  I can't say enough

  I will never be able to express the gratitude I have for Rinna. Through all the ups and downs of planning, this woman here held it down for me. She is the kindest, most thoughtful, hardest working and patient woman I know. I had alot of things that I was extremely particular about but she never once complained or said it could not be done. We had alot of issues with some of our vendors (to the point I would almost begrudgingly accept), but she would stand up for me to make sure that I got what I wanted in the end. She found other options and avenues for me WHILE working fulltime. No matter how ridiculous my requests were, the "not possibles," she never let me steer away from my vision of my beautiful day. When the big day came, it was honestly more than I anticipated and everything fell into place perfectly all thanks to Rinna. Honestly, my husband and I are so sad we won't get to talk to her as much as we have been in the past couple of months. She is my saving grace from nearly calling off my wedding day and eloping. I can't imagine what my life would be like if I didn't go through with it. The day was seriously a dream and the compliments of how beautiful and how fun the wedding was, are highlights that we will never forget. Like I said before, this woman is that ride or die, day one chick to get you through to your big day. Rinna, thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts (Monece and Bryan). We will never forget you and all that you've done for us!

  Best person to have by your side on the big day

  The moment I booked Rinna I felt a huge relief. In our conversation when I was inquiring booking her she had so much knowledge and tips for me that I knew she was the one I needed to book. She is so kind, sweet and patient. She was so flexible with me after changing my mind a few times. She also went with my schedule and made it all work perfectly on the day of. I honestly had no clue if any mishaps happened because she took care of everything. She kept us on schedule to a T! I trust Rinna so much that I didn’t even think of the schedule and just followed where she told me to go and it I couldn’t have asked for a better day of wedding coordinator! Everyone in my bridal party loved her and took photos with her and danced with her! She is amazing.

  Stress-free day!

  I am a super crafty person so I love to DIY everything. I DIY'd my wedding 10 years ago and did the same with my vow renewal celebration this year. What I learned from my wedding was I absolutely needed a day of coordinator. Rinna with Lifetime Wedding Memories is amazing!!! She took time to get to know me and learn what my vision was which is a feat because most of the time it's in my head lol. She is extremely easy to work with, always super pleasant and I felt like she had my back the entire time. She gave me great advice on how to set certain things up and helped with the flow and timing of the ceremony and reception. I absolutely could not have pulled off this celebration the way I wanted to without her help. I could have tried but I would have been super stressed out the whole day.   We highly recommend Rinna and her team. From start to finish, Rinna was amazing. We hired her as our Day of Coordinator but she did more than just that. She contacted all of our vendors. She even helped us find a Photo Booth vendor last minute. And even came to our house to pick up all our DIY wedding decorations. She was always available whenever we needed assistance, going above and beyond to make our day how we envisioned it to be. She took care of everything the day of the wedding. She kept us on track, organized all the things we brought in and made sure we had food and drinks. Our guests gave us so many amazing compliments on how she coordinated our day.   Rinna honestly made my wedding amazing! She was my day of coordinator and without here, I probably would've been a stressed out mess.   Wedding day Coordinator

  Rinna was so accommodating when it came to my crazy schedule. I’m in the navy and she was so understanding when it came to my schedule. She helped organize all the vendors for me and did a great job setting up the reception. Would definitely recommend her!

  Rinna was so accommodating when it came to my crazy schedule. I’m in the navy and she was so understanding when it came to my schedule. She helped organize all the vendors for me and did a great job setting up the reception. Would definitely recommend her!

  Worth Her Weight In Gold!

  Rinna with Lifetime Wedding Memories was an absolute dream to work with.
  Do yourself a favor and book her now. We hired her for a day-of coordinator, but she gave us so much more of her time than that. We had many in person meetings, phone, email and text message communications over the months leading up to our event.
  Rinna and her team made sure that my husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding day without worry.
  She is super warm and caring and I knew she wanted the best for us.
  She is a pro and has a sharp attention to detail and made many thoughtful suggestions to ensure that our wedding day was enjoyable for all involved.
  We had two different locations, a parade in-between, lots of non-traditional elements, lots of diy set-up and take down, friends and family to coordinate, two bands, parking limitations, all our own florals... to name just a bit of all the moving parts- she was upbeat and handled it all with grace!
  On our big day she worked all morning and through to the late evening and always was smiling and joyful.
  She was an incredible value, which was one of the reasons we chose to hire her, but after it was all said and done we just had to give her a big tip because she went so far beyond our expectations! Highly recommend.

  Wedding coordinator

  i mentioned to the event manager at my venue that I was looking for a wedding coordinator, and she recommended Rinna. I’m so glad they did! Rinna was absolutely AMAZING!!! She is so sweet, and puts a lot of effort into everything she does. She hasn’t done many weddings, so she is still learning, but she is a total professional! Also, she has a lot of other vendors that she has worked with, and my fiancé and I were so happy with her recommendations!

  Rinna's services are PRICELESS, she is worth every penny!

  I invested in Rinna as a 'Day of Coordinator' but she was much more than just that. She assisted me for over 8 months prior to the wedding, helping in anyway she could. SHE IS INVALUABLE and I am SOO happy I got the chance to work with her.
  
  From the moment I contacted Rinna, I knew she was everything I needed to coordinate the perfect wedding. She is passionate, caring, responsive, detail oriented and overall every bride's dream. She technically helped me plan a destination wedding. While I live on Oahu she is San Diego based. I hired almost every vendor Rinna recommended to me, not only the value of their contribution but for the prices that came with were very reasonable! Her connections were amazing! She was on top of every deadline that needed to be met and reminded me when things slipped my mind.
  
  My wedding ceremony and reception were booked on a Naval base. Her suggestions and recommendations were all perfect for the venue. She made the complicated process so simple, vetted each vendor, communicated with them on my behalf and essentially made things easier for me.
  
  Day of the event, I did not need to leave my bridal suite for any reason. I was stress-free as Rinna showed up hours early, answered all questions anyone had, communicated with all vendors, set up a beautiful presentation and handled every detail for me. I knew I could trust her to make any decision and it would turn out great! Walking out of my room for the first time I was in shock at how perfect it all was, because of her.
  
  She coordinated the ceremony and it was flawless. Her timing of me walking down the isle was everything, I could feel all eyes on me and I knew detail of planning she helped with leading up to that moment was worth it.
  
  The reception timeline was followed very closely, she kept every event on time to ensure we utilized every moment booked for the reception. She moved floral pieces from the ceremony to the reception, had each table set up with every detail I envisioned and even details of her own that were perfect and unexpected. She brought me a glass of wine during dinner, which really put the icing on the cake because of all the relief I was feeling after it all! Rinna knew I wanted to have the honeymoon or money dance at my reception and she was prepared with pins for my guests. She even took care of my vendors making sure they took their meals and much deserved breaks.
  
  I don't have enough good words to say about Rinna, she is an angel on earth and now someone I can call family and will reach out to any time I visit San Diego. Wish I could do it all over again with her by my side.

  A great value!

  Rinna was a massive help with our wedding at the Admiral Kidd club. She knew the venue and it’s quirks well, and the fact that she has independent base access was a huge help. She made sure all of our guests and vendors could get to the venue, had great vendor recommendations, and made set up and clean up stress-free.

  Highly recommend Rinna

  Rinna was amazing! She was so easy to work with, went way above and beyond what I expected. If you are having your wedding on a military base I really can't recommend her more highly. She is able to get on base and knows all the ins and outs, gets all the vetting done quickly and accurately. She was always willing to answer my questions and give guidance as needed. She packed everything up at the end of the night and loaded into our car. HUGE BONUS.
