabric of but wasn't fond of the cut. Shelli, the stylist who was helping us, brought out another blue/white Alexander dress to show us a different cut. She stated that if we liked the cut on the second dress we could get it in the same color and fabric as the 1st dress. We were overjoyed! Shelli showed us the swatch of the dress, we aligned on the getting the second dress but in the color and fabric of the first dress. Shelli also stated that the dress would be ready in October and that the salon would be handling alterations for us. All good news! That evening we paid the deposit but a few days later we heard from Shelli that the invoice would be increased to account for a "single cut". This is the first time we were hearing this but since it was just $95 we didn't raise any major concerns. Last week we heard from Shelli that the dress came in early. WOW! How exciting..... we thought. We go to the store and see the dress and it looks like a completely different color than we expected. When we pointed this out to Shelli she tried to tell us that "no this dress is exactly the same color as the 1st fuschia dress you tried". My mother and I exchanged glasses because not only did I take copious pictures and video of the dresses from our first visit.... They still had the fuschia dress in store. When I went in the back and pulled the dress to show Shelli that the colors were markedly different, she changed her tune. Now it was "oh well obviously the dresses are different colors, they're different styles." I reminded her that we thought we were getting the second dress but in the color of the first dress. She tried to argue me down that she never said that but again, I have photos and video of her saying this to me. I was so frustrated I left the store crying and had to have my stylist find my mother a completely new dress for my wedding. No one seemed to care that they told us one thing and then delivered another. At this point, while we've paid for the dress, we will be donating it to a young lady in need. After spending $1100 here, I'm so frustrated and disappointed in my experience with Lili Bridals. While it's nice that so many people have had lovely experiences here unfortunately I am not one of them.
