Our wedding at Leo Carrillo Ranch in June was EVERYTHING we dreamed of! The venue itself is so charming and we absolutely loved the all- outdoor concept for our wedding. The ceremony under the tree seamlessly flowed to the grassy lawn area just a few steps away for the cocktail hour, and then perfectly transitioned to the patio area for dinner/reception. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how much they loved the unique character of the Ranch and how beautiful the grounds are!
Not only is the venue picture-perfect.. the staff and team that come with booking an event here is amazing!!! From the behind-the-scene production to the the actual day of.. we couldn’t say enough good things about how perfect and professional each of them were! We especially were thrilled and impressed with our day-of-coordinator Kylee.. who literally went above and beyond to make sure we were having the best day of our lives! The entire day/night were flawless thanks to her. She kept our timeline on track but was never pushy, delivered us drinks/ food throughout the evening while we were busy mingling/ having fun with our guests, led our photographer to the best picture-taking locations, and even fixed my hair when a couple bobby pins became loose. She truly the MVP! The food was also a huuuge hit… another comment we received from guests throughout the evening! The tri-tip and chicken were cooked to perfection and the salad/sides were extremely delicious!
With all that to say.. I couldn't recommend this venue enough if you want a perfect day with an amazing team that will make the wedding planning process extremely easy! Thanks again for everything Josie, Hannah, Samantha, Kylee, and the rest of the Personal Touch Dining crew!!! -

If you're looking for the most unique and photogenic venue, look no further. If you are looking for the best caterer in San Diego, you've found them. Personal Touch Dining and Leo Carrillo Ranch are truly the perfect match. The packages they offer make wedding planning so easy and so much fun. The food.. can we talk about the food?? Everyone LOVED all of the food from the chef's market table, to the tray passed hors d'oeuvres, to the seated salad, entrees, churro station, donuts, and cake! We are total foodies and we knew the food would be so important to us, Personal Touch Dining blew us away with all of their amazing options to choose from.
The Leo Carrillo and Personal Touch Dining team are truly the best. They treat you like family, care about every detail, and go above and beyond to make sure all your dreams come true. Special thank you to Samantha, throughout the year of planning she answered all of my questions and gave great ideas and input! She showed up on the big day just to make sure everything went smoothly, which I was so appreciative of. Our day of coordinator, Josie, was so kind to our huge bridal party and had us on schedule throughout the day. Our chefs, Caden and Ryan perfected every meal that went out. Our bartenders, Daniel and Jesse made our drinks perfectly and the guests loved it! And all the staff and servers working that night.. the whole team killed it and we will be forever grateful.
I can not recommend this venue and the team that manages it enough. It truly was the most beautiful, magical, perfect day. Leo Carrillo Ranch is a whimsical dream and Personal Touch Dining elevated it to a whole other level. -

If you are looking for a one-stop shop, Leo Carrillo is the place for you. They did so much (catering, rentals, staff, etc). and took away a lot of the stress that can come with wedding planning. The staff was incredible and the venue itself is so pretty you barely need decor. I have no negative things to say about this place. -

Leo Carrillo Wedding
Our wedding at Leo Carrillo Ranch was literally simply MAGICAL. The PersonalTouch Dining staff is incredible. From the very start of the site visit inquiry all the way through to the grand exit on our wedding day, every single detail was covered by the team with attention and care. Emails and texts were responded to immediately. Samantha and our day of coordinator, Josie, were just phenomenal. True professionals and made my husband, me and our guests feel at ease and no worries at all. Two weeks afterwards, our guests are still raving about the venue and the food. Side note: the only complaint we had from a friend was he wished the short rib wasn't so good and that he didn't get another helping because he was so happily full that he couldn't dance as much as he wanted to. If that's the only con to the night, I'll take it! Thank you so much PersonalTouch team, you ladies are top notch!

The absolute best!
I got married at Leo Carrillo Ranch in November 2021. I booked Leo Carrillo Ranch less than a week after getting engaged. I had been here before and seen wedding photos and it's everything you could ask for and more.
The venue is managed by Personal Touch Dining and I worked with Kendra and Caitlin. I was the kind of bride that emailed them nearly every week for a whole year and they always responded quickly. They were amazing throughout the whole planning process and the best part is that this venue is all inclusive! When you book here, you get the chairs, tables, silverware, linens. Completely stress free. I didn't have a wedding coordinator, but Caitlin acted like one the day of! She coordinated with all my vendors and helped them setup while I was offsite getting ready. Everyone helped bring my vision to life and made sure everything looked perfect.
The grounds are super well maintained and my guests raved about the venue and how it was the perfect outdoor setting. We also got tons of compliments on the food. Personal Touch Dining knows how to plan a wedding! -

Leo Carrillo Ranch with Personal Touch Dining exceeded our expectations. Our initial guest list for our wedding celebration was 250 guests. Our sales manager, Samantha, did an excellent job at handling all our questions, requests, and providing clear expectations with a guest list that large. The convenience of a one-stop shop and working with a well established company like Personal Touch Dining made the process of shopping for vendors incredibly smooth. Along with our sales manger was the wonderful team for the event producer, Hannah, and our day of coordinator, Stephanie. Our guests enjoyed all the food—so much so, that I hear guests still talking about it and it's been almost 6 months. The team brought together an already beautiful area and turned it into a unique and wonderful venue. From beginning to end, everything was stress-free, and we got to enjoy our wedding. At my wedding I wanted to drink, dance, and eat cake with the people I love, and Personal Touch Dining made sure I did just that. I can't recommend them enough. -

Leo Carrillo Ranch was our absolute dream venue for our wedding reception following our church ceremony. We knew immediately when we stepped on the grounds for the initial tour that this was our place! The historic charm, stunning scenery, and ambiance of the venue totally won us over. The grounds are so beautiful and lush that we did not need to provide much in the way of decor. The gorgeousness of this property speaks for itself! Our guests took advantage of the many photo ops on this beautiful property, from the bougainvillea archway, to the poolside cabana, to the peacock sightings! We loved dining and dancing outdoors under the beautiful trees and twinkle lights, and had perfect weather for our July wedding. Samantha was such a pleasure to work with, and made our experience so pleasant through her responsive communication, organization and attention to detail, and friendly, warm demeanor. Hannah, our event producer, and Kylee, our day-of venue coordinator were also wonderful! We had an absolute blast at our food tasting event several months before our big day, and were blown away by how incredible the food was! We also received so many rave reviews from our guests about the food at our reception. The Personal Touch Dining team made the whole planning process so simple and effortless for us with their all-inclusive package, which covered just about every detail. This was such a dream for me, a bride who really did not know much about the event planning world prior to getting engaged. Our night was unforgettable and we highly recommend this special venue! -

This Should be your Wedding Venue
Leo Carrillo Ranch is a BEAUTIFUL location. The landscape and layout of the property is just stunning. There are so many market lights and beautiful plants and flowers, you do not need too much décor. My husband and I met with Kendra to tour the venue and as soon as we were done we knew, this was going to be our wedding venue. Not only is the location just absolutely beautiful, but you will be working with such an AMAZING team. They handle so much for you and your partner. They are so organized and guide you through the planning process. It eased our planning stress. We got married in March 2022 and I keep just having wonder flashbacks of the night. Kendra and her team made the evening seem effortless. Everything seemed to go off with out a hitch. I have been recommending this venue to my other friends who are wedding planning. If you choose this venue, you will not regret it. Our night was so romantic and our guests loved it as well. -

First of all, the venue is just gorgeous around every corner and provides such a joyful setting. Secondly, when you choose Leo Carillo, you also get the Personal Touch Dining team and venue/day-of coordinators. After the wedding, my husband and I kept asking, how could we have done this without them? They did so much for us, it made the whole process so much easier and took away SO much stress. Even though they explained the breadth of their services for us at the initial meetings, it’s not until after the wedding that we truly understood how much they did and how above and beyond they went. It can get scary how much you spend for a wedding - but afterwards we were left shocked thinking that we didn’t have to pay more than we did for the venue and services they offer - what you get for the price of their weddings is beyond what you could get anywhere else. They just make everything so, so easy. Beyond that, they truly listen to you and will go above and beyond to make your wedding perfect. The fact that they set up and take down the décor for you is a HUGE plus! They have a lot to offer but if you want to personalize everything yourself, you can do that too. The food, drinks, and desserts were so much better than your standard wedding fare. Most of all, our coordinators Kendra and Andrea truly made the whole process easy and fun. Any time we felt any stress or anxiety, after talking to Kendra or Andrea we felt completely at ease. They have everything under control and really know what they’re doing, you can trust them. They are pros and were with us from start to finish on the day of the wedding - everything ran perfectly smoothly thanks to them. If you choose Leo Carillo, you won’t have to worry about a thing and can just ENJOY your big day. We are forever grateful we chose Leo Carillo/Personal Touch Dining. -

Having our wedding at Leo Carrillo (on May 10th, 2024) was magical.... and a big portion has to do with the staff. Since our initial inquiry of the venue, they have been so courteous, professional, and quick to answer any questions.
What's amazing about this venue / company is that it is full one stop shop. Everything from venue cost, catering, insurance, security... is all included. The only thing we had to book was our photographer, DJ, and florist (which they already have a list for these preferred vendors).
They have a lot of wedding packages that you can curate to make it your day!
Usually they say 3 things go wrong, but our day was flawless due the experience and professional of the staff.
One thing that we really enjoyed was when Leo Carrillo hosted us (and about 60 other couples) in San Diego where we could try most of the various appetizers, dinners, late night snack, and dessert options... even their specialty cocktails, wine, and beer. We got to talk to other engaged couples for wedding ideas and getting all your questions asked by the staff.
We have only heard amazing feedback on how beautiful the venue was (even had some peacocks cruising through) and how tasty our food was (get the tri tip!).

Leo Carrillo was the second venue we toured and literally booked it the next day. It’s lush, beautiful (day AND night), has a great staff, and there is literally not a bad spot on the property.
The entire team is wonderful. We had a few different points of contact through the process, but each person was able to keep up with our ideas and what we wanted for our wedding. They answered emails and questions so quickly and never forgot one detail.
The wedding day itself went so perfectly. Our day of coordinator was Kendra. In the words of my mother, “Kendra is OUTSTANDING.”
The wedding day was so smooth. The whole day I never questioned or worried about anything going wrong or being crazy, Kendra had it all under control. Plus, she is like a magician. She would literally appear out of nowhere to grab us for whatever was happening (pictures, dance, cake cutting, etc) and then would be out of site when she wasn’t needed. My mom was so happy and raved to me about Kendra dropping the gifts and cards into her car and returning the key to her purse without my mom ever having to leave the party.
My husband and I wanted to do a private last dance at the very end of the night to enjoy the moment together. Kendra was able to round up all of our guests to get them lined up for our exit without them even knowing we were staying behind for a few minutes. She collected the items we told her we needed from the bridal suite, and had them on the golf cart waiting for us, then dropped us off with our ride.
Literally every guest has told us it was the most fun wedding they’ve ever been to. It’s been almost three months since our wedding and I look at pictures daily. I can’t believe how well it came together and just how much more beautiful everything was from what I imagined. I'm so happy we got married at Leo Carrillo!

We had our wedding at Leo Carrillo Historic Park, and it was truly the most magical experience! The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking - such a unique and charming setting that made our celebration feel both elegant and full of character. With our décor in place, everything came together beautifully. From the adorable seating vignette to the stunning bar setup, every detail was picture-perfect.
We also want to give a special shoutout to Derek and Hannah, our day-to-day contacts throughout planning. They were incredible to work with. Both were so helpful, organized, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was covered, turning what could’ve been a stressful process into something smooth, fun, and completely stress-free. Our day of coordinator, Kylee, was also simply amazing. Her calm, organized, and supportive presence made the entire day flow effortlessly and allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment.
The bartenders and servers were equally wonderful! Friendly, attentive, and helped create such a warm, joyful atmosphere for all our guests. And the food was phenomenal. We did the taco bar and everyone is still raving about it!
From our very first conversation through the big day, the entire team was an absolute dream to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a more memorable day. We’re endlessly grateful for the care and heart that went into every detail. We truly wish we could relive it all over again! -

A Wedding Beyond Our Dreams✨
April 18, 2025. We celebrated our wedding at Leo Carrillo Ranch, and it was truly beyond our dreams. From start to finish, everything was just magical. The venue looked absolutely stunning, every corner felt like it was straight out of a fairytale. We still feel the magic in the air when we think about that day.
What truly stood out to us was the professionalism and genuine care of everyone involved. When we had to unexpectedly move our original date due to a surprise pregnancy, the team was incredibly supportive. Even more impressive was when they reached out to us with concern about the weather forecast leading up to the wedding and offered several thoughtful backup options in case of rain. That level of care and preparedness was so reassuring, and we felt like we were truly in good hands.
Our guests were treated with so much warmth and kindness, and we’ve received countless compliments about how beautiful the venue was, how smooth everything ran, and especially how amazing the food was. Personal Touch Dining absolutely nailed it, from the drinks to the appetizers, desserts, to the dinner itself. It was all insanely good! We knew from the moment we tried the food at the food tasting event that we were in for something special, and they exceeded every expectation.
We also want to give a huge thank you to Josy, Hannah, our amazing day-of coordinator Jessica, and Samantha from the sales team. Every person we worked with was kind, responsive, and clearly passionate about making our day unforgettable. Their communication was always prompt, clear, and helpful, and it made the entire planning process feel easy and joyful.
When we came back the day after the rehearsal and saw everything coming together, we were blown away. It was even more beautiful than we imagined. We have zero complaints, just immense gratitude.

From the moment I met my wife, I knew it was meant to be. From the moment we walked onto the grounds of Leo Carrillo Ranch, we knew it was where we'd be married. Finally, from the first time we met Kendra and the team at Personal Touch Dining, we knew they'd help us create the night we'd always dreamed of, and they did! Kendra was the ultimate professional and made everything from the menu, decorating, and yes, even the billing, easy and painless in the year leading up to the big day. At the rehearsal and on the day itself, she and Darcie ensured everything went off without a hitch! Wow. Just wow. Having our wedding at LCR was a dream. Kendra and team made everything so seamless from the very beginning. Planning was a breeze and Kendra was so helpful and reassuring with each step and decision. On the day of the wedding, the team made everything go so smoothly. They accounted for every detail (that I would have not thought of) and were so sweet to all of our family and friends. Kendra even ended up sewing my dress back together while still in it after a strap snapped! Additionally, the food was awesome, all the vendors were fabulous, and it really was one of my most favorite venues I have ever been to. Being a bride that never envisioned myself having a wedding beyond the courthouse, I left this weekend with some of the happiest moments of my life. If you want a venue that basically does it all, low stress, GREAT party, gorgeous scenery, wonderful staff and extremely reasonable pricing, pick LCR - you won't regret it! -

Leo Carrillo was my dream wedding venue! Not only is the location beautiful all on its own, the staff was amazing! Samantha helped us plan a perfect day with ease and was so easy to communicate with. We did the tacos and churros and our guests are still raving about it! Day of, Derek stepped up and coordinated the day and I think it was such a gift! His personality matched perfectly with our group and he was able to run things so well while still making us all laugh and feel comfortable! Dream venue!!
Having our wedding at Leo Carrillo was an absolute dream. Everything about our wedding day was so perfect. I can't get over how stress free the whole experience was because personal touch dining and Leo Carrillo take care of everything. Our day of coordinator Kylee was so amazing. I felt so at ease and relaxed knowing we had her. She made sure everything ran smoothly, answered all of our questions and made sure we felt prepared going into our big day. From the moment we reached out the venue and first spoke with Samantha we knew we needed to have our wedding at the ranch. We have received so many compliments about the food, drinks, and staff. Wedding date: Sunday, July 2, 2023 (2 PM-8PM)
Mary and I waited over 10 years to get married and we wanted our wedding day to be very special and unforgettable. Our expectations were exceeded!!!
The outdoor wedding venue at Leo Carrillo Historic Ranch in Carlsbad, CA, was absolutely stunning! The all-in-one venue was unique in that the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were in different locations at the ranch, which made it unique – all outdoor and naturally beautiful with plenty of shade!
This venue was managed by Personal Touch Dining, Inc., of San Diego, CA. EVERYTHING was perfect! The food was amazing and plentiful, the middle-tier bar package we selected did not disappoint, and the wedding cake made by the bakery included in the package was special. Additionally, we selected the DJ and florist from their preferred vendors list and we couldn’t be happier with their services!
We looked at 13 venues in various locations and chose Leo Carrillo Ranch due to the location (destination wedding for many of our Northern California guests), beautiful outdoor setting in a rustic ranch setting that is well maintained (peacocks on the grounds a nice plus), convenient all-in-one package offered by Personal Touch Dining, and surprisingly lower cost than other venues.
All of our 125 guests had a blast including the children under 10 years of age! The venue had a grass area next to the bar with games for our guests to play and socialize... good times.

Incredible venue and service!
Leo Carrillo Ranch was an absolute dream to get married at! We received so many compliments on how beautiful everything was from our guests. Kendra was AMAZING. We were almost a “Covid couple” but Kendra and the Personal Touch Dining team did everything they could to ensure the venue and capacity was fully open for our wedding and it happened! She was available and would respond quickly every time I emailed her and would often call me to reassure my concerns throughout this entire process. The rehearsal and day of went so smoothly because of her and another coordinator, Caitlin. As a bride and groom, we had no idea if anything went wrong because they handled everything! They made sure we had plenty of food at our sweetheart table and drinks in our hand at all times. I can’t say enough good things about Kendra and Leo Carrillo. Wish we could do it all over again with them! -

SO HAPPY with Leo Carrillo Ranch
We got married a couple of weeks ago at Leo Carrillo Ranch, and it has been such a hard come down back to reality after such a perfect day. The venue is beautiful, it has history, it has PEACOCKS, and because it is owned by the city it has a small price tag compared to privately owned venues of a similar caliber (or at least that is my hypothesis just based on my own wedding venue research-but we certainly feel like we got our monies worth and then some).
Love this venue - but the pièce de résistance...KENDRA. Or Saint Kendra as she is known around our household. There are not enough words to articulate how much appreciation I have for this woman.
I never dreamed about having a big wedding. I never wanted a big wedding. I have social anxiety, I hate being the center of attention, and I hate making executive decisions. I am also a procrastinator and a perfectionist (bad combo), so planning and anticipating this wedding was, for me, less ‘fun and exciting’ and more stress, work, and anxiety (especially with all the extra issues COVID added). But when it came down to the rehearsal day and wedding day, when my anxiety was at its peak levels, Kendra was ON IT. She is so smart, capable, and hard working. She gifted me the feeling of – everything is going to be perfect, and she will take care of everything from here. It allowed me to just enjoy all the moments that flew by so fast. If anything did go wrong that day – I did not know about it. She knew what to questions to come to me with and what to not bother me with. She managed our crazy family members perfectly. I feel so lucky to have had her with me that day – she really did just the most amazing job. If I had to do it all over again, I’d pick Leo Carrillo/Kendra & PTD team again in a heartbeat.
And one final – Thank you, Kendra. I really mean that from the bottom of my heart.

This all-inclusive venue Leo Carrillo Ranch with Personal Touch Dining in Carlsbad, CA exceeded our expectations. From the first conversation to the last everything ran smooth. Absolutely In Love With Our Wedding Venue!
We had the most amazing experience having our wedding at Leo Carrillo Ranch! We looked at 8+ wedding venues around the San Diego area and we fell in love with Leo Carrillo Ranch as soon as we set foot on the property. As the majority of our wedding guests would be visiting from the east coast, our goal was to have a wedding that felt very “southern California” and reflect the beauty of the area - and Leo Carrillo could not have been more perfect! The natural beauty of this venue is truly out of this world. We absolutely loved the look of the historic hacienda and the plants and cacti around the property make it so special! And the peacocks are so unique and fun! Besides how much we loved the venue, working with the Leo Carrillo / Personal Touch Dining staff was absolutely incredible. We originally booked our contract with a staff member that was no longer with the company as we got closer to the wedding date, and we were a bit nervous when there was the transition to the new employees as we had not met them yet. But Samantha and Vicki absolutely blew us away! They were both absolute joys to work with and they were so insanely great at communicating with us throughout the entire process. As I was a very anxious bride, they dealt with my many (MANY!) questions and always responded with such kindness and reassurance. Due to their communication, the wedding planning process felt so much easier. The entire team was so accommodating and even made edits to the food menu when requested and helped recommend how many ingredients we would need for our custom signature cocktail recipe. All of our guests gave such great feedback about the food and drinks!!! We really just felt like we were in such good hands and we were so well taken care of throughout the process. And now for our day-of-coordinator - we met Sam the day before the wedding at our rehearsal and we were absolutely blown away! She was incredibly kind, comforting, and knowledgeable and she really helped put me at ease when I was so nervous. On the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond and we were treated like royalty - she always made sure we had fresh drinks in our hand and she had dinner plates made up for us! She also kept us on track with the schedule and she even did things that we were not expecting at all, like helping with the decor and centerpieces. She was such a dream to work with and I felt so grateful for her the entire day! These pictures don’t do the venue enough justice but just go visit and see for yourself if you are looking for a wedding venue! We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Leo Carrillo Ranch and Personal Touch Dining - thank you SO much Sam, Samantha, and Vicki, we are forever grateful! -

Leo Carrillo Ranch exceeded our expectations with a beautiful location and excellent service. My husband and I toured over 10 venues throughout Southern California in search of a unique, spacious, and romantic location. The moment we stepped foot at Leo Carrillo, we knew this was where we wanted to begin our next chapter.
Unfortunately, we were told 2 weeks prior to our wedding day that our coordinator whom we had been communicating with for over a year no longer worked at the company. Despite my concerns, the team at Personal Touch Dining (specifically our new coordinator DEREK) was an absolute dream! Derek was so attentive, patient, organized, and honestly I felt like he was my fairy godmother of the day!
Many of our guests are still talking about how great the food was! Oh and do NOT sleep on the churro bar! It was such a hit.
We had such a perfect day and couldn't be happier with our experience with Derek and Leo Carrillo Ranch! -

Leo Carrillo Ranch was the wedding venue of our dreams. Samantha C. our wedding coordinator was so lovely to work with through out the whole year and a half process of us planning our wedding. She was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Personal Touch Dinning was the caterer and the food was superb and beyond our expectations. Our guests gave the greatest compliments on our food and that was the most important aspect to us when planning our wedding. Our day of wedding coordinator Sam was amazing as well, she really helped organize our whole day and made everything run so smoothly. Leo Carrillo Ranch / Personal Touch Dinning were truly the best to work with. -

My husband and I were married at Leo Carrillo Ranch in July and we cannot be more happy with the way everything turned out! From the initial tour, to the tasting, to the rehearsal and day of, EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!!! Our day of coordinator, Derek, was perfect in the way he moved things along during the rehearsal and in all of his help the day of. He was a great communicator and very fun while still being professional. Everything went smoothly and the venue of course was gorgeous - we had so many compliments from our guests. The food was delicious (also received many guest compliments) and the drinks and bartender were awesome. I loved that we had flexibility in our decor while also having the help of staff in setting everything up. Thank you to the Leo Carrillo/PTD team for making our day so special and perfect ❤️ -

We had the BEST day at Leo Carrillo! Josie, Hannah, and Jessica made the whole process amazing. Josie and Hannah were so helpful throughout the entire process, answering any questions we had. Leo Carillo is just a breathtaking venue as is, what was included by booking is even more breathtaking though. Planning a wedding is stressful, having a whole team behind you to help you the from start to finish takes away so much of that. From their all-inclusive, yet extremely customizable venue I was just waiting for the catch.. but there was none!! The value of what you receive for the extremely reasonable price is unmatched.
Their team is a brides dream come true!!
The venue manager, Kendra, was SO helpful throughout the entire process, she guided us with her expertise and answered any and all questions we had throughout the planning process. I would’ve been so lost planning a wedding without her. She made any big or small requests we made happen. We even threw out a crazy idea for food, expecting a no, but instead got an OF COURSE!! Our wedding food was very specific with dietary requests, but EXCEEDED our expectations by a landslide! Every bride needs a Kendra in their life when planning a wedding!
Caitlin was the BEST day of coordinator!!! From the rehearsal to our wedding day. She handled our big, crazy group of friends/family with ease at the rehearsal and made everything run smooth and timely. On our wedding day she seemed to magically appear at all the right times when we needed her, but out of sight when we didn’t. She was in all the right places at all the right times. She is professional yet just so comfortable to be around. Our wedding day went as smooth as it did because of Caitlin! She is magic! Our gifts, food, wedding items and everything else we needed directly after the wedding were ready & packed up right when we were. We felt like celebrities who didn’t need to lift a finger. I could go on and on but everything she did for us was absolutely perfect!!!!!
Our guests can’t stop raving about how magical our wedding was, and I owe it all to the team here! Do yourself a favor and book them! -

We originally booked our wedding with Leo Carrillo in March. Kendra, the event coordinator and contact person, was so gracious and understanding during the entire process of planning a wedding during a global pandemic. She was great at quickly responding to our many questions! She was also very enthusiastic and made us feel like we were booked with a company that cared about our us and our special day! Due COVID regulations we were not able to have our wedding at the beautiful Leo Carrillo but Kendra was very helpful in transitioning our wedding to another venue under the same catering company. We got married at Leo Carrillo Ranch and had the best experience! The venue is absolutely beautiful. So many of our guests (even locals!) had never been and were blown away. The team made everything super easy, especially compared to what a lot of my friends have gone through with their weddings.
They have an awesome list of vendors for things like photos, florals, and music, which made planning way less stressful. Everything else is handled in-house, and our day-of coordinator, Kylee, was amazing. The whole day ran so smoothly, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a gorgeous, low-stress wedding venue! -

Wedding of our dreams!
Leo Carrillo really went above and beyond to give us the wedding of our dreams! We only toured this venue (we had 3 locations on our minds) and knew the second we saw it that it was the spot for our big day! It is BEYOND beautiful (the roaming peacocks are a pretty cool perk and a crowd pleaser)!
The process was so easy from start to finish. Wedding planning can be EXTREMELY stressful, but Leo Carrillo made it such a relaxing and fun experience! They were on top of communicating, and answering my many questions throughout the planning process. Everyone that we worked with was so sweet and receptive!
Fast forward to our wedding day...it was an absolute DREAM! The setting was gorgeous and our day of coordinator Stephanie was the BEST! Everything went off without a hitch, and Stephanie was to thank for that! We got so many compliments from our guests on the venue, food (Taco Bar Package - many guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever had), and service that Leo Carrillo/ Personal Touch Dining provided!
I would recommend this location to any and all brides who want a relaxing planning process and a magical wedding day!

The venue itself is absolutely beautiful...from the wild peacocks roaming the property to the chandelier and fireplace in the bridal suite to the old fashioned windmill. It is so charming and memorable. It was also so nice they have a wedding coordinator that works with you from the day you book the venue. Leah is amazing! She knows the venue so well and makes sure everything runs so smoothly. I wouldn't change a thing about our perfect day thanks to Leo Carrillo Ranch, Personal Touch Dining, and Leah!

Leo Carrillo Ranch was the perfect venue for our wedding day. If you are looking for natural, California-beauty, this is the venue for you! The grounds are absolutely stunning - from the blooming landscaping to the historic buildings, there are so many different photo op nooks that our guests loved exploring! The "flow" from ceremony under the pepper tree to the reception area down underneath the market lights was perfection. Our guests raved about the bar staff and loved having yard games (provided by the venue) at the cocktail hour. But the real winner of the evening was the food! We have received countless compliments about the catering provided by Personal Touch Dining. We had the mac and cheese, the strawberry arugula salad, and the tri-tip carving station all of which were phenomenal! From our first tour to the day of, Samantha and Hannah with Personal Touch Dining (the caterer and venue coordinator) were wonderful. They answered all of my (many) questions quickly and had wonderful suggestions when I was stuck during the planning process. Our day of coordinator, Jessica, was also fantastic! She ensured everything ran smoothly the day of, set up all of our decor, and juggled all of the things that I am sure was transpiring in the background! As far as I am aware, everything went off without a hitch! I cannot recommend this venue and the Personal Touch Dining team enough, you will have the most magical day if you decide to book with them! -

I got married at Leo Carrillo on 6/29 and am still living on newlywed cloud 9. I might be slightly biased but I think that we had the best wedding ever and the most beautiful wedding ever. Leo Carrillo had a lot to do with the later. The space is so absolutely stunning that it doesn't need much embellishment at all. I would also like to mention that the twinkly lights everywhere somehow make the place even more magical at night, which from all my visits prior I had never had a chance to see before and was such a great surprise.
We booked the venue well in advance, somewhere between a 18 months and year. So I had the opportunity to work with a few people within the company in that time, as people moved around in positions within the company. I was slightly nervous when a couple months in advance of the wedding a new person took on the lead planning role. However, all my fears were for nothing, because Kendra is amazing! She kept the day running smoothly and never made me feel like I was on a clock. Even my family and friends commented on how wonderful she was as a person and at her job.
I also feel like our money went incredibly far with the venue and catering. The ambiance alone of the venue made our wedding look more expensive, by far, than it was.
If you also would like the most beautiful wedding in the world, book Leo Carrillo. -

Holy cow..this venue was beautiful on its own and the coordinators and caterers were so on top of everything. Great communication, amazing food (we got a lot of compliments from guests) and they do everything for you! They set up our decorations, Sam our coordinator made sure we were fed, communicated with all the vendors, and organized all of our decorations at the end of the night so we wouldn’t have to deal with it. Everyone said this was the best wedding they had been to and the most organized. I’d choose Leo Carrillo all over again. -
M Sent on 07/23/2018We were married at Leo Carrillo Ranch in June and chose this venue because of personal ties to the property. As a wedding venue, it is incredibly well-kept with beautiful landscaping and authentically restored buildings--a charming all-in-one ceremony-and-reception site that evokes California history. It's a unique setting for an outdoor wedding that's not a beach or tented lawn. Our guests loved the ability to roam around the ranch, play lawn games, and find special, private spaces to steal a moment by the pool casita, on the patio, in the courtyard, etc.
Events at the ranch are managed by Personal Touch Dining. The Personal Touch team collaborated wonderfully with our other vendors (florist, event designers, DJ, mariachi, photographer, etc.). We worked with Leah on all event logistics, catering, and bar. She did an excellent job accommodating our range of requests and was incredibly professional and detail-oriented every step of the way, even when we asked a lot. We voiced some concerns at our first tasting and Leah heard every bit of our feedback to deliver perfect, delicious Mexican food for our wedding day that made everyone happy.
We also worked with Nikka as our day-of coordinator and she was real deal. Organized yet composed, everywhere but invisible, compassionate and efficient. Our wedding day was seamless thanks to the Personal Touch team who worked tirelessly that day and for the months leading up to it. Not a single thing was amiss and we owe that in large part to Personal Touch! -

Beautiful Venue!
Leo Carillo Ranch is truly a beautiful and unique wedding space. It doesn't need too much added decor due to the Spanish style architecture and the different foliage/cacti! Having only seen the venue in the daytime (where it is already beautiful), seeing it at night was Breathtaking. The market lights strung up in the reception area truly makes everything feel so dreamy and magical. Our guests all had a great time, and we received many compliments about the entire evening ranging from the food, beverages, lawn games, and the beauty of the space in general. My husband and I had such a fun time at our wedding and were so sad when it was time to leave!
The venue is managed by Personal Touch Dining and having the venue managed by a catering company makes the planning process easier especially for the busy/bad-at-planning things bride such as myself. We mainly worked with Kendra and Darcie throughout and they were both so wonderful to work with-- they very professional and quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had and provided great suggestions when we were unsure about things. On the day of our wedding, Darcie was there for us making sure we Actually ate our dinner and had plenty to drink and, most importantly, that we were following our timeline! All in all, my husband and I had an amazing time at our wedding and pleased with how things went! Each time I hear about someone being recently engaged and starting the wedding planning process, I've recommended this venue each time! -

We could not have asked for a better venue or services. Our wedding was everything we imagined and more. We didn't have a worry, concern or need to lift a finger as everything was done for us and very done well. We just had to enjoy the celebration and we did! The meal was one of the best I've ever had and our guests are STILL raving about it! Personal Touch Dining was extremely helpful with recommendations, communication once the contract was signed and the entire planning process. The only thing I will warn you about are the costs. They advertise the venue as being "all-inclusive" but please be aware that the term only includes the meal, service and venue. It does not include extra fees, gratuities, outside vendors or upgrades. That is ALL extra cost on top of the already pricy venue. If money is tight, I would not suggest this venue, but if you have money to spare and to go all out, then I HIGHLY recommend it. My groom and I were blindsided at the beginning not knowing that there was quite a lot of extra costs outside of what they were indicating as "all-inclusive." I'm just saying, be mindful and get all the information up front. Ask lots of questions because there are A LOT of hidden costs that you may not expect. -
