Highly recommend Life Moments they are a GEM!
The Life Moments team have been so wonderful to work with!!! I went from stressed doing everything myself, to fully excited for my wedding because we hired life moments!! We had a Vietnamese/Chinese Tea ceremony as well as an officiated American wedding at two locations, and they seamlessly helped us organize important details! Ciera Binks was the main person we were in contact with, and she was truly the most thoughtful, kind, considerate, hardworking (I could go on and on) planner. We hired them on as month of wedding planners, as we were just 3 weeks away from the wedding, and realized we needed extra help!!! They downloaded our brains and got to work! Any communication our vendors needed with us, now went through ciera, and oh man that was a life saver to my stress! We highly highly highly recommend getting a wedding planner now, especially since we had a big one ~250 ppl. Life moments team Ciera and Chelsea are truly great people to work with. They will make your wedding day go so smooth, go above and beyond whenever you need them, all without any stress to you! Having ciera as our planner was priceless, and brought so much value to our experience getting married. I couldn’t have imagined not having a team support and guide me the way these amazing planners did!The Life Moments team have been so wonderful to work with!!! Best Wedding Coordinators I Could Have Asked For!
I could not have accomplished everything I wanted out of my wedding without the wonderful services of Life Moments. From the initial planning stages to the day-of activities, they guided me through and made me feel at ease. Even though my wedding was this September, I booked them in August 2022, and they checked in every couple months wishing my then-fiancé and me happy holidays and asking if we had any questions. It was great knowing that even though my wedding was months away, they didn’t forget about me!
Since I already had all my vendors early on, and I like to be really hands-on in the planning process, I opted to use their “Month Of Coordination” services to help execute my vision, and I do not regret it one bit. I mainly worked with Chelsie and she was an absolute dream. She had such an energetic, thoughtful, and easygoing nature, and I knew she would get the job done. When it came to “downloading my brain” during our initial meetings, I could tell how detail oriented she was and how much she truly cared about make sure everything was how I wanted it to be while still giving valuable input based on her experience in the industry. Additionally, having her as a point-person in the days leading up to the wedding was invaluable. She stressed to the wedding party that nobody should be asking my fiancé or me questions, and she would be the one to answer them and to interact with vendors to make sure everything was in order. She ran our rehearsal and made sure everyone felt comfortable in their roles. I knew we could trust her with problem-solving and making sure the day went smoothly! Whitney was also available during the wedding day, and she was fantastic as well. She made me feel calm, made sure I was drinking/eating enough throughout the day, and helped me with my wedding gown train!
Overall my husband and I will be forever grateful to the Life Moments team for helping create unforgettable memories and making my dream wedding a reality! Best INVESTMENT for wedding!
We HIGHLY recommend the services of Life Moments!! Ciera and Chelsea absolutely crushed it and made our wedding day run very smoothly! They covered all bases and were always in direct communication. It was definitely THE BEST investment we made for our wedding, do not hesitate to book this incredible team!!
Our venue was very poor with communication and Life Moments were able to give us re-assurance the wedding will be taken care of. We were blown away with Life Moments and their services, super organized and they made our day worry free!!!We HIGHLY recommend the services of Life Moments!! Couldn’t have done it without them
I am pretty organized and accustomed to paying attention to details, so I wasn’t sure how much I really needed a wedding planner. However, I knew that the last thing I wanted to worry about on my wedding day was the details…I wanted to be able to enjoy the experience as a bride and not worry about vendors or timing or anything more than making sure I showed up and remembered my vows. I purchased the Month of Coordination services, and I am so glad I did. Life Moments has incredibly reasonable rates, and they were so wonderful to work with. They paid attention to and noticed things I would have missed, and they were wonderful to follow up with my vendors when things started getting busy. The day of the wedding, they took care of everything! They even made a special run to the wine store to ensure the bride and groom were relaxed for the ceremony. They helped address an issue that came up during our cocktail hour, and it was such a relief to hand the problem over to them with the confidence that it would be addressed properly (needless to say, it was). Absolutely incredible
Every team member of Life Moments is absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond multiple times and in various ways. My now-husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our engagement while they took over and took care of everything. They were there physically and emotionally every step of the way! All we had to do on our wedding day is show up - they did everything else, including all the dirty work. I couldn’t recommend Chelsie, Ciera, and every single one of their members any more. Just an initial phone call appointment to see potential compatibility will be well worth your time!Every team member of Life Moments is absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond multiple times and in various ways. My now-husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our engagement while they took over and took care of everything. Chelsie and Ciera and the whole team were amazing!!!!!!
Me and my husband are in our early 60's. This wedding was our 3rd times a charm wedding so we were very excited. When we started planning it I never realized how stressful it would be. I never even knew what and how to plan the wedding and thought I could do it on my own. I was wrong!! My daughter jumped in and took charge. She found life moments and it was a life changer for our wedding. Chelsie and her team took complete charge from the flowers to the decorating, finding suppliers and making it beautiful. After the wedding they completely cleaned up and tore down everything then locked up the facility and returned the key. We didn't have to worry about anything. They just made it happen and we couldnt be happier. Pick them as your wedding planner, They are an amazing team and so glad we found them for our special day!!Me and my husband are in our early 60's. Hire them!
I truly don't even know where to start with my recommendation to hire Life Moments but if you don't want to read the rest- just know to do yourself a favor and hire them. I have a lot of event planning experience and didn't know if we needed to hire a coordinator..we are SO SO glad that we did. It made the stressful wedding planning process so much less stressful and enjoyable and they helped us create our dream wedding and the most beautiful day. They were able to refer amazing vendors to us and help us with negotiating, contracts, communication, etc which made everything so much easier and allowed us to focus on the more fun/important details. From the first moment I talked to Chelsie, I felt like she was a long lost friend who totally understood my vision. We also had the pleasure of working with Ciera and both were phenomenal. The help leading up to the wedding (especially navigating through Covid) was so valuable and the help they gave us the day of the wedding was remarkable. They communicated with all of our vendors, made sure everything was set up perfectly, and only came to us that day with things we absolutely needed to do. They kept all of us on track and where we needed to be and were so positive and pleasant the entire time. I really can't say enough good things about them! Great experience with Chelsie and her team!
We had a wedding planned for 2020 and had hired Chelsie and her team to do event planning the month before the wedding and day of logistics. When covid hit, Chelsie's team adapted and helped us move our wedding to 2021. When the time came, they were amazing working with our vendors on logistics and made the wedding day seamless. I didn't have to worry about anything knowing that their team was onsite to work with the venue and vendors. Run, don't walk, to hire Life Moments for your event!!
When I host an event, I stress from start to finish - about the food, the decor, the music - I want to ensure that my guests have an amazing experience. The only problem was that I wanted to enjoy my wedding day, not stress about it. I didn't want me or my guests to have to do any of the work to set up or take down. I wanted someone else to take care of the details so I could just enjoy one of the happiest days of my life. And that is EXACTLY why the decision I am most proud of making in all of wedding planning was hiring Life Moments.
Chelsie and I hit it off from the start. She totally understood my vision and all of my anxieties about hosting an amazing event. I opted for month-of coordination and I have ZERO regrets. Honestly, I wish I had hired her to plan the entire thing. Chelsie and her team made sure I had a flawless event that everyone will remember. She helped coordinate the wedding of my dreams and made sure I didn't have to compromise the things that mattered most to me. I would hire her and her team again in a second and I promise you, your life and event will benefit from being in their watchful care. What a life-saver!!
Chelsie and her team were AMAZING! We weren't sure if we would end up needing a wedding planner but went with Life Moment's services just in case. All of our family and friends were traveling from out of state and we didn't want to burden them with wedding tasks, nor did we want to be stressing out the day of. For a while it seemed as though we were able to handle everything ourselves pretty well, but that week before the wedding was when this team really saved us! Our florist notified us a week prior and said they wouldn't deliver or set up. Chelise & her team said "don't worry. we got it!" Our send off involved blowing up LED balloons that we were planning on preparing the day before. Once again, this team said "just leave that to us!" When it came to the actual wedding day, I was able to be calm & relaxed as I got ready knowing Chelsie and her team were handling everything. They even helped us record our ceremony & dances for my maid of honor who was unable to make it. Definitely recommend!!Chelsie and her team were AMAZING! Hands down the best decision I made throughout the entire planning process
My only regret is that I didn't hire them sooner. I seriously can't put into words how amazing Chelsie and her team were. All my vendors were great, but Life Moments was without question the best decision I made. I was ready to pull out all my hair trying to plan a wedding during a pandemic. Chelsie came to the rescue, providing me with beautiful options I hadn't seen on any websites and helping me plan all the logistics. A few weeks before the wedding she took the reigns on everything and reassured me along the way that she had everything under control. When the day finally came they executed everything perfectly, above and beyond what I had expected. If I were to go back and do it all again, Chelsie and the life moments team would've been my first hire. I made the mistake of thinking I could do it all by myself and when it came closer to the day there were so many logistical things I was stressed about and it robbed me of having any fun during the planning process. I can't speak highly enough about Life Moments. People at the wedding kept commenting on how great the team was, and both my parents were so impressed with their communication prior and deliverance the week of the wedding. They were VERRRRY reasonably priced for all the services they provided. I should've paid at least double for what I got, AND they saved me money in the long run on rentals, etc. Don't make the same mistake I did. Do yourself a favor
The life moments team is professional, helpful, and honestly the most fun and amazing staff you could have help plan your big day. They took care of every detail and helped make our day beautiful and stress free. The dinner and reception went so smoothly it was almost funny that we didn’t have some crazy story afterwards of things going wrong to tell people. They transformed the venue into our dream reception. If you want to enjoy your big day and cherish the sweet memories, they are your people. I don’t believe in perfection, but our day was the most perfect day of our lives thanks to the life moments team. A thousand thank you’s!The life moments team is professional, helpful, and honestly the most fun and amazing staff you could have help plan your big day. Worth every penny, and more!
Words cannot express how amazing the Life Moments LLC team truly is. They were a glimmer of hope recommended at a time of daily tears over wedding planning details that I'm sure are very similar to other couples; things like how to I get my decor items, how are we going to have a luncheon and have time to setup, how does a wedding day even go? etc etc down the wedding rabbit hole. Combine that with the additional difficulty of living states away and being unable to see, scrounge up items, or envision how we were going to pull off our wedding, and you can imagine the feelings of frustration that had swelled up. Enter Chelsie, Jenessa, and the team at Life Moments LLC. Several Months before the wedding they swooped in to wipe away my tears, dissolve every fear we had, and turned my wedding thoughts from a nightmare list of "To do’s" that kept me awake at night, back into a feeling of excitement. The day of our wedding they handled EVERYTHING, from rehearsal, to setup, to cake pickup, decor, flowers, food, etc you name it and they covered it. Thanks to them, my spouse, our families, and our friends were able to spend the day of our wedding stress free, enjoying each other’s company, eating yummy finger foods, and dancing our booties off. They were a pleasure to work with and absolutely worth every single penny and then some. I would recommend them to ANYONE even remotely interested with needing help at any point in their wedding planning.Words cannot express how amazing the Life Moments LLC team truly is. They were a glimmer of hope recommended at a time of daily tears over wedding planning details that I'm sure are very similar to other couples; things like how to I get my decor items, how are we going to have a luncheon and have time to setup, how does a wedding day even go? etc etc down the wedding rabbit hole. Combine that with the additional difficulty of living states away and being unable to see, scrounge up items, or envision how we were going to pull off our wedding, and you can imagine the feelings of frustration that had swelled up. Enter Chelsie, Jenessa, and the team at Life Moments LLC. Several Months before the wedding they swooped in to wipe away my tears, dissolve every fear we had, and turned my wedding thoughts from a nightmare list of "To do’s" that kept me awake at night, back into a feeling of excitement. Best wedding planning experience!
We had an absolutely FABULOUS time working with Chelsie from Life Moments. We chose to use Full-Service Planning offered by Chelsie’s team and would recommend the same to any couple getting married. From helping us find vendors to contract review to the little details we forgot about, Chelsie was invaluable and detail-oriented. We both have full-time jobs and were worried about tackling wedding planning. However, Chelsie made the process simple and fun! Amazing experience working with Life Moments for our wedding
We hired Life Moments for month-of wedding coordination and we were very satisfied with
their services! We worked specifically with Chelsie, who was truly wonderful. She was kind,
accommodating, patient, and very thoughtful in providing helpful suggestions when we were
struggling with decision-making. Even though we opted for the “month-of” package, Chelsie
actually started helping us 60 days before our wedding, and she completely took over vendor
communication in the last month. Chelsie saved us so much time and helped relieve a lot of
stress revolving around the planning process. At the same time, she always made sure that
we had control over all the aesthetic details – she was incredibly communicative and provided
access to a helpful website called Aisle Planner, which we used to coordinate tasks, setup a

Whitney, Chelsie, Stewart, and their whole team were simply amazing. They helped us get everything organized, so the wedding week was not a mad rush. Even with only a few weeks to prepare, they handled everything for us the day of my daughters wedding, from meeting the rental company and setting everything up, to instructing shuttle drivers on drop off and pick up of guests, and everything in between. I cannot tell you how many times in the past couple months I've said "Hiring Life Moments was the best decision I made for our wedding."
Our wedding was a small and intimate event (30 guests total) and our two goals were to 1) get married and 2) spoil our loved ones absolutely rotten. I was confident in my ability to plan, but knew that I needed someone who could run the event, consider all the small details, show up with event planning expertise, and make last-minute decisions to alleviate stress.
I also knew this needed to be someone special, considering how small our wedding was and where everyone already knew each other well.
From my first phone call with Chelsie, I felt seen, valued, and heard. Honestly, I cried. It felt so nice to trust someone with what I'd worked on tirelessly, knowing that my vision, day, and family were in good hands.
Ciera was our lead and she is INCREDIBLE. I handed over all my contracts, all my plans, and let her know what was most important to me and she made it happen. Suddenly, the stress of coordinating vendors turned into excitement and joy about finishing out creative decisions for the day.
Two true gifts: first, I was able to text/email Ciera whenever something came up. She was quick to respond, utterly professional, and kept me updated even when she hadn't heard back from a vendor.
Second, and most meaningful, her diligence, thoughtfulness, and professionalism meant that I was able to be fully present with loved ones in the days leading up to our wedding and on the day itself. A week later, I still have no clue if there were any hiccups or if something didn't go as planned. I don't believe in having a "perfect" event (something always goes awry) - but that day was perfect for me, for my husband, and for our loved ones.
At one point, I thanked Ciera for helping advocate for what I had previously agreed on with a vendor but that had gotten lost in contract changes. She told me "I'm on your side, I'm your ally." I felt that commitment and care from day one and am so incredibly grateful for the incredible work Life Moments delivered.

We would not have been able to pull off our wedding without the help of Chelsie, Alexis, and the rest of the Life Moments team. Due to a family emergency, we had to move our wedding up 6 months and the team helped us completely plan the wedding within 2 months including flipping an Air BnB into a gorgeous venue, bartending, coordinating rentals, and helping with the design of the wedding. Our friends, families, and other vendors continually commented on how great everyone on the team was. We also used the Charming Edibles for a charcuterie board which was a big hit! You need to hire them ASAP
We hired Life Moments to be our month of wedding coordinators and my only regret is that we didn't hire them sooner! Julia was all around fantastic and so easy to work with. She answered all of our questions quickly and offered solutions/suggestions for anything I was concerned about throughout the process. Also, they have literally thought of eveyrthing- even if you think you have thought of everything you haven't.

Absolute lifesavers!
