    Fantastic photos

    Paul and Yiota were amazing. When we had to postpone our wedding, they were so kind to us. They checked in to see how we were feeling and made us feel supported. They did not charge us a fee and simply rescheduled us to a new date. They were so professional and very communicative, sending us regular updates, well-wishes and advice for planning our wedding. Yiota arrived early to Chios and met with us in person to make sure we got everything we wanted. On the day of the event, Yiota made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera and made sure to get all the photos we had wanted. When we got our photos back we were stunned with how beautiful they were! They captured the exact feeling we wanted and the photos look like something out of a magazine. Our friends and family are in awe- I have never seen wedding photos so beautiful in my life!

    Captured every moment of our dream wedding in Greece!

    I cannot begin to express the amazing job that the Les Anagnou team did with out wedding photography! Yiota is a true artistic, using light to capture the beauty of the location and all the emotions of the day. She and Melina were such a calming influence during the stressful moments of the day, and we were surprised by the details and beauty they were able to capture. We absolutely love all our photos! They were professional and organized as well, making sure to know our priorities beforehand and helping make the day as streamlined as possible. We cannot recommend them enough! Hiring them was one of the best decisions we made!

    Amazing experience with Yiota and Paul

    Yiota and Paul delivered wonderful pictures of our wedding in Spetses. We couldn't be more happy about their work, most particularly the fact that they photographed our events on film. It gives such a natural and real feeling to all of our pictures! What a pleasure to work with them. Highly recommended!

    Thank You Paul & Yiota For Capturing Our Beautiful Greek Wedding!

    This summer we got married on the island of Hydra as my husband is from Greece. Paul & Yiota were the first thing we booked for our wedding - and then we planned everything around their style. I was immediately drawn to their aesthetic - the soft white light and attention to detail. They are super buttoned up and were more prepared for the wedding then we were, asking all the right questions and helping us with our timeline for the big day. On a personal level, they are a genuine and loving couple, who are tremendously kind and professional. I cannot thank them enough for the amazing photos that captured our big day as if it were a dream!

    My boyfriend (now fiancé) and I booked Yiota for our trip to Santorini. We knew we wanted photos of us on our trip that went above and beyond cell phone pictures. We searched for a couple months and always went back to wanting Les Anagnou for our photographers. From the start- they were quick, responsive and helpful. We were so excited and when Yiota showed up, we knew it would be an amazing day. She has an amazing spirit and ease to her and is truly talented. To say she went above and beyond for us is an understatement. We couldn't have chosen a better photographer to explore the island of Santorini with, while getting beautiful shots that I will treasure forever! Andrew even arranged with her to propose to me mid photo session and Yiota captured it all. I am so glad we went with them as photographers! <3 thank you again.

    If you're looking for a photographer, and I mean true artists, do yourself a favor & book Les Anagnou- the husband and wife team that is, Paul & Yiota. In my quest to achieve the "perfect wedding weekend" I knew that picking the right photographers would be one of the most imperative decisions I'd make. I went through several photographers sites, and although lovely, their work was forgettable, & I refused to settle. All of this changed when my wedding planner finally recommended Les Anagnou. The number of superlatives that I can use to describe their work will never do them any justice, because as the saying goes, a picture is truly worth a thousand words. After months of chit chat here and there, I finally met Paul and Yiota in Corfu a few days before the wedding. I truly can't explain the instant connection I had with them, it almost felt like I had known them for a lifetime. Their magnetic smiles and benevolent eyes draw you in instantaneously, while their passion for not just their work, but you as a couple, elevate them to another level. I was enormously fortunate to have these two beautiful, amazing people with me the entire weekend, capturing every special event as it was happening in real time. As the hours progressed and the wedding day was drawing near I had come to rely on them as not just my photographers, but my confidants - valuing their opinions on my look & even church entrance. I had put all of my faith in them, and this isn't something that comes lightly for me, a micromanaging control freak. After a little bit of waiting since these two brilliant people shoot in film (! a reason in itself to book them), I got my photographs yesterday. They exceeded my highest expectations- they turned this weekend that was my wedding into a timeless fairytale. Thank you Yiota and Paul- you'll forever have a special place in my heart. To anyone reading this, do not budge on your photos! They really are the most memorable piece you will have from your wedding.

    A photo session with Les Anagnou is a must! Especially if you're in Greece. We cannot rave enough about Paul and Yiota. Their work is stunningly beautiful and expressive but they are the most humble, gracious, generous and friendly couple you'll ever meet. They are simply one of the best photographers in the industry! We had so much fun on our shoot and time just slipped away. With them you'll feel comfortable and confident to be yourself and to enjoy the moment. Don't hesitate to book them if you can!

    It was a great experience having Paul & Yiota as our wedding photographers. We loved the fact that they were both easy-going and simultaneously very professional. They helped us relax and enjoy the whole process. They are both very warm and friendly people and they love what they do.

    Les Anagnou photographers showcased a portfolio of strong yet delicate imagery on their blog, which made me decide I would definetely choose them on my wedding day. Turned out I made the right choice! They are great, professionals and fun to work with. They made us all feel so very comfortable and they kept taking shots almost without us noticing them. I found this great, cause when they gave us our photos we found many spontaneous moments and we re not the posing kind of couple. They took photos both of our wedding and our pre party. I am absolutely satisfied and amazed by the quality of their images.

    This couple is amazing! Having them as our wedding photographers was the best decision we could ever make.My husband and I worked with Les Anagnou Photographers both for our engagement pictures and for our wedding day. On each occasion, Paul and Yiota went above and beyond our expectations.They are extremely talented and creative and they have an eye for seeing things that will make absolutely fantastic pictures. They also have wonderful personalities and are able to make you feel completely calm and at ease. Both our engagement pictures and wedding pictures turned out absolutely phenomenal. We are so glad that we have such gorgeous pictures to remember the most important day of our lives. From scheduling meetings and engagement photos, to the pictures we wanted the day of the wedding, they were incredibly professional, flexible and easy going, they helped us coordinate photos at multiple locations, and they captured exactly what we hoped for. We highly suggest meeting with Les Anagnou Photographers and booking them for any upcoming photo needs you may have - they are worth every penny!

    My advice would be to book them without hesitation! I work in film and media and have worked with many professional photographers before. Yiota and Paul are in a league of their own when it comes to creativity, quality, customer service and professionalism. They're true artists that make a great team which made our session very comfortable and fun. The end results were beyond anything I ever imagined. The experience ended up a highlight of our vacation in Santorini!

    Disappointed and in need of another wedding shoot

    I started planning my Greece wedding back in July of 2018. I researched for MONTHS to find a photographer that had me in awe of their work. Thats when I found Paul and Yiota (Les Anagnou). My decision seemed simple. I was in love with every picture on their website and instagram. I hired them regardless of the fact that they were one of the more expensive photographers I had inquired with (and I inquired with 40+). Communication was well written, but infrequent. There were multiple occasions where I had to repeatedly bombard them with emails as I had not heard from them. They told me they had a family emergency (understandable) and would get back to me. However when I never heard from them I had to bombard them again. As stated initially, they never video called me to meet before my wedding. They promised a series of questionnaires to get to know me that I had to ask for because they were never sent. All in all they seemed very busy, maybe too busy for me. And this adds more stress to a destination wedding. I considered hiring an additional photographer to be sure and put my mind at ease, however this was against the contract with Les Anagnou that they be the only photographer.
    Come July 2019 and my wedding day arrives. I chose the package for 1 photographer which was 3200Euro and received Yiota. She was VERY sweet. Her demeanor was so calming. She went straight to work and I could tell she had done this a million times before. I felt so at ease with her that I never once stopped to question if she had captured specific shots that were important me.
    I waited 3 months for my pictures to arrive. Waiting is truly agonizing because you can't wait to relive the beauty of your special day. The package that I chose stated I would receive around 1,ooo pictures, I recieved ~900. I don't know what else to say I felt upon receiving them except disappointment. I firstly want to say that I know a photographer cannot control light, and I know that when you only have one photographer working your wedding it is not possible for them to be everywhere at once. So I will not complain about either of those. I had an extremely detailed, intricate and EXPENSIVE couture gown and there were no detailed pictures of it, albeit maybe 2? There were NO pictures of my train which was extremely long and my favorite part of the dress. There were NO pictures of the back of my dress which was sheer with intricate hand made appliqués. There were NO pictures of my perfectly matching veil. And after I lived my best day ever, in the most gorgeous gown i'll ever wear, I had no pictures to do it justice. In every picture I received, my gown is blurred, as if the focus of the camera was on something else and not myself. Maybe this is due to the fact that they shoot in film? However I have seen them capture many pictures of other brides that gorgeously display their detailed dresses. I was left feeling that I had to spend more money to do an additional photo shoot back in New York just to get pictures of my dress. Yet how would that ever be the same?
    I never met Paul but I did really like Yiota as a person. However I am forced to feel like they choose favorites. I am left feeling like maybe if I chose their more expensive package they would have done a better job? Their instagram page boasts favorites and opinions on every aspect of their clients weddings and I wish I had realized sooner that they choose favorites. All in all I am sad to write this review. It took me months to work up the courage.
