If you are looking for a wedding coordinator or day of coordinator, don’t look further because Miss Rinna is the best. She would go above and beyond because she showed concern and passion to what she does and genuinely wants to make sure your wedding will be the way you liked it.
In my experience, having her as a day of coordinator, made me at ease during my wedding, I found her in a facebook wedding page. Our wedding ceremony and reception is 10 hours drive away from where we originally leave but everything became possible having true, dedicated, passionate and responsible vendors. She made sure that all the vendors are all on the same page and made sure the visuals of the wedding reception ia pleasing to the eye. With collaboration from the couple, catering manager and all the vendors, guests, hotel crews, our family. It is a memory that I always want to go back to! ❤️ Thank you Miss Rinna for being a big part of it. ❤️ I will miss you and good luck to all your endeavors’

I will never be able to express the gratitude I have for Rinna. Through all the ups and downs of planning, this woman here held it down for me. She is the kindest, most thoughtful, hardest working and patient woman I know. I had alot of things that I was extremely particular about but she never once complained or said it could not be done. We had alot of issues with some of our vendors (to the point I would almost begrudgingly accept), but she would stand up for me to make sure that I got what I wanted in the end. She found other options and avenues for me WHILE working fulltime. No matter how ridiculous my requests were, the "not possibles," she never let me steer away from my vision of my beautiful day. When the big day came, it was honestly more than I anticipated and everything fell into place perfectly all thanks to Rinna. Honestly, my husband and I are so sad we won't get to talk to her as much as we have been in the past couple of months. She is my saving grace from nearly calling off my wedding day and eloping. I can't imagine what my life would be like if I didn't go through with it. The day was seriously a dream and the compliments of how beautiful and how fun the wedding was, are highlights that we will never forget. Like I said before, this woman is that ride or die, day one chick to get you through to your big day. Rinna, thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts (Monece and Bryan). We will never forget you and all that you've done for us! -

I am a super crafty person so I love to DIY everything. I DIY'd my wedding 10 years ago and did the same with my vow renewal celebration this year. What I learned from my wedding was I absolutely needed a day of coordinator. Rinna with Lifetime Wedding Memories is amazing!!! She took time to get to know me and learn what my vision was which is a feat because most of the time it's in my head lol. She is extremely easy to work with, always super pleasant and I felt like she had my back the entire time. She gave me great advice on how to set certain things up and helped with the flow and timing of the ceremony and reception. I absolutely could not have pulled off this celebration the way I wanted to without her help. I could have tried but I would have been super stressed out the whole day. With Rinna, she had the clipboard so all I had to do was sit back and enjoy the celebration!! My husband and I are forever grateful! -

We highly recommend Rinna and her team. From start to finish, Rinna was amazing. We hired her as our Day of Coordinator but she did more than just that. She contacted all of our vendors. She even helped us find a Photo Booth vendor last minute. And even came to our house to pick up all our DIY wedding decorations. She was always available whenever we needed assistance, going above and beyond to make our day how we envisioned it to be. She took care of everything the day of the wedding. She kept us on track, organized all the things we brought in and made sure we had food and drinks. Our guests gave us so many amazing compliments on how she coordinated our day. Rinna is beyond amazing! I wouldn't know what I would do without her. I recently had my wedding, literally just yesterday. And because of how amazing the wedding went and how the venue ended up looking better than how I envisioned it... I have to give her a shout out!

Rinna with Lifetime Wedding Memories was an absolute dream to work with.
Do yourself a favor and book her now. We hired her for a day-of coordinator, but she gave us so much more of her time than that. We had many in person meetings, phone, email and text message communications over the months leading up to our event.
Rinna and her team made sure that my husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding day without worry.
She is super warm and caring and I knew she wanted the best for us.
She is a pro and has a sharp attention to detail and made many thoughtful suggestions to ensure that our wedding day was enjoyable for all involved.
We had two different locations, a parade in-between, lots of non-traditional elements, lots of diy set-up and take down, friends and family to coordinate, two bands, parking limitations, all our own florals... to name just a bit of all the moving parts- she was upbeat and handled it all with grace!
On our big day she worked all morning and through to the late evening and always was smiling and joyful.
She was an incredible value, which was one of the reasons we chose to hire her, but after it was all said and done we just had to give her a big tip because she went so far beyond our expectations! Highly recommend.

She had made my wedding day goes smooth and I had the BEST day because she took care of everything behind the scenes. The first time we met, I liked her. She came very equiped and ready to start. She came with me to all of my meetings, she helped me negotiating prices with the vendors, gave me an ideas, helped with everything and even gave me some gift to decorate my guests book table.....I was really late with the guests list and I sent to her on the morning day of the wedding at 5am. she woke up early and went to print my it on her PJ's this woman is very devoted and caring. She did her best to make our day runs smooth, she is going to be in our family events for life....I am really grateful....I grantee you will not regret hiring her for your event...

Rinna and Eddy always go above and beyond to help us plan our wedding. They are definitely the dream team! Rinna came into our wedding planning partway in and completely changed our lives! My wedding would not have been the same without her. She is so passionate about wedding planning and takes care of all the hard work so you can enjoy the all the positive things about weddings stress-free.
I also had my wedding on a military base which made Rinna even more valuable to me. She handled all the busy work needed for base weddings and it was glorious.

Best Day-of Coordinator we could have asked for
Rinna was invaluable on our wedding day. She was hired for her day-of coordinator services and was absolutely great to work with. Not only did she take the time to go through the wedding day timeline multiple times with us, but she also was very thorough and made contact with all of our vendors beforehand. She even took time from her schedule to help do our final walk through prior to the wedding.
On the day of our wedding, we did not have a single worry thanks to her. She and her assistant were very prompt and helped set up our venue exactly the way we imagined. She was able to help with any issues from the venue or vendors and made our guests feel at ease. Rinna was definitely one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. -

Rinna came in the perfect time, after my previous coordinator canceled and left me stressing I was relieved when I was referred to Rinna. She was patient, understanding and professional. I highly recommend her for any type of events. What I loved about Rinna was that she was flexible with her hours and she was willing to come to you or meet you half way, as to not a lot coordinators do that ( saying that from experience). If you want a stress free wedding Rinna is the person to go for.

Madel Sent on 06/23/2018I was on a budget so I hired Rinna as a Day of Coordinator and I have to say... IT WAS BEST DECISON I MADE FOR MY WEDDING!! She will literally make your ideas and vision into reality. She will also make sure your program runs smoothly as possible and makes sure you stick to the wedding timeline. And even though I only hired her for the day of, she does take the time to call you and help you with wedding ideas. I guarantee you will be satisfied with her service. I highly recommend her for your next event.
