Although I knew my color pallet, I had a difficult time making decisions and considering details. Lezlie took the time to understand my vision and bring ideas together. She made décor suggestions and created the design of my dreams! She was always available for evening and weekend meetings/calls and never seemed rushed. She attended vendor meetings and worked persistently with the venue to devise table schematics in a tight space for all my guests. If my mom and I were ever split on a decision, we could ask her questions and she would make suggestions, but was never pushy or insistent. We always appreciated her mindfulness of our budget. As my wedding day approached, Lezlie communicated all the details with vendors on our behalf. We completely trusted Lezlie to make everything run smoothly and look incredible. The wedding day was flawless! I could not have asked for a better wedding planner. -

Lezlie has great experience in the wedding space and is a real comfort during the home stretch of the planning process. I met with Lezlie multiple times before the big day and she was able to help me organize all my vendors and timelines for the big day! -

The best!!
Lezlie is amazing and so sweet!! I had some real bridezilla moments on the day of, and she was calm, cool, and collected through all of it! She is a great communicator and really easy to work with, and so knowledgeable about the best vendors for our area. She really went out of her way to make every little detail we wanted happen, and made the day that much more fun with her great attitude!
One of my favorite things she did for us was taking our left over flowers at the end of the night and donating them to a local nursing home so they could enjoy them and they wouldn’t just end up in the trash, she went out of her way to make that happen. I think that totally reflects the kind of person she is! I would definitely recommend Lezlie Hicks Events! -

I considered many planners and day-of coordinators before I found Lezlie, and I'm so glad I went with her. She is professional, experienced, organized, and easy to talk to. I bounced so many ideas off of her and felt that she had good advice. You can tell that weddings are her passion and she made sure no details were forgotten. My wedding stayed on-schedule throughout the entire day and it felt seamless. Her price is very reasonable for the high caliber of service she provides. -

Lezlie did an amazing job. She put together a detailed timeline and kept our wedding running smoothly. She was a great liaison between us and the vendors. She was available to help us with anything we needed throughout the day. I would highly recommend! -

Searched to make sure she got everything we asked for and more.
Made time for our zoom calls since we were long distance.
Readily available when needed.
Very professional.
Went over and above what we expected.
Last month reached out to say let me know what I can do to help in any way. I want the last month to be as little stress as possible for Ashley.
Day of the wedding she made all the decisions and never reached out to me or Ashley.
Cleanup was worth more than I could have ever asked for.

Lezlie helped make my wedding day AMAZING and perfect (even though it rained until 15 mins before our outdoor ceremony)!!! She came up with a game plan for having to bring the wedding inside if needed. I trusted her judgement completely that day and that she knew my style/theme so it was great to not have to worry about anything being out of place!
She helped make my life easier the last 3 months before the wedding. I had so many curve balls being thrown my way in my personal life at the time and she was truly a blessing. Lezlie was so much more than a wedding planner & coordinator, she was there to provide moral support, advice & wisdom!

Lezlie is amazing, talented and detail oriented. She makes sure everything is to your liking and exactly what you wished for! She also offers great ideas and suggestions if you’re not sure what you want; you can definitely tell she knows what she is doing. She keeps you in the loop through the entire process so you never feel left out of the plan. My bridal/couple’s shower and rehearsal dinner would not have been half as beautiful and incredible if it wasn’t for her. 100% will hire Lezlie again in the future. You won’t be disappointed. -

Lezlie was my wedding planner and she was amazing! At first I didn’t think I needed a wedding planner because I was making the majority of my decorations and already knew my vendors I wanted to use. But as the day grew closer I knew I needed someone to help with my timeline and someone to coordinate with my vendors. I wish I would have booked her sooner because she far exceeded my expectations. She was very easy to talk to and knew exactly what I wanted when explaining my theme and how I was really into the small details. Lezlie took all the stress away and gave me weekly reminders of what I needed to be doing. She was extremely organized and very detailed oriented. Lezlie sent out the timeline to my vendors and let them know when they needed to be there and answered all their questions so I didn’t have to. She also made the timeline for the wedding party and let them all know when and where to be. I would definitely use Lezlie again for any event planning in the future!
